电子烟充电器 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟充电器。
背景技术
电子烟充电器用于给电子烟充电,以增加电子烟的续航能力。如图1所示,现有技术中的电子烟充电器通常包括充电主体1以及固定安装在充电主体1上的充电插头2。当需要在狭小的空间内对电子烟进行充电操作时,由于充电插头2固定安装在充电主体1上而不能改变其外形,使得使用者给电子烟充电操作时较为麻烦,或不能在所述狭小的空间内使用。此外,当使用者不小心从侧面碰撞所述电子烟充电器时,其较容易损坏,结构设计不合理,不人性化,从而给用户的使用带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟充电器在狭小空间内充电操作较为不便的缺陷,提供一种在狭小空间内进行充电操作较为方便的电子烟充电器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟充电器,包括与电子烟电连接的充电主体以及与电源电连接的充电插头;所述充电插头可转动地安装在所述充电主体上。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述充电主体包括壳体,以及设置在所述壳体上的容置槽;所述充电插头可转动地安装在所述容置槽上。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述电子烟充电器还包括用于安装所述充电插头的转动座;所述转动座的外侧壁设置有呈凸起状的转动轴;所述容置槽的侧壁开设有与所述转动轴相适配的安装槽;所述转动轴可转动地安装在所述安装槽中。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述壳体包括第一壳体与第二壳体;所述第一壳体上设置的第一容置槽与所述第二壳体上设置的第二容置槽共同形成所述容置槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述第一容置槽的侧壁开设的第一安装槽与所述第二容置槽的侧壁开设的第二安装槽共同形成所述安装槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述充电插头与所述充电主体之间设置有用于电连接所述充电插头与充电主体的导线,所述导线轴向贯穿所述转动轴。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电器中,所述电子烟充电器还包括万向机构;所述充电插头通过所述万向机构可转动地安装在所述充电主体上。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2以及图5所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟充电器,其包括充电主体1、充电插头2以及转动座3。
如图2、图3以及图5所示,充电主体1包括壳体11、容置槽12、安装槽13、电路板14、第一电极连接件15、第二电极连接件16以及螺纹连接件17。壳体11大致为长方体结构。容置槽12大致为U形槽结构,其设置在壳体11上,该容置槽12的开口设置在壳体11的一侧边缘。容置槽12与充电插头2的外形尺寸相适配,充电插头2可转动地安装在该容置槽12上。安装槽13为圆孔结构,其开设在容置槽12的侧壁上,充电插头2可绕该安装槽13进行转动。本实施例中,安装槽13开设有两个,其分别对应设置在容置槽12的两相对的侧壁上。电路板14固定安装在壳体11内,其与充电插头2实现电性连接。第一电极连接件15与第二电极连接件16安装在壳体11远离容置槽12的一端,该第一电极连接件15与该第二电极连接件16分别与电路板14连接。充电主体1远离充电插头2的一端可与电子烟6连接,即第一电极连接件15与第二电极连接件16可分别与电子烟6实现连接,从而实现对电子烟6的充电操作。本实施例中,壳体11包括第一壳体111与第二壳体112。第一壳体111上设置的第一容置槽121与第二壳体112上设置的第二容置槽122共同形成容置槽12。第一容置槽121的侧壁开设的第一安装槽131与第二容置槽122的侧壁开设的第二安装槽132共同形成安装槽13。第一壳体111与第二壳体112通过螺纹连接件17连接,该螺纹连接件17可采用螺钉等结构。
如图2以及图4所示,充电插头2大致为长方体结构,其固定安装在转动座3上,该充电插头2内部设置有与电路板14连接的电路结构(未标号),连接充电插头2与电路板14的导线穿过安装槽13以实现二者的电连接。本实施例中,充电插头2为USB充电插头,其可与电源的USB母头接口电连接。
如图2所示,转动座3大致为方块结构。转动轴31设置在转动座3的外侧壁上并呈起状,该实施例中,转动轴31大致为圆柱体结构,其设置有两个,两个转动轴31分别设置在转动座3的两相对的外侧壁上。转动轴31可转动地安装在安装槽13中,使得转动座3可绕安装槽13转动,既而使得充电插头2可绕充电主体1转动。其中,电连接所述充电插头2与充电主体1的所述导线轴向贯穿所述转动轴31,使本发明整体结构更简洁,避免导线零乱给使用带来不便。
如图2所示,组装时,首先将电路板14、第一电极连接件15以及第二电极连接件16相应地安装在第一壳体111上;将充电插头2固定安装在转动座3上并与电路板14实现电连接;然后将转动轴31放置在第一容置槽121中;最后将第二壳体112安装在第一壳体111上并用螺纹连接件17进行固定。
如图4所示,使用时,拨动充电插头2可使得其绕着充电主体1弯折以改变所述电子烟充电器的外形,从而使得所述电子烟充电器能够在狭小空间内对电子烟6进行充电操作,此外,其结构合理,设计较人性化,当使用者不小心从侧面碰撞所述电子烟充电器时,所述充电主体1可相对所述充电插头2弯折,因而所述电子烟不容易损坏,给使用者的使用带来诸多便利。
如图6、图7以及图8所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟充电器,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于充电主体1的结构、转动座3的结构,以及充电主体1与充电插头2之间的连接结构。本实施例中,所述电子烟充电器还包括万向机构4。充电主体1包括壳体11、电路板14、第一电极连接件15以及第二电极连接件16。转动座3省却了转动轴31。
如图6以及图8所示,万向机构4包括万向轴41、万向座42以及万向盖43。万向轴41包括万向接头411,该万向接头411大致为球状结构。万向接头411可转动地插装在万向座42与万向盖43之间,万向轴41远离万向接头411的一端与转动座3固定连接。连接充电插头2与电路板14的导线穿过万向轴41以实现二者的电连接。万向座42与万向盖43大致为块状结构,其内部均开设有用于容纳万向接头411的空间。该万向座42固定安装在壳体11上,万向盖43安装在万向座42上。采用上述万向机构4的结构,同样可以实现充电插头2绕着充电主体1转动。
如图9、图10以及图11所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子烟充电器,其与实施例之二所不同之处在于充电主体1与充电插头2之间的连接结构。本实施例中,所述电子烟充电器还包括软轴机构5。
如图9以及图11所示,软轴机构5包括软轴51以及固定座52。软轴51的一端与固定座52固定卡接,软轴51的另一端与转动座3固定卡接。固定座52固定安装在壳体11上。连接充电插头2与电路板14的导线穿过软轴51以实现二者的电连接。本实施例中,软轴51采用软胶材料制成,其具有良好的弯折性能。在本发明的其它实施例中,该软轴51为金属软管,其同样具有良好的弯折性能。采用上述软轴机构5的结构,同样可以实现充电插头2绕着充电主体1转动。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括用于安装所述充电插头(2)的转动座(3);所述转动座(3)的外侧壁设置有呈凸起状的转动轴(31);所述容置槽(12)的侧壁开设有与所述转动轴(31)相适配的安装槽(13);所述转动轴(31)可转动地安装在所述安装槽(13)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述壳体(11)包括第一壳体(111)与第二壳体(112);所述第一壳体(111)上设置的第一容置槽(121)与所述第二壳体(112)上设置的第二容置槽(122)共同形成所述容置槽(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第一容置槽(121)的侧壁开设的第一安装槽(131)与所述第二容置槽(122)的侧壁开设的第二安装槽(132)共同形成所述安装槽(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述充电插头(2)与所述充电主体(1)之间设置有用于电连接所述充电插头(2)与充电主体(1)的导线,所述导线轴向贯穿所述转动轴(31)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括万向机构(4);所述充电插头(2)通过所述万向机构(4)可转动地安装在所述充电主体(1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括用于安装所述充电插头(2)的转动座(3);所述充电主体(1)包括壳体(11);所述万向机构(4)包括万向轴(41)、固定安装在所述壳体(11)上的万向座(42)以及安装在所述万向座(42)上的万向盖(43);所述万向轴(41)的万向接头(411)可转动地插装在所述万向座(42)与所述万向盖(43)之间,所述万向轴(41)远离所述万向接头(411)的一端与所述转动座(3)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括软轴机构(5);所述充电插头(2)通过所述软轴机构(5)可转动地安装在所述充电主体(1)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括用于安装所述充电插头(2)的转动座(3);所述充电主体(1)包括壳体(11);所述软轴机构(5)包括软轴(51)以及固定安装在所述壳体(11)上的固定座(52);所述软轴(51)的一端与所述固定座(52)固定卡接,所述软轴(51)的另一端与所述转动座(3)固定卡接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述软轴(51)采用软胶材料制成。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述软轴(51)为金属软管。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述充电插头(2)为USB充电插头。
