Abstract

The present utility model relates to a new structural arrangement for various packages and to various package opening systems which can be used with any compatible package, and pertains to the technical field of packages in general, providing very advantageous, practical, reliable and functional results, with the greater objective of allowing packages to be recycled, preserving the environment and nature, which is a general practice worldwide by large companies which look after their image. The package comprises a body (10) shaped as a bottle, provided with an inner flexible tube (11) with a bent upper end, forming an inverted U, the upper portion (12) of which is kept in the vertical position outside the bottleneck, a stopper (14) being also provided at the liquid outlet (13); the body (10) and the tube (11) are closed by a lid (15) provided with a vertical projection (16) that forms an inner channel for housing the upper portion (12). Other arrangements are provided in structural variants.

Description

CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN PACKAGE FIELD

[1] The present Utility Model Patent is a new constructive arrangement introduced in various packages and also various opening systems, which may be applied to any package that allows its use. They can be made of plastic, paper, glass, cardboard, aluminum, polycarbonate, fiber, frange, etc., and can be made in various shapes and sizes, more particularly in boxes and cans for the packaging of liquids, pastas, creams and general food, especially beer, soda, cleaning products, whey and hospital medicines, juice, olive oil, milk, also for packing grain, beans, civil or military meal, rice, pasta, or any other liquid, creamy, juice fruit, mineral water, mertiolate, gel or liquid alcohol, disinfectant, liquid soap, detergent, shampoo, beauty creams, etc. The shapes of all packages can be varied, such as square, rectangular, round, various sizes etc. Belonging to the technical sector of packaging in general, through the packaging are obtained practical, safe and functional results very advantageous, with the major objective that is the reuse of packaging, preserving the environment / nature, a common practice worldwide by large companies. that preserve your image.

TECHNICAL STATE

[2] There are currently several models of boxed packaging and various cans such as sour cream, beer and soda used for the packaging of numerous types of products, especially liquid foods. It should be noted, however, that packaging presents major problems with respect to the opening which in the Most often require the user to use a sharp object to open the package or break the nail when trying to lift the already traditional beer and soda can system, or sometimes get the ring in the hand that has come off the can.

[4] Thus, the present innovation, through its various opening systems and its construction variants, solves such drawbacks and risks, where manually actuated with light pressure the product will be expelled by a pipe / straw / conductor that goes up to the bottom of the container being an outside to leave the contents, thus avoiding the consumer to have to lift the box (or can) that weighs up to 1 kg on average, to have access to the various products packed, without even needing tilt the can box laterally. In addition, the present innovation will also facilitate handling by children, the elderly and persons with motor disabilities on the arm (s) or hand (s) to gain access to the products without the need to lift the box as stated above or use any sharp material.

[7] There is still a point of great relevance to be highlighted:

A) the boxes will have a "V" tilt aimed at directing the contents to the central part of the box which also has a slight "horizontal" tilt towards the straw / conductor to direct all remaining liquid to the expelling straw. It is the consumer's use in the order of 100% of the product, leaving no residue behind to attract and raise cockroaches, rats, ants and other bacteria, besides the strong odor.

B) The lids, seals, handles and straws of cans, boxes and bottles will have different and strong colors, and can be explored with the colors of the country of interest or in major events, thus becoming a product "differentiated" and "attractive" in supermarket shelves, abandoning the cold metal cans.

C) The cans will already come out of the factory with a bright and diverse plastic over-lid with the following objective: every consumer after consuming the canned product has no way to reuse the can, disposing of it and throwing it in nature literally. With the plastic lid, the can after consumption of its contents will be sealed with the plastic over lid and the can will return to the fridge or pantry and can be reused numerous times to store any other edible, cleaning, garlic, various spices etc.

[20] Therefore, the present CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN PACKAGING fully meets the objectives of this proposed, fulfilling in a practical, efficient and safe manner its intended function, providing a series of advantages inherent to its applicability, having its own characteristics, innovative and endowed with fundamental requirements of novelty.

Claims

1.
