本发明实施例提出的一种视频会议呼叫方法、系统及服务器,可以使用户在不知道远端IP地址和终端号的情况下,只要知道部分被呼叫终端的相关属性信息,即可轻易地查找到要呼叫的终端,轻松开启视频会议,从而为用户提供极大方便,同时提高了视频会议可操作性。

为了使本发明的技术方案更加清楚、明了,下面将结合附图作进一步详述。
本发明的实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的解决方案主要是:发起呼叫终端向服务器发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端;服务器解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;服务器根据查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给发起呼叫终端;发起呼叫终端根据终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫,如此,可以 使用户在不知道远端IP地址和终端号的情况下,只要知道部分被呼叫终端的相关属性信息,即可轻易地查找到要呼叫的终端,轻松开启视频会议,从而为用户提供极大方便,同时提高了视频会议可操作性。
本发明实施例方案考虑到:相关技术的会议电视终端的呼叫方式主要通过IP地址或者已注册的终端号对终端进行呼叫。而IP地址一般都是新装终端时由管理员配置,不方便记忆和查询。终端号也是终端注册时即已设置好,一般也只有管理员知道。如果两个异地用户需要用会议电视终端召开会议,至少需要通知对方自己的IP地址或者终端号才能开启会议,否则无法进行视频会议,由此给用户带来不便。
因此,如果能在终端上加上模糊查找功能,用户只要知道对方终端一些基本信息如地址、终端名称等就可以开启视频会议。例如:深圳的用户要跟三亚研究所的用户开视频会议,但是深圳用户不知道三亚终端的IP地址和终端号。只知道三亚的用户在三亚研究所,在当前终端上搜索“三亚研究所”就可以看到所有三亚研究所的终端,根据查询到的信息,就可以轻松地跟三亚的用户开视频会议。
基于上述分析,如图1所示,本发明一实施例提出一种视频会议呼叫方法,包括:
步骤S101,发起呼叫终端向服务器发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端;
其中,发起呼叫终端为当前需要启动视频会议的终端,被呼叫终端为远端参与视频会议的终端,两终端均可以为网络电视或其它具有视频显示功能的网络终端。
为了更方便快捷的查找到要呼叫的终端(即本实施例所称被呼叫终端),本实施例考虑到:一般终端上保存的信息有限,无法在终端上查找到要呼叫终端的信息,因此,本实施例引入服务器机制,发起呼叫终端向注册的服务器发送查询请求以获得其它终端的信息,该服务器包括但不限于以下几种:GK、SIPSERVER、MCU(多点呼叫单元)等。
终端可以在服务器上进行注册,其中注册信息可以包括终端的名称、地址、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
发起呼叫终端首先通过协议的方式向服务器发起查询请求,在查询请求中携带上输入的查询信息,该查询信息包括查询关键字,所述查询关键字包 括被呼叫终端的属性信息,比如终端的名称、地理位置、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
用户在输入查询关键字时,可以选择多种搜索方式,比如根据单一的属性查询,如根据地理位置查询,根据终端名称查询,根据IP地址查询等,也可以是终端多个属性或所有属性查询等。此外,用户输入的终端信息可以是某个属性的部分字段,如根据IP地址查询,输入10.,则服务器将返回所有IP地址中包含10.的终端列表。
可选地,可以通过在协议中增加非标字段传输查询关键字。
作为一种实施方式,上述查询请求可以通过登记请求(Registration Request,RRQ)信令的方式发送至服务器。RRQ信令的结构可以如表1所示,按照表1格式增加查询附加字段向所有相关的GK、SIPSERVER、MCU等发送查询请求。

步骤S102,所述服务器根据查询请求,获取终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端;
服务器在接收到发起呼叫终端发来的查询请求后,解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,开始查询。
查找在该服务器上注册的所有终端,根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表通过信令反馈给发起呼叫终端。
其中,服务器反馈查询结果的信令格式可以如表2所示。

服务器在进行终端属性匹配时,可以根据用户的查询方式,根据关键字对要呼叫的终端进行单一属性匹配,也可以对要呼叫的终端的所有属性进行匹配。也就是说,如果用户选择了根据单个属性进行查找,则服务器只根据该属性查找要呼叫的终端。如果用户选择设置查找所有属性,则服务器匹配 所有属性包括设备生产商、设备说明备注等。
具体过程如下:
首先,服务器在进行终端属性匹配时,查找在该服务器上注册的所有终端。
然后,根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表。
最后,将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
由此,在服务器向发起呼叫终端返回终端列表信息时,如果用户选择了单个属性查找,则只返回所有匹配该属性信息的终端,如果用户选择了多个属性查找,则返回查找到的所有属性信息均匹配的终端,以方便用户确认要呼叫的终端。
步骤S103,所述发起呼叫终端根据所述终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
发起呼叫终端接收到服务器返回的终端列表信息后,将接收的服务器的终端列表进行汇总;按照相关度进行排序,并以列表形式向用户显示被呼叫终端信息。
用户查询终端列表信息,确认是否有要呼叫的终端,如果没有,则更换查询信息再次查询;如果用户在终端列表中找到要呼叫的终端,则直接呼叫该终端。
发起呼叫终端在接收到用户的选择指令后,根据所述用户的选择指令,从显示的被呼叫终端列表中选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
本实施例通过上述方案,可以使用户在不知道远端IP地址和终端号的情况下,只要知道部分被呼叫终端的相关属性信息,即可轻易地查找到要呼叫的终端,轻松开启视频会议,从而为用户提供极大方便,同时提高了视频会议可操作性。
如图2所示,本发明另一实施例提出一种视频会议呼叫方法,在上述图1所示的实施例的基础上,还包括:
步骤S100,服务器根据各终端请求,对各终端进行注册。
相比上述实施例,本实施例还包括服务器注册终端的方案。
终端可以向服务器发送注册请求,服务器根据终端的注册请求对终端进行注册。其中注册信息可以包括终端的名称、地址、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
其它与上述实施例相同。
对应地,如图3所示,本发明较佳实施例提出一种视频会议呼叫系统,包括:发起呼叫终端201和服务器202,其中:
所述发起呼叫终端201,设置为向服务器202发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端;
所述服务器202,设置为根据查询请求,获取终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端;
其中,所述服务器202是设置为:解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端201;
所述发起呼叫终端201,还设置为根据所述终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
其中,发起呼叫终端201为当前需要启动视频会议的终端,被呼叫终端为远端参与视频会议的终端,两终端均可以为网络电视或其它具有视频显示功能的网络终端。
为了更方便快捷的查找到要呼叫的终端(即本实施例所称被呼叫终端),本实施例考虑到:一般终端上保存的信息有限,无法在终端上查找到要呼叫终端的信息,因此,本实施例引入服务器202机制,发起呼叫终端201向注册的服务器202发送查询请求以获得其它终端的信息,该服务器包括但不限于以下几种:GK、SIPSERVER、MCU(多点呼叫单元)等。
终端可以在服务器202上进行注册,其中注册信息可以包括终端的名称、地址、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
发起呼叫终端201首先通过协议的方式向服务器202发起查询请求,在 查询请求中携带上输入的查询信息,该查询信息包括查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括被呼叫终端的属性信息,比如终端的名称、地理位置、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
用户在输入查询关键字时,可以选择多种搜索方式,比如根据单一的属性查询,如根据地理位置查询,根据终端名称查询,根据IP地址查询等,也可以是终端多个属性或所有属性查询等。此外,用户输入的终端信息可以是一个属性的部分字段,如根据IP地址查询,输入10.,则服务器202将返回所有IP地址中包含10.的终端列表。
可选地,可以通过在协议中增加非标字段传输查询关键字。
作为一种实施方式,上述查询请求可以通过RRQ信令的方式发送至服务器202。RRQ信令的结构可以如表1所示,按照表1格式增加查询附加字段向所有相关的GK、SIPSERVER、MCU等发送查询请求。
服务器202在接收到发起呼叫终端201发来的查询请求后,解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,开始查询。
查找在该服务器202上注册的所有终端,根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表通过信令反馈给发起呼叫终端201。
其中,服务器202反馈查询结果的信令格式可以如表2所示。
服务器202在进行终端属性匹配时,可以根据用户的查询方式,根据关键字对要呼叫的终端进行单一属性匹配,也可以对要呼叫的终端的所有属性进行匹配。也就是说,如果用户选择了根据单个属性进行查找,则服务器202只根据该属性查找要呼叫的终端。如果用户选择设置查找所有属性,则服务器202匹配所有属性包括设备生产商、设备说明备注等。
具体过程如下:
首先,服务器202在进行终端属性匹配时,查找在该服务器202上注册的所有终端。
然后,根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表。
最后,将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端201。
由此,在服务器202向发起呼叫终端201返回终端列表信息时,如果用户选择了单个属性查找,则只返回所有匹配该属性信息的终端,否则返回查找到的所有属性信息均匹配的终端,以方便用户确认要呼叫的终端。
发起呼叫终端201接收到服务器202返回的终端列表信息后,将接收的各服务器202的终端列表进行汇总;按照相关度进行排序,并以列表形式向用户显示被呼叫终端信息。
用户查询终端列表信息,确认是否有要呼叫的终端,如果没有,则更换查询信息再次查询;如果用户在终端列表中找到要呼叫的终端,则直接呼叫该终端。
发起呼叫终端201在接收到用户的选择指令后,根据所述用户的选择指令,从显示的被呼叫终端列表中选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
本实施例通过上述方案,可以使用户在不知道远端IP地址和终端号的情况下,只要知道部分被呼叫终端的相关属性信息,即可轻易地查找到要呼叫的终端,轻松开启视频会议,从而为用户提供极大方便,同时提高了视频会议可操作性。
可选地,所述服务器202还设置为根据终端请求,对终端进行注册。
终端可以向服务器202发送注册请求,服务器202根据终端的注册请求对终端进行注册。其中注册信息可以包括终端的名称、地址、设备生产商、设备说明备注、终端号、IP地址等属性信息。
如图4所示,本发明实施例的服务器包括:
接收单元40,设置为接收发起呼叫终端发送的查询请求;
列表获取单元41,设置为获取终端列表;
发送单元42,设置为将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
其中,所述列表获取单元41,是设置为:解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
其中,所述列表获取单元41,是设置为:查找在该服务器上注册的所有 终端;根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
所述服务器还可以包括:
注册单元43,设置为根据终端请求,对终端进行注册。
其中,接收单元40还可以设置为接收终端的注册请求,发送给注册单元43。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现上面所述的方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例视频会议呼叫方法及系统,可以使用户在不知道远端IP地址和终端号的情况下,只要知道部分被呼叫终端的相关属性信息,即可轻易地查找到要呼叫的终端,轻松开启视频会议,从而为用户提供极大方便,同时提高了视频会议可操作性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种视频会议呼叫方法,包括:
    发起呼叫终端向服务器发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端;
    所述服务器根据查询请求,获取终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端;
    所述发起呼叫终端根据所述终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器根据查询请求,获取终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端的步骤包括:
    所述服务器解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;
    所述服务器根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述服务器根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端的步骤包括:
    所述服务器查找在该服务器上注册的所有终端;
    根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;
    当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;
    当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;
    将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述发起呼叫终端根据所述终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫的步骤包括:
    所述发起呼叫终端将接收的各服务器的终端列表进行汇总;
    按照相关度进行排序,并以列表形式显示被呼叫终端信息;
    接收选择指令;
    根据所述选择指令,从显示的被呼叫终端列表中选择对应的被呼叫终端 进行呼叫。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述发起呼叫终端向服务器发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述服务器根据终端请求,对终端进行注册。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述属性信息包括终端地理位置、终端名称、IP地址和/或终端号。
  7. 一种视频会议呼叫系统,包括:发起呼叫终端和服务器,其中:
    所述发起呼叫终端,设置为向服务器发送查询请求以获取被呼叫终端;
    所述服务器,设置为根据查询请求,获取终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端;
    所述发起呼叫终端,还设置为根据所述终端列表,选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,
    所述服务器,是设置为:解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,
    所述服务器,是设置为:查找在该服务器上注册的所有终端;根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,
    所述发起呼叫终端,是设置为:将接收的服务器的终端列表进行汇总;按照相关度进行排序,并以列表形式显示被呼叫终端信息;接收选择指令;根据所述选择指令,从显示的被呼叫终端列表中选择对应的被呼叫终端进行呼叫。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的系统,其中,
    所述服务器,还设置为根据终端请求,对终端进行注册。
  12. 一种服务器,包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收发起呼叫终端发送的查询请求;
    列表获取单元,设置为获取终端列表;
    发送单元,设置为将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的服务器,其中,
    所述列表获取单元,是设置为:解析所述查询请求,获取查询关键字,所述查询关键字包括所述被呼叫终端的属性信息;根据所述查询关键字进行终端属性匹配,获取属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其中,
    所述列表获取单元,是设置为:查找在该服务器上注册的所有终端;根据所述查询关键字对查找到的所有终端进行属性匹配;当所述查询关键字对应为单一属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的单一属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;当所述查询关键字对应为多个属性时,获取与所述查询关键字的多个属性相匹配的被呼叫终端,形成终端列表;将所述终端列表反馈给所述发起呼叫终端。
  15. 根据权利要求12-14任一项所述的服务器,还包括:
    注册单元,设置为根据终端请求,对终端进行注册。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
