Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for winding the embroidery spangles and to the manufacture of a machine suitable for this purpose wherein the shaping unit (2) inside which the cutting molds are present, the conveyor roller assembly (4) by means of which the plurality of embroidery spangles (3) exiting the shaping unit in shaped state perform the advancing movement, and a tension regulating spring bar in the subsequent position for enabling the embroidery spangles to advance with the same tension are provided. A roller (6) with spiral channels, for enabling the retraction of the embroidery spangles in angular manner, and after said roller, a second tension spring bar (5) are positioned. A trolley system (7), which moves the embroidery spangles (3) that have passed through the second spring bar (5) back and forth in the rightward and leftward directions, and a roller (8), connected to said trolley system, with wide channels arranged thereon in a way to allow multiple windings, are provided. Following the roller (8) with wide channels, there are present a wide reel (10) for each piece and two shafts (9), which provide idle rotation to the reels thereon. As a result of the fact that one end of the embroidery spangle (3) may be pulled onto the wide reel (10) and fixed to the middle of the reel, the manufacture of the machine for performing the winding in multiple rows is completed.

Description

METHOD FOR WINDING EMBROIDERY SPANGLES AND MACHINE SUITABLE
FOR THIS PURPOSE
As known, the embroidery spangles are products used in decorating the fine and fancy dresses. These products are supplied to the market by first providing the same with the desired shape and then winding the same in a single row one after the other on the reels with a winding position with great height, as seen in Figure 2. In such winding, the winding length, which is required to be of standard size, becomes unable to fit on the reel, parallel to the thickness of the material being wound.
Due to the winding in a single row, the increase in wastage is inevitable as a result of frequent change of reels at the stages of manufacture, packaging and stacking as well as use. The wastage occurring in manufacture and use becomes an unfavorable factor for the embroidery spangles in terms of loss of labor and time, and expenses.
The object of the present application is to enable the winding of the embroidery spangles in multiple rows via a different method and to manufacture the machine suitable for this purpose.
This process is performed in the following manner.
First, the shaping unit (2) is made, which is capable of giving the desired shape to the embroidery spangle material cut from a big roll in a size able to fit into said shaping unit (2). This unit contains the cutting molds, which perform various shaping operations via the cutting method. The cutting molds perform the cutting according to a certain shape inside the shaping unit (2) along the roll. The shaping unit (2), in which the cutting molds are present, brings the embroidery spangle material (1), which is input in one piece, into a multi-piece state.
Then, the conveyor roller assembly (4), comprised by three rollers, is formed in front of the shaping unit (2), in order to ensure that the embroidery spangles (3), which exit the shaping unit (2) in multi-piece state, perform the advancing movement in a smooth manner without experiencing deformation. This conveyor roller assembly (4) enables the shaped embroidery spangle (3) to perform the advancing movement through passage on the bottom and the top. Following the conveyor roller assembly (4), the tension spring bar (5) is mounted, which is intended to enable the embroidery spangles (3) to continue the advancing movement with same tension or flexibility. After the tension spring bar (5), the spiral guide roller (6) is formed, which carries spiral channels for the embroidery spangles (3) that continue their movement. The spiral guide roller (6) both advances the embroidery spangles (3) and enables them to perform angular expansion.
After the passage through the channel of the spiral guide roller (6), a second tension spring bar (5) is positioned in order to enable the embroidery spangles (3), which are to reciprocate rightward and leftward for providing a multiple winding along with the advancing movement, to perform the advancing movement with the same tension without being entangled. After the second tension spring bar (5), there is present a roller (8) with wide channels, the width of which is adjustable. This roller (8), the channel width of which is adjusted by means of small reels, provides the possibility of multiple winding. Although the multiple winding may be achieved in numerous ways, the trolley system (7) is preferably used in the machine where this winding method is employed. The roller (8) with wide channels obtains the rightward and leftward reciprocating movement, which is necessary for winding, from the trolley system (7) to which it is connected. The trolley system (7) available in the invention is designed in line with the purpose in a way to operate in vertical position. Based on the position, the trolley system (7) moves the roller (8) with wide channels, which is connected to the upper portion thereof, and consequently the embroidery spangles (3) inside the channels, back and forth in the rightward and leftward directions. In this manner, it enables the embroidery spangles to be wound side by side instead of being wound in a single row. The embroidery spangles (3), which pass through the wide channels (8) in an angular manner, arrive at the reels (10) that perform idle rotation on two shafts (9) rotating in connection to a motor. The upper side of said two shafts (9) is suitable for placing the reels (10) with intermediate width allowing the multiple winding at a quantity corresponding to the number of embroidery spangles (3) exiting the shaping unit (2). One end of the embroidery spangles (3), which arrive at the reel (10) rotated by two shafts (9), is arranged such that it will be fixed to the middle of each reel (10) performing the idle rotation. The fixed embroidery spangles (3) initiate the winding process by obtaining the retraction movement this time from the reels (10) that perform rotation on two shafts (9).
