终端上个人信息的共享方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其是涉及一种终端上个人信息的共享方法及装置。
背景技术
个人信息管理(Personal Information Management,简称为PIM)(如中国移动号簿管家业务),是移动终端用户将终端中的信息(包括通信录、短信、日程安排等)以无线或有线方式与电脑或移动网络服务器保持一致,并能在手机或电脑终端上,通过手机菜单、万维网(World Wide Web,简称为WWW)网站、无线应用协议(Wireless Application Protocol,简称为WAP)、短信等方式查询和管理信息的业务。对用户备份个人信息起到了极大的帮助作用。用户通过移动终端进行交往的信息量越来越大,往往个人的通讯录就可以达到上百至上千条。当某一个人自己的通讯方式发生改变时,比如更换了电话号码,往往用户不得不逐一通过短信方式通知相关联系人自己的联系方式发生了变化,既费时又费力。
针对相关技术中的上述问题,尚无有效地解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中,在终端用户的个人信息发生改变时,通知相关联系人的通知方式耗费时间较长等技术问题,本发明提供了一种终端上个人信息的共享方法及装置,以至少解决上述技术问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种终端上个人信息的共享方法,包括:监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化;将变化后的个人信息发送至终端的通信录成员。
优选地,将变化后的个人信息发送至所述终端的通信录成员之前,包括:从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组;将所述变化后的个人信息发送至选择的所述通信录成员组中的成员。
优选地,从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组之前,包括:对所述终端上的通信录成员按照成员类型进行分组;对分组后得到的通信录成员组授予与所述通信录成员组对应的个人信息共享权限。
优选地,所述个人信息共享权限为所述个人信息的发送方和接收方共同认证后的共享权限。

根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供了一种终端上个人信息的共享装置,包括:
监测模块,设置为监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化;
发送模块,设置为将变化后的个人信息发送至终端的通信录成员。
优选地,所述装置还包括:选择模块,设置为从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组;所述发送模块,还设置为将所述变化后的个人信息发送至选择的所述通信录成员组中的成员。

通过本发明,采用在监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化时,将变化后的个人信息自动发送给通信录成员的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,在终端用户的个人信息发生改变时,通知相关联系人的通知方式耗费时间较长等技术问题,从而节省了通知时间,提升了用户体验。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1为根据本发明实施例的终端上个人信息的共享方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S102,监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化,即监测到终端上的用户个人信息发生变化;

通过上述各个处理步骤,由于在监测到个人信息发生变化时,会自动将变化后的个人信息发送给通信录成员,因此,避免了人工操作导致的通知时间长的问题,减少了通知时间。
上述各个步骤的执行主体可以为终端本身,或第三方设备,但不限于此。
为了提升体验效果,将不同的个人信息分发给不同的通信录成员,在将变化后的个人信息发送至终端的通信录成员之前,还可以对通信录成员进行分组,具体可以表现为以下处理过程:从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组;将上述变化后的个人信息发送至选择的上述通信录成员组中的成员。
其中,可以通过以下方式对通信录成员进行分组,但不限于此:对终端上的通信录成员按照成员类型进行分组;对分组后得到的通信录成员组授予与上述通信录成员组对应的个人信息共享权限。
其中,为了进一步增强安全性,个人信息共享权限为上述个人信息的发送方和接收方共同认证后的共享权限。在一个优选实施例中,可以采用图2所示方式实现上述授信过程:
步骤S202,发送方发起分组授信请求,等待得到接收方的确认信息;
步骤S204,接收方收到分组授信请求,予以确认,产生授信秘钥;接收方将授信秘钥存储于服务器;以备后续鉴权使用。同时,接收方发送授信请求给发送方(该接收方发起请求步骤可选);
步骤S206,发送方接收到接收方确认。(如果接收方发起授信请求)发送方接收到授信请求,产生授信秘钥,存储于服务器。
在一个优选实施例中,上述个人信息包括以下至少之一:电话号码、日程和/或会议;相应地,上述成员类型包括以下至少之一:对上述电话号码关注的成员、对上述日程和/或会议关注的成员。

个人信息共享推送模块66(相当于发送模块32):当用户个人信息更新模块发现用户个人信息发生变更时,就去通过个人信息映射模块查询变更映射关系,当存在个人信息变更共享群组,就将该信息直接推送给群组中所有成员。这一过程是自动完成,用户不需要关注。该模块运行于云端。
需要说明的是,本实施例及其优选实施例中所涉及的各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,例如各个模块位于同一处理器中,或者,分别位于不同的处理器中。
图7为根据本发明优选实施例的终端上个人信息的共享方法的另一流程图。如图7所示,该方法包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S702,变更方需要更新个人信息,如更换电话号码。
步骤S704,发现数据发生变化后,确认变化内容,发现变更内容为电话变更,并向云端上传相关数据;
步骤S706,云端收到用户变更数据,查询用户变更数据是否存在对应变更群组;
步骤S708,判断是否存在对应变更群组,即电话变更关注群组,如果存在,转步骤S710,否则转步骤S712;
步骤S710,存在电话变更关注群组,查询分组所有成员,并向其发送变更内容;
步骤S712,并不存在电话变更关注群组,反馈用户,是否需要建立对应的变更关注组,如果需要,转步骤S714,否则,转步骤S716;
步骤S714,用户进行授信流程,完成分组创建过程(即建立分组);然后再次完成变更信息的共享流程;
步骤S716,用户放弃分组过程,不再进行信息共享。
综上所述,本发明实施例实现了以下有益效果:
本发明实施例会自动地将个人变更的信息共享给他人,而且是安全地有授信控制地共享给他人,不会引起隐私的泄漏,具体地,可以通过建立授信群组和个人信息变更识别机制,自动识别个人信息差异,而后根据授信情况予以推送变化的个人信息,方便快捷,安全可靠。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用在监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化时,将变化后的个人信息自动发送给通信录成员的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,在终端用户的个人信息发生改变时,通知相关联系人的通知方式耗费时间较长等技术问题,从而节省了通知时间,提升了用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端上个人信息的共享方法,包括:
    监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化;
    将变化后的个人信息发送至终端的通信录成员。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将变化后的个人信息发送至所述终端的通信录成员之前,包括:
    从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组;
    将所述变化后的个人信息发送至选择的所述通信录成员组中的成员。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组之前,包括:
    对所述终端上的通信录成员按照成员类型进行分组;
    对分组后得到的通信录成员组授予与所述通信录成员组对应的个人信息共享权限。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述个人信息共享权限为所述个人信息的发送方和接收方共同认证后的共享权限。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,
    所述个人信息包括以下至少之一:电话号码、日程和/或会议;和/或,
    所述成员类型包括以下至少之一:对所述电话号码关注的成员、对所述日程和/或会议关注的成员。
  6. 一种终端上个人信息的共享装置,包括:
    监测模块,设置为监测到终端用户的个人信息发生变化;
    发送模块,设置为将变化后的个人信息发送至终端的通信录成员。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述装置还包括:选择模块,设置为从预设的通信录成员组中选择与发生变化的个人信息对应的通信录成员组;
    所述发送模块,还设置为将所述变化后的个人信息发送至选择的所述通信录成员组中的成员。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    分组模块,设置为对所述终端上的通信录成员按照成员类型进行分组;
    授权模块,设置为对分组后得到的通信录成员组授予与所述通信录成员组对应的个人信息共享权限。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述授权模块授予的所述个人信息共享权限为所述个人信息的发送方和接收方共同认证后的共享权限。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,
    所述监测模块,设置为监测以下至少之一所述个人信息:电话号码、日程和/或会议;和/或,
    所述分组模块,设置为按照以下至少之一成员类型对所述终端上的通信录成员按照成员类型进行分组:对所述电话号码关注的成员、对所述日程和/或会议关注的成员。
