如图 2所示, 为增强密封性能, 防止烟液从上容腔 5泄漏, 本例的连接组 件 2包括烟嘴连接座 21和连接环 22,如图 5所示,连接环 22内设有注液板 23 , 注液板 23上开有注液孔 24, 如图 2所示, 连接环 22的下端插装于储液管 3上 端, 连接环 22的上端与烟嘴连接座 21密封螺接, 烟嘴 1可拆卸地密封插装于 烟嘴连接座 21的顶部。 其中, 烟嘴连接座 21的底部向下伸出有扣环 25 , 注液 板 23的中部伸出有第一凸台 27 , 第一凸台 27上固定有与扣环密封配合的第一 密封套 26 , 扣环 25与连接环 22上的第一凸台通过第一密封套 26密封。 而为便 于烟液的迅速注入,注液孔 24可以设为一个;或者注液孔设为二个以上的多个, 且以雾化管 7为中心轴轴对称分布。。
如图 6所示, 为增强烟嘴 1与烟嘴连接座 21的密封性能, 烟嘴 1的下端向 下伸出有插头 11 , 该插头 11设有环形凹槽, 该环形凹槽内装有密封圈 12, 烟 嘴 1经插头 11插装在烟嘴连接座 21上。
通过烟嘴 1的内孔与雾化管 7的配合,就可以使烟嘴 1的转动带动雾化管 7 转动。 另外, 烟嘴 1和雾化管 7也可为以下结构: 如图 6所示, 烟嘴 1的内孔 为多边形孔 13 , 如图 4所示, 雾化管 7的上端设为与该多边形孔 13相适配的多 边形插柱 72, 多边形插柱 72插入多边形孔 13后, 可防止雾化管 7转动时相对 于烟嘴 1打滑。 其中, 多边形孔 13可以是三角形孔、 六边形孔等任意多边形形 状。
为加快烟液从上容腔 5流入下容腔 6的速度, 如图 2、 图 4所示, 挡块 71 为相互分隔的两个, 隔板 31上开有与挡块 71位置对应的放液孔 32, 每个放液 孔 32—侧的隔板 31上设有止挡凸台 33 ,止挡凸台 33可对雾化管 7的旋转进行 限位, 防止雾化管 7过度旋转以至不能准确封住放液孔。
如图 2所示, 为提升雾化管 7与隔板 31之间的密封性能, 并使雾化管 7可 以稳定地绕隔板 31的中轴线旋转, 隔板 31的中部设有第二凸台 34, 雾化管 7 的下端设有套装于第二凸台 34外的套筒 73 ,第二凸台 34的上端与套筒 73的筒 底之间垫设有密封垫 8。
本例的发热组件 4可釆用以下结构: 其包括用于传递烟液的纤维绳以及缠 绕在纤维绳上的发热丝, 配有为发热丝供电的通电组件, 纤维绳吸附下容腔 6 内的烟液, 被通电后的发热丝加热雾化形成烟气, 烟气经由雾化管 7、 烟嘴 2输 出。
如图 2所示, 雾化管 7上套装有弹簧 9 , 弹簧 9的上端与连接组件 2相抵, 弹簧 9的下端与套筒 73相抵; 该弹簧 9外还围闭有钢管 10。 弹簧 9在承受来自 连接组件 2 向下的压力后, 反作用于连接组件 2及雾化管 7,使雾化管 7上的挡 块 71通过套在其上的第二密封套 711紧压储液管 3上的隔板 31 , 保证雾化管 7 转动而关闭放液孔 32时密封放液孔 32。
使用时,在储液管 3的顶部的上容腔 5注入烟液后, 先锁紧烟嘴连接座 21 , 保证上容腔 5处于密封状态, 再转动烟嘴 1 , 挡块 71随着雾化管 7的转动而打 开放液孔 32 , 使储液管 3的上容腔 5与下容腔 6打通, 已注入上容腔 5的烟液 通过放液孔 32迅速流入下容腔 6 , 其中,放液孔 32放液时保持上容腔 5无外界 大气进入可防止漏液。 当使用者对口味要求高时, 也可以即刻反转烟嘴 1 , 使套 在挡块 71的第二密封套 711挡在止挡凸台 33上, 此时第二密封套 711恰好封 堵放液孔 32, 上容腔 5与下容腔 6被密封分隔。 待下容腔 6的烟液被完全雾化 上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式, 不能以此来限定本发明保护的 范围, 本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换 均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括由上至下依次连 接的烟嘴、 连接组件、 储液管和发热组件, 连接组件分别与烟嘴和储液管连接, 发热组件可拆卸地连接于储液管的下端, 储液管内设有隔板, 该隔板将储液管 的内腔分隔为上容腔和下容腔, 该隔板上开有放液孔, 隔板的上方安装有可转 动的雾化管, 雾化管的下端径向延伸有用于封堵放液孔的挡块, 雾化管的上端 穿过连接组件后插入烟嘴中, 且雾化管的上端管口与烟嘴连通, 雾化管的下端 管口与发热组件的烟气出口连通。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述连接组件包括烟嘴连接座和连接环, 连接环内设有注液板, 注液板上开有 注液孔, 连接环的下端插装于储液管上端, 连接环的上端与烟嘴连接座密封螺 接, 所述烟嘴可拆卸地密封插装于烟嘴连接座的顶部。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述烟嘴连接座的底部向下伸出有扣环, 所述连接环上注液板的中部伸出有第 一凸台, 第一凸台上固定有与扣环密封配合的第一密封套, 扣环与第一凸台通 过第一密封套密封。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述注液孔为一个; 或者所述注液孔为二个以上, 且以雾化管为中心轴轴对称 分布。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述烟嘴的下端向下伸出有插头, 该插头设有环形凹槽, 该环形凹槽内装有密 封圈, 烟嘴经插头插装在烟嘴连接座上。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述烟嘴的内孔为多边形孔, 所述雾化管的上端设为与该多边形孔相适配的多 边形插柱。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述挡块为相互分隔的两个, 所述隔板上开有与挡块位置对应的所述放液孔, 每个放液孔一侧的隔板上设有止挡凸台。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述隔板的中部设有第二凸台, 雾化管的下端设有套装于第二凸台外的套筒, 第二凸台的上端与套筒的筒底之间垫设有密封垫。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述雾化管上套装有弹簧, 弹簧的上端与连接组件相抵, 弹簧的下端与套筒相 抵; 该弹簧外还围闭有钢管。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的顶部注液底部换发热组件的电子烟, 其特征在 于: 所述挡块外包裹有第二密封套。
