S3 、接收到所述请求信息的电子烟进行接收到请求信息的提示并判断在预设时间内是否接收到代表用户同意交换个人信息的第一触发信号,如果是,则发送确认信息至所述当前电子烟并转步骤S4,否则,则结束;
第一触发信号的发送可启动相应的功能开关实现,例如普通按键开关、触摸式开关等,如果用户同意与对方进行信息交换,则可启动功能开关。所述的进行提示包括:发光提醒、语音提醒、LCD文字提醒和振动振动提醒。预设时间是在电子烟出厂时直接设置好的。
S4 、所述当前电子烟与发送确认信息的其它电子烟进行个人信息交换,参与个人信息交换的每个电子烟分别将所获取的来自其它电子烟的个人信息进行存储和/或提示。提示方法包括文字显示或语音提示。
进行同类型电子烟检测的功能实现是可控的,电子烟可关闭该功能,因此, 所述步骤S1之前还包括以下触发步骤:
S0 、所述当前电子烟被触发产生启动对电子烟类型相同的电子烟进行检测的功能的第二触发信号。
其中,所述个人信息包括:个人爱好、联系方式、电子烟吸食年龄、姓名、用户对电子烟的评价信息、电子烟信息。其中,电子烟信息包括:电子烟型号、电子烟电池容量大小、电子烟适用的充电器型号、电子烟生产厂商、电子烟制造国别、烟液口味。
用户需要选择查看存储的其他电子烟用户的个人信息时,可启动功能开关,将存储的所有的来自其它电子烟的个人信息进行提示。
进行个人信息交换有两种实施方式:
第一种是:当前电子烟在接收到确认信息之后先发送数据,对方接受到其发送的数据后再发送:
即步骤S4中所述进行个人信息交换具体包括:所述当前电子烟先将自身的个人信息发送至参与个人信息交换的其它电子烟, 其它电子烟接收到所述当前电子烟发送的个人信息后再将自身的个人信息发送给所述当前电子烟;
第二种是:对方电子烟在发送确认信息的同时将自身的个人信息也写入其中一同发送过来:
即步骤S3中发送确认信息的电子烟将自身的个人信息写入确认信息内后发送至当前电子烟,所述步骤S4中所述进行个人信息交换具体包括:当前电子烟在接收到确认信息后再将自身的个人信息发送至发送确认信息的电子烟。
关于步骤S1:
这里电子烟类型代表同类型电子烟爱好者,检测同类型电子烟爱好者的方式有两种:一种是主动发送广播信息进行检测,还有一种是被动接收广播信息进行检测。
第一实施例的第一实施方式:
参考图2,选用主动发送广播信息进行检测时,所述步骤S1具体包括:
S11 、所述当前电子烟向预设范围内的其它电子烟发送携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息;
S12 、接收到所述广播信息的其它电子烟判断所述广播信息所携带的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型是否相同,如果是,则发送匹配成功信息至当前电子烟;否则,不做响应;
S13 、所述当前电子烟判断是否接收到匹配成功信息,如果是,则表示存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,否则,表示不存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,结束。
所述步骤S13中如果判断结果为是,则所述当前电子烟还对获取的匹配成功信息进行统计,并将统计结果进行提示。统计结果可以是仅仅显示检测到的同类型电子烟的数量,也可以用列表的形式将所有的检测到的电子烟列出来,用户还可以选择列表中的指定的电子烟作为之后进行信息请求交换的对象。
此时选择数据交换对象的好处在于:不仅适合向不曾碰面的人进行数据交换请求,而且,非常适合两个已经碰面的人进行数据交换。比如两个已经碰面的电子烟用户A和B需要交换信息,可以先进行配对,电子烟A进行检测,则检测结果可能包括其他不认识的电子烟,而电子烟A只需要与B交换,因此不必'打扰'其他用户,所以在发送请求信息之前,在列表中仅仅选择电子烟B即可。
电子烟用户如果不想被其他电子烟检测到,还可拒绝接收到其他电子烟发送的广播信息,防止信息骚扰,此同样可以通过功能开关触发实现 。
每一电子烟具有各自的ID,且每一电子烟存储有自身的ID以及其他电子烟的ID,电子烟的ID即为电子烟的身份标识号码,每个电子烟出厂时有设置有一个ID号,这个ID号对应一个品牌型号;当电子烟发送所述广播信息时,在广播信息中加入自身的ID信息,如此接受到广播信息的电子烟就可以与当前电子烟建立通信连接。当电子烟发送所述请求信息、匹配成功信息、确认信息或个人信息时,在所述请求信息、匹配成功信息、确认信息或个人信息中加入自身的ID信息以及接收信息的电子烟的ID信息。
所发送的所有信息一般采用的格式包括:头码字段、识别码字段、数据字段和校验码字段。数据字段表示信息的具体内容,例如个人信息的具体内容,头码字段用于表示信息的类型,比如该信息是广播信息、请求信息、匹配成功信息还是确认信息等,识别码字段包含发送电子烟的ID和接收电子烟的ID。这些字段可以选择十六进制、十进制等进行编码,具体编码格式并不是本发明的重点,此处不做详述。
第一实施例的第二实施方式:
参考图3,采用被动接收广播信息进行检测时,步骤S1之前包括:
条件步骤:每个电子烟都可以自动分别发送携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息。
所述步骤S1具体包括:
S11' 、所述当前电子烟接收预设范围内的其它电子烟发送的广播信息;

第一实施例中如果检测到同类型的电子烟则自动请求进行数据交换,本实施例中是否请求交换信息是的功能是可控的,电子烟可关闭该功能, 在所述步骤S2中,所述当前电子烟在发送请求信息之前包括以下触发步骤:
S20 、当前电子烟被触发产生启动发送请求信息功能的第三触发信号。
图5是本发明 电子烟的个人信息交换方法 的第三实施例的流程图;
第 三 实施例中,所述步骤S3与步骤S4之间还包括:
S341 、所述当前电子烟接收到确认信息后,对获取的确认信息进行统计,并将统计结果进行提示;此处可参考上述第一实施例的统计和列表选择。
S342 、所述当前电子烟选择指定的确认信息所对应的电子烟作为步骤S4中进行个人信息交换的对象。
第一实施例中在当前电子烟看到存在类型的电子烟后选择进行个人信息交换的对象,本实施例中,是在发送请求信息后,对同意交换的电子烟再选择进行个人信息交换的对象。与第一实施例相比,本实施例对于当前电子烟来说可减少一些选择工作。因为,第一实施例中统计结果仅仅是同类型电子烟的数量,本实施例中是同类型且同意交换的电子烟数量,因此列表选择时,本实施例的供选择的对象少很多,而且选择的都是同意进行数据交换的。
图6是本发明 电子烟的个人信息交换方法 的第四实施例的流程图。
个人信息中的电子烟信息中部分是在出厂前就确定的。部分是可以根据用户操作变更的,比如烟液口味可以更换。而个人爱好、联系方式、电子烟吸食年龄、姓名、用户对电子烟的评价信息是需要用户后期编辑的。因此,本实施例中所述步骤S1之前还包括:
S01 、编辑并存储每个电子烟的个人信息。
对于简单的个人信息,例如电子烟吸食年龄是可直接由电子烟计算得到,用户对电子烟的评价信息也可以通过简单的按键开关实现,比如用户在吸食到某种烟液的时候,可以选择对该烟液进行评价,通过按压对应的开关即可。而对于复杂的,比如姓名、个人爱好、联系方式,可以事先在计算机中编辑,再通过电子烟的无线通信模块写入电子烟内的MCU,也可以通过在电子烟中设置USB接口,用户可以直接通过USB接口与其他电子烟产品连接后输入详细的个人信息。有了USB接口后,还可以直接从电子烟中导出信息。
图7是本发明 电子烟的个人信息交换方法 的第五实施例的流程图;
需要明确的是,步骤S1中的电子烟类型可以是任何代表电子烟信息的类型种类,例如电子烟类型所从属的类型种类包括:电子烟ID对应的品牌型号、烟液口味、电子烟制造厂商。即,电子烟类型是从属于类型种类的,是类型种类的具体内容,例如:如果类型种类是烟液口味,则电子烟类型可以是以下的任一种:巧克力味烟液、草莓味烟液、咖啡味烟液等;如果类型种类是电子烟制造厂商,则电子烟类型可以是以下的任一种:A品牌、B品牌、C品牌等,以此类推。
电子烟类型一般用十六进制编码,例如如果电子烟类型是巧克力味烟液,则其信息编码包括以下字段:0X01,0X02。其中0X01表示烟液口味,0X02表示烟液口味的具体内容为巧克力味烟液。具体的格式表示并不是本发明的重点,此处不再赘述。
默认的电子烟类型所从属的类型种类为电子烟ID对应的品牌型号,当然为了便于用户选择需要检测的电子烟类型,电子烟类型所从属的类型种类是可选的。即用户进行同类型检测的时候,可以选择检测品牌型号相同的电子烟,或者选择烟液口味相同的电子烟,或者选择电子烟制造厂商相同的烟液口味。
因此,本实施例中, 述步骤S1之前包括:
S02 、当前电子烟选择自身电子烟类型所从属的类型种类。
如果步骤S02中选择的类型种类为烟液口味,则在步骤S1之前还包括:检测电子烟的烟液口味。
例如,如果S0选择的类型种类为烟液口味,则检测自身电子烟的烟液口味,如果是巧克力味烟液,则电子烟将'巧克力味烟液'作为自身电子烟类型加载于广播信息中发送出去。
本发明的第六实施例中, 电子烟包括:集成有主控模块、无线信号处理模块和存储模块的系统级芯片,分别连接至所述系统级芯片的无线收发电路、具有振动马达的振动电路、功能开关、显示屏、用户接口;
方法具体包括:
S01 、通过计算机编辑个人信息,并将个人信息通过用户接口或者无线收发电路发送至系统级芯片内的存储模块进行存储;
所述个人信息包括:个人爱好、联系方式、电子烟吸食年龄、姓名、用户对电子烟的评价信息以及电子烟信息;
S02 、通过当前电子烟的功能开关选择自身电子烟类型所从属的类型种类;
所述电子烟类型从属于以下任一种类型种类:电子烟的ID对应的品牌型号、烟液口味、电子烟制造厂商;
S0 、所述当前电子烟的功能开关被触发产生启动对电子烟类型相同的电子烟进行检测的功能的第二触发信号;
S1 、当前电子烟检测预设范围内是否存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟;如果存在,则转步骤S2,否则,结束;

S11 、所述当前电子烟的主控模块接收到第二触发信号后,将携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调制并加载到无线收发电路后发送至预设范围内的其它电子烟;

S13 、当前电子烟的主控模块在无线收发电路接收到匹配成功信息时,判断存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,所述当前电子烟的主控模块对获取的匹配成功信息进行统计,并将统计结果通过所述显示屏进行提示。
S20 、当前电子烟的功能开关被触发产生启动发送请求信息功能的第三触发信号;
S2 、所述当前电子烟的主控模块接收到第三触发信号后,将请求进行个人信息交换的请求信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调解并加载到无线收发电路后发送至电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的电子烟;

系统级芯片型号为CC2543的芯片U1,电子烟还包括型号为TLV70430的稳压器、电池、雾化器、LED灯LED1等,显示屏为LCD1602,用户接口为MICRO USB接口,其中雾化器、显示屏、用户接口在图9中未示意。
功能开关可以是一个开关,其感应用户的不同动作产生上述不同的触发信号,也可以是包括多个开关。本实施例中仅仅示意出了用于发送第一触发信号的第一开关SW1。LED灯LED1用于在检测到存在同类型的电子烟时进行闪烁或亮灯提醒。
振动电路包括:振动马达、N型的MOS管Q1。
无线收发电路电容C1、C2、C3、C4、C5,电感L1、L2、L3、L4、L5,以及天线。
振动马达的正极连接至电池正极,振动马达的负极连接至MOS管Q1漏极,MOS管Q1的源极接电池负极,MOS管Q1的栅极连接至芯片U1的P0.3引脚,LED灯LED1的正极连接至电池正极,LED灯LED1的负极经电阻R1连接至芯片U1的P0.5引脚。第一开关SW1的一端接地、另一端接芯片U1的P0.4引脚。
芯片U1 的RFN引脚通过电容C2和电感L1连接至电感L3的第一端,电容C2和电感L1的连接节点处通过电容C3接地, 芯片U1 的RFP引脚通过电容C1和电容C4连接至电感L3的第一端,电容C2和C4的连接节点处通过电感L2接地。电感L3的第二端依次经电感L4和L5连接至天线,电感L3和电感L4的连接节点处通过电容C5接地。稳压器的Vout引脚连接至 芯片U1 的VDD引脚,VSS引脚接地,Vin引脚连接至电池正极。
正常情况下, 芯片U1的P0.5引脚输出高电平,LED灯LED1截止。芯片U1的P0.3引脚输出低电平,MOS管Q1截止,振动马达与电池的负极连接断开,不能工作。如果检测到存在同类的电子烟,则芯片U1的P0.5引脚输出低电平或者PWM信号,LED灯LED1亮灯或者闪烁以告知用户。如果接收到请求信息,则芯片U1的P0.3引脚输出高电平,MOS管Q1导通,振动马达与电池的连接通路导通,于是振动马达进行振动以提醒用户。如果用户同意交换个人信息,则按压第一开关SW1,芯片U1的P1.4引脚检测到低电平,于是将个人信息加载到天线中发送出去,同时接受对方发送过来的数据。
综上所述,本发明通过首先查询同类型电子烟爱好者是否存在,在存在同类型电子烟爱好者的情况下,再向对方请求交换个人信息。这种个人信息交换方法,并不是盲目的请求任何电子烟进行信息交换,而是选择同类型电子烟爱好者,而且在对方同意交换的条件下进行信息交换,提高了利用电子烟进行交友的用户体验感,使得电子烟不再是一个单独的个体,而是可以有方向的选择用户进行交友,同类型电子烟爱好者之间充分的信息共享可以提高吸烟者吸食电子烟的兴趣,互相交流心得,利于电子烟的推广和普及,有利于戒烟。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

  1. 一种电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
    S1 、当前电子烟检测预设范围内是否存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟;如果是,转入步骤S2;
    S2 、所述当前电子烟向电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的电子烟发送请求进行个人信息交换的请求信息;
    S3 、接收到所述请求信息的电子烟进行接收到请求信息的提示并判断在预设时间内是否接收到代表用户同意交换个人信息的第一触发信号,如果是,则发送确认信息至所述当前电子烟并转步骤S4;
    S4 、所述当前电子烟与发送确认信息的其它电子烟进行个人信息交换,参与个人信息交换的每个电子烟分别将所获取的来自其它电子烟的个人信息进行存储和/或提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1之前还包括以下触发步骤:
    S0 、所述当前电子烟被触发产生启动对电子烟类型相同的电子烟进行检测的功能的第二触发信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3与步骤S4之间还包括:
    S341 、所述当前电子烟接收到确认信息后,对获取的确认信息进行统计,并将统计结果进行提示;

    所述步骤S4中所述进行个人信息交换具体包括:所述当前电子烟先将自身的个人信息发送至参与个人信息交换的其它电子烟, 其它电子烟接收到所述当前电子烟发送的个人信息后再将自身的个人信息发送给所述当前电子烟;
    或者,所述步骤S3中发送确认信息的电子烟将自身的个人信息写入确认信息内发送至当前电子烟,所述步骤S4中所述进行个人信息交换具体包括:当前电子烟在接收到确认信息后再将自身的个人信息发送至发送确认信息的电子烟。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:
    S11 、所述当前电子烟向预设范围内的其它电子烟发送携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息;
    S12 、接收到所述广播信息的其它电子烟判断所述广播信息所携带的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型是否相同,如果是,则发送匹配成功信息至当前电子烟;否则,不做响应;

  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,每一电子烟具有各自的ID,且每一电子烟存储有自身的ID以及其他电子烟的ID;
    当电子烟发送所述广播信息时,在广播信息中加入自身的ID信息;
    当电子烟发送所述请求信息、匹配成功信息、确认信息或个人信息时,在所述请求信息、匹配成功信息、确认信息或个人信息中加入自身的ID信息以及接收信息的电子烟的ID信息。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,每个电子烟分别发送携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息;
    所述步骤S1具体包括:
    S11' 、所述当前电子烟接收预设范围内的其它电子烟发送的广播信息;
    S12' 、所述当前电子烟判断所述广播信息所携带的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型是否相同,如果是,则表示存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,否则,表示不存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,结束。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12'中如果判断结果为是,则当前电子烟还对获取的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型的广播信息进行统计,并将统计结果进行提示。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,每一电子烟具有各自的ID,且每一电子烟存储有自身的ID以及其他电子烟的ID;
    当电子烟发送广播信息时,在广播信息中加入自身的ID信息;
    当电子烟发送请求信息、确认信息或个人信息时,在请求信息、确认信息或个人信息中加入自身的ID信息以及接收信息的电子烟的ID信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中所述的进行提示包括:发光提醒和振动提醒。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述个人信息包括:个人爱好、联系方式、电子烟吸食年龄、姓名、用户对电子烟的评价信息以及电子烟信息。

  17. 一种电子烟的个人信息交换方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括:集成有主控模块、无线信号处理模块和存储模块的系统级芯片,分别连接至所述系统级芯片的无线收发电路、具有振动马达的振动电路、功能开关、显示屏、用户接口;
    所述方法包括:
    S01 、编辑个人信息,并将个人信息通过用户接口或者无线收发电路发送至系统级芯片内的存储模块进行存储;
    S02 、通过当前电子烟的功能开关选择自身电子烟类型所从属的类型种类;
    S0 、所述当前电子烟的功能开关被触发产生启动对电子烟类型相同的电子烟进行检测的功能的第二触发信号;
    S11 、所述当前电子烟的主控模块接收到第二触发信号后,将携带有自身电子烟类型的广播信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调制并加载到无线收发电路后发送至预设范围内的其它电子烟;
    S12 、其它电子烟通过无线收发电路接收到所述广播信息,所述广播信息经无线信号处理模块解调之后发送至主控模块,主控模块判断所述广播信息所携带的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同时,将匹配成功信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调解并加载到无线收发电路后发送至当前电子烟;
    S13 、当前电子烟的主控模块在无线收发电路接收到匹配成功信息时,判断存在电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的其它电子烟,所述当前电子烟的主控模块对获取的匹配成功信息进行统计,并将统计结果通过所述显示屏进行提示;
    S20 、当前电子烟的功能开关被触发产生启动发送请求信息功能的第三触发信号;
    S2 、所述当前电子烟的主控模块接收到第三触发信号后,将请求进行个人信息交换的请求信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调解并加载到无线收发电路后发送至电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型相同的电子烟;
    S3 、接收到所述请求信息的电子烟的无线收发电路将所述请求信息发送至无线信号处理模块解调之后发送至主控模块,主控模块控制振动马达工作,并在预设时间内接收到功能开关发送的代表用户同意交换个人信息的第一触发信号时,将确认信息发送至无线信号处理模块进行调解并加载到无线收发电路后发送至所述当前电子烟并转入步骤S341;
    S341 、所述当前电子烟的无线信号处理模块接收所述确认信息,所述确认信息经无线信号处理模块解调之后发送至主控模块,主控模块对获取的确认信息进行统计,并将统计结果发送至显示屏进行提示;
    S342 、用户在所述当前电子烟的显示屏上选择指定的确认信息所对应的电子烟作为步骤S4中进行个人信息交换的对象;
    S4 、所述当前电子烟与发送确认信息的其它电子烟通过各自的无线收发电路进行个人信息交换,参与个人信息交换的每个电子烟分别将所获取的来自其它电子烟的个人信息存储至存储模块和/或发送至显示屏进行提示。
  18. 一种电子烟的个人信息交换系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括至少两个电子烟,每一电子烟均包括:集成有主控模块、无线信号处理模块和存储模块的系统级芯片,分别连接至所述系统级芯片的无线收发电路、具有振动马达的振动电路、功能开关、显示屏、用户接口;
    所述用户接口用于将计算机中编辑的个人信息导入系统级芯片内的存储模块;
    所述存储模块用于存储自身电子烟和其它电子烟的个人信息;
    所述功能开关用于产生并发送以下信号至主控模块:代表用户同意交换个人信息的第一触发信号、启动对电子烟类型相同的电子烟进行检测的功能的第二触发信号、启动发送请求信息功能的第三触发信号;
    无线收发电路用于与其他电子烟进行无线通讯;
    所述无线信号处理模块用于对无线收发电路发送/接收的信息进行调制/解调;
    所述主控模块用于在接收到所述第二触发信号时,控制所述无线收发电路向预设范围内的其它电子烟发送所述广播信息,所述主控模块还用于在接收到广播信息时,判断所述广播信息所携带的电子烟类型与自身电子烟类型是否相同,如果相同,则控制所述无线收发电路发送匹配成功信息;所述主控模块还用于在接收到匹配成功信息时,对获取的匹配成功信息进行统计,并将统计结果发送至显示屏进行提示;所述主控模块还用于在接收到第三触发信号时控制所述无线收发电路向预设范围内的其它电子烟发送请求信息;所述主控模块还用于在接收到请求信息时控制所述振动马达进行振动;所述主控模块还用于在接收到第一触发信号时控制无线收发电路与其它电子烟建立通信并交换存储在存储模块内的自身的个人信息;所述主控模块还用于在个人信息交换完成后,将本次获取的来自其它电子烟的个人信息发送至显示屏进行提示。
