在本发明中,通过气缸来回推动齿条使雾化器与电池杆反复扭出扭进,根据雾化器与电池杆扭转次数,来判断雾化器与电池杆螺纹连接处的扭转寿命。本发明由于是全自动化操作,因此提高了测试效率。另外,由于在上夹紧件和下夹紧件之间设置有弹性垫,因此可防止夹紧组件损伤电池杆和雾化器。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明实施例中,通过气缸来回推动齿条使雾化器与电池杆反复扭出扭进,根据雾化器与电池杆扭转次数,来判断雾化器与电池杆螺纹连接处的扭转寿命。本发明实施例由于是全自动化操作,因此提高了测试效率。从而解决了现有技术中存在的雾化器组件与电池杆螺纹连接处扭转寿命测试靠人工测试,因此测试效率较低的问题。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
请参阅图1及图2,图1是本发明实施例提供的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置的立体结构示意图;图2是本发明实施例提供的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置的剖面结构示意图。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置包括:气缸11、齿条12、齿轮13,转轴14、第一夹紧组件15、以及第二夹紧组件16。其中,所述气缸11与所述齿条12连接,所述齿轮13位于 所述齿条12一侧(如上方或下方),所述齿轮13与所述齿条12通过锯齿进行传动连接;所述齿轮13套设在所述转轴14上,所述第一夹紧组件15与所述转轴14一端连接,所述第二夹紧组件16设置于所述第一夹紧组件15的对端。其中,所述第一夹紧组件15用于夹住雾化器17,所述第二夹紧组件16用于夹住电池杆18,所述雾化器17与所述电池杆18通过螺纹连接,所述雾化器17与所述电池杆18位于所述第一夹紧组件15与所述第二夹紧组件16之间。然而,可以理解的是,所述第一夹紧组件15也可以用于夹住所述电池杆18,所述第二夹紧组件16也可以用于夹住所述雾化器17。
在本发明实施例中,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置的工作原理如下:
所述气缸11推动所述齿条12滑动,所述齿条12带动所述齿轮13转动,所述齿轮13带动所述转轴14转动,所述转轴14带动所述第一夹紧组件15上的所述雾化器17转动,所述电池杆18固定在所述第二夹紧组件16上不转动,所述电池杆18被扭出。所述气缸11推动所述齿条12往反方向滑动,所述转轴14带动所述第一夹紧组件15上的所述雾化器17反方向转动,所述电池杆18被扭进所述雾化器17。
在本发明实施例中,所述气缸11来回推动,所述雾化器17与所述电池杆18反复扭出扭进。
作为本发明一优选实施例,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:轴承19,所述轴承19与所述转轴14另一端连接。所述轴承19用于支撑所述转轴14。具体地,在所述轴承19与所述转轴14连接处的所述轴承19上设置有通孔,所述转轴14另一端则放置在所述通孔处,当所述齿轮13带动所述转轴14转动时,所述转轴14可在所述通孔处转动。
作为本发明另一优选实施例,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:滑块20,所述滑块20与所述第二夹紧组件16连接,所述滑块20用于支撑所述第二夹紧组件16。
在本发明实施例中,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:控制器;所述控制器与所述气缸11电性连接并用于控制所述气缸11运行的次数。当向所述气缸11通气时,所述气缸11便开始运作。然而,可以理解的是,在所述控制器中预先设置向所述气缸11通气的次数,那么所述控制器会根据所述预先设置的向所述气缸11通气的次数,来相应的向所述气缸11通气预设次数。例如,在所述控制器中预先设置向所述气缸11通气1000次,那么所述控制器会相应的向所述气缸11通气1000次,当通气到达1000次后,便停止通气,此时,所述气缸11则停止运作。此时,测试人员便可取下雾化器组件与电池杆,以此来判断螺纹连接处扭转寿命。
然而,可以理解的是,可根据实际情况来在所述控制器中预先设置向所述气缸11通 气的次数,如可以是2000次,2500次等等。
作为本发明再一优选实施例,所述第一夹紧组件15包括上夹紧件151和下夹紧件152,其中,,所述上夹紧件151的面向所述下夹紧件152的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述上夹紧件151面向所述第二夹紧组件16的端面;所述下夹紧件152的面向所述上夹紧件151的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与所述第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的外周面上。优选地,在所述上夹紧件151和所述下夹紧件152之间设置有用于在夹持时增加与电子烟的摩擦力的弹性垫,所述弹性垫包括上弹性垫211和下弹性垫212,通过螺钉将所述上夹紧件151和上弹性垫211固定在一起,以及将下弹性垫212和下夹紧件152固定在一起。其中,所述弹性垫由弹性材料制成。所述雾化器17被夹设于所述上弹性垫211和下弹性垫212之间,所述弹性垫可防止所述第一夹紧组件15损伤所述雾化器17。进一步的,所述上弹性垫211和所述下弹性垫212上可分别设置摩擦纹,以增加所述弹性垫与所述雾化器17之间的摩擦力。
作为本发明再一优选实施例,所述第二夹紧组件16包括第二上夹紧件和第二下夹紧件,其中,所述第二上夹紧件的面向所述第二下夹紧件的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述第二上夹紧件面向所述第一夹紧组件的端面;所述第二下夹紧件的面向所述第二上夹紧件的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与所述第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的外周面上。优选地,在所述第二上夹紧件和所述第二下夹紧件之间设置有用于在夹持时增加与电子烟的摩擦力的弹性垫,所述弹性垫包括上弹性垫和下弹性垫,通过螺钉将所述上夹紧件和上弹性垫固定在一起,以及将下弹性垫和下夹紧件固定在一起。其中,所述弹性垫由弹性材料制成。所述电池杆18被夹设于所述上弹性垫和下弹性垫之间,所述弹性垫可防止所述第二夹紧组件16损伤所述电池杆18。进一步的,所述上弹性垫和所述下弹性垫上可分别设置摩擦纹,以增加所述弹性垫与所述电池杆18之间的摩擦力。
作为本发明另一实施例,为了方便一次能测试多组雾化器与电池杆螺纹连接处的扭转寿命,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置包括:一气缸11、一齿条12、多个齿轮13,多条转轴14、多个第一夹紧组件15、以及多个第二夹紧组件16。其中,所述气缸11与所述齿条12连接,所述多个齿轮13间隔设置于所述齿条12上方,所述齿轮13与所述齿条12通过锯齿进行传动连接;多个所述齿轮13分别套设在多个所述转轴14上,每一个所述第一夹紧组件15分别与每一个所述转轴14一端连接,每一个所述第二夹紧组件16与每一个所述第一夹紧组件15对端设置。其中,一个所述第一夹紧组件15用于夹住一个雾化器17,一个 所述第二夹紧组件16用于夹住一个电池杆18,所述雾化器17与所述电池杆18连接,所述雾化器17与所述电池杆18位于所述第一夹紧组件15与所述第二夹紧组件16之间。
请参阅图4,作为本发明另一实施例,所述齿轮,所述转轴以及所述第一夹紧组件均包括多个,所述多个齿轮间隔设置于所述齿条上方,多个所述齿轮分别套设在多个所述转轴上,每一个所述第一夹紧组件分别与每一个所述转轴一端连接;
所述第一夹紧组件包括上夹紧件和下夹紧件,所述上夹紧件的面向所述下夹紧件的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述上夹紧件面向所述第二夹紧组件的端面;所述下夹紧件的面向所述上夹紧件的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的一端;
所述第二夹紧组件为一个,所述第二夹紧组件包括上夹紧块和下夹紧块,所述上夹紧块面向所述第一夹紧组件的一侧与所述下夹紧块进行可拆卸扣接相连,所述上夹紧块背向所述第一夹紧组件的一侧与所述下夹紧块铰接相连;所述上夹紧块的面向所述下夹紧块的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第三夹槽,所述第三夹槽连通至所述上夹紧块面向所述第二夹紧组件的端面;所述下夹紧块的面向所述上夹紧块的表面设置有与所述第三夹槽位置相对的第四夹槽,以使测试时所述第三夹槽与第四夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的另一端。
然而,可以理解的是,所述气缸11推动所述齿条12滑动,所述齿条12带动所有所述齿轮13转动,每一个所述齿轮13带动相应的所述转轴14转动,每一个所述转轴14带动相应的所述第一夹紧组件15上的所述雾化器17转动,每一个所述电池杆18固定在相应的所述第二夹紧组件16上不转动,所有所述电池杆18被扭出。所述气缸11推动所述齿条12往反方向滑动,每一个所述转轴14带动相应的所述第一夹紧组件15上的所述雾化器17反方向转动,所有所述电池杆18被扭进相应的所述雾化器17。
本实施例实现了同一时间能够测试多组雾化器与电池杆螺纹连接处的扭转寿命,大大提高了测试效率。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过气缸来回推动齿条使雾化器与电池杆反复扭出扭进,根据雾化器与电池杆扭转次数,来判断雾化器与电池杆螺纹连接处的扭转寿命。本发明实施例由于是全自动化操作,因此提高了测试效率。另外,由于在上夹紧件和下夹紧件之间设置有弹性垫,因此可防止夹紧组件损伤电池杆和雾化器。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置包括:气缸、齿条、齿轮,转轴、第一夹紧组件、以及第二夹紧组件;
    其中,所述气缸与所述齿条连接,所述齿轮位于所述齿条一侧,所述齿轮与所述齿条通过锯齿进行传动连接;所述齿轮套设在所述转轴上,所述第一夹紧组件与所述转轴一端连接,所述第二夹紧组件设置于所述第一夹紧组件的对端;其中,所述第一夹紧组件用于夹住雾化器,所述第二夹紧组件用于夹住电池杆,或所述第一夹紧组件用于夹住所述电池杆,所述第二夹紧组件用于夹住所述雾化器;所述雾化器与所述电池杆通过螺纹连接,所述雾化器与所述电池杆位于所述第一夹紧组件与所述第二夹紧组件之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮,所述转轴、所述第一夹紧组件、以及所述第二夹紧组件均包括多个;
    其中,所述多个齿轮间隔设置于所述齿条上方,多个所述齿轮分别套设在多个所述转轴上,每一个所述第一夹紧组件分别与每一个所述转轴一端连接,每一个所述第二夹紧组件与每一个所述第一夹紧组件对端设置。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:轴承;
    所述轴承与所述转轴另一端连接;所述轴承用于支撑所述转轴。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,在所述轴承与所述转轴连接处的所述轴承上设置有通孔,所述转轴另一端则放置在所述通孔处。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:滑块;
    所述滑块与所述第二夹紧组件连接,所述滑块用于支撑所述第二夹紧组件。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置还包括:控制器;
    所述控制器与所述气缸电性连接并用于控制所述气缸运行的次数。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹紧组件包括上夹紧件和下夹紧件,所述上夹紧件的面向所述下夹紧件的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述上夹紧件面向所述第二夹紧组件的端面;所述下夹紧件的面向所述上夹紧件的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与所述第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的外周面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,在所述上夹紧件和所述下 夹紧件之间设置有用于在夹持时增加与电子烟的摩擦力的弹性垫。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述弹性垫包括上弹性垫和下弹性垫,通过螺钉将所述上夹紧件和上弹性垫固定在一起,以及将下弹性垫和下夹紧件固定在一起。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述上弹性垫和所述下弹性垫上分别设置摩擦纹。
  11. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述第二夹紧组件包括第二上夹紧件和第二下夹紧件,所述第二上夹紧件的面向所述第二下夹紧件的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述第二上夹紧件面向所述第一夹紧组件的端面;所述第二下夹紧件的面向所述第二上夹紧件的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与所述第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的外周面上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,在所述第二上夹紧件和所述第二下夹紧件之间设置有用于在夹持时增加与电子烟的摩擦力的弹性垫。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述弹性垫包括上弹性垫和下弹性垫,通过螺钉将所述上夹紧件和上弹性垫固定在一起,以及将下弹性垫和下夹紧件固定在一起。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述上弹性垫和所述下弹性垫上分别设置摩擦纹。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟螺纹扭转测试装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮,所述转轴以及所述第一夹紧组件均包括多个,所述多个齿轮间隔设置于所述齿条上方,多个所述齿轮分别套设在多个所述转轴上,每一个所述第一夹紧组件分别与每一个所述转轴一端连接;
    所述第一夹紧组件包括上夹紧件和下夹紧件,所述上夹紧件的面向所述下夹紧件的表面设置有第一夹槽,所述第一夹槽连通至所述上夹紧件面向所述第二夹紧组件的端面;所述下夹紧件的面向所述上夹紧件的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第二夹槽,以使测试时所述第一夹槽与第二夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的一端;
    所述第二夹紧组件为一个,所述第二夹紧组件包括上夹紧块和下夹紧块,所述上夹紧块面向所述第一夹紧组件的一侧与所述下夹紧块进行可拆卸扣接相连,所述上夹紧块背向所述第一夹紧组件的一侧与所述下夹紧块铰接相连;所述上夹紧块的面向所述下夹紧块的表面设置有与所述第一夹槽位置相对的第三夹槽,所述第三夹槽连通至所述上夹紧块面向所述第二夹紧组件的端面;所述下夹紧块的面向所述上夹紧块的表面设置有与所述第三夹槽位置相对的第 四夹槽,以使测试时所述第三夹槽与第四夹槽共同夹持包覆于电子烟的另一端。
