Abstract
La présente invention concerne une plateforme de forage (1) permettant de créer des puits d'extraction d'hydrocarbures et comprenant un plancher de forage (12) surélevé par rapport au sol ; un mât (2), situé sur le plancher de forage (12) et le long duquel coulisse une tête de forage (25) ; un circuit de circulation de boue (3) pour la circulation de la boue de forage (M), comprenant un circuit principal (31) et un circuit secondaire (32) servant à l'introduction de la boue, un circuit de récupération de la boue (33) et un circuit collecteur (34) ; une pince de raccordement automatisée (4) permettant de raccorder le circuit secondaire (32) à une tige de forage (14) comprenant une ouverture radiale (142) permettant de faire circuler en continu la boue, ladite pince comprenant un bras mobile (41), un corps central (42) et un système de préhension (44) ; un premier manipulateur (5) capable d'assembler au moins deux tiges de forage (14) ensemble et comprenant un dispositif de déplacement linéaire (52) ; une clé à tiges (54) capable de générer un couple sur ces tiges pour faire en sorte de les verrouiller, et un dispositif de levage (56). Ledit mât (2) est télescopique et comporte un système de déplacement (22) comprenant à son tour une chambre d'alimentation (226) et deux pistons hydrauliques (222, 224) alignés dans une seule et même direction, parallèlement à l'axe vertical (Z), et agissant dans des directions opposées.
