本实用新型提供了一种自动缠绕电子烟杆线的装置,请参阅图 1并结合图 2、 图 3所示, 具体包括: 第一固定座 10、 第一电机 11、 第二电机 12、 活动 绕线机构 13、 导向机构 14;
所述第一固定座 10用于将电子烟杆 8与所述第一电机固定 11连接,且使 所述第一电机 11能够带动电子烟杆 8转动;
所述导向机构 14与所述活动绕线机构 13连接, 且所述导向机构 14与所 述第二电机 12连接, 用于所述导向机构 14在所述第二电机 12的驱动下, 能 够使所述活动绕线机构 13沿着电子烟杆轴线平行的方向移动, 并使所述活动 绕线机构 13将绕线缠绕到电子烟杆的外管套上。
在本实用新型中, 第一固定座 10将电子烟杆 8与所述第一电机固定 10 连接, 使所述第一电机 11能够带动电子烟杆 8转动; 活动绕线机构 13与所述 第二电机 12连接, 所述第二电机 12带动所述活动绕线机构 13在所述导向机 构 14的导引下, 沿着电子烟杆 8轴线的方向移动, 并用于将绕线 9缠绕到电 子烟杆 8的外管套上。 由此可知, 活动绕线机构 13将绕线送出, 由于电子烟 杆在第一电机 11的带动下转动, 可使绕线缠绕在电子烟杆的外管套上, 活动 绕线机构 13由第二电机 12驱动的导向机构 14的导引下沿着电子烟杆轴线平 行的方向移动,使绕线能够沿着电子烟杆缠绕。由于电机转速均匀,力度恒定, 避免了原有人工绕线的线距不均匀, 绕线松散的情况发生, 自动绕线相比人工 绕线来讲更加快捷, 缩短了产品生产期限, 该装置还可以自由控制绕线间距, 调节绕线的松紧程度, 使之可以针对不同类型的电子烟。
在本实用新型中, 电子烟杆 8可以釆用螺栓紧固的方式与第一固定座 10 连接。 当然也可以釆用其他的方式与第一固定座 10连接, 如通过夹持, 具体 这里不做限定。 而为了能够更好的与第一固定座 10连接, 并且保证第一电机 11能够很好的带动电子烟杆 8—起转动, 在本实施例, 请参阅图 4所示, 可 以釆用在所述自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置设置第二固定座 15和气缸 16; 所 述气缸 16与第二固定座 15连接, 且用于当电子烟杆 8放置在第一固定座 11 与第二固定座 12之间后, 所述气缸 16推动所述第二固定座 12,使电子烟杆 8 夹紧在两个固定座之间。
在本实施例中, 气缸设置有用于控制其开启和停止的开关,也可以设置有 限位开关。 当电子烟杆 9安放到位后, 启动气缸 16, 使其推动所述第二固定 座 12, 电子烟杆 8被夹紧在两个固定座之间。 当夹紧到位后或人工停止, 或 根据安装的限位开关停止, 具体这里不做限定。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 4所示, 所述第一固定座 10或第二固定座 12 设置有凹槽 17; 所述凹槽 17用于与电子烟杆 8卡合固定。 具体的, 电子烟杆 8的一端通常设置有凹槽, 请参阅图 2所示, 在所述第一固定座 10或第二固 定座 12设置有凹槽 17可以使电子烟杆 8的凹槽与凹槽 17相卡合, 这样可以 使电子烟杆固定更加牢固。
在本实施例中,所述第二固定座 15设置有用于控制所述气缸 16动作的感 应开关 18; 所述感应开关 18用于当电子烟杆放置在第一固定座 10与第二固 定座 15之间后, 触发所述感应开关 18, 使所述气缸 16动作将电子烟杆 8 自 动夹紧。 具体的, 在本实施例中, 不用设置开关、 限位开关等元件, 只要当电 子烟杆 8卡合到位, 触发感应开关 18使气缸工作, 将电子烟杆 8 自动夹紧。 这样减少整个装置元件, 而且减少操作程序, 提高工作效率。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 5所示, 所述导向机构 14设置有螺纹轴 31 ; 所 述活动绕线机构 13设置有齿轮 32; 所述齿轮 32与所述螺纹轴 31相咬合, 且 用于所述活动绕线机构 13能够在所述螺纹轴 31的导引方向移动。这样导引机 构 14在第二电机 12的驱动下, 使齿轮 32沿着导向机构 14的螺纹轴 31沿着 电子烟杆 8轴线方向移动。而且螺纹轴 31与齿轮 32相适配可以保证活动绕线 机构 13的移动轨迹。
在本实施例中, 所述导向机构 14还可以设置有链条; 所述活动绕线机构 13设置有齿轮; 所述齿轮与所述链条相咬合, 且用于所述活动绕线机构能够 在所述链条的导引方向移动。具体导向机构 14设置有链条还是螺纹轴 31这里 不做限定。 当然除了这两种方式, 在第二电机 12的带动下沿着电子烟杆 8轴 线方向推动活动绕线机构 13移动, 使绕线 9能够均勾的缠绕到电子烟杆外壳 上。
在本实施例中, 所述导向机构 14设置有液压推杆; 所述活动绕线机构 13 固定安装在所述液压推杆上; 所述液压推杆在所述第二电机 12的驱动下能够 沿着电子烟杆轴线平行的方向伸缩, 且使所述活动绕线机构 13将绕线缠绕到 电子烟杆的外管套上。 可以理解的是, 液压推杆受第二电机 12的驱动可以伸 缩运动, 通过液压推杆的伸缩可以将固定在其上的活动绕线机构 13沿着电子 烟杆的轴线方向运动, 这样就保证了活动绕线机构 13将绕线缠绕到电子烟杆 的外管套上。
在本实施例中, 所述导向机构 14还设置有挡板 19; 所述挡板 19用于限 制所述活动绕线机构 13活动范围,且防止所述活动绕线机构 13活动错位,使 绕线偏斜。 具体的, 挡板 19可以设置在导向机构 14的两端, 具体位置根据电 子烟杆的长度来定, 挡板 19可以设置成为可以移动式的, 这样可以根据电子 烟杆的长度不同而及时调整。 具体实施方式是: 当活动绕线机构 13移动导向 机构 14设有挡板 19的一端时,挡板 19挡住活动绕线机构 13的移动,也就是 达到了电子烟杆端部, 这时可以人为的停止电机转动, 即完成绕线缠绕。 挡板 19 的好处是可以不用人为的控制绕线, 可以在挡板设置限位, 当活动绕线机 构 13移动到挡板 19时, 即触发限位使第一电机 11和第二电机 12停止工作。 挡板上触发开关替换人工按钮可以使控制更加精确。
在本实施例中, 所述自动缠绕电子烟杆线的装置还包括支杆 20; 所述支 杆 20与所述导向机构 14平行设置, 且与所述活动绕线机构 13滑动连接, 并 用于支撑所述活动绕线机构 13, 保证所述活动绕线机构 13送出的绕线 9与电 子烟杆 8垂直。 在缠绕绕线 9时, 如果能够保证活动绕线机构 13输送的绕线 9与电子烟杆 8相垂直, 或活动绕线机构 13输送的绕线 9与电子烟杆 8的角 度能够控制在 85度到 95度之间, 就可以保证在电子烟杆上绕线均匀, 美观。
在本实施例中, 所述活动绕线机构 13还包括供料头 41、 紧线盘 42、 绕线 线圈 43; 所述绕线线圈 43用于向所述自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置提供绕线 9; 所述紧线盘 42用于缠绕绕线时, 绷紧绕线, 使缠绕均匀; 所述供料头 41 用于输出绕线, 且使输出绕线的方向与电子烟杆固定的方向相垂直。 具体的, 绕线一般盘绕在绕线线圈 43上。供料头 41设置有送丝电机和夹丝轮。 紧线盘 42把绕线绷紧, 通过供料头 41通过送丝电机和夹丝轮, 将绕线送出, 操作人 员将绕线一端与电子烟杆固定, 然后随着电子烟杆的转动, 活动绕线机构 13 将绕线缠绕到电子烟杆外壳上。
在本实用新型中,还可以通过下述方式,将绕线缠绕到电子烟杆的外壳上。 具体的, 所述第一固定座与所述第一电机连接, 用于固定电子烟杆, 且能使所 述第一电机带动电子烟杆转动; 所述第二电机与所述第一固定座连接,且可使 第一固定座带动电子烟杆沿着所述导向机构的导引方向移动;所述活动绕线机 构用于输送绕线,且电子烟杆在所述第一电机的带动下转动, 而在所述第二电 机的驱动下能够沿着所述导向机构的导引方向移动,使绕线缠绕到电子烟杆的 外管套上。
可以理解的是,在第一固定座设置有液压推杆,在第一电机的作用下电子 烟杆转动。 第二电机与第一固定座的液压推杆连接, 第二电机用户带动液压推 杆伸缩, 使电子烟杆能够沿着电子烟杆轴线平行方向移动。 而在这个过程中, 活动绕线机构均勾的输出绕线, 活动绕线机构保持固定不动, 而通过电子烟杆 的转动和沿着电子烟杆轴线平行方向移动来完成缠绕绕线。
为了能够更加充分说明本实用新型的实施方式, 下面具体说明实施过程。 首先人工将电子烟杆放置到两个固定座相对的位置,并对准插入到其中一 个固定座插槽内, 启动气缸按钮, 此时一端跟气缸相连的固定座将在气缸的带 动下向另一个固定座移动,使两端的固定座将电子烟夹紧, 实现了电子烟杆的 固定, 固定好电子烟杆以后就是绕线动作了, 此时人工将活动绕线机构上伸出 的绕线头固定到离活动绕线机构近的一端的固定座上,拉紧绕线, 然后启动电 机, 此时两个电机同时动作, 第一电机使电子烟杆匀速的转动, 实现绕线的动 作,第二电机转动并带动活动绕线机构勾速向一端运动,实现了绕线间距均匀, 调节第一电机和第二电机的相对转速差可以调节绕线的间距大小,当活动上料 机构运动到另一端以后, 即电子烟杆绕线结束, 电机将停止转动, 然后人工将 该端的线固定在固定座上, 然后剪断绕线, 然后人工将两端的绕线线头用胶水 固定到电子烟杆上, 并剪掉多余的线头, 此时实现了电子烟杆的绕线结束。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一固定座、 第一电机、 第二电机、 活动绕线机构、 导向机构; 所述第一固定座用于将电子烟杆与所述第一电机固定连接,且使所述第一 电机能够带动电子烟杆转动;
所述导向机构与所述活动绕线机构连接,且所述导向机构与所述第二电机 连接, 用于所述导向机构在所述第二电机的驱动下, 能够使所述活动绕线机构 沿着电子烟杆轴线平行的方向移动,并使所述活动绕线机构将绕线缠绕到电子 烟杆的外管套上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置还包括第二固定座和气缸;
所述气缸与第二固定座连接,且用于当电子烟杆放置在第一固定座与第二 固定座之间后, 所述气缸推动所述第二固定座,使电子烟杆夹紧在两个固定座 之间。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定座或第二固定座设置有凹槽;
所述凹槽用于与电子烟杆卡合固定。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二固定座设置有用于控制所述气缸动作的感应开关;
所述感应开关用于当电子烟杆放置在第一固定座与第二固定座之间后,触 发所述感应开关, 使所述气缸动作将电子烟杆自动夹紧。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向机构设置有螺纹轴;
所述活动绕线机构设置有齿轮;
所述齿轮与所述螺纹轴相咬合,且用于所述活动绕线机构能够在所述螺纹 轴的导引方向移动。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向机构设置有液压推杆;
所述活动绕线机构固定安装在所述液压推杆上;
所述液压推杆在所述第二电机的驱动下能够沿着电子烟杆轴线平行的方 向伸缩, 且使所述活动绕线机构将绕线缠绕到电子烟杆的外管套上。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向机构还设置有挡板;
所述挡板用于限制所述活动绕线机构活动范围,且防止所述活动绕线机构 活动错位, 使绕线偏斜。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述自动缠绕电子烟杆线的装置还包括支杆;
所述支杆与所述导向机构平行设置,且与所述活动绕线机构滑动连接, 并 用于支撑所述活动绕线机构,保证所述活动绕线机构送出的绕线与电子烟杆垂 直。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述活动绕线机构还包括供料头、 紧线盘、 绕线线圈;
所述绕线线圈用于向所述自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置提供绕线; 所述紧线盘用于缠绕绕线时, 绷紧绕线, 使缠绕均匀;
所述供料头用于输出绕线,且使输出绕线的方向与电子烟杆固定的方向相 垂直。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的自动缠绕电子烟杆绕线的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定座与所述第一电机连接, 用于固定电子烟杆,且能使所述第 一电机带动电子烟杆转动;
所述第二电机与所述第一固定座连接,且可使第一固定座带动电子烟杆沿 着所述导向机构的导引方向移动;
所述活动绕线机构用于输送绕线,且电子烟杆在所述第一电机的带动下转 动,而在所述第二电机的驱动下能够沿着所述导向机构的导引沿着电子烟杆轴 线平行方向移动, 使绕线缠绕到电子烟杆的外管套上。
