具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细介绍本发明的示例性实施方式。提供这些示例性实施方式的目的是使得本领域普通技术人员能够清楚地理解本发明,并且根据这里的描述,能够实现本发明。附图和示例性的具体实施方式以及优选实施方式不旨在对本发明进行限定,本发明的范围由所附权利要求所限定。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种地板空气调节系统,参见附图1,图1示出了根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统的总体视图。参见图1,示出了安装有根据本发明的地板空气调节系统的室内空间,该室内空间被地板200分隔成彼此气密隔离的上空间和下空间,如图所示,所述地板空气调节系统包括:能量源20和两个送风装置10,送风装置的数量是实例性的,根据室内空间的具体结构,可以设置不同数量的送风装置10,这些变型均包含在本申请的保护范围内。
另外从图中可以看到,所述能量源20和两个送风装置10彼此两两间隔地放置在所述地板200上,其中,所述能量源配置成向所述下空间供应能量,所述送风装置配置成将所述下空间中的空气输送至所述上空间。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,参见附图8和9,图8示出了根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统中的风机盘管组的示意图;图9示出了根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统中的电热风机的示意图。根据本发明的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述能量源是用于制热的电热风机50或用于制热或制冷的风机盘管组40,所述能量源用于将产生的热气或冷气以强制疏导方式输送至所述下空间中。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,在根据本发明的地板空气调节系统中,所述地板200包括多个板块,图2示出了使用根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统的地板的结构示意图;图3示出了图2示出的地板的沿A-A线截取的截面图;图4图出了图2示出的地板的沿B-B线截取的截面图。
所述多个板块通过封边条211与连接条212之间的咬接而连接以形成所述地板。封边条211与连接条212的具体结构参见附图5,图5图出了图2示出的地板的连接件的结构视图。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,参见附图6,图6示出了使用根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统的地板的结构及安装状态的示意图。在根据本发明的地板空气调节系统中,所述地板200下方具有支撑部,所述地板通过所述支撑部而支撑在所述室内空间的地面100上,其中,所述支撑部与所述地面之间具有找平垫块220。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,参见附图6,所述下空间在整个所述地板下方形成气流通道150。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,所述地板空气调节系统还包括室内温度感测器(未示出)。所述送风装置10包括闭合装置,所述地板空气调节系统配置成能够根据所述室内温度感测器测得的室内温度控制所述闭合装置的打开和关闭,使所述室内空间保持在预设的温度。
可替换地,作为示例性实施例,所述送风装置可以是送风口。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,所述送风装置是送风机,所述送风机能够强制地将所述下空间中的空气输送至所述上空间。参见附图7,图7示出了根据本发明的实施例的地板空气调节系统中的送风机的示意图。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,参见图7,所述送风机具有能够上下调节的百页15。
优选地,作为示例性实施例,参见图7,所述送风机在其空气入口处设置有空气过滤网14。
为了更清楚地描述本发明,下面给出具体地实例。
地板空气调节系统(下称“地空调系统)结构说明:
地空调系统由多功能地板块、送风机、电热风机或风机盘管机组成,详见附图1。
多功能地板块:
多功能地板块是专门为地空调系统设计的具有风道功能、蓄能功能、隔音功能、装饰功能、铺管排线功能于一体的全新地板装饰产品,它是在房间内安装地空调系统的关键产品,也是将建筑物地板装饰实现工厂化生产的关键产品。
多功能地板结构:
多功能地板块由钢承板、封边条、蓄能层、结构层、装饰层组成(详见附图2中的多功能地板块),其中专为本多功能地板块设计的钢承板和封边条是此产品的关键部件,也是保证地板快功能多样性的关键之一。钢承板和封边条详见附图5中的多功能地板块剖面图和多功能地板块封边条。
多功能地板块安装:
多功能地板块的安装连接是靠专门为其设计的铝合金连接条(详见附图5中的多功能地板块连接条)和多功能地板块中的封边条的相互咬接来实现的,这不仅使房间内安装的全部地板块形成一个大整体,还可在连接条中特设的凹槽灌密封胶来实现地板面的良好气密性(详见附图6中的多功能地板块安装示意图)。
在房间内安装多功能地板块以后,房屋的结构楼地面和装饰底板面之间形成了气密性和消音性良好的空间,可为房间的空气调节提供绝好的气流通道,即风道功能。
因多功能地板块内设有蓄能材料,当热气或冷气在地板块地下流动时,可吸收其中部分能量进行储备,即蓄能功能。
多功能地板块的地脚均设有橡胶垫片,并且房间地板面和结构层之间形成了空气层,大大提高了房屋楼面的隔音效果,即隔音功能。
在工厂生产多功能地板块时,可根据用户的地面装饰要求,直接将用户选定的装饰材料安装在地板块上,在现场安装完多功能地板块的同时完成了地板面装饰工序,而且因多功能的板块中无任何障碍物,所以在其上面可安装墙体、家具、设备等也不会出现任何问题。
因多功能地板块地下是与房间面积一样大的全通的干燥的空间,所以不仅可根据房间装饰需要向房间的任何方向铺设任何管线,还可在将来根据房间布置的变化灵活改变管线方向。
送风机
地空调系统专用送风机是专门为配套本系统设计的具有送风功能的全自动控制设备,其结构详见附图7中的地板空气调节系统专用送风机。它不仅起将地板风道中的冷、热气输送给房间空间的作用,还具备根据冷暖需要调整送风方向的功能,以便使房间里的空气符合热上冷下的气流原理流动,实现供热、制冷效果的最大化。
电热风机、风机盘管组
地空调系统专用电热风机、风机盘管组是专门配套本系统设计的具有制热或热交换功能的全自动控制设备,其结构详见附图8和9中的电热风机和风机盘管组。它们是地空调系统的冷、热源设备,也是向地板底下的气流通道输送冷、热空气的设备。风机盘管组可与锅炉、冷却机、空调机、热泵、太阳能制热设备等任何形式的制冷或制热主体连接使用。
地空调系统结构:
首先,通过在房间内安装多功能地板块,将需要空气调节的房间分隔成了两个空间,即为人们提供生活居住、工作生产所需场所的地板以上空间和为房间的空气调节提供所需冷、热空气循环通道的地板底下空间。
由多功能地板块组成的房间地板层不仅具有良好的气密性,而且其底部是全通的,与房间面积一样大的空间,并通过保温措施使此空间也具备了蓄能功能。这样,房间内的地板层和其底下空间都具备了蓄能功能,此底板结构与北方的传统火炕结构完全相同。众所周知,在北方严寒地区冬季给房屋取暖的诸多传统方法,火炕因其拥有的优秀散热功能和蓄能功能被公认为是最有效、最舒服、最节能、最经济的方法,因此本系统为房间安装了优秀的空气调节终段系统。
在房间的一侧安装能够向地板底部空间输送热气或冷气的电热风机或风机管盘组,并在房间另一侧的地板上设置出气口或安装能够把地板底部空间中的冷、热气输送到房间的送风机,等于是给火炕式的地板安装了火炉和排烟烟囱。
通过上述三个单元的组合,地空调系统结构完全相同于传统火炕系统结构,详见附图1:地板空气调节系统示意图。
二、地空调系统工作原理:
将电热风机或风机盘管组产生的热气或冷气以强制疏导的方式输送给地板底下空间,再通过地板上的出风口或送风机送回到电热风机或风机盘管组,以此循环房间内两个空间之间的空气来实现空气调节的目的。这与把火炉产生的热烟气经过火炕和烟囱排放到大气中的火炕系统工作原理是相同的,只是地空调系统是以清洁空气为冷、热媒进行循环,故可以累加式地提升或降低房间内温度,所以地空调系统的效率性、节能性、环保性和安全性更由于火炕系统。
如果系统向地板底下空间输送的是热气,房间地板将成为暖炕,提升房间温度的同时在其本身和底部空间里储存热能;如果系统向地板底下空间输送的是冷气,房间地板将成为凉床,降低房间温度的同时在其本身和底部空间里设置存冷能。
地空调系统中的风机盘管组或电热风机的工作是根据用户设定的地板底下空间的温度,被全自动控制的;送风机的工作是根据用户设定的地板以上空间的温度(即房间的温度),被全自动控制的。房间需要调节温度时自动启动送风机来加快向房间输送能量的速度,而房间温度达到设定温度后自动关闭送风机,使能量多储存到地板和其下空间里;电热风机或风机盘管组也是根据用户设定的蓄能空间(地板底下空间)的温度自动启闭的,这就是实现了整套地空调系统的全自动控制。
在电热风机、风机盘管组、送风机的进风口处安装空气过滤网速实现了地空调系统的空气净化功能。
地空调系统特点:
结构简单,安装方便,维修简便,无隐蔽故障隐患,无冰冻隐患,全自动工作。
因使系统的气流符合了自然气流原理,不仅提高了其工作效率,还使高效、节能、经济、清洁、环保、安全的空气调节模式应用到供热领域成为现实。
因系统无需安装任何额外设备和管道、风道管设施也能正常工作,可以把现有任何结构形式的房屋中安装的老式供热系统改造成清洁、环保、 高效、节能、经济、安全、舒适的电采暖系统;在新建项目中可大幅降低供热系统成本。
因系统具备了蓄能功能,用户可尽情享受国家峰谷电政策的福利,同时可实现节能减排活动的全民化;而且因其蓄能体和蓄能空间都在地面,将大幅提高蓄能利用率和效果。
因房间地板可具有暖炕和凉床双重功能,人们可生活、工作在冬暖夏凉的地板上,大大提高了人感舒适度。
因系统具备了净化空气功能,可给人们提供清洁的生活、工作环境。
可实现房屋地面装饰施工的工厂标准化生产的同时,可显著提高房屋楼板的隔音效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种地板空气调节系统,所述地板空气调节系统所在的室内空间被地板(200)分隔成彼此气密隔离的上空间和下空间,所述地板空气调节系统包括:能量源(20)和至少一个送风装置(10),所述能量源和所述至少一个送风装置彼此两两间隔地放置在所述地板上,其中,所述能量源配置成向所述下空间供应能量,所述送风装置配置成将所述下空间中的空气输送至所述上空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述能量源是用于制热的电热风机(50)或用于制热或制冷的风机盘管组(40),所述能量源用于将产生的热气或冷气以强制疏导方式输送至所述下空间中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述地板(200)包括多个板块,所述多个板块通过封边条(211)与连接条(212)之间的咬接而连接以形成所述地板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述地板(200)下方具有支撑部,所述地板通过所述支撑部而支撑在所述室内空间的地面(100)上,其中,所述支撑部与所述地面之间具有找平垫块(220)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述下空间在整个所述地板下方形成气流通道(150)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述地板空气调节系统还包括室内温度感测器,所述送风装置包括闭合装置,所述地板空气调节系统配置成能够根据所述室内温度感测器测得的室内温度控制所述闭合装置的打开和关闭,使所述室内空间保持在预设的温度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述送风装置是送风口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述送风装置是送风机,所述送风机能够强制地将所述下空间中的空气输送至所述上空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述送风机具有能够上下调节的百页(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的地板空气调节系统,其中,所述送风机在其空气入口处设置有空气过滤网(14)。
