通过本发明实施例,采用根据终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,将对应的视频节目推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,使得用户在观看视频的过程中能够对视频进行评价,并将评价结果好的视频推荐给终端用户,提高了用户体验度。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
在本实施例中提供了一种视频内容的推荐方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的视频内容的推荐方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,获取多个终端针对视频节目中指定片段的评价结果;
步骤S104,统计上述评价结果,并在符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将上述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
通过上述步骤,获取终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在某一个节目的评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,即很多终端都对某一节目评价较高时,将对应的视频节目中的指定片段推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,让用户在观看网络电视的视频时可以随时对指定片段进行评价,系统对收到好评价(例如“赞”)的时刻进行规整、统计,最终形成该视频的点赞数和精彩片段列表,展示用户评价好最多的视频和精彩时刻给用户,用户在播放视频时还可以在各精彩片段之间进行跳转。
可选地,步骤S102可以有多种实现方式,在本发明实施例的一个可选实施例中,可以通过以下过程实现:对于每个终端,获取终端用户在上述视频节目的指定播放时刻发送的评价结果,其中,上述指定播放时刻与上述指定片段是一一对应的,即在视屏节目播放期间用户可以在指定时刻对播放的指定片段进行评价。
在本发明实施例的一个可选实施例中,将上述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段之后,还可执行以下技术方案:将上述指定片段添加到上述视频节目的热点内容列表中,并将上述热点内容列表发送至上述终端,以推荐给上述终端用户,用户可以根据接收到的热点内容列表选择器需要选择的指定片段。
需要说明的是,一个视频的精彩片段的数量应该是要限定的(至少和视频长度成一定比率),比如一个短短的视频如果出现过多的精彩片段,相邻的精彩片段可合并。
在具体实施过程中,为了更好的增加用户体验度,还可以执行以下处理过程:统计上述视频节目向终端用户推荐的片段数量,在上述片段数量大于第二阈值时,将上述视频节目作为向终端用户推荐的视频节目。
在本实施例中还提供了一种视频内容的推荐装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的视频内容的推荐装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:
获取模块20,设置为获取多个终端针对视频节目中指定片段的评价结果;
统计模块22,与获取模块20连接,设置为统计上述评价结果,并在符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将上述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
通过上述各个模块的综合作用,采用获取终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,将对应的视频节目中的指定片段推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,让用户在观看网络电视的视频时可以随时对指定片段进行评价,系统对收到好评价(例如“赞”)的时刻进行规整、统计,最终形成该视频的点赞数和精彩片段列表,展示用户评价好最多的视频和精彩时刻给用户,用户在播放视频时还可以在各精彩片段之间进行跳转。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供一种视频内容的推荐方法和装置,让用户在观看视频节目时能通过遥控器(或遥控器软件)随时“点赞”,系统对收到的数据进行采样分析和统计,将“赞”数量较多的时刻分段标记为“精彩片段”,将“赞”数量较多的视频节目标记为“最赞视频”,以便让用户能快速在海量视频节目中找到热门视频和精彩时刻,进一步的,终端还支持在“精彩片段”之间跳转,提高用户观看电视节目的趣味性、互动性。
为了更加完善本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,本发明实施例还提供了一种视频内容的评价方法,应用于终端,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S302,在视频节目播放过程中,终端接收终端用户的操作指令,其中,上述操作指令用于对上述视频节目中的指定片段进行评价;
步骤S304,上述终端根据上述操作指令将上述指定片段的评价结果发送给网络侧。
通过上述各个步骤,采用获取终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,将对应的视频节目中的指定片段推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,让用户在观看网络电视的视频时可以随时对指定片段进行评价,系统对收到好评价(例如“赞”)的时刻进行规整、统计,最终形成该视频的点赞数和精彩片段列表,展示用户评价好最多的视频和精彩时刻给用户,用户在播放视频时还可以在各精彩片段之间进行跳转。
本发明实施例对上述技术方案的进一步改进在于,上述终端接收上述终端用户在上述视频节目的指定播放时刻执行的上述操作指令,其中,上述指定播放时刻与上述指定片段是一一对应的。
可选地,上述终端接收来自网络侧针对上述视频节目的热点内容列表,其中,上述热点内容列表中存储有向终端用户推荐的片段,其中,在上述指定片段的评价结果中符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将上述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
在本发明实施例的一个可选示例中,终端接收终端用户的操作指令包括以下之一:上述终端接收上述终端用户通过遥控装置发送的操作指令;上述终端接收上述终端用户通过上述终端上的虚拟按键执行的操作指令;上述终端接收上述终端用户在上述视频节目的播放界面上执行的上述操作指令。
在本实施例中还提供了一种视频内容的评价装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。

接收模块40,设置为在视频节目播放过程中,接收终端用户的操作指令,其中,上述操作指令用于对上述视频节目中的指定片段进行评价;
发送模块42,与接收模块40连接,设置为根据上述操作指令将上述指定片段的评价结果发送给网络侧。
通过上述各个模块的综合作用,采用根据终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,将对应的视频节目推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,让用户在观看网络电视的视频时可以随时点“赞”(标记“精彩点”),系统对收到“赞”的时刻进行规整、统计,最终形成该视频的点赞数和精彩片段列表,展示最“赞”的视频和精彩时刻给用户,用户在播放视频时还可以在各精彩片段之间进行跳转。
为了更好的理解上述视频内容的推荐、评价方法的流程图,以下结合优选实施例进行说明,但不限定本发明:
步骤1)在播放视频类节目时,有界面提示用户“查看/设置精彩点”功能的快捷入口或触发方式,可以是遥控器的某个按键,或者是手机/平板上为终端定制的遥控器软件上的按键,或播放界面上的某个操作按钮触发,呼出菜单时节目可以暂停或继续播放(由系统开关控制)。
步骤2)终端收到用户的“点赞”操作后,推送到系统侧,系统会记录下用户、节目标识、时间点等信息。
步骤3)系统定时对视频节目及其被赞时间点进行分析、统计,将“赞”的最多的节目标记为“精彩节目”,并将节目中“赞”得较多的时间段作为“精彩片段”。
步骤4)终端在播放视频节目时从系统侧取得精彩片段列表,供用户在观看时在各精彩片段间进行跳转。
上述技术方案可以总结为:用户观看视频节目时,随时可对该节目的点“赞”;系统收集被赞的节目、时间点;系统定期对收集的数据进行时间点集中归类、分析、统计,得到节目的各个精彩片段;用户观看节目时可以控制在精彩片段之间跳转。
采用本发明优选实施例的技术方案,目前网络电视中热门节目的产生,一般是用户在看节目前按“推荐”按钮,或者观看节目时系统自动记录节目被观看次数,而本方案可以让用户在观看节目过程中,发现视频节目确实不错,主动点“赞”,提高用户的观看热情和参与度;系统侧根据用户集体行为(点赞)可以分析统计出最赞视频及 精彩片段列表,有利于用户更快的在海量视频中发现和找到精彩视频节目及片段,提高系统的实用性和黏性,降低维护成本。
为了更好的理解本发明优选例技术方案,以下从几个方面说明上述优选实施例提供的技术方案:
图5为根据本发明优选实施例的精彩点的设置、查询、跳转的过程示意图,如图5所示,包括:
步骤S501:用户通过终端点播视频类节目;
步骤S503:用户看视频过程中通过终端给视频点赞,数据传给服务器;
步骤S505:服务侧将数据加入到精彩点集合;
步骤S507:系统定时计算得到赞最多的节目及其精彩点列表;
步骤S509:其它终端可以取得赞最多的视频,及其对应的精彩点列表,终端支持精彩点之间的跳转。
图6为根据本发明优选实施例的精彩点的设置、查询、跳转的序列图,如图6所示,包括:
步骤S601:用户开始观看点播或回看节目;
步骤S603:获取该视频节目的精彩片段列表,即终端侧从服务器获取到该节目的精彩点列表;
步骤S605:通过遥控器按钮呼出界面展示精彩片段列表,选择跳转,或者不弹页面直接按键触发,即用户根据提示调出界面,界面上有点赞、精彩点列表等链接。弹出界面为可选,用户也可根据提示直接按键实现对应操作;
步骤S607:跳转到指定的精彩点,即终端根据用户遥控指令,直接跳转到对应精彩点的时刻,继续播放;
步骤S609:节目观看中,通过遥控器按钮一键点赞,或呼出界面后点赞,即用户观看节目时,觉得很精彩,通过遥控器一键点赞,或者呼出界面后点赞;
步骤S611:发送点赞请求,即终端发送点赞请求给服务器侧,送出节目标识、时间、用户标识等参数;
步骤S613:定时分析、统计得到精彩片段列表,即系统定期对精彩点进行分析、统计,计算得到新的精彩点列表,以便后续用户请求。
图7为根据本发明优选实施例的视频内容的评价系统的结构图,如图7所示,包括:。
网络电视侧的用户输入单元71,通过界面或遥控器快捷键触发,进行精彩点的设置和跳转;
网络电视侧的展示输出单元73,包括:根据用户的操作显示交互界面、根据选择精彩点跳转到指定时刻播放;
服务器侧的接收单元75,包括:接受精彩点的设置、查询、跳转等请求,分发到对应的处理单元;
服务器侧的精彩点分析统计单元77,负责定时将收集到的精彩点进行挑选、相邻时间合并等,计算出新的精彩片段列表(参见图6);
服务器侧的精彩点查询单元79,负责查询出指定节目的精彩点列表;
服务器侧的跳转控制单元81,根据终端侧发来的跳转请求,将用户播放点时移到指定时刻继续播放。
图8为根据本发明优选实施的精彩点提取的原理示意图,如图8所示,根据节目在各个时间点被“赞”次数取阈值,超过阈值的即为精彩时刻。如图8中有3个时间段的点赞数都超过了阈值,被标记为精彩片段。阈值的取值考虑因素:精彩片段数不超过设定值(否则提高阈值),相邻精彩片段时间间隔不超过设定值(太近的作合并处理)。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的对象在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、 产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
综上所述,本发明实施例实现了以下有益效果:解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,让用户在观看网络电视的视频时可以随时点“赞”(标记“精彩点”),系统对收到“赞”的时刻进行规整、统计,最终形成该视频的点赞数和精彩片段列表,展示最“赞”的视频和精彩时刻给用户,用户在播放视频时还可以在各精彩片段之间进行跳转。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例可以应用于网络电视领域,采用根据终端对视频节目中指定节目的评价结果,并在评价结果数量大于一定阈值时,将对应的视频节目推荐给终端用户的技术方案,解决了相关技术中不能及时和准确的整理出热点视频中的精彩片段的问题,使得用户在观看视频的过程中能够对视频进行评价,并将评价结果好的视频推荐给终端用户,提高了用户体验度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频内容的推荐方法,包括:
    获取多个终端针对视频节目中指定片段的评价结果;
    统计所述评价结果,并在符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将所述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取多个终端针对视频节目中指定片段的评价结果包括:
    对于每个终端,获取终端用户在所述视频节目的指定播放时刻发送的评价结果,其中,所述指定播放时刻与所述指定片段是一一对应的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段之后,还包括:
    将所述指定片段添加到所述视频节目的热点内容列表中,并将所述热点内容列表发送至所述终端,以推荐给所述终端用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    统计所述视频节目向终端用户推荐的片段数量,在所述片段数量大于第二阈值时,将所述视频节目作为向终端用户推荐的视频节目。
  5. 一种视频内容的评价方法,包括:
    在视频节目播放过程中,终端接收终端用户的操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于对所述视频节目中的指定片段进行评价;
    所述终端根据所述操作指令将所述指定片段的评价结果发送给网络侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,接收终端用户的操作指令,包括:
    所述终端接收所述终端用户在所述视频节目的指定播放时刻执行的所述操作指令,其中,所述指定播放时刻与所述指定片段是一一对应的。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收来自网络侧针对所述视频节目的热点内容列表,其中,所述热点内容列表中存储有向终端用户推荐的片段,其中,在所述指定片段的评价 结果中符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将所述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,终端接收终端用户的操作指令包括以下之一:
    所述终端接收所述终端用户通过遥控装置发送的操作指令;
    所述终端接收所述终端用户通过所述终端上的虚拟按键执行的操作指令;
    所述终端接收所述终端用户在所述视频节目的播放界面上执行的所述操作指令。
  9. 一种视频内容的推荐装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取多个终端针对视频节目中指定片段的评价结果;
    统计模块,设置为统计所述评价结果,并在符合预设要求的评价结果数量大于第一阈值时,将所述指定片段作为向终端用户推荐的片段。
  10. 一种视频内容的评价装置,应用于终端,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,设置为在视频节目播放过程中,接收终端用户的操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于对所述视频节目中的指定片段进行评价;
    发送模块,设置为根据所述操作指令将所述指定片段的评价结果发送给网络侧。
