Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines festen Zielpolymerprodukts aus einer Zielpolymerlösung, das mindestens zwei Schritte umfasst: in einem ersten Schritt wird eine Zielpolymerlösung durch Auflösen des Zielpolymers in einem Lösemittel oder Herauslösen des Zielpolymers mit einem Lösemittel aus einem Verbundmaterial oder einem Gemisch und Abtrennen der Zielpolymerlösung von den unlöslichen Bestandteilen hergestellt. In einem zweiten Schritt wird die Zielpolymerlösung, die eine Temperatur von mindestens der Siedetemperatur von Wasser aufweist, durch Inkontaktbringen der Zielpolymerlösung mit Wasserdampf mit einer Temperatur von mindestens der Siedetemperatur des Wassers aufkonzentriert, wodurch ein Lösemittel-Wasserdampf-Gemisch ausgetrieben wird, bis das Zielpolymerprodukt die Form eines pulverförmigen oder körnigen Feststoffs aufweist. Die Temperatur der Zielpolymerlösung bleibt beim Austreiben des Lösemittel-Wasserdampf-Gemischs unter der Siedetemperatur der Zielpolymerlösung. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die nach diesem Verfahren erhältlichen Zielpolymerprodukte. Diese Zielpolymerprodukte können insbesondere Additive, wie färbende Rußsorten, elektrische Leitfähigkeit verleihende Rußsorten oder verstärkende Füllstoffe mit besonders großen Faserlängen enthalten.
