Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电池组件、雾化组件及电子烟。
电子烟通常包括相互螺纹连接的电池组件及雾化组件,且电池组件包括电池套管及用于与雾化组件电连接的由金属材料制成的第一连接件,雾化组件包括雾化套管及用于与电池组件电连接的由金属材料制成的第二连接件。由于电子烟在形状、尺寸及重量上要求最大限度地模仿真烟,以使吸烟者易于接受,因此,所述的电池套管及雾化套管厚度较小,因而电池套管与所述第一连接件及雾化套管与第二连接件之间不能用常用的螺纹连接结构。
为了在不使用螺纹连接结构也能实现连接可靠,现有的电子烟中,第一连接件与电池套管的内壁之间通过胶水粘合,第二连接件与雾化套管的内壁之间也通过胶水粘合,且组装时一般均是通过液态胶水进行粘合;此外,由于电子烟内部的电子元器件较重,所述电池套管及雾化套管通常为金属套管以避免其与第一连接件或第二连接件脱落。
然而,采用这种胶水粘合的方式连接,胶水容易外溢出电池套管或雾化套管,导致电子烟外表面不干净,以致吸烟时吸入人体内而危害吸烟者的健康;为了使电子烟重量更轻和具有弹性以模仿真烟,技术人员也尝试用非金属套管替换由金属材质制成的电池套管及雾化套管,然而,仅仅是简单的用非金属套管替换由金属材质制成的电池套管或雾化套管会因胶水腐蚀而脆化,以致电池套管或雾化套管从第一连接件或第二连接件上松脱,可靠性较差,使用寿命较短,且组装时需进行擦拭胶水的工序,较费工时。因此,如何消除上述缺陷已成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述连接件与外套管采用胶水粘合,粘接不牢的缺陷,提供一种连接牢固及生产工艺简单的电池组件、雾化组件及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成完整的电子烟。电池组件包括电池套管10和第一连接件20,其中第一连接件20设置在电池套管10的一端并用于连接雾化组件。电池套管10内收容有电池、与所述电池电连接用以控制所述电池为所述雾化组件供电的控制器及与所述控制器电连接用以感应用户的吸烟动作的气流传感器等,其中电池、控制器及气流传感器的结构属于现有技术,在此不作赘述。当然,所述电池套管10也可仅设置有电池,其只要能提供电能即可,在此不作具体限定。第一连接件20为连接到电池的导电电极组,本实施例的电池组件与雾化组件组装时,电池组件经第一连接件20与雾化组件电连接,由此实现电池对雾化组件的供电。电池套管10远离第一连接件20
的一端套设有端盖23。
结合图1-2,本实施例中,电池套管10中空的圆筒状,且第一连接件20部分套设在电池套管10内,电池套管10的外周面包覆有 贴纸 11
,且贴纸11延伸至所述第一连接件20的部分外周面上。具体地,第一连接件20一端向内缩径形成与所述电池套管10过盈配合的第一连接部21,第一连接部21套设在电池套管10内;第一连接件20还包括沿第一连接部21轴向延伸至电池套管10外的第一延伸部22,第一延伸部22的外周与电池套管10的外周共面。贴纸11包覆在电池套管10上并延伸至第一延伸部22的外周面上,贴纸11可具有真烟的图案和色彩以模拟真烟的外观,同时由于贴纸11的包裹,电池套管10与第一连接件20之间的紧固作用也进一步增强。
电池套管10为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,例如PC管、PETG管、PET管、ABS管或PP管。PC管是一种聚碳酸酯塑料管,聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种综合性能优良的非晶型热塑性树脂,具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性,较高的强度、耐热性达160度和耐寒性-60度;还具有离火自熄、阻燃、无毒、可着色等优点。PETG是一种透明非结晶型共聚酯,其具有玻璃一样的透明度且韧性较好,易于成型,且属于环保材料。PET是乳白色或浅黄色高度结晶性的聚合物,其表面平滑而有光泽,具有耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,磨耗小的特点,且具有热塑性塑料中最大的韧性。ABS通常为浅黄色或乳白色的粒料非结晶性树脂,ABS

具有优良的综合物理和机械性能,极好的低温抗冲击性能;尺寸稳定性。电性能、耐磨性、抗化学药品性、染色性、成品加工和机械加工较好,为使用最广泛非通用塑料之一。PP管为聚丙烯管,聚丙烯(PP)是常见塑料中较轻的一种,其电性能优异,可作为耐湿热高频绝缘材料应用。上述的非金属弹性套管的厚度一般控制在0.2-0.5mm,由此既保证了能有效保护电池套管10内的电池、导线及气流传感器等器件及相互之间的稳定连接,同时又模拟了真烟的柔软手感。
参考图2,第一连接部21外周壁凸设有用于防止电池套管10从第一连接件20上松脱的第一滚花结构30,所述第一滚花结构30上 涂覆有用于增强第一连接件 20
与所述电池套管 10 之间结合强度的粘胶。
第一滚花结构30为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花和/或交叉网纹滚花结构等。由于第一滚花结构30使得第一连接部21外周表面呈凹凸状,由此使得第一连接件20与电池套管10之间的过盈配合更加紧固,增加第一连接件20与电池套管10之间的摩擦力,防止第一连接件20从电池套管10内脱落。并且粘胶落入第一滚花结构30在第一连接部21表面形成的凹陷内,可避免粘胶外溢对电池组件的外观的影响,并且也可容纳更多的粘胶以增强第一连接件与电池套管之间的固定。
进一步地,本实施例的第一连接部21外周壁还设置有沿第一连接部周向延伸的 藏胶槽 301 ,藏胶槽 301
为环形凹槽,藏胶槽 301 的深度大于所述 第一滚花结构30 , 第一连接部21的位于 藏胶槽 301 的两侧均设置有 第一滚花结构30, 藏胶槽 301
内收容上述的粘胶,在组装过程中,第一滚花结构 30 上涂覆所述粘胶时,粘胶可收容在藏胶槽 301 内,并且,多余的粘胶或从第一滚花结构 30
外表面溢出的粘胶也可积留在藏胶槽 301 内,即保证了电池套管 10 与第一连接件 20 之间的粘胶固定,也便于电池套管 10 与第一连接部 21
之间的牢固贴合。由于藏胶槽 301 可容纳更多的粘胶, 胶量厚度较均匀且为周向延伸设置,通过藏胶槽 301 内的粘胶可给
第一连接部31及所述电池套管10较大且均衡的粘力,极大地降低了两者连接不稳固而脱落的风险,
参考图 3 ,在本实施例的电池组件的组装过程中,电池套管 10 一端与第一连接件 20
部分套合,电池套管 10 的另一端与端盖 23 套合,贴纸 11 将雾化套管 10 及第一连接件 20 的第一延伸部 22 一同包覆在内。由于贴纸 11
本身具有粘性,因此本实施例的电池组件能在模拟真烟的外观和手感的同时获得良好的紧固作用。本实施例的贴纸 11
可以是类似真烟的纸浆贴纸,也可以是塑料贴纸等,在此不作限定,贴纸 11 的厚度优选为 0.1-0.4mm 。贴纸 11 包覆在
电池套管10的外周面上并延伸至所述第一连接件20的一端并通过贴合包覆在第一延伸部22的外周面上,因而不仅进一步增强了第一连接部21与电池套管10连接的稳固性,而且避免从第一连接部21溢出来的粘胶泄露至电池组件的表面,
以避免吸烟时吸入人体内而危害吸烟者的健康,且制造组装时无需进行擦拭工序,提高了生产效率。
如图4所示,本发明第二实施例提供的第一连接件20的结构示意图。本实施例的第一滚花结构30为沿第一连接件20周向压制的交叉网纹滚花结构,并且与第一实施例相同,第一连接部沿轴向开设了藏胶槽301。第一滚花结构30上涂覆有粘胶,则当第一连接件20插入电池套管10内时,第一滚花结构30抵接在电池套管10内壁并与电池套管10过盈配合,而第一滚花结构30上的粘胶则增强了第一连接件20与电池套管10之间的紧密结合。
本实施例中,第一延伸部 22 外表面凸设有第二滚花结构 40 ,如图 5
所示,在组装电池组件的过程中,电池套管 10 一端与第一连接件 20 部分套合,电池套管 10 的另一端与端盖 23 套合,贴纸 11 将雾化套管 10
及第一连接件 20 的第一延伸部 22 一同包覆在内。图 5 所示的贴纸 11 部分展开的状态下可以看出,第二滚花结构 40 与贴纸内表面咬合,由于贴纸 11
本身具有粘性,第二滚花结构 40 可进一步增强贴纸 11 与第一延伸部 22 之间的连接。进一步地,第二滚花结构 40 外表面也可以涂覆粘胶以增强第一连接件
20 与贴纸 11 之间是结合强度。此处的粘胶可以与第一滚花结构 30 处涂覆的粘胶相同或相似。

如图 6 所示,
本发明较佳实施例提供的雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成完整的电子烟。本实施例的雾化组件可以与图1-5所示的任一电池组件组合。雾化组件包括雾化套管50和第二连接件60,其中第二连接件60设置在雾化套管50的一端并用于连接电池组件,雾化套管50的另一端套设有供烟雾排出的吸嘴盖63。雾化组件外侧包覆有贴纸11。雾化套管50内还收容有与第二连接件60电连接的电热丝组件以及用于存储烟油的储油件、与吸嘴盖63连通的通气管等,上述的电热丝组件、储油件、通气管等的具体结构属于现有技术,在此不作赘述。当然,所述雾化组件内部也可以仅收容有所述电热丝组件及所述储油件,其具体结构在此不作限定。第二连接件60为连接到电热丝组件的导电电极组,本实施例的雾化组件与电池组件组装时,第二连接件60与第一连接件20电连接,由此实现电池组件对雾化组件的供电。具体地,本实施例的第二连接件60与第一连接件20之间的连接方式为螺纹连接,并且,第二连接件60凸设有外螺纹,第一连接件20开设有与上述外螺纹相适配的内螺纹,应当理解在本发明的其他非限制性实施例中,也可以在第一连接件20上开设外螺纹,而第二连接件60上开设对应的内螺纹。此外,本发明的第二连接件60与第一连接件20之间的连接方式也不限于上述的螺纹连接,也可以是卡扣连接等其他连接方式。
本实施例中,雾化套管50中空的圆筒状,且第二连接件60部分套设在雾化套管50内,雾化套管50的外周面包覆有 贴纸 11
,且贴纸11延伸至第二连接件60的部分外周面。具体地,第二连接件60一端向内缩径形成与所述雾化套管50过盈配合的第二连接部61,第二连接部61套设在雾化套管50内;第二连接件60还包括沿第二连接部61轴向延伸至雾化套管50外的第二延伸部62,第二延伸部62的外周与雾化套管50的外周共面。贴纸11包覆在雾化套管50上并延伸至第二延伸部62的外周面上,贴纸11可具有真烟的图案和色彩以模拟真烟的外观,同时由于贴纸11的包裹,雾化套管50与第二连接件60之间的紧固作用也进一步增强。
雾化套管50为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,例如PC管、PETG管、PET管、ABS管或PP管。PC管是一种聚碳酸酯塑料管,聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种综合性能优良的非晶型热塑性树脂,具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性,较高的强度、耐热性达160度和耐寒性-60度;还具有离火自熄、阻燃、无毒、可着色等优点。PETG是一种透明非结晶型共聚酯具有玻璃一样的透明度且韧性较好,易于成型,且属于环保材料。PET是乳白色或浅黄色高度结晶性的聚合物,其表面平滑而有光泽,具有耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,磨耗小的特点,且具有热塑性塑料中最大的韧性。ABS通常为浅黄色或乳白色的粒料非结晶性树脂,ABS
将 PB , PAN , PS 的各种性能有机地统一起来,
具有优良的综合物理和机械性能,极好的低温抗冲击性能;尺寸稳定性。电性能、耐磨性、抗化学药品性、染色性、成品加工和机械加工较好,为使用最广泛非通用塑料之一。PP管为聚丙烯管,聚丙烯(PP)是常见塑料中较轻的一种,其电性能优异,可作为耐湿热高频绝缘材料应用。上述的非金属弹性套管的厚度一般控制在0.2-0.5mm,由此既保证了能有效保护雾化套管50内的电热丝组件、储油器及通气管等器件及相互之间的稳定连接,同时又模拟了真烟的柔软手感。
参考图7,第二连接部61外周壁凸设有用于防止雾化套管50从第二连接件60上松脱的第一滚花结构30,所述第一滚花结构30上 涂覆有用于增强第二连接件 60
与所述雾化套管 50 之间结合强度的粘胶。
第一滚花结构30为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花和/或交叉网纹滚花结构等。由于第一滚花结构30使得第二连接部61外周表面呈凹凸状,由此使得第二连接件60与雾化套管50之间的过盈配合更加紧固,增加第二连接件60与雾化套管50之间的摩擦力,防止第二连接件60从雾化套管50内脱落。并且粘胶落入第一滚花结构30在第二连接部61表面形成的凹陷内,可避免粘胶外溢对电池组件的外观的影响,并且也可容纳更多的粘胶以增强第一连接件与电池套管之间的固定。
进一步地,本实施例的第二连接部61外周壁还设置有沿第二连接部61周向延伸的 藏胶槽 301 ,藏胶槽
301 为环形凹槽,藏胶槽 301 的深度大于所述 第一滚花结构30 , 第二连接部61的位于 藏胶槽 301 的两侧均设置有 第一滚花结构30, 藏胶槽
301 内收容上述的粘胶,在组装过程中,第一滚花结构 30 上涂覆所述粘胶时,粘胶可收容在藏胶槽 301 内,并且,多余的粘胶或从第一滚花结构 30
外表面溢出的粘胶也可积留在藏胶槽 301 内,即保证了雾化套管 50 与第二连接件 60 之间的粘胶固定,也便于雾化套管 50 与第二连接部 61
之间的牢固贴合。由于藏胶槽 301 可容纳更多的粘胶, 胶量厚度较均匀且为周向延伸设置,通过藏胶槽 301 内的粘胶可给
第二连接部61及所述雾化套管50较大且均衡的粘力,极大地降低了两者连接不稳固而脱落的风险, 结合图 6-7 ,在本实施例的雾化组件的组装过程中,雾化套管 50
一端与第二连接件 60 部分套合,雾化套管 50 的另一端与吸嘴盖 63 套合,贴纸 11 将雾化套管 10 及第二连接件 60 的第二延伸部 62
一同包覆在内。由于贴纸 11 本身具有粘性,因此本实施例的电池组件能在模拟真烟的外观和手感的同时获得良好的紧固作用。本实施例的贴纸 11
可以是类似真烟的纸浆贴纸,也可以是塑料贴纸等,在此不作限定,贴纸 11 的厚度优选为 0.1-0.4mm 。贴纸 11 包覆在
雾化套管50的外周面上并延伸至所述第二连接件60的一端并通过贴合包覆在第二延伸部62的外周面上,因而不仅进一步增强了第一连接部21与电池套管10连接的稳固性,而且避免从第二连接部61溢出来的粘胶泄露至电池组件的表面,
以避免吸烟时吸入人体内而危害吸烟者的健康,且制造组装时无需进行擦拭工序,提高了生产效率。
如图8-9所示,在本发明第二实施例提供的雾化组件中,第一滚花结构30为沿第二连接件60周向压制的交叉网纹滚花结构,并且与图6-7所示的实施例相同,第二连接部6130沿轴向开设了藏胶槽301。第一滚花结构30上涂覆有粘胶,则当第二连接件60插入雾化套管50内时,第一滚花结构30抵接在雾化套管50内壁并与雾化套管50过盈配合,而第一滚花结构30上的粘胶则增强了第二连接件60与雾化套管50之间的紧密结合。
本实施例中,第二延伸部 62 外表面凸设有第二滚花结构 40 ,如图 8
所示,在组装雾化组件的过程中,雾化套管 50 一端与第二连接件 60 部分套合,雾化套管 60 的另一端与吸嘴盖 63 套合,贴纸 11 将雾化套管 10
及第二连接件 60 的第二延伸部 62 一同包覆在内。图 8 所示的贴纸 11 部分展开的状态下可以看出,第二滚花结构 40 与贴纸内表面咬合,由于贴纸 11
本身具有粘性,第二滚花结构 40 可进一步增强贴纸 11 与第二延伸部 62 之间的连接。进一步地,第二滚花结构 40 外表面也可以涂覆粘胶以增强第二连接件
60 与贴纸 11 之间是结合强度。此处的粘胶可以与第一滚花结构 30 处涂覆的粘胶相同或相似。
本发明的雾化组件,通过在第二连接件 60 与非金属弹性的雾化套管 50 相接处的第二连接部 61
凸设第一滚花结构 30 ,在第一滚花结构 30 外侧壁涂覆粘胶,并在电池组件外周包覆贴纸 11
,使得本发明的电池组件既保证了真烟的手感与外观,同时又降低了电池套管松脱的风险。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,电池组件包括电池套管10,雾化组件包括雾化套管50,且电池套管10和雾化套管50相对应的连接位置处分别设置有第一连接件20和第二连接件60,雾化套管50和/或电池套管10为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,非金属弹性套管的具体结构及特性与上述实施例相同,在此不作赘述。
第一连接件20一端向内缩径形成与电池套管10过盈配合的第一连接部21,可以在第一连接部21的外周面凸设有第一滚花结构30,第一滚花结构30的周向外侧壁上涂覆有用于增强第一连接件20与电池套管10之间结合强度的粘胶,电池套管20的外周面外周面包覆有贴纸11,且贴纸11延伸至第一连接件20的部分外周面上。此外,也可以在第二连接件60上与雾化套管50相接触的区域凸设第一滚花结构30,或者也可以同时在第一连接件20上与电池套管10相接触的区域和第二连接件60上与雾化套管50相接触的区域凸设第一滚花结构30,即在本发明的电子烟中,至少设置一个第一滚花结构30。具体的具备第一滚花结构30的雾化组件与电池组件的结构与上述图1-9所示的实施例相同,在此不作赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括电池套管(10),所述电池套管(10)的一端连接有用于与所述雾化组件相连的第一连接件(20),其特征在于,所述电池套管(10)为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,所述第一连接件(20)一端设置有第一延伸部(22)及由所述第一延伸部(22)的一端向内缩径形成与所述电池套管(10)过盈配合的第一连接部(21),所述第一连接部(21)外周壁凸设有用于防止所述电池套管(10)从所述第一连接件(20)上松脱的第一滚花结构(30),所述第一滚花结构(30)上 涂覆有用于增强所述第一连接件( 20 )与所述电池套管( 10 )之间结合强度的粘胶;所述第一连接部(21)外周壁还设置有沿所述第一连接部(21)周向延伸的藏胶槽( 301 ) ,所述 藏胶槽( 301 )内收容有所述粘胶; 所述电池套管(20)的外周面上包覆有 贴纸 (11),所述 贴纸 (11)延伸至所述第一连接件(20)的一端并通过贴合包覆在所述第一延伸部(22)的外周面上 。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一滚花结构(30)为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花和/或交叉网纹滚花结构。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述藏胶槽( 301 )为环形凹槽,所述藏胶槽( 301 )的深度大于所述 第一滚花结构(30) ,所述 第一连接部(21)的位于 所述藏胶槽( 301 )的两侧均设置有所述 第一滚花结构(30) 。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部(22)的外周与所述电池套管(10)的外周共面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部(22)凸设有第二滚花结构(40),所述第二滚花结构(40) 涂覆有用于增强所述 第一延伸部(22 ) 与所述贴纸( 11 )之间结合强度的粘胶。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述贴纸( 11 )为纸浆贴纸,所述贴纸的厚度为 0.1-0.4mm 。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述非金属弹性套管为 PC 管、 PETG 管、 PET 管、 ABS 管或 PP 管。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述非金属弹性套管的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
- 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化套管(50),所述雾化套管(50)的一端连接有用于与所述电池组件相连的第二连接件(60),其特征在于,所述雾化套管(50)为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,所述第二连接件(60)一端设置有第二延伸部(62)及由该第二延伸部(62)的一端向内缩径形成与所述雾化套管(50)过盈配合的第二连接部(61),所述第二连接部(61)凸设有用于防止所述雾化套管(50)从所述第二连接件(60)上松脱的第一滚花结构(30),所述第一滚花结构上 涂覆有用于增强所述第二连接件( 60 )与所述雾化套管( 50 )之间结合强度的粘胶;所述第二连接件(60)外周壁还设置有沿所述第二连接件(60)周向延伸的 藏胶槽( 301 ) ,所述 藏胶槽( 301 )内收容有所述粘胶; 所述雾化套管(50)的外周面上包覆有 贴纸 (11),所述 贴纸 (11)延伸至所述第二连接件(60)的一端并通过贴合包覆在所述第二延伸部(62)的外周面上 。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一滚花结构(30)为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花和/或交叉网纹滚花结构。
- 根据权利要求 10 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述 藏胶槽( 301 )为环形凹槽,所述藏胶槽( 301 )的深度大于所述 第一滚花结构(30)的高度 ,所述 第二连接部(61)的位于 所述藏胶槽( 301 )的两侧均设置有所述 第一滚花结构(30) 。
- 根据权利要求11所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第二延伸部(62)的外周面与所述电池套管(10)的外周共面。
- 根据权利要求12所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第二延伸部(62)的外周面凸设有第二滚花结构(40),所述第二滚花结构(40) 用于增强所述第二连接件( 60 )与所述贴纸( 11 )之间结合强度的粘胶。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述贴纸( 11 )为纸浆贴纸,所述贴纸的厚度为 0.1-0.4mm 。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述非金属弹性套管为 PC 管、 PETG 管、 PET 管、 ABS 管或 PP 管。
- 权利要求15述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述非金属弹性套管的厚度为0.8-2mm。
- 一种电子烟,包括具有雾化套管(50)的雾化组件和具有电池套管(10)的电池组件,所述电池套管(10)和雾化套管(50)相对应连接位置处分别设置有第一连接件(20)和第二连接件(60),其特征在于,所述雾化套管(50)和/或所述电池套管(10)为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属弹性套管,其中:所述第二连接件(60)一端设置有第二延伸部(62)及由该第二延伸部(62)的一端向内缩径形成与所述雾化套管(50)过盈配合的第二连接部(61);和/或,所述第一连接件(20)一端设置有第一延伸部(22)及由所述第一延伸部(22)的一端向内缩径形成与所述电池套管(10)过盈配合的第一连接部(21);所述第二连接部(61)和/或所述第一连接部(21)的外周面凸设有用于防止所述雾化套管(50)从所述第二连接件(60)上松脱和/或用于防止所述电池套管(10)从所述第一连接件(20)上松脱的第一滚花结构(30),所述第一滚花结构(30)上 涂覆有用于增强所述第二连接件( 60 )与所述雾化套管( 50 )和 / 或所述第一连接件( 20 )与所述电池套管( 10 )之间结合强度的粘胶;所述电池套管(20)和/或所述雾化套管(50)的外周面上包覆有 贴纸 (11),所述 贴纸 (11)延伸至所述第一连接件(20)和/或第二连接件(60)的一端并通过粘胶贴合包覆在所述第一延伸部(22)和/或第二延伸部(62)的外周面上 。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 第一连接件(20)和/或所述第二连接件(60)外周壁还设置有沿所述第一连接件(20)和/或第二连接件(60)周向延伸的 藏胶槽( 301 ) ,所述 藏胶槽( 301 )内 收容有所述粘胶。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 藏胶槽( 301 )为环形凹槽,所述藏胶槽( 301 )的深度大于所述 第一滚花结构(30)的高度 ,所述藏胶槽( 301 )的两侧均设置有所述 第一滚花结构(30)。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(20)和/或所述第二连接件(60)与所述贴纸(11)接触的部分凸设有第二滚花结构(40),所述第二滚花结构(40)涂覆有用于增强所述第一连接件(20)和/或第二连接件(60)与所述贴纸(11)之间结合强度的粘胶 。
