所述容器设置在所述下盖上,且开口朝向所述上盖,所述容器的开口处设置有用于将所述容器密封的密封件;
所述吸嘴内具有贯穿所述吸嘴的吸烟通道,所述密封件靠近所述吸嘴的一侧设置有与所述容器相邻的出气槽,所述出气槽偏离所述吸烟通道的轴向设置,且所述出气槽通过一垂直的中间通道与所述吸烟通道连通,所述密封件远离所述吸嘴的一侧设置有用于将所述间隙与所述容器连通的进气槽,气流通过所述间隙和所述进气槽进入所述容器,且通过所述出气槽和所述中间通道折弯后进入所述吸烟通道。
实施本发明的一种电子烟草蒸发器,具有以下有益效果:通过密封件将容器密封,并在密封件靠近吸嘴的一侧开设有出气槽,使得在容器中加热的待蒸发物质产生的烟雾通过出气槽折弯后进入吸烟通道,因此,烟雾是经过折弯后才进入使用者的口中,使得烟雾到达使用者口中时的温度较低,不易烫嘴。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的揭示说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟草蒸发器,包括外壳1、容器2、吸嘴4。其中,外壳1包括相接合的上盖11和下盖12,上盖11和下盖12相接合的目的是为了方便更换待蒸发物质。可以理解的是,上盖11和下盖12接合连接的方式有多种,在本发明的一个实施例中,上盖11和下盖12可转动地扣合连接,且在连接处有间隙。具体地,可以将上盖11的一端可转动地连接在下盖12的一端上,且上盖11的另一端是自由端。其中,可转动连接可以是现有技术中任一种可转动连接的连接方式。在另一个实施例中,上盖11和下盖12扣合连接在一起,并在扣合处形成间隙,具体连接关系将在后面的部分详述。在其它一些实施例中,上盖11和下盖12也可以通过螺栓连接。上盖11和下盖12均呈椭圆状,且在上盖11和下盖12之间具有用于将容器与外部空气连通的间隙,该间隙包括上盖11与下盖12连接时产生的间隙,以及上盖11和下盖12上的一些零部件上产生的间隙,该间隙也可以是外壳1内的零部件之间的缝隙,这些间隙在外力的作用下均可以供外部空气进入。
该容器2设置在下盖12与上盖11接合的端面上,用于容纳待蒸发物质,该容器2的开口朝向上盖11。该吸嘴4设置在下盖12靠近容器2的一端,使用者通过吸嘴4吸食容器2中的待蒸发物质加热后产生的烟雾。
如图2所示,是本发明电子烟草蒸发器部分结构的爆炸图。包括下盖12,在下盖12内形成一容纳腔,在容纳腔内依次收容有隔热棉7、加热元件3和第一固定件8。其中,隔热棉7主要起隔热保温的作用,可以避免加热元件3产生的热量损失。该隔热棉7也可以降低外壳1的温度,使外壳1的温度降至常温,当用户手握外壳1吸食电子烟草蒸发器时,避免烫伤用户。该隔热棉7的材质为硅酸铝纤维棉或锆纤维棉。
加热元件3用于加热容器2内的待蒸发物质,该加热元件3与电子烟草蒸发器内的电池(未示出)电连接,从而通过电池为加热元件3供电。加热元件3由电热膜组成,工作时以加热元件3为发热体,将热量以辐射的形式导入容器2内,从而对待蒸发物质进行加热。
另外,在加热元件3和隔热棉7之间还设置有温度探头13,该温度探头13可粘贴在加热元件3靠近隔热棉7的表面上,用于探测加热元件3的温度。
第一固定件8与下盖12的形状大体相同,且为硅胶制件,可用于将上述隔热棉7、温度探头11和加热元件3固定在下盖12的容纳空间内。如图3所示,该第一固定件8具有用于容纳容器2的凹槽81,该凹槽81与容器2的形状相同。加热元件3和隔热棉7依次层叠设置在凹槽81的底部与下盖12的内壁之间,并通过第一固定件8固定。吸嘴4可拆卸地安装在第一固定件8靠近凹槽81的一侧,且吸嘴4内具有贯穿吸嘴4的吸烟通道41。吸嘴4可拆卸安装的目的是为了方便清洗,以保证吸嘴的清洁,可拆卸连接方式可以是卡扣连接、螺纹连接等现有技术中的任一种可拆卸连接方式。在第一固定件8靠近吸嘴4的一侧具有与凹槽81相邻的中间通道6,该中间通道6用于将容器2和吸烟通道41连通,烟雾进入中间通道6,并由中间通道6引导至吸烟通道。可以理解的是,该中间通道6的中心轴与吸烟通道的中心轴成一角度,以使气流在此处弯折。优选地,该中间通道6的轴向与水平面吸烟通道的轴向成90度,即该中间通道6为垂直通道。该中间通道6可以增加容器2内的待蒸发物质加热后产生的烟雾到达吸食者口中的距离,从而可以降低烟雾的温度,可以避免烫嘴。
在吸嘴4与第一固定件8之间设置有用于密封吸烟通道41的密封圈9。该密封圈9在吸嘴4与第一固定件8连接时对接口起到密封作用,可以防止流过接口的烟雾漏出。该密封圈9为硅胶制件。
在吸烟通道41靠近中间通道6的一端设置有过滤网10,该过滤网10用于将蒸发器内产生的烟雾过滤后传送到吸烟通道41,可过滤蒸发器所产生烟雾中的粉尘或有害成分。该过滤网10可拆卸,以方便更换过滤材料,保证过滤的有效性。该过滤网10可以是由陶瓷或者过滤棉或金属网材料制成。
容器2容纳在第一固定件8的凹槽81内,加热元件3紧贴第一固定件8且与容器2相对应。如图4所示,该容器2包括底部21和设置在底部21四周的侧部22,从而形成朝向上盖11的开口。该容器2可以一体成型,可由金属材料制成,金属材料导热性能好,可以快速有效地将热量传送给待蒸发物质。优选地,容器2由不锈钢材料或者铝合金材料制成,不锈钢和铝合金除了导热性能好外,还不容易生锈,耐腐蚀性也强。
容器2内形成一扁平状截面的空间,可用于放置烟草片或药草片,当然也可以用来放置烟丝。扁平状截面的空间可以将加热区域延展,减少加热区的直径,从而可以有更多的空间来做隔热和保温结构,同时在待蒸发物质相同的情况下,可以将蒸发器外形做得更小,方便携带。在本实施例中,优选片状结构的烟草片或药草片14,使用成型的烟草片或药草片14,可避免烟丝散落带来的清洁困难,使用完后即可将整片烟草片取出,方便使用,可提升用户的体验。另外,可以在不影响容器2的整体体积大小的情况下,增大待蒸发物质的表面积,使单位面积上的待蒸发物质量减少,可以解决现有技术中的中心部分因待蒸发物质过多而加热不充分的问题,而且可以保证受热均匀,从而增加产生的烟雾量。在本实施例中,容器2的横截面为长方形,当然在其它实施例中,容器2的横截面也可以为圆形、正方形等多边形,相应地,可以放置圆形、正方形等多边形的烟草片或药草片14。
在容器2的开口处设置有用于将容器2密封的密封件5,该密封件5贴合第一固定件8并收容在第一固定件8里,在密封件5靠近吸嘴4的一侧设置有与容器2相邻的出气槽51,烟雾在出气槽51和吸烟通道41相邻处折弯且被引导至吸烟通道41内排出。该出气槽51偏离吸烟通道41的轴向设置,即轴向贯穿吸嘴的吸烟通道41的中心轴线与出气槽51的中心轴线偏离设置。具体地,该密封件5包括密封片53和用于将密封片53固定的第二固定件54。该密封件5为硅胶制件。如图5所示,在密封片53上设置有与中间通道6对应的出气槽51,烟雾在出气槽51和中间通道6处折弯且被引导至吸烟通道41内排出。
电子烟草蒸发器的上盖11和下盖12中的间隙、密封件5与容器2组成的封闭空间、中间通道6和吸烟通道41依次连通形成了电子烟草蒸发器的气流通道。其中,密封件5与容器2组成的封闭空间通过密封件5上的出气槽51与中间通道6连通。为了使气流折弯,出气槽51应偏离吸烟通道41的轴向进行设置,即出气槽51的中心轴线与吸烟通道41的中线轴线之间偏离设置。间隙将实现外部空气与密封件5和容器2组成的封闭空间的连通,由于间隙可以存在于上盖11和下盖12接合的位置,也可以存在于上盖11或下盖12的零部件上,因此,外部空气与密封件5和容器2组成的封闭空间的连通可以有多种方式。
如图6所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,电子烟草蒸发器包括上盖11、下盖12,以及设置在下盖12一端的吸嘴4。其中,上盖11和下盖12通过扣合的方式连接,另外,通过螺丝辅助固定。具体地,下盖12与上盖11相对的表面上设有与上盖11接合的旋转机构102,以及用于引导上盖11和下盖12相对旋转的凸起101,另外,还设有用于将上盖11与下盖12接合固定的多个螺丝孔103,多个螺丝孔103可均匀分布在下盖12的表面上,也可以根据具体结构设计散布在下盖12的表面上,本实施例中,优选将部分螺丝孔103分布在容器2的四周,其余螺丝孔103分布在旋转机构102的一侧,使上盖11与下盖12更加稳定牢固的连接在一起。
在密封件5远离吸嘴4的一侧设置有与容器2相邻的进气槽52,该进气槽52用于将容器2与间隙连通。进气槽52和出气槽51分别位于容器2的两侧,此时,电子烟草蒸发器在使用时,空气通过间隙和进气槽52进入容器2中,容器2中的待蒸发物质加热并产生烟雾,产生的烟雾通过出气槽51进入中间通道6,然后再经过过滤网10进入吸烟通道41,最后进入吸食者口中。如图6中给出的气流方向箭头,间隙、容器2、中间通道6和吸烟通道41依次连通形成该电子烟草蒸发器的气流通道。在本实施例中,下盖12内收容有第一固定件8,该第一固定件8具有用于容纳容器2的凹槽81,在凹槽81的底面与容器2的底面之间还依次层叠设置有隔热棉7和加热元件3。可以理解的是,在本实施例中,加热元件3和隔热棉7也可以依次层叠设置在凹槽81的底部与下盖12的内壁之间,并通过第一固定件8固定。
如图7所示,在本发明第二实施例中,电子烟草蒸发器包括上盖11、下盖12,以及设置在下盖12一端的吸嘴4。其中,上盖11和下盖12通过旋转结合的方式连接,另外,通过螺丝辅助固定。在容器2的底部21上开设有至少一个用于将容器2与间隙连通的通气孔23。通气孔23组成的气道可大可小,可以是由多个通气孔23组成的一个大气道。通气孔23可以是圆形气孔、正方形气孔或长方形气孔,还可以是其它一些多边形气孔。在本实施例中,通气孔23为长方形气孔,其长度为10mm,宽度为0.5mm。。为了美观,通气孔23均匀地分布在容器2的底部21上。此时,电子烟草蒸发器在使用时,空气通过间隙和通气孔23进入容器2中,容器2中的待蒸发物质加热并产生烟雾,产生的烟雾通过出气槽51进入中间通道6,然后再经过过滤网10进入吸烟通道41,最后进入吸食者口中。如图7中给出的气流方向箭头,间隙、容器2、中间通道6和吸烟通道41依次连通形成该电子烟草蒸发器的气流通道。在本实施例中,加热元件3和隔热棉7只能依次层叠设置在凹槽81的底部与下盖12的内壁之间,并通过第一固定件8固定,而不能设置在凹槽81内,因为本实施例在容器2的底部开有通气孔23,若加热元件3和隔热棉7设置在凹槽81内,则会影响通气孔23的气体流动,隔热棉7会使气流带有粉尘。
本发明还提供一种电子烟草蒸发器,如图1-7所示,包括外壳1,以及设置在所述外壳1内且用于容纳待蒸发物质的容器2和用于加热待蒸发物质以获得烟雾的加热元件3,还包括设置在外壳1一端的吸嘴4。该外壳1包括可拆卸连接的上盖11和下盖12,其中,可拆卸连接可以使上述的扣合连接方式。上盖11和下盖12之间具有用于将容器2与外部空气连通的间隙。容器2设置在下盖12上,且开口朝向上盖11,容器2的开口处设置有用于将容器2密封的密封件5。吸嘴4内具有贯穿吸嘴4的吸烟通道41,密封件5靠近吸嘴4的一侧设置有与容器2相邻的出气槽51,该出气槽51偏离吸烟通道41的轴向设置,且出气槽51通过一垂直的中间通道6与吸烟通道41连通。另外,密封件5远离所述吸嘴4的一侧设置有用于将间隙与容器2连通的进气槽52,气流通过间隙和进气槽52进入容器2内,且通过出气槽51和中间通道6折弯后进入吸烟通道41。
综上所述,实施本发明的一种电子烟草蒸发器,具有如下有益效果:通过密封件5将容器2密封,并在密封件5靠近吸嘴4的一侧开设有出气槽51,使得在容器2中加热的待蒸发物质产生的烟雾通过出气槽51折弯后进入吸烟通道41,因此,烟雾是经过折弯后才进入使用者的口中,使得烟雾到达使用者口中时的温度较低,不易烫嘴;通过增加中间通道6可以避免待蒸发物质经加热产生的烟雾直通到使用者的口中,从而造成烫嘴,中间通道6增加了烟雾流通的行程,使得烟雾到达使用者口中时温度较低,因此不易烫嘴;在密封件5的两侧分别开设进气槽52和出气槽51,可以形成电子烟草蒸发器的气流通道,另外,也可以在容器的底部开设进气口23,并与出气槽51结合也可以形成电子烟草蒸发器的气流通道,该气流通道非直通通道,其中具有弯折,因此不易烫嘴;使用成型的烟草片或药草片14,将加热区域延展,可以减小加热区的直径,从而可以有更多的空间来做隔热和保温结构,同时可以将蒸发器外形做小,方便携带;使用成型烟草片或药草片14,没有烟丝散落带来的清洁困难,使用完后即可将整片烟草片取出。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟草蒸发器,包括外壳(1),以及设置在所述外壳(1)内且用于容纳待蒸发物质的容器(2)和用于加热待蒸发物质以获得烟雾的加热元件(3),还包括设置在所述外壳(1)一端的吸嘴(4),其特征在于,所述外壳(1)包括相接合的上盖(11)和下盖(12),所述上盖(11)和所述下盖(12)之间具有用于将所述容器(2)与外部空气连通的间隙;
    所述容器(2)设置在所述下盖(12)上,且开口朝向所述上盖(11),所述容器(2)的开口处设置有用于将所述容器(2)密封的密封件(5);
    所述吸嘴(4)内具有轴向贯穿所述吸嘴(4)的吸烟通道(41),所述密封件(5)靠近所述吸嘴(4)的一侧设置有与所述容器(2)相邻的出气槽(51),所述烟雾在所述出气槽(51)和所述吸烟通道(41)相邻处折弯且被引导至所述吸烟通道(41)内排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上盖(11)和所述下盖(12)扣合连接,且在扣合处形成所述间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上盖(11)和所述下盖(12)可转动地扣合连接,且在扣合处形成所述间隙,所述上盖(11)的一端可转动地连接在所述下盖(12)远离所述吸嘴(4)的一端,所述上盖(11)的另一端是自由端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述出气槽(51)偏离所述吸烟通道(41)的轴向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述密封件(5)远离所述吸嘴(4)的一侧设置有与所述容器(2)相邻的进气槽(52),所述进气槽(52)用于将所述容器(2)与所述间隙连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述容器(2)包括底部(21)和设置在所述底部(21)四周的侧部(22),所述底部(21)上开设有至少一个用于将所述容器(2)与所述间隙连通的通气孔(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述下盖(12)内依次收容有隔热棉(7)、所述加热元件(3)、第一固定件(8),所述第一固定件(8)具有用于容纳所述容器(2)的凹槽(81),所述加热元件(3)和所述隔热棉(7)依次层叠设置在所述凹槽(81)的底部与所述下盖(12)的内壁之间,并通过所述第一固定件(8)固定。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述下盖(12)内收容有第一固定件(8),所述第一固定件(8)具有用于容纳所述容器(2)的凹槽(81),在所述凹槽(81)的底面与所述容器(2)的底面之间还依次层叠设置有隔热棉(7)和所述加热元件(3)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(4)可拆卸地安装在所述第一固定件(8)靠近所述凹槽(81)的一端,且所述第一固定件(8)靠近所述吸嘴(4)的一侧具有与所述凹槽(81)相邻的中间通道(6),所述烟雾通过所述出气槽(51)进入所述中间通道(6),并由所述中间通道(6)引导至所述吸烟通道(41),所述中间通道(6)的中心轴与所述吸烟通道(41)的中心轴之间具有一夹角。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述密封件(5)包括依次收容在所述第一固定件(8)内的密封片(53)和用于固定所述密封片(53)的第二固定件(54),所述密封片(53)上设置有与所述中间通道(6)对应的所述出气槽(51)。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(4)与所述第一固定件(8)之间设置有用于密封所述吸烟通道(41)的密封圈(9)。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述吸烟通道(41)靠近所述中间通道(6)的一端设置有过滤网(10)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述待蒸发物质为片状结构的烟草片或药草片。
  14. 一种电子烟草蒸发器,包括外壳(1),以及设置在所述外壳(1)内且用于容纳待蒸发物质的容器(2)和用于加热待蒸发物质以获得烟雾的加热元件(3),还包括设置在所述外壳(1)一端的吸嘴(4),其特征在于,所述外壳(1)包括可拆卸连接的上盖(11)和下盖(12),所述上盖(11)和所述下盖(12)之间具有用于将所述容器(2)与外部空气连通的间隙;
    所述容器(2)设置在所述下盖(12)上,且开口朝向所述上盖(11),所述容器(2)的开口处设置有用于将所述容器(2)密封的密封件(5);
    所述吸嘴(4)内具有贯穿所述吸嘴(4)的吸烟通道(41),所述密封件(5)靠近所述吸嘴(4)的一侧设置有与所述容器(2)相邻的出气槽(51),所述出气槽(51)偏离所述吸烟通道(41)的轴向设置,且所述出气槽(51)通过一垂直的中间通道(6)与所述吸烟通道(41)连通,所述密封件(5)远离所述吸嘴(4)的一侧设置有用于将所述间隙与所述容器(2)连通的进气槽(52),气流通过所述间隙和所述进气槽(52)进入所述容器(2),且通过所述出气槽(51)和所述中间通道(6)折弯后进入所述吸烟通道(41)。
