一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,瓶盖本体(1)外部设有一个可被防护的按扣凸起(3),按扣凸起(3)下部有一可将瓶盖储物空间(4)底部的密封膜(6)刺破的刺破器(5),无害的原物质粉预先存储于瓶盖本体(1)的储物空间(4)中,并与瓶体中存放的液态基本水在正式饮用前处于各自分离状态,需引用时,只需下压按扣凸起。刺破器经密封膜刺破,使储装瓶盖本体内的原物质粉快速落入液态基本水中混合成饮料供人们即时引用。

Description

防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料瓶使用的瓶盖,特别是一种饮料瓶使用的防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶装饮料是人们喜闻乐见、广为使用的饮料包装形式,具有使用方便、形式多种、卫生安全等特点。
已有的瓶装饮料,虽然具有上述诸多优点和长处,但是,以前所有的瓶装饮料,基本上都属于是制成饮料。制成饮料为了防腐和制做要求,饮料基本上都采用勾兑工艺制作,而且,必需在饮料里添加允许量的防腐剂。
采用勾兑工艺制作含有防腐剂的饮料,虽然可以基本上具有饮料的功能,满足人们基本的饮用需求。但是,勾兑工艺采用的原材料和内含的防腐剂既不安全也不绿色,长期饮用上述饮料直接危害人们的饮食安全和身体健康,不能满足现代社会人们对饮料绿色和安全的需求。
已有的饮料瓶盖,仅有与瓶体螺口的拧合扣盖及密封其内饮料的作用,并无其他作用。因此,如何在现有包装瓶基础和结构上,设计出一种可将冲饮用的粉末状配料(没有任何有害物质的原物质粉)与液态的基本水事先分离存装,饮用时临时混合勾兑的包装瓶或瓶盖,则成为人们一直想要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过使用具有防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,使得使用本发明的瓶装饮料,能够实现冲饮用的无害的原物质粉预先存储于瓶盖中,并与瓶体中存放的液态基本水在正式饮用前处于各自分离状态。也就是说,基本水和经萃取工艺提纯的、完全绿色的、没有任何有害物质的原物质粉,饮用前处于相互分离状态,饮用时只要通过简单操作即可应时完成与基本水的充分混合,使其具有安全、绿色、口味鲜纯的特点,不仅可以满足现代社会人们对饮料绿色和安全的需求,而且开启了饮料最终制成和饮用的新模式,革命性地推动饮料向更高品质的方向发展。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明有一与瓶体相旋拧的瓶盖本体,其特征在于,瓶盖本体中部设有按扣凸起,与按扣凸起连为一体的是伸入瓶盖本体下部的刺破器,刺破器位于瓶盖本体内部所形成的储物空间内,刺破器下部是将原物质粉及刺破器封闭在储物空间内的密封膜。
按扣凸起位于瓶盖本体中部的向上凸起的防护圈内,其顶部低于防护圈的顶部,按扣凸起周边与防护圈一体成型,储放原物质粉的储物空间由位于瓶盖本体内部的下凸周壁,及与下凸周壁底部粘固并与刺破器下端相抵近的密封膜围构而成。
在下凸周壁外周瓶盖本体内部设有下凸的加强周壁,按扣凸起与外露的防护圈内侧壁相连部分沿径向呈厚薄不同的变形部。
瓶盖本体的各部分为注塑成型的整体结构,其密封膜为密闭防水性的铝箔材料,厚度在0.09至0.4毫米之间。
刺破器下部带有锋利前端,其形状是矛尖式的、也可以是一字型或十字型等其它形状。
本发明附图中所示结构是一字形的,其厚度由上至下逐渐变薄,其与密封膜相抵近处为锋利前端。其形状也可以是矛尖式的也可称作锥刺状,呈上粗下细状。十字形是指两个一字形呈90度角的十字交叉状。
储物空间是圆形、也可以是方形、或菱形等其它几何形状。
防护圈可以是圆形的,或方形的或其它几何形状。
本发明向上凸起的防护圈的作用是防止运输、搬放、或携带过程中误压触按扣凸起,而误剌破密封膜造成储物空间内储料漏出。因此,其高度应高于其内的按扣凸起的最高点。按扣凸起的变形部是为了按压时其易于变形向下推顶刺破器将密封膜刺破。
本发明制成后,储物空间内已经装有选定的、经萃取工艺提纯的、完全绿色的、没有任何有害物质的原物质粉(粉末状饮料配料)。
使用本发明时,将本发明封盖在装有基本水的饮料瓶上。饮用前,用手指按压按扣凸起,推动与按扣凸起钢性一体的刺破器下行,刺破器锋利前端刺破储物空间下端平面上设有的密封膜,使储物空间内的原物质粉下落并与瓶内储有的基 本水充分接触。此时,只要轻轻摇动饮料瓶,即可实现瓶盖内的原物质粉与瓶内储有的基本水充分混合,使其成为可以即饮的安全、绿色、口味鲜纯的制成饮料。
本发明由于采用防护圈式带储物空间的设计,使其可以实现基本水和原物质粉饮用前处于各自分离状态,饮用时经简单操作即可制成可以即饮的制成饮料,故具有安全、绿色、口味鲜纯的特点,可视为是饮料最终制成和饮用的一种革命性进步,据有划时代的意义和巨大的市场潜力。

具体实施方式
现结合图1对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明有一与瓶体相旋拧的瓶盖本体1,其特征在于,瓶盖本体1中部设有按扣凸起3,与按扣凸起3连为一体的是伸入瓶盖本体下部的刺破器5,刺破器5位于瓶盖本体1内部所形成的储物空间4内,刺破器5下部是将原物质粉及刺破器5封闭在储物空间内的密封膜6。
按扣凸起3位于瓶盖本体1中部的向上凸起的防护圈2内,其顶部低于防护圈2的顶部,按扣凸起3周边与防护圈2一体成型,储放原物质粉的储物空间4由位于瓶盖本体1内部下凸周壁21,及与下凸周壁粘固并与刺破器5下端相抵近的密封膜6围构而成。
在下凸周壁21外周瓶盖本体1内部设有加强周壁7,按扣凸起3与防护圈2内侧壁相连部分沿径向呈厚薄不同的变形部31。
瓶盖本体1的各部分为注塑成型的整体结构,其密封膜6为密闭防水性的铝箔材料,厚度在0.09至0.4毫米之间,较佳为0.15-0.3毫米之间。
刺破器5带有锋利前端,带有锋利前端的剌破器形状可以是矛尖式、也可以是一字型或十字型等其它形状。
储物空间4是圆形、也可以是方形、或菱形等其它几何形状。
防护圈2可以是防护圈可以是圆形的、方形的,或其它几何形状的。
实施例
以用通用食品包装塑料材料制作本发明为例,本体1直径31.3mm,高度13mm,壁厚1mm;防护圈2外直径为18mm,壁厚1mm,高度1.5mm;按扣凸起3直径13mm,弧高1mm;储物空间4外形结构为柱形,外直径18mm,下凸周壁21壁厚1mm,高度8mm;刺破器5为正十字形,十字边长10mm,高度为10mm,顶端带有与正十字形相一致的刃口;密封膜6为铝箔材料,厚度为0.2mm,密封粘贴在围构成储物空间4的下凸周壁21底部。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,有一与瓶体相旋拧的瓶盖本体,其特征在于,瓶盖本体中部设有按扣凸起,与按扣凸起连为一体的是伸入瓶盖本体下部的刺破器,刺破器位于瓶盖本体内部所形成的储物空间内,刺破器下部是将原物质粉及刺破器封闭在储物空间内的密封膜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,按扣凸起位于瓶盖本体中部的向上凸起的防护圈内,其顶部低于防护圈的顶部,按扣凸起周边与防护圈一体成型,储放原物质粉的储物空间由位于瓶盖本体内部的下凸周壁,及与下凸周壁底部粘固并与刺破器下端相抵近的密封膜围构而成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,在下凸周壁外周瓶盖本体内部设有下凸的加强周壁,按扣凸起与外露的防护圈内侧壁相连部分沿径向呈厚薄不同的变形部。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,瓶盖本体的各部分为注塑成型的整体结构,其密封膜为密闭防水性的铝箔材料,厚度在0.09至0.4毫米之间。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,刺破器下部带有锋利前端,其形状是矛尖式或是一字型或十字型等形状。
  6. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,储物空间是圆形或方形、或菱形等几何形状。
  7. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种防护圈式带储物空间的瓶盖,其特征在于,防护圈可以是圆形的或方形的,或者其它几何形状的。
