传统的实体赌场,赌场方在大多数的博彩游戏里,都是有着比赌客方来得高的赢率或庄家优势。极大部分的赌场访客都是以输钱收场,败兴而归,这尤其减低了短暂停留的游客或偶尔光临赌场的客人在赌场楼层或博彩游戏上停留的时间,这甚至让访客对赌场留下负面印象,降低再次光临赌场的意愿。为了吸引赌输的赌客能经常返回赌场进行消费,传统的实体赌场,会按照固定的分利比率返还给赌客部分赌资。但是,由于分利规则不透明和计算的复杂,以及中间人的参与,赌客真正拿到的分利很少,影响了赌客继续消费的意愿,赌场虽然在营销上的投入较多,却没有实现吸引更多的赌客的目的。在此申请所指的「实体赌场」为所有形式的博彩游戏空间,包含赌场酒店、游艇赌场、内河船赌场等,「实体赌场」除了意指为某个单一的博彩游戏场所,同时也包含某个集团或实体下拥有的一个或多个博彩游戏场所。
随着电子及信息科技的高速发展,博彩行业陆续开创了各项新型的游戏方式和促销手段,比如网上赌场的出现,让身处不同的地理位置的玩家,跨越空间的隔阂,在同一时间参与同一个博彩游戏,大大提升了赌场客源以及玩家的参与度。然而现有的网上赌场,都没有把线下赌场和线上的网络赌场相联接,能够让线上和线下互动起来,即不能把赌场里面真实的,真人发牌和真人在桌面上玩的图象放到网上,让喜欢在网上的玩家有更真实的感觉。赌客参与网上赌场时往往担心受骗而又无法追偿,其更愿意参与实体赌场,因此,在网上的玩家数量增长缓慢,而且也没有基于网络平台的分利系统和方法应用于网上赌场。另外,由于网上赌场存在的不真实性和不安全性,主管部门对于网上赌场的审批也比较严格,推广应用受到了较大限制。
赌场一直对游戏规则和奖励机制不断推陈出新,例如对赌局赢家、同一游戏再玩第二局的玩家、或正好在某一随机选择的游戏机台上的玩家,赠与额外的赌金或不同的等级的奖励。另外,提高赢钱的倍率,以及推销玩家加入赌场会员制活动等,都是博彩业为了吸引更多新客户以及保持赌场常客对游戏的兴致所使用的常见手段。但现有的赌场相关技术,却明显缺乏对输家提供奖励的手段,成为间接影响赌场客源的一大潜在因素。现有的针对输家的奖励手段,还存在着分利不及时,或者无法分利的情况。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种排队分利系统及排队分利方法,其能够向赌场博彩游戏的输家提供分利,有效提升赌客在赌场博彩游戏上持续消费的动机。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种基于网络技术的为玩家可以通过排队分利平台进入线下的真实赌场,可以看见线下玩家在玩和/或荷官发牌的真实场面,玩家不到现场就可以通过互联网参与到实体赌场博彩电子赌台现场的平台。
本发明的第三目的是提供一种基于网络技术的不用申请网络赌场的牌照平台,该平台应该给玩家带来很多方便和好处;另外平台经营者也可以用平台获取的资金做借贷业务,使平台经营者、玩家、赌场三方均受益。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种排队分利系统及排队分利方法,在能够对分利队列的释出金额和释放速率进行科学化的调控,有效增强赌场生意经营的操控度的同时,解决了由于排队人数逐渐累积,而造成的排队靠后的赌客分利不及时或者根本无法分利的问题。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种排队分利系统及排队分利方法,其能够促使赌客将所述排队分利系统返还的点数继续使用在赌场内的博彩游戏,有效拉长赌客在赌场消费的时间。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种排队分利系统及排队分利方法,其能够向赌客和赌场业主提供实时、动态、直观的排队分利信息,使分利过程更加公开、透明。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种排队分利系统及排队分利方法,其能够同时应用于传统的线下商店或线上的网路商城内所进行的商业交易,提供符合现代人消费习惯和需求的新颖商业促销手段。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本申请的第一个方案提供了一种基于网络平台的实体赌场博彩电子赌台排队分利系统,包括:
玩家用户端,包括每个玩家至少有一个现金帐户和一个积点帐户;
游戏终端,包括博彩游戏界面和身份确认单元;该游戏终端可以为各种玩家参与赌场博彩游戏的设备,比如装设有读卡机、电子赌桌或电子游戏机台的;或者是赌马的投注现场;或者是赌球的投注现场。博彩游戏界面为百家乐牌桌、21点牌桌、轮盘牌桌、各种扑克游戏牌桌、花旗骰牌桌、吃角子老虎机、弹珠机、赌马场、赌球。
其中:身份确认单元用于确认玩家身分和提取玩家帐户内信息;包括为线下赌客使用的读卡装置或供线上赌客使用的用户登录单元,其中用户登录单元包括输入用户名、密码和安全问题,线下赌客在读卡装置失灵或发生其他情况时,也可以使用用户登录单元登录。
游戏服务器,经由网络与游戏终端相通信,用于接收及缓存游戏终端传送的玩家和牌局数据,并于开始接收数据的第一预设时间后,产生和玩家及其综合牌局结果相应的交易单;包含高速缓存单元、交易单产生单元、通信单元;
其中:高速缓存单元与身份确认单元和电子游戏界面相通信,用于暂时储存确认身分的玩家的牌局数据;
其中:交易单产生单元与高速缓存单元相接,用于在到达第一预设时间后,产生与确认身分的玩家和牌局数据相关连的交易单;
其中:通信单元与交易单产生单元相接,用于接收和发送交易单。
分利管理服务器,经由网络与游戏服务器相通信;包含数据提取单元、分利期限设置单元、分利身份判断单元,以及实现排队分利功能的入队点数计算单元、拆分单元、排队单元、本期分利判断单元、分利号单元、第一费用计算单元和第一分利单元;以及实现预留分利功能的预留分利单元、核对单元、第二费用计算单元、第二分利单元;
其中:数据提取单元与通信单元相通信,用于根据提取出的牌局结果,提取交易单内信息;其中,与综合牌局结果为零或正值相关连的交易单,直接转入分利管理服务器中的数据库进行储存;与综合牌局结果为负值相关连的交易单,则进入排队分利和预留分利;
其中:分利身份判断单元与数据提取单元相接,用于决定交易单是否具备分利资格;再将具备分利资格的交易单的按照分利折扣(该分利折扣通常为与赌场协商后确定)计算返佣额;返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额;
其中:入队点数计算单元与分利身份判断单元相接,用于根据进入排队分利的排队返佣额,计算总入队点数;
其中:拆分单元与入队点数计算单元相接,用于将所述总入队点数,依照十进位数值系统,拆分为一个或多个拆分数值;
其中:排队单元与拆分单元相接,用于根据拆分数值,在相应的数值队列中加入新排队号,并将新排队号与交易单作相关连;
其中:分利号单元与排队单元相接,用于在数值队列排入所述新排队号时,计算所述数值队列的当下分利号;
其中:分利期限设置单元与本期分利判断单元通信,用于提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;设置时间区间后,即给本期参与排队的分利号规定了强制的分利时间,赌客一方面清楚了详细的分利的时间而不至于等待较长时间,另一方面也可以在结束本期排队后,给下一期赌客重新排队,进而避免了所有赌客都参与一个排队,随着赌客人数的增加,后期加入的赌客分利时间过久,而失去继续参与博彩游戏的积极性。
其中:本期分利判断单元与排队单元、分利期限设置单元相接,用于判断本期分利号是否获得分利,获得分利的进入第一费用计算单元,没有获得分利的进入预留分利单元;
其中:第一费用计算单元与数据提取单元和所述本期分利判断单元相接,用于根据所述拆分数值和由所述数据提取单元提取出的循环数,计算实际分利点数;
其中:第一分利单元与第一费用计算单元相接,并与所述积点帐户相通信,用于将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中;
其中:预留分利单元与本期分利判断单元相接,用于分利身份判断单元分配的预留返佣额和身份信息,以及将本期分利判断单元的发来的分利号信息进行判断是否具备预留分利的资格;
其中:核对单元与预留分利单元和数据库相接,用于调取数据库中的排队单元与分利号单元信息,与具备预留分利资格的分利号核对;
其中:第二费用计算单元与核对单元相接,用于计算具体需要分利的实际分利点数;
其中:第二分利单元与第二费用计算单元相接,并与所述积点帐户相通信,用于将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
如前文所述,将参与排队的赌客按照时间分期后具有较多优势,比如提前了分利时间,但是由于本期结束后,没有获得分利的赌客就没有继续参与排队分利的资格,因此上述预留分利的设计,可以使这部分失去排队分利资格的赌客,可以继续参加分利,而且无需排队即可直接分利。
本发明提供第二种方案,是在第一种分利系统的基础上增加了直接分利功能,即分利管理服务器还包括分利方式选择单元,以及实现直接分利功能的第三费用计算单元、第三分利单元;
其中:分利方式选择单元与分利身份判断单元、入队点数计算单元和预留分利单元相接,用于选择对具有分利资格的交易单的分利方式,分利方式包括直接分利、排队分利;
其中:第三费用计算单元与分利方式选择单元相接,用于将交易单的返佣额计算为实际分利点数;
其中:第三分利单元与第三费用计算单元相接,并与积点帐户相通信,用于将实际分利点数汇入与当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
直接分利的方式,就是增加了一种赌客不想参与排队分利的情况下的一种新的选择,对于保守的赌客是个较好的选择。
本发明的第三种方案,是对第一或第二种方案的继续改进,即为分利系统增加了视频采集终端,视频采集终端包括工业相机、高清相机,用于采集真人参与的博彩游戏的视频流;
其中:游戏服务器还包括视频流暂存单元,用于暂存所述视频采集终端采集的视频流;
分利管理服务器还包括视频流提取单元,用于从视频流暂存单元提取至少一个条视频流;
玩家用户端,还包括视频流显示单元,显示来自多个博彩游戏现场的至少一条视频流。
对本发明的排队分利系统继续改进方案是,还包括:
赌场管理用户端,包括兑现控制单元;
其中:兑现控制单元与积点帐户相通信,用于在第二预设时间内,阻止位于所述积点帐户中的实际分利点数被转入现金帐户中。
以下为对排队分利系统的优选,其中:
分利折扣优选处于0.1%-99.9%的范围内,更优选的为1.0-10.0%;
循环数为任一大于1的自然数;
预设比率处于0.1%-99.9%的范围内,更优的预设比率为30-70%;
第一预设时间优选为24小时、第二预设时间优选为1个月。
优选的是:每个队列内的当期的循环数是不同的,比如分别设置为5、4、3、2、1。
本发明还提供了一种向赌场博彩游戏的玩家提供分利的排队分利方法,包括如下步骤:
经由与电子游戏界面相连的身份确认单元确认玩家身分;
确认身分的玩家在电子游戏界面开始博彩游戏牌局后,暂时储存确认身分的玩家的牌局数据;
在到达第一预设时间后,产生与确认身分的玩家和牌局数据相关连的交易单;
发送交易单至分利管理服务器;
分利管理服务器提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;
在分利管理服务器,提取交易单内信息;
决定所述交易单的分利资格,再将具备分利资格的交易单的按照分利折扣计算返佣额;
提供分利方式选择,当选择直接分利时,直接计算分利;但选择排队分利时,返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额;
分利管理服务器提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;
将所述总入队点数,依照十进位数值系统,拆分为一个或多个拆分数值;
根据所述拆分数值,在相应的数值队列中加入新排队号,并将所述新排队号与所述交易单作相关连;
在相应的数值队列中加入新排队号,并将新排队号与交易单作相关连;
在数值队列排入所述新排队号时,计算数值队列的当下分利号;
在每期的时间区间到期时,根据拆分数值和由所述数据提取单元提取出的循环数,计算实际分利点数;
将实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中;
将本期不能获得分利的分利号转移至预留分利单元;
经核对符合预留分利资格的分利号,按照预留的分利点数汇入与当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
本发明的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:
在第二预设期限内,阻止位于所述积点帐户中的所述实际分利点数被转入玩家的现金帐户中。
本发明的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:对于具有分利资格的交易单,选择直接分利或排队分利;
选择直接分利后,将实际分利点数汇入与当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
本发明的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:
采集真人参与的博彩游戏的视频流;
暂存采集的视频流;
显示来自多个博彩游戏现场的至少一条视频流。
有益效果
本发明的排队分利系统及排队分利方法,能够向赌场博彩游戏的输家提供多种形式的分利,包括直接分利、排队分利和预留分利,特别是解决了赌客排队分利时间过久或根本无法分利的问题,有效提升赌客在赌场博彩游戏上持续消费的动机。同时还提供了一种基于网络技术的为玩家可以通过排队分利平台进入线下的真实赌场,可以看见线下玩家在玩和/或荷官发牌的真实场面,玩家不到现场就可以通过互联网参与到实体赌场博彩电子赌台现场的平台。另外一方面,还能够降低赌场运营成本,减少人员开资,减少人为的失误,减少人为的作比,减少每一付牌的时间成本。本发明的平台在不用申请网络赌场的牌照平台的情况下,就能给玩家带来很多方便和好处,使平台经营者、玩家、赌场三方均受益,除了应用在博彩业,还可以应用在其他商业领域。

本发明的实施方式
实施例1 第一种排队分利系统(排队分利+预留分利)
如图1所示,本发明的排队分利系统包括:游戏终端101、游戏服务器102以及分利管理服务器103。结合图4所示,赌客在与本发明实施例的排队分利平台签约合作的任一赌场(104a、104b或104c),通过亲自到实体赌场或通过本发明的分利平台,注册成为排队分利平台会员164后,赌场将为赌客开通一个现金帐户105和一个积点帐户106。
赌客必须使用现金或虚拟现金购买游戏点数,并可自行选择将点数存于现金帐户或积点帐户中;赌客可经由一般常见的电子通信装置107,例如行动电话、智能手机、平板电脑或桌上型计算机等,对两个赌场帐户进行相互转帐或其他相关管理。然而,为了便于赌场生意管理,本发明的排队分利规则设定为,排队分利系统只能将返还的点数汇入赌客的积点帐户,而唯有现金帐户里的点数可以于与排队分利平台签约的赌场进行兑现。
除了开通赌场帐户之外,与本发明实施例的排队分利平台签约合作的赌场还会发给排队分利平台注册会员两张对应于两个赌场帐户的卡片。此卡片的种类可以是接触式的磁条卡、智能卡,或是非接触式的条码卡或感应射频卡,可视赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定;相同地,此卡片可设定为仅限于在某一赌场使用,或可用于位在不同地点但属同一集团的赌场或网上赌场,用法同样可视赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定。对于通过互联网通过本发明排队分利平台开通赌场账户的赌客,分利平台会提供其登录真实赌场视频流界面的安全认证权限,比如可要求建立密码、口令、安全问题或其他身分确认措施,以确保帐户的安全性。
本发明排队分利系统中的游戏终端101还包括:读卡装置108和电子游戏界面109;
其中,读卡装置与电子游戏界面相接,并与玩家用户端110中的现金帐户105和积点帐户106经由互联网相通信,用于确认玩家身分和提取玩家现金帐户和积点帐户内信息;此读卡装置可以是刷卡或插卡装置,也可以是非接触式的卡片感应或扫描装置,依照赌场选用的会员帐户卡片种类而定。对于使用网上赌场的玩家,则可经由输入帐户号来进行身分确认,必要时,还可要求玩家输入密码或回答安全问题,以确保帐户使用的安全性。
其中,电子游戏界面可以是电子牌桌111a、电子游戏机台111b;电子牌桌可进行的博彩游戏可包含但不限于百家乐(Baccarat)、21点(Blackjack)、扑克(Poker)、轮盘(Roulette)、Craps、 Touch Bet、 EZ Baccarat、 Fortune、 Pai Gow Poker、 Pai Gow Tiles、 Four Card Poker、 Texas Shootout和Three Card Poker;电子游戏机台则可包含但不限于吃角子老虎机(slot machines)、弹珠机(Pachinko)和电子百家乐机;赌马的投注站操作台161、赌球的投注站操作台162。此外,电子牌桌还可配置有牌局追踪装置,例如光学成像仪器或侦测仪器等,能够辨识游戏纸牌和嵌入芯片的电子筹码,并可追踪纸牌和筹码在牌桌上的动态;此外,电子牌桌还可配置有能让玩家进行下注的输入、显示或触摸显示装置,此显示装置,可依照预定的牌局规则,即时显示牌局、各局输赢结果以及玩家选用的帐户内现有的点数。
继续参照图1,本发明排队分利系统中的游戏服务器102还包括:高速缓存单元112、交易单产生单元113以及通信单元114;其中,高速缓存单元112经由互联网115、区域网络(LAN; 116)或广域网络(WAN; 117),与游戏终端的读卡装置108和电子游戏界面109相通信,用于暂存身分已经读卡装置确认的玩家的即时赌局数据,并能将玩家与其赌局数据作相关连,以方便后续进行排队分利的相关处理。
其中,交易单产生单元113与高速缓存单元112相接,用于产生与身分已确认的玩家在某预设时间内的牌局结果相关连的交易单;预设时间可以是24小时或12小时,或可依照赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定。为了排队分利的计算以及排队分利系统的纪录方便,所述交易单可包含但不限于玩家姓名、赌场代码、玩家在预设时间内进入和离开所有牌局的时间、期间所有参与的牌局的游戏代码、玩家所用的帐户号以及玩家在进入和离开所有牌局时帐户里的现有点数。此外,所述交易单的交易单号,是依照玩家在预设时间内进入第一个游戏的时间来进行递增;也就是说,越早进入游戏的赌客,系统越早产生相应的交易单,也因此给予编号越小的交易单号。
其中,通信单元114与交易单产生单元113相接,并与分利管理服务器103经由互联网115、区域网络(LAN; 116)或广域网络(WAN; 117)相通信,用于将交易单产生单元产生的交易单发送至分利管理服务器进行分利,并在将交易单发送至分利管理服务器后,经由互联网向相应的玩家发送确认短信和/或电子邮件,提示赌客登录排队分利平台网页以关注其游戏交易的排队分利状态。
再次参照图1,本发明排队分利系统中的分利管理服务器103还包括:数据提取单元118、分利期限设置单元134、分利身份判断单126、以及实现排队132分利功能的入队点数计算单元119、拆分单元120、排队单元121、本期分利判断单元127、分利号单元122、第一费用计算单元123、第一分利单元124、数据库125;以及实现预留分利133功能的预留分利单元128、核对单元129、第二费用计算单元130、第二分利单元131;分利管理服务器103,设置为能主动将玩家及其积点帐户进行相关连。
其中,数据提取单元118与游戏服务器102中的通信单元114相通信,用于接收通信单元114传送来的交易单,以及提取交易单内的交易信息。所述交易信息包含玩家姓名、赌场代码、玩家在预设时间内进入和离开所有牌局的时间、期间所有参与的牌局的游戏代码、玩家所用的帐户号以及玩家在进入和离开所有牌局时帐户里的现有点数等;提取出的赌场代码可进一步用于获取相应的分利折扣、循环数等数据。
其中,分利身份判断单元126与所述数据提取单元118相接,用于决定交易单是否具备分利资格;若仅针对在前述预设时间内输钱的玩家进行分利,与综合牌局结果为零或正值相关连的交易单,直接导入分利管理服务器中的数据库125进行储存;与综合牌局结果为负值相关连的交易单,则进入下列单元进行进一步地排队分利操作。再将具备分利资格的交易单的按照分利折扣计算返佣额;返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额;结合图10所示,某赌客赌输165000元,赌场与排队分利平台之间约定的分利折扣为6%,那么本次的返佣总额为9900元;预设比例为50%,则用于预留分利的预留返佣额为4960元,用于排队分利的排队返佣额为4960元。
其中,入队点数计算单元119与所述分利身份判断单元126相接,用于根据进入排队分利的排队返佣额,计算总入队点数;
其中,拆分单元120与入队点数计算单元119相接,用于依照数值进位系统,拆分计算出的总入队点数;例如,总点数为777时,将该数拆分为700、70、7三个数值;同样地,4040则是拆分为4000和40。
其中,排队单元121与拆分单元120相接,用于依照拆分出的数值,在相对应的数值队列加入一个新的排队号,并将该排队号与其相应的交易单作相关联。例如,百进位的所有可能数值队列为100、200、300、400、500、600、700、800和900,前述的拆分数值700,表示了在700的队列将加入一个新排队号,同样地,拆分出的70和7,也将使70和7的队列分别加入一个新排队号;应注意,拆分出的数值为0时,在排队时可忽略;此外,若某数值队列里原已有n个排队号,新加入的排队号便为n+1;而排队的顺序是依照交易单号排列,交易单号数字较小的交易单,将较先排入分利队伍,因而获得数字较小的排队号,也意味着,与该交易单相关联的玩家能越早拿回相应的分利点数。
其中,分利号单元122与排队单元121相接,用于在每排入一个新排队号时,计算该数值队列的当下分利号,以决定是否可向某排队号进行分利;此外,还可加入特例号设定单元,与分利号单元相接,用于设定一个或一系列的特例号;排队号符合特例号预设规则的交易单,能跳过队伍直接获得该队列相应的分利点数;然而,当该排队号在未来成为当下分利号时,系统将不再进行二次分利。
其中:分利期限设置单元与本期分利判断单元通信,用于提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;比如时间区间设为20天。结合图8赌注赢时正常赔付,赌注输掉时自动进入排队分利系统进行智能币值拆分,拆分单位分为个,十,百,千,万,十万,若干,等等。每个单位分为9个独立的队列进行排队,举例,万位为1万,2万,3万,4万,5万,6万,7万,8万,9万,举例说明“万”位的某期分利情况,本期设定的时间区间到期(本期时间为1个月)时,共有9人参与本期排队,循环数为3,那么赌客1(139)和赌客2(140)和赌客3(141)将获得3倍(9%)的分利,即赌客A同时获得①②③分利号的累计分利奖励,赌客B在分利有效期内可获得④⑤⑥号的累计分利,赌客C可获得⑦⑧⑨号的累计分利。结合图9所示,当本期循环数为4时,赌客1(139)和赌客2(140)将获得3倍(9%)的分利,而赌客3(141)获得1倍(3%)的分利。上述赌客4-9将不能获得排队分利,但均具有获得预留分利的资格。

再次参照图2,本发明系统中的排队分利服务器可同时与多个赌场及网上赌场相通信,使在全球多个地点进行的博彩游戏交易都可汇集至同一组分利队列进行排队分利,大大提升向客户分利的速度。在理想的状况下,前一天输钱的赌客可在隔天便收到相应的分利点数,如此势必能有效增强赌客回到赌场继续参与博彩游戏的意愿。特别是赌客无论何时参与排队分利,获得分利的期限均为可预期的。
本发明的排队分利系统,除了向输家分利以外,也可用于奖励赢家,提供博彩行业一项新颖和创新的奖励机制。另外,此系统还可与一般的商业卖家164领域作整合,利用互联网115将本发明系统中的分利服务器103与提供商品或服务的实体店家的POS机或与网路商店的电脑主机135进行相通信,同样可向买家进行点数或现金的分利。
接着参照图6,为本发明排队分利系统的一种变例的示例说明。如图6所示,此系统还包括:赌场管理用户端136;所述赌场管理用户端包含:兑现控制单元137和内部管理系统138。其中,兑现控制单元与玩家用户端110的积点帐户106经由互联网115、区域网络(LAN; 116)或广域网络(WAN; 117)进行相通信,用于在由分利管理服务器(103)中的分利单元(124)释出的分利点数进入玩家的积点帐户后,使该笔分利点数在某预设期限内无法被转入玩家的现金帐户112中。此点数保留功能在预设期限截止后将自动解除,使接受分利的玩家可将分利点数转入其现金帐户,并随时于赌场服务台进行兑现。
此外,所述预设期限向赌客提供了再次回访赌场的动机,能有效提高赌场的顾客回头率;此期限可以是30天或一个月,也可依照赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定,并可由与所述兑现控制单元137相接的内部管理系统138进行调整。所述内部管理系统还可用于管理和落实其他相关的兑现机制。
实施例2 第二种排队分利系统(排队分利+预留分利+直接分利)
本实施例的分利系统与实施例1的技术方案基本相同,所不同的是:
结合图2所示,本实施例2的分利管理服务器(203),还包括分利方式选择单元(239),以及实现直接分利(240)功能的第三费用计算单元(241)、第三分利单元(242);

实施例3 第三种排队分利系统(排队分利+预留分利+直接分利+视频流)
本实施例的分利系统与实施例2的技术方案基本相同,所不同的是:
结合图3、5所示,本实施例的分利系统还包括视频采集终端(339a、339b、339c),视频采集终端为工业相机(340),用于采集真人参与的博彩游戏的视频流;
游戏服务器(302)还包括视频流暂存单元(341),用于暂存所述视频采集终端采集的视频流;
分利管理服务器(303)还包括视频流提取单元(342),用于从所述视频流暂存单元提取至少一个条视频流;
玩家用户端(310)还包括视频流显示单元(343),显示来自多个博彩游戏现场的至少一条视频流。
线下线上对接(O2O,online to offline),线上可以通过移动互联网,计算机等客户端,直接在任何地点享有和在线下赌场一样的权利,实时线上对线下百家乐,轮盘赌等游戏进行在线实况投注,并同样享受分利资格。
实施例4 排队分利方法
现在参照图7、11、12,整体说明了根据本发明实施例的排队分利方法。首先参照图7,图7示例性示出本发明排队分利方法的牌局数据处理部分;如方块402、403所示,持有赌场发放的现金帐户卡或积点帐户卡的注册用户,在游戏终端101的读卡装置108上扫描、刷卡、插卡或感应卡片后,读卡装置收到卡片信号,暗示系统有玩家希望进入与该读卡装置相连的电子游戏界面109进行游戏。所述电子游戏界面可以是电子牌桌、电子游戏机台;电子牌桌可进行的博彩游戏可包含但不限于百家乐(Baccarat)、21点(Blackjack)、扑克(Poker)、轮盘(Roulette)、Craps、 Touch Bet、 EZ Baccarat、 Fortune、 Pai Gow Poker、 Pai Gow Tiles、 Four Card Poker、 Texas Shootout和Three Card Poker;电子游戏机台则可包含但不限于吃角子老虎机(slot machines)、弹珠机(Pachinko)和电子百家乐机。
如方块404所示,一旦所述读卡装置(308)成功侦测到卡片信号,或者通过了赌客在玩家客户端(310)的身份验证,所述电子游戏界面(309)将向玩家显示用户姓名和部分帐户号等信息,以确认玩家身分及玩家选用的赌场帐户。另外,若玩家发现显示的信息有误或希望使用其他赌场帐户,可让玩家选择取消重来或重新读卡等选项;若是读卡装置无法读取卡片信号,可利用所述电子游戏界面提示玩家重新扫描、刷卡、插卡或感应卡片;还可设置为让玩家使用键盘、按钮或显示在触控显示屏上的虚拟键盘等输入装置手动输入赌场帐户号。
如方块405所示,玩家在确认身分及帐号信息无误后,进入游戏;在进入游戏画面前,还可向玩家显示欢迎信息。如方块407所示,在玩家进入游戏后,游戏服务器中的高速缓存单元即纪录玩家姓名、玩家使用的帐户号、赌场代码、游戏代码、日期、时间、玩家帐户内现有点数等信息;玩家离开游戏或终止牌局时,如方块406所示,高速缓存单元再次纪录当下日期、时间以及玩家帐户内现有点数;若玩家在赌场内重新开启新牌局,如箭头408所示,高速缓存单元将继续纪录玩家参与的所有牌局的上述信息。如方块409示,在玩家开始其第一个游戏后的24小时、12小时或某依照赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定的预设时间后,游戏服务器的交易单产生单元将收集高速缓存单元在预设时间内缓存的所有终止牌局数据,并产生包含玩家姓名、赌场代码、玩家在预设时间内进入和离开所有牌局的时间、期间所有参与的牌局的游戏代码、玩家所用的帐户号以及玩家在进入和离开所有牌局时帐户里的现有点数等信息的交易单。
所述交易单产生后,如方块410所示,将被发送至游戏服务器的通信单元;如图6的方块411所示,所述通信单元将经由互联网,将交易单转送至分利管理服务器,并如方块416所示,经由互联网向相应的玩家发送确认短信和/或电子邮件,提示赌客登录排队分利平台网页以关注其游戏交易的排队分利状态。
接着参考图11,示例性说明本发明排队分利方法的排队分利部分;如方块418和方块419所示,分利管理服务器(303)收到所述通信单元发送的交易单后,如方框431所示,提取交易信息,决定交易单的分利资格,计算返佣额,并从提取出的赌场代码获取相应的分利折扣,交易信息还包含玩家姓名、玩家的积点帐户号、赌场代码、玩家进入和离开各牌局的日期、时间和现有点数,以及各牌局的游戏代码和玩家选用的赌场帐户。然后如方框432所示,可供赌客选择直接分利还是排队分利。如果选择直接分利,然后进入方框425,计算实际分利点数。如方框433所示,如果选择排队分利,返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额。如方框419所示,分利管理服务器提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号,提取循环数(γ)。结合方框420,根据排队返佣额,计算总入队点数(Ecr),在所述数据提取单元提取了排队分利所需的交易信息后,分利管理服务器中的入队点数计算单元(319)依照公式(1)计算总交易点数以决定交易单的分利资格,再依照公式(2)计算交易单的总入队点数;

若只向综合牌局结果为输的赌客进行分利,Cr值为负数的交易单带入公式(2)进行排队分利计算,而Cr值为正数或为零的交易单,则发送至分利管理服务器中的数据库(125)进行储存;

如虚线方块427中的示例为例,当交易单的总交易点数为7,770,在10%的折扣比率下,得到770点的总入队点数。
计算出总入队点数后,如方块421所示,分利管理服务器中的拆分单元(320),依照数值进位系统,对总入队点数进行拆分;例如,再次以虚线方块427中的示例为例,总入队点数为777时,将该数拆分为700、70、7三个数值;同样地,4040则是拆分为4000和40。
数值拆分后,如方块422所示,分利管理服务器中的排队单元(321)根据拆分出的数值,在相对应的数值队列加入一个新的排队号,并将该排队号与其相应的交易单作相关联。例如,百进位的所有可能数值队列为100、200、300、400、500、600、700、800和900,而十进位的所有可能数值队列为10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80和90,以此类推;因此,以虚线方块428中的示例为例,拆分出的三个数值700、70和7,表示了在700、70和7的三个数值队列分别加入一个新排队号;应注意,拆分出的数值为0时,在排队时可忽略;若700的数值队列里原已有n个排队号,则该队列加入的新排队号便为n+1,且n+1号将与交易单号为1234567的交易单作相关连;同样地,m+1和p+1也将与1234567号交易单相关连。此外,排队的顺序是依照交易单号排列,也就是说,交易单号数字较小的交易单,将较先排入分利队伍,因而获得数字较小的排队号,也意味着,与该交易单相关联的玩家能越早拿回相应的分利点数。
如方块423所示,每当一个新排队号进入某一数值队列,分利管理服务器中的分利号单元(322)依据公式(3),计算该数值队列的当下分利号;

其中,R为当下分利号,Lq为最新加入的排队号,λ为该数值队列的循环数;
若计算出的R值为整数,所述分利号单元向系统指示已可向该数值队列排队号为R号相关连的交易单进行分利;相反地,若计算出的R值并非为整数,所述分利号单元则指示系统继续等待更多交易单进入该数值队列,暂不对任何排队号进行分利操作。
参照图12中的示例,示例的数值队列X的循环数λ为5,当期结束时,共有30个排队号。当排队号第5号进入X队列时,所述分利号单元立即计算:R=Lq÷λ=5÷5=1;代表当下已可向与排队号1号相关连的赌客进行分利;以此类推,当第30号进入X队列时,所述分利号单元立即计算:R=Lq÷λ=30÷5=6;代表当下已可向与排队号6号进行返利。假设本期的赌场提供的总佣金为20%,则用于排队分利的佣金为10%,用于预留分利的佣金数为10%。因此,本期结束时,分利号1-6号拿到了50%的排队分利佣金。分利号7-30号拿到了10%的预留分利佣金。
在上述的排队规则外,赌场或分利平台还可设置一个或一系列的特例号;排队号符合特例号预设规则的交易单,能跳过队伍直接获得该队列相应的分利点数;然而,当该排队号在未来成为当下分利号时,系统将不再进行二次分利。
再次参照图11,如方块425和426所示,当所述当下分利号R经分利号单元计算为整数,分利管理服务器中的费用计算单元根据公式(4),计算实际分利点数;

其中,Acr为实际分利点数,Eenq为数值队列相应的点数,λ为数值队列的循环数。
再次以虚线方块430的示例为例,当排队号n+1号成为700队列的当下分利号,假设该队列的循环数λ为10,且手续费率为10%,则返还给与交易单号1234567号相关连的赌客的实际分利点数为700×10×90%=6,300点;以此类推,当m+1和p+1分别成为70和7数值队列的当下分利号时,该赌客还可再分别得到630点和63点的分利点数;也就是说,该赌客虽在该次时段所参与的牌局中,共输了7770点的游戏点数,但在经过本发明的排队分利操作后,竟能拿回高达6993点的分利点数。
由此上述示例可得知,本发明的高额分利,确实能很大程度上的提高赌场顾客回头率;此外,本发明的排队分利方法引入的分利折扣和循环数两项变数,藉由改变两变数的数值,分利点数的多寡以及分利发放的快慢得以科学化地精准调控,有助提升赌场的生意经营与管理。结合图17所示,X赌场Y币值队列的分利方法,X赌场给赌客提供20%的佣金,因此将10%用于排队分利,另外10%用于预留分利。到本期队列的截止时间后,共有1-30个参见排队的分利号,分利规则为:循环数λ共5个,分别为λ=5、λ=4、λ=3、λ=2、λ=1,按照加入队列的先后顺序,分利号自小到大依次按照循环数由大到小进行分利。分利号1和6关联的赌客1和6得到50%的分利、分利号2和7关联的赌客2和7得到40%的分利、分利号3和8关联的赌客3和8得到30%的分利、分利号4和9关联的赌客4和9得到20%的分利,分利号5和10关联的赌客5和10得到10%的排队分利。为了补偿赌客5和10,本分利系统再为其自预留分利中取出10%。因此赌客有机会分别拿到50%、40%、30%、20%、20%的分利,其中有10个分利号对应的用户拿到了高于10%的不同分利,剩下20个分利号对应的赌客,在指定的期现内没有拿到排队分利,本分利系统会把10%补发给没有拿到分利的分利号对应的赌客。
开始参照图7,如方块412所示,在计算出实际分利点数后,分利管理服务器中的分利单元透过互联网,将分利点数汇入玩家的积点帐户中。如方块413所示,根据本发明实施例的一个变例,在分利点数进入玩家积点帐户后,赌场管理用户端中的兑现控制单元将随即启动,以阻止该笔分利点数在某预设期限内被转入现金帐户中;所述预设期限可为30天或一个月,也可依照赌场需求或赌场与排队分利平台之间的合同而定,并可由与所述赌场管理用户端的内部管理系统进行调整和管理。如方块415所示,当预设期限截止后,所述兑现控制单元将自动解除控制,使玩家能将该笔分利点数转入现金帐户中进行兑现。
最后,如方块431所示,分利点数进入玩家积点帐户后,本发明排队分利系统还可发送分利确认通知至玩家的通信装置,告知赌客某部分的分利点数已入帐,并提醒用户该笔点数的兑现保留截止日,以促使赌客儘早回到赌场继续参与博彩游戏。此外,于某些与排队分利平台签约的赌场,还可提供玩家将分利点数用于抵消赌场住宿费用的选项,更加有效地拉长赌客停留在赌场消费的时间。
本发明的排队分利方法,除了向输家分利以外,也可用于奖励赢家,为博彩行业提供一项新颖和创新的奖励机制。本排队分利方法还可与一般的商业领域进行整合,使提供商品或服务的实体店家或与网路商店的卖家,也可向其买家实施点数或现金的分利,以增加客源和提升顾客回头率。
实施例5 赌客在实体赌场百家乐分利
现在参照图13-15,以电子百家乐牌桌为例,示例性说明本发明排队分利系统和方法的实施例,图中座位、赌场、工业相机均为示意说明。
如图13A所示,根据本发明实施例的百家乐牌桌(500)的桌面,在每个玩家座位前都装设有触控显示屏(502),此屏幕可以是以嵌入桌面或高出桌面的方式呈现,在桌面的下注区还装有大型显示屏(504),另外,在发牌员座位前,也装设有数个小型显示屏(506)。结合图15A所示,赌场大厅(511)内设有若干百家乐赌桌(500),每个百家乐赌桌(500)前都有荷官(512)在进行发牌,每个赌桌周围都设有足够的工业相机(513)来捕捉牌局的各种信息。
结合图13B所示,百家乐牌桌上的触控显示屏(502)内部还装设有非接触式的感应读卡装置;当赌客在实体赌场时,玩家在登入游戏前,触控显示屏会显示要求玩家将赌场现金帐户卡或积点帐户卡靠近屏幕以便读卡装置感应卡片信号的信息;若读卡有误或感应装置失灵,玩家还可利用触控屏上显示的虚拟键盘手动输入其帐户号。在读卡装置侦测到卡片信号后,屏幕502将显示与卡片相关联的玩家姓名、帐户种类、部分帐户号以及帐户内现有点数等信息;若玩家确认信息无误,可点选「确认」以进入游戏。
如图13B所示,玩家确认信息并进入游戏后,座位前的触控显示屏直观易懂地向玩家显示下注界面,其中包含帐户现有点数(510)、押注选项(即闲家、平局、庄家、闲对、庄对)、虚拟筹码和牌局纪录表格;玩家还可点选虚拟按钮以清除或确认押注选项;此外,玩家在牌局开始前和牌局结果揭晓后,可由点选结束游戏图示离开牌局。同时,发牌员座位前的小型显示屏(506),也向发牌员即时显示与相对座位的玩家的庄家点数。
如图15B所示,网上赌客可以通过玩家客户端登录本发明的排队分利平台,当提供正确的身份验证后,赌客就可以参与实体赌场的百家乐,来自真实赌场视频流(520)可以实时显示真实赌场中的荷官以及牌局内容,同时,网上赌客可以看到牌局内容518,与实地触控显示屏(502)显示的基本相同的内容。显示画面中,赌客通过开始按钮514来参与选择的赌场和赌局,结束游戏时,通过结束按钮521退出;同时显示现金余额515和现有点数516,提醒赌客可以参加游戏和参与的时长。
玩家在离开上述百家乐游戏牌局后,还可依照类似的程序进入其他电子牌桌或电子游戏机台参与一个或多个博彩游戏牌局。然而,在玩家进入赌场的第一个牌局后的24小时(或其他预设时间),玩家在过去24小时内参与并已终止的游戏交易便会自动进入排队分利系统进行排队分利处理,玩家同时会收到通知短信或电子邮件,提醒玩家登入排队分利平台关注其排队分利状态;若玩家在该24小时(或其他预设时间)内的综合牌局结果为输,则未来在分利点数进入玩家的积点帐户后,玩家还会再收到一次分利确认通知。
开始参照图16,依据本发明实施例的排队分利平台的用户使用流程。如方块522和方块523所示,排队分利平台的注册用户可经由输入帐户号、用户名、密码等个人安全信息登录平台上的用户个人空间。如方块524和方块525所示,用户可在个人空间可查看交易单列表,并可进一步查看任一交易单的具体细节;如方块526所示,用户点击列表中的交易单后,可进一步开启相应的分利窗口,此分利窗口可直观地显示博彩游戏交易的日期、时间和位置、参与的游戏、即时且透明公开的排队状态和分利状态、分利点数的返还日或预计返还日和分利点数的保留截止日等交易信息;如方块527和方块528所示,该交易信息是提取自排队分利系统内的用户数据库(325a)、交易单数据库(325b)、排队数据库(325c)和分利数据库(325d)。
此外,用户还可查看参与牌局的输赢纪录和统计数据、游戏点数购买和兑现纪录等信息,能有效帮助赌客了解个人赌博纪录,以便改进赌博战术,同时也利于赌场管理用户厘清赌场营运状况。此排队分利平台网页还可置入赌场的网站入口或商标,引导用户直接点击访问实体赌场网页或进入网上赌场进行博彩游戏。
在至少一个实施例中,排队分利系统中的各单元可以包括配置为执行由适当介质提供的所需程序的电路。例如,排队分利系统中的各单元可以实现为一个或多个处理器和/或配置为执行可执行指令(例如包括软件和/或固件指令)的其他结构,和/或硬件电路。排队分利系统中各单元的示例实施例包括单独的硬件逻辑、PGA(可编程门阵列)、FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)、ASIC(专用集成电路)、状态机和/或其他结构,或者与处理器的组合。排队分利系统中各单元的这些例子只是示例性的,也可以采用其他的配置。

  1. 一种基于网络平台的实体赌场博彩电子赌台排队分利系统,包括:
    玩家用户端,包括每个玩家至少有一个现金帐户和一个积点帐户;
    游戏终端,包括博彩游戏界面和身份确认单元;
    其中:所述身份确认单元用于确认玩家身分和提取玩家帐户内信息;
    游戏服务器,包含高速缓存单元、交易单产生单元、通信单元;
    其中:所述高速缓存单元与所述身份确认单元和所述电子游戏界面相通信,用于暂时储存确认身分的玩家的牌局数据;
    所述交易单产生单元与所述高速缓存单元相接,用于在到达第一预设时间后,产生与所述确认身分的玩家和所述牌局数据相关连的交易单;
    所述通信单元与所述交易单产生单元相接,用于接收和发送所述交易单;
    分利管理服务器,包含数据提取单元、分利期限设置单元、分利身份判断单元,以及实现排队分利功能的入队点数计算单元、拆分单元、排队单元、本期分利判断单元、分利号单元、第一费用计算单元和第一分利单元;以及实现预留分利功能的预留分利单元、核对单元、第二费用计算单元、第二分利单元;
    其中:所述数据提取单元与所述通信单元相通信,用于根据提取出的牌局结果,用于提取所述交易单内信息;
    所述分利身份判断单元与所述数据提取单元相接,用于决定所述交易单是否具备分利资格;再将具备分利资格的交易单的按照分利折扣计算返佣额;返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额;
    所述入队点数计算单元与所述分利身份判断单元相接,用于根据进入排队分利的排队返佣额,计算总入队点数;
    所述拆分单元与所述入队点数计算单元相接,用于将所述总入队点数,依照十进位数值系统,拆分为一个或多个拆分数值;
    所述排队单元与所述拆分单元相接,用于根据所述拆分数值,在相应的数值队列中加入新排队号,并将所述新排队号与所述交易单作相关连;
    所述分利号单元与所述排队单元相接,用于在所述数值队列排入所述新排队号时,计算所述数值队列的当下分利号;
    所述分利期限设置单元与本期分利判断单元通信,用于提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;
    所述本期分利判断单元与所述排队单元、分利期限设置单元相接,用于判断本期分利号是否获得分利,获得分利的进入第一费用计算单元,没有获得分利的进入预留分利单元;
    所述第一费用计算单元与所述数据提取单元和所述本期分利判断单元相接,用于根据所述拆分数值和由所述数据提取单元提取出的循环数,计算实际分利点数;
    所述第一分利单元与所述第一费用计算单元相接,并与所述积点帐户相通信,用于将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中;
    所述预留分利单元与与预存分利身份判断单元、本期分利判断单元相接,用于预存分利身份判断单元分配的预留返佣额和身份信息,以及将本期分利判断单元的发来的分利号信息进行判断是否具备预留分利的资格;
    所述核对单元与所述预留分利单元和数据库相接,用于调取数据库中的排队单元与分利号单元信息,与具备预留分利资格的分利号核对;
    所述第二费用计算单元与所述核对单元相接,用于计算具体需要分利的实际分利点数;
    所述第二分利单元与第二费用计算单元相接,并与所述积点帐户相通信,用于将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其特征在于: 所述分利管理服务器,还包括分利方式选择单元,以及实现直接分利功能的第三费用计算单元、第三分利单元;
    所述分利方式选择单元与所述分利身份判断单元、所述入队点数计算单元和预留分利单元相接,用于选择对具有分利资格的交易单的分利方式,所述分利方式包括直接分利、排队分利;
    所述第三费用计算单元与所述分利方式选择单元相接,用于将交易单的返佣额计算为实际分利点数;
    所述第三分利单元与所述第三费用计算单元相接,并与所述积点帐户相通信,用于将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的排队分利系统,其特征在于: 还包括视频采集终端,所述视频采集终端包括工业相机,用于采集真人参与的博彩游戏的视频流;
    所述游戏服务器,还包括视频流暂存单元,用于暂存所述视频采集终端采集的视频流;
    所述分利管理服务器,还包括视频流提取单元,用于从所述视频流暂存单元提取至少一个条视频流;
    所述玩家用户端,还包括视频流显示单元,显示来自多个博彩游戏现场的至少一条视频流。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其特征在于,所述身份确认单元为读卡装置或用户登录单元,所述用户登录单元包括输入用户名、密码和安全问题。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,还包括:
    赌场管理用户端,包括兑现控制单元;
    其中:所述兑现控制单元与所述积点帐户相通信,用于在第二预设时间内,阻止位于所述积点帐户中的所述实际分利点数被转入所述现金帐户中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中:
    所述分利折扣处于0.1%-99.9%的范围内;
    所述循环数为任一大于1的自然数;
    所述预设比率处于0.1%-99.9%的范围内;以及
    所述第一预设时间为24小时。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的排队分利系统,其中:所述分利折扣为1.0-10.0%;所述预设比率为30-70%;所述第二预设时间为1个月。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的排队分利系统,其中:每个队列内的当期所述循环数是不同的。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为百家乐牌桌。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为21点牌桌。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为轮盘牌桌。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为扑克牌桌。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为花旗骰牌桌。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为吃角子老虎机。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为弹珠机。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为赌马场。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的排队分利系统,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为赌球。
  18. 一种向赌场博彩游戏的玩家提供分利的排队分利方法,包括如下步骤:
    经由与电子游戏界面相连的身份确认单元确认所述玩家身分;
    确认身分的玩家在所述电子游戏界面开始博彩游戏牌局后,暂时储存所述确认身分的玩家的牌局数据;
    在到达第一预设时间后,产生与所述确认身分的玩家和所述牌局数据相关连的交易单;
    发送所述交易单至分利管理服务器;
    在所述分利管理服务器,提取所述交易单内信息;
    决定所述交易单的分利资格,再将具备分利资格的交易单的按照分利折扣计算返佣额;
    提供分利方式选择,当选择直接分利时,直接计算分利;但选择排队分利时,返佣额按照预设比率拆分成两部分,即用于预留分利的预留返佣额,用于排队分利的排队返佣额;
    分利管理服务器提供每期分利的时间区间、起止时间和期号;
    将所述总入队点数,依照十进位数值系统,拆分为一个或多个拆分数值;
    根据所述拆分数值,在相应的数值队列中加入新排队号,并将所述新排队号与所述交易单作相关连;
    在所述数值队列排入所述新排队号时,计算所述数值队列的当下分利号;
    在每期的时间区间到期时,根据所述拆分数值和由所述数据提取单元提取出的循环数,计算实际分利点数;
    将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中;
    将本期不能获得分利的分利号转移至预留分利单元;
    经核对符合预留分利资格的分利号,按照预留的分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:
    在第二预设期限内,阻止位于所述积点帐户中的所述实际分利点数被转入所述玩家的现金帐户中。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:对于具有分利资格的交易单,选择直接分利或排队分利;
    选择直接分利后,将所述实际分利点数汇入与所述当下分利号相关连的玩家的积点帐户中。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,还包括步骤:
    采集真人参与的博彩游戏的视频流;
    暂存采集的视频流;
    显示来自多个博彩游戏现场的至少一条视频流。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中:
    所述分利折扣处于0.1%-99.9%的范围内;
    所述循环数为任一大于1的自然数;
    所述每期时间处于1-30天的范围内;以及
    所述第一预设时间为24小时。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的排队分利方法,其中:
    所述第二预设时间为1个月。
  24. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为百家乐牌桌。
  25. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为21点牌桌。
  26. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为轮盘牌桌。
  27. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为扑克牌桌。
  28. 根据权利要求18所述的排队分利方法,其中: 所述电子游戏界面为花旗骰牌桌。
