上述的导液陶瓷支架 30的两侧面分别设置有一第二引导部 32 , 该第二引导部 32伸入到电子烟储存烟液油的腔室中, 与第一引导部 12的作用相同, 该第二引导部 32用于将烟液油引导至导液陶瓷支架 30内。 为了进一步的增加导液陶瓷支架 30与烟液油的接触面积, 可 以是在导液陶瓷支架 30上设置有由其中一个第二引导部 32的端面延 伸至另一个第二引导部 32的端面的第二烟油引入孔 33 , 当两第二引 导部 32伸入到电子烟内部储存烟液油的腔室中后, 烟液油从第二烟 油引入孔 33的两端开口进入到第二烟油引入孔 33中,使第二烟油引 入孔 33中充满烟液油。 当然, 导液陶瓷支架 30上也可以是设置多组 上述两侧对应的第二引导部 32 , 两侧互相对应的两第二引导部 32上 均开设一个第二烟油引入孔 33。 也可以是仅在导液陶瓷支架 30的一 侧设置第二引导部 32 , 在此种情况下, 上述的第二烟油引入孔 33为 一盲孔,其是由第二引导部 32的端面向着远离第二引导部 32端面的 方向向着导液陶瓷支架 30内部延伸。
本发明的导液陶瓷棒 10和导液陶瓷支架 30均具有吸附液体的能 力, 其具体的是由多孔陶瓷材料制成, 多孔陶瓷依据其自身的微小孔 隙将烟液油吸附在其上。
本发明利用导液陶瓷棒 10和导液陶瓷支架 30替代现有的纤维 绳, 作为烟液油传导介质, 具有较高的传导效率, 从而提高电子烟雾 化器的雾化效率,多孔陶瓷材料依据其上的微小孔隙可以不间断的将 烟液油吸附在其上, 可以有效的避免发热丝 20在工作过程中出现干 烧的情况,同时,导液陶瓷棒 10和导液陶瓷支架 30具有较高的燃点, 不会产生焦味, 不会影响烟液油本身的口味, 使雾化后的烟气更符合 使用者的要求。 此外, 导液陶瓷棒 10具有较高的强度, 其作为发热 丝 20的安装载体, 将发热丝 20支撑在电子烟雾化器的雾化腔室内, 使整个装置的结构更为牢固, 提高了雾化器的可靠性。
在这里需要说明的是,上述方案的发热组件中具有两个导液陶瓷 棒 10, 实际上, 本发明可以设置更多数量的导液陶瓷棒 10和对应的 发热丝 20 , 其均是以贴合的方式与导液陶瓷支架 30配合, 总之, 导 液陶瓷棒 10的数量可以是根据具体的需要进行设置立。
参见图 1 , 本发明的雾化器包括上述的电子烟发热组件以及雾化 杆 40, 雾化杆 40的两端开口且呈中空结构, 雾化杆 40内部形成一 个雾化腔室, 电子烟发热组件容置在雾化腔室中, 雾化杆 40的侧壁 上设置有供第一引导部 12穿出的通孔, 此外, 雾化杆 40的侧壁上还 设置有供第二引导部 32穿出的通孔。
为了便于与电子烟其他部件配合, 在雾化杆 40的上端部开口连 接有一压盖 50 , 该压盖 50上设置有一将雾化杆 40的雾化腔室与电 子烟的吸嘴连通的通道, 雾化杆 40的下端部开口由上至下依次连接 有第一金属套 60、 绝缘套 70以及第二金属套 80 , 其中, 第一金属套 60和第二金属套 80分别于发热丝 20的两接线端电性连接, 绝缘套 70用于将第一金属套 60和第二金属套 80绝缘隔离,第一金属套 60、 绝缘套 70和第二金属套 80组成的组件上设置有与雾化杆 40的雾化 腔室导通的通孔。 还可以在第一金属套 60外部开设外螺紋, 用于将 雾化器与电子烟的电池仓上端部螺紋连接。
本发明的电子烟在使用时,第一引导部 12和第二引导部 32分别 将烟液油引导至导液陶瓷棒 10和导液陶瓷支架 30上, 发热丝 20发 热将导液陶瓷棒 10和导液陶瓷支架 30上吸附的烟液油雾化,使雾化 腔室中充满烟液油雾化后的烟气, 在使用者从烟嘴抽吸的过程中, 空 气从第一金属套 60、 绝缘套 70和第二金属套 80形成的组件的通孔 进入雾化腔室, 在雾化腔室内部形成向上运动的气流, 气流带着烟液 油雾化后的烟气经过压盖 50上的通道以及烟嘴进入使用者口中。 在 烟液油雾化的过程中,由于缠绕有发热丝 20的导液陶瓷棒 10是与导 液陶瓷支架 30贴合, 因此, 增大了发热丝 20与烟液油接触的面积, 从而提高了烟液油雾化的效率, 能够给使用者带来较为真实的体验。
对本领域的技术人员来说, 可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构 思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变, 而所有的这些改变以及形变 都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 包括至少两个导液陶瓷棒、 一 一对应的缠绕在导液陶瓷棒外部的至少两个发热丝、以及导液陶瓷支 架,导液陶瓷棒的端部设置有伸入到电子烟储存烟液油的腔室中的第 一引导部, 导液陶瓷棒和导液陶瓷支架以贴合的方式配合。
2.如权利要求 1所述的电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 导液陶瓷 棒上设置有由第一引导部的端面向着远离第一引导部端面的方向延 伸的第一烟液油引入孔。
3.如权利要求 1所述的电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 导液陶瓷 支架上设置有容纳槽, 缠绕有发热丝的导液陶瓷棒嵌置在容纳槽内, 且发热丝至少有一部分被夹持在导液陶瓷棒和容纳槽的内壁之间。
4.如权利要求 1所述的电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 导液陶瓷 支架上设置有伸入到电子烟储存烟液油的腔室中的第二引导部。
5.如权利要求 4所述的电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 导液陶瓷 支架上设置有由第二引导部的端面向着远离第二引导部端面的方向 延伸的第二烟液油弓 I入孔。
6.如权利要求 1所述的电子烟发热组件, 其特征在于, 导液陶瓷 棒和导液陶瓷支架均由多孔陶瓷制成。
7.雾化器, 其特征在于, 该雾化器包括如权利要求 1-6任一项所 述的电子烟发热组件、 以及雾化杆, 该雾化杆两端开口且内部形成一 个雾化腔室, 电子烟发热组件容置在雾化腔室中, 雾化杆的侧壁上设 置有供第一引导部穿出的通孔。
8.如权利要求 7所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 雾化杆的上端部开 口连接有一压盖,雾化杆的下端部开口由上至下依次连接有第一金属 套、 绝缘套以及第二金属套, 绝缘套用于将第一金属套和第二金属套 绝缘隔离, 发热丝的两接线端分别电性连接第一金属套和第二金属 套。
