为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种切割式裁纸刀, 包括台面和裁纸机 构, 所述裁纸机构包括固定座、 静刀板、 动刀板和操作件, 所述固定座设于所 述台面的一侧边处, 所述静刀板固定安装于所述固定座上, 所述动刀板与所述 静刀板配合设置, 所述动刀板上设有第一连接端和第二连接端, 且所述第一连 接端和第二连接端分别活动安装于所述固定座上; 所述操作件带动所述第一连 接端沿第一轨道移动的同时, 所述第二连接端沿第二轨道移动, 所述第一轨道 包括弧形段或者相对于静刀板之刀刃倾斜的直线段, 所述第二轨道与所述第一 轨道连动配合。
与现有技术相比, 本发明所述动刀板的第一连接端和第二连接端分别活动 安装于所述固定座上, 裁纸时, 所述第一连接端沿第一轨道移动, 所述第二连
接端沿第二轨道移动, 从而使得所述动刀板相对于所述静刀板上下裁纸时, 还 相对于所述静刀板左右移动, 即裁纸时, 所述动刀板将纸张相对于静刀板切开 的同时对所述纸张施加了割开的力, 使得所述切割式裁纸机釆用切和割两个动 作裁纸, 裁纸省力。 再者, 由于动刀板 13的前后两端均可以移动, 使得所述动 刀板 13裁纸时, 其前端无需打开幅度过大, 防止操作者将手伸入动刀板和静刀 板之间造成误伤, 安全性能高。
较佳地, 所述第一轨道为曲线轨道或者相对于静刀板倾斜的直线轨道。 所 述曲线轨道包括圓弧形轨道、 椭圓形轨道、 波浪状的轨道等、 抛物线轨道等待。 不同于弧形轨道, 所述第一轨道也可以为倾斜的直线轨道。
具体地, 所述裁纸机构还包括第一连杆, 所述第一连杆的一端与所述固定 座转动连接, 另一端与所述第一连接端转动连接。 其中, 所述第一连杆可具体 为连杆、 转盘、 凸轮等等部件, 所述第一轨道为封闭式的圓弧形轨道, 裁纸时 带动所述第一连杆绕所述固定座转动, 随着所述第一连杆的转动, 所述第一连 接端做圓周运动, 从而带动所述动刀板相对于所述静刀板往复运动, 结构简单, 易于操作。 当然, 所述第一连接端活动连接于固定座上以使所述第一轨道为圓 弧形轨道的具体方案并不限制于上述方案, 例如直接将所述第一连接端滑动安 装于一圓弧形的滑动槽内, 总之只需使得所述第一连接端做圓弧形移动即可。
在另一优选方案中, 所述固定座上开设有与所述第一轨道的轨迹相对应的 第一滑槽, 所述裁纸机构还包括第一驱动板, 所述第一驱动板上开设有第一横 向滑槽, 所述第一连接端上凸设有第一滑块, 所述第一滑块穿过所述第一横向 滑槽并滑动安装于所述第一滑槽内, 裁纸时, 所述第一驱动板沿垂直于所述第 一横向滑槽的方向往复运动以带动所述第一连接端沿所述第一滑槽移动。 其中, 所述第一轨道具体可为 S状、 开放性弧形、 波浪状或者锯齿状, 甚至是其他复 杂的轨道。 具体地, 所述第二轨道与所述第一轨道的轨迹相同, 所述固定座上 开设有与所述第二轨道的轨迹相对应的第二滑槽, 所述裁纸机构还包括第二驱 动板, 所述第二驱动板上开设有第二横向滑槽, 所述第二连接端上凸设有第二 滑块, 所述第二滑块穿过所述第二横向滑槽并滑动安装于所述第二滑槽内, 裁
纸时, 所述第二驱动板沿垂直于所述第二横向滑槽的方向往复运动以带动所述 第二连接端沿所述第二滑槽移动。
较佳地, 所述固定座上开设有与所述第一轨道相对应的滑动槽, 所述第一 连接端上设有一滑动块, 且所述滑动块滑动安装于所述滑动槽内。
较佳地, 所述第二轨道为圓弧形轨道。
具体地, 所述裁纸机构还包括第二连杆, 所述第二连杆的一端与所述固定 座转动连接, 另一端与所述第二连接端转动连接。 当然, 所述第二连接端活动 连接于固定座上以使所述第一轨道为圓弧形轨道的具体方案并不限制于上述方 案, 例如直接将所述第二连接端滑动安装于一圓弧形的滑动槽内, 总之只需使 得所述第二连接端做圓弧形移动即可。
较佳地, 所述固定座上设有滑动块, 所述第二连接端开设有供所述滑动块 滑动的纵向滑槽。 工作时所述操作件通过动刀板的连动使得所述滑动块沿所述 第二连接端之纵向滑槽滑动。
较佳地, 所述裁纸机构还包括弹性元件和限位件, 所述弹性元件对所述操 作件和动刀板提供复位的弹力, 所述限位件限制所述第一连接端的移动行程。
具体地, 所述弹性元件为设于所述操作件和固定座之间的复位弹簧, 且所 述操作件与所述第一连接端卡扣配合, 所述限位件为设于所述固定座上的限位 块, 所述操作件上设有与所述限位块相卡合的卡合面。 当然, 所述弹性元件还 可以是扭转弹簧、 弹簧片或者拉伸弹簧, 所述弹性元件还可以安装于所述动刀 板前端或后端的枢接处, 直接对所述动刀板产生复位力, 所述限位件还可以是 安装于所述动刀板前端或后端的枢接处的卡合件。
更具体地, 所述操作件为操作按钮, 所述操作按钮包括滑动安装于所述固 定座上的按钮本体、 形成于所述按钮本体末端并抵触所述第一连接端的斜面, 以及设于所述按钮本体上的卡合面, 释放所述操作按钮时所述限位块与所述卡 合面相 ·ί氐触。
较佳地, 所述切割式裁纸刀还包括盖体, 所述盖体包覆所述固定座、 静刀 板、 动刀板, 且所述盖体上与所述静刀板和动刀板对应的位置上开设有进纸口、
与所述操作件对应的位置上开设有操作口。
其中, 所述动刀板为纵向长条、 梯形长条等形状。 初始状态在, 所述动刀 板的刀刃相对于所述静刀板的刀刃倾斜, 即所述动刀板的刀刃与所述静刀板的 刀刃相交, 便于裁纸。
较佳地, 还包括电力驱动部, 所述电力驱动部一端与所述操作件相连, 另 一端与所述动刀板相连, 动作所述操作件, 所述操作件控制所述电力驱动部动 作, 所述电力驱动部带动所述动刀板之第一连接端动作并使所述动刀板完成一 次裁纸动作。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合
实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参考图 1至图 3 , 本发明提供了一种切割式裁纸刀 100, 包括台面 101和裁 纸机构 102, 所述裁纸机构 102包括固定座 12、 静刀板 13、 动刀板 14和操作件 15 , 固定座 12设于所述台面 101的一侧边处, 所述静刀板 13 固定安装于所述 固定座 12上, 所述动刀板 14与所述静刀板 13配合设置, 且所述动刀板 14上 设有第一连接端和第二连接端,其中,所述第一连接端位于动刀板 14的前端(当 然第一连接端也可以位于动刀板 14 的其他位置), 所述第二连接端位于动刀板 14的后端 (当然第二连接端也可以位于动刀板 14的其他位置), 且所述第一连 接端和第二连接端分别活动安装于所述固定座 12上; 所述操作件 15带动所述 动刀板 14的前端沿第一轨道移动的同时, 所述动刀板 14的后端沿第二轨道移 动, 所述第一轨道为圓弧形轨道, 所述第二轨道为圓弧形轨道, 以使所述动刀 板 13相对于静刀板 12向下裁纸的同时左右割纸, 裁纸省力。 当然, 所述第一 轨道也可以为其他形状的轨道, 只要所述第一轨道为包括弧形段或者包括相对 于静刀板之刀刃倾斜的直线段的轨道即可, 所述第二轨道与所述第一轨道连动 配合。 再者, 由于动刀板 13的前后两端均可以移动, 使得所述动刀板 13裁纸 时, 其前端无需打开幅度过大, 防止操作者将手伸入动刀板 14和静刀板 13之 间造成误伤, 安全性能高。 其中, 为了裁纸更加省力, 所述动刀板 14的刀刃相 对于所述静刀板 13的刀刃倾斜设置, 即裁纸时, 所述动刀板 14的刀刃与所述 静刀板 13的刀刃相交。
参考图 2, 具体地, 所述切割式裁纸刀 100还包括第一连杆, 所述第一连杆 的一端与所述固定架 11转动连接, 所述第一连杆的另一端与所述动刀板 13的 前端转动连接, 以使所述第一轨道为圓弧形轨道。 具体地, 所述第一连杆为第 一凸轮 16, 所述第一凸轮 16转动安装于所述固定座 12上, 所述动刀板 14的前 端安装于所述第一凸轮 16上。 当然, 所述动刀板 14的前端枢接于固定座上的 具体方案并不限制于上述方案, 所述第一连杆也可以呈圓盘状或者杆状。
参考图 2, 具体地, 所述切割式裁纸刀 100还包括第二连杆, 所述第二连杆 的一端与所述固定架 11转动连接, 所述第二连杆的另一端与所述动刀板 13的
后端转动连接, 以使所述第一轨道为圓弧形轨道。 其中, 所述第二连杆为第二 凸轮 17, 所述第二凸轮 17转动安装于所述固定座 12上, 所述动刀板 14的后端 安装于所述第二凸轮 17上并随所述第二凸轮 17的转动而转动。 当然, 所述第 二连杆也可以呈圓盘状或者杆状。
较佳地, 所述切割式裁纸刀 100还包括弹性元件 21和限位件 22, 所述弹性 元件 21对所述操作件 15和动刀板 14提供复位的弹力, 所述限位件 22限制所 述动刀板 14前端的移动行程。
较佳地, 所述弹性元件 21为设于所述操作件 15和固定座 12之间的复位弹 簧, 且所述操作按钮 15与所述动刀板 14的前端卡扣配合。 具体地, 所述操作 按钮 15上设有 L状的卡块, 所述动刀板 14的前端设有倒 L状卡槽, 所述卡块 与卡槽配合使得所述操作按钮 15与动刀板 14卡扣在一起。 所述操作按钮 15复 位时拉动所述动刀板 14, 使得所述动刀板 14 随之复位。 当然, 所述弹性元件 21还可以为安装于所述第一凸轮 16内部的扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧对所述第一凸 轮 16提供逆时针旋转的复位力, 此时, 所述操作件 15与所述动刀板的前端之 间无需卡扣在一起, 裁纸后松开操作按钮 15时, 所述弹性元件 21可带动所述 动刀板 14的前端复位, 所述动刀板 14的前端向上顶所述操作按钮 15 , 使得所 述操作按钮 15随之复位。 当然, 所述弹性元件 21 还可以为抵触安装于所述动 刀板 14的前端和固定座 12之间的压缩弹簧, 也可以为其他的弹性元件。
所述限位件 22为设于所述固定座 12上的限位块 22,所述限位块 22抵触所 述操作件 15 , 从而通过限制所述操作件 15的移动行程来限制所述动刀板 14前 端的移动行程。 其中所述限位件还可以是安装于所述第一连接端处的卡合件, 例如, 所述限位件可以为限位块 22, 也可以为固设于所述固定座 12上并与所述 第一凸轮 16之转动处上的卡合凹槽(或者卡合凸台)相互配合的卡合件。
继续参考图 4, 所述操作件 15为操作按钮 15 , 所述操作按钮包括滑动安装 于所述固定座 12上的按钮本体 151、 形成于所述按钮本体 151末端并抵触所述 动刀板 14前端的斜面 152, 以及设于所述按钮本体 151上的卡合面 153 , 释放 所述操作按钮 15时所述限位块 22与所述卡合面 153相抵触。 当然, 所述操作
件 15还可以是安装于所述第一凸轮 16或动刀板 14上的把手、 拉杆。 参考图 2, 所述切割式裁纸刀 100还包括盖体 11 , 所述盖体 11包括与所述 台面 101固定连接的下盖 111和盖于所述下盖 111上并与包覆所述裁纸机构 102 的上盖 112, 且所述盖体 11上与所述静刀板 13和动刀板 14对应的位置上开设 有进纸口 113、 与所述操作件 15对应的位置上开设有操作口 114以使所述操作 件 15显露于外。
参考图 5a至图 5c, 描述本发明的裁纸过程, 裁纸前, 将纸张 103送入进纸 口 113 , 此时, 所述操作按钮 15的卡合面 153与所述限位块 22相抵触, 所述操 作按钮 15处于复位状态, 按下操作按钮 15 , 所述操作按钮 15下滑, 以使所述 操作按钮 15的斜面 152将所述动刀板 14的前端向下推动, 所述第一凸轮 16随 之顺时针转动, 所述动刀板 14的前端在所述第一凸轮 16的转动下沿第一轨道 移动, 并对所述动刀板 14的后端施加向后的推力, 所述第二凸轮 17随之顺时 针转动, 所述动刀板 14的后端在第二凸轮 17的转动下沿第二轨道移动, 上述 动作也使得所述动刀板 14 的刀刃与所述静刀板 13 的刀刃逐渐配合切开纸张 103 , 当松开所述操作按钮 15时, 所述弹性元件 21向上推动所述操作按钮 15 , 以使所述操作按钮 15复位, 所述操作按钮 15拉动动刀板 14的前端, 使得所述 动刀板 14随之复位。
参考图 6至图 8, 为本发明的第二实施例, 与第一实施例不同的是, 在该实 施例中, 所述裁纸机构 102之所述动刀板 14的前端(第一连接端 )通过一滑动 块 31滑动安装于所述固定座 12的滑动槽 32内, 具体地, 所述固定座 12上开 设有与所述第一轨道相对应的滑动槽 32, 所述动刀板 14 的前端上设有滑动块 31 , 且所述滑动块 31滑动安装于所述滑动槽 32内, 以使所述动刀板 14的前端 沿滑动槽 32移动。 所述动刀板 14的后端 (第二连接端)通过一纵向滑槽 141 与固定座 12上的一滑动块 121滑动连接, 具体地, 所述裁纸机构 102之所述固 定座 12上设有滑动块 121 , 所述动刀板 14的后端 (第二连接端 )开设有供所述 滑动块 121滑动的纵向滑槽 141 , 所述滑动块 121滑动安装于所述纵向滑槽 141 内。 本实施例中, 所述滑动槽 32为倾斜的纵向滑槽, 以使所述第一轨道为倾斜
的直线轨道, 当然, 所述滑动槽 32也可以为曲线滑槽(包括圓弧形、 弧形、 S 形、 波浪状、 弯折状等), 以使所述第一轨道为曲线滑槽。
裁纸时, 按下操作按钮 15 , 所述操作按钮 15下滑, 以使所述操作按钮 15 的斜面 152将所述动刀板 14的前端向下推动, 所述动刀板 14的前端通过滑动 块 31在所述滑动槽 32内滑动,即动刀板 14的前端沿第一轨道移动,与此同时, 在动刀板的拉动下所述动刀板 14的后端受到一向后的推力, 所述动刀板 14的 后端的纵向滑槽 141随之与所述滑动块 121配合滑动, 所述动刀板 14的后端即 沿弧形的第二轨道移动,上述动作也使得所述动刀板 14的刀刃与所述静刀板 13 的刀刃逐渐配合切开纸张 103 , 当松开所述操作按钮 15时, 所述弹性元件 21向 上推动所述操作按钮 15 , 以使所述操作按钮 15复位, 所述操作按钮 15拉动动 刀板 14的前端, 使得所述动刀板 14随之复位。
参考图 9至图 11 , 为本发明第三实施例, 在该实施例中, 所述切割式裁纸 刀 100,之裁纸机构 102,还包括电力驱动部 41 ,所述电力驱动部 41一端与所述操 作件 15,相连, 另一端与所述动刀板 14相连, 其中, 本实施例中, 所述操作件 15'为控制所述电力驱动部动作的通电开关, 所述电力驱动部 41 包括驱动电机 411和传动齿轮组 412, 工作时, 按下所述操作件 15' , 所述驱动电机 411通电 并开始工作: 所述驱动电机 411通过所述传动齿轮组 412控制所述动刀板 14的 前端连接的第一凸轮 16,转动一周, 以使所述动刀板 14相对于静刀板 13动作一 个工作行程, 完成一个裁纸动作。 其中, 所述传动齿轮组 412 包括直齿轮和成 型于所述第一凸轮 16周沿并与所述直齿轮相互啮合的从动齿轮。
当然, 所述电力驱动部 41之驱动电机 411并不一定要使用传动齿轮组 411 带动所述动刀板 14 的前端动作, 也可以通过其他传动机构控制所述动刀板 14 的前端, 以使所述动刀板 14的前端沿第一轨道移动。 当然, 所述电力驱动部的 结构并不限定在釆用驱动电机作为动力源上, 也可通过电磁阀带动所述动刀板 14动作, 例如将电磁阀设置在所述动刀板 14的前端处并对所述动刀板 14的前 端提供下拉力。
参考图 12, 为本发明的第四实施例, 与第三实施例不同的是, 在该实施例
中, 所述动刀板 14为梯形长条, 以使所述动刀板 14的刀刃与所述静刀板 13的 刀刃在裁纸时一直处于相交状态, 裁纸省力。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。
Claims
1、 一种切割式裁纸刀, 包括台面和裁纸机构, 其特征在于, 所述裁纸机构 包括固定座、 静刀板、 动刀板和操作件, 所述固定座设于所述台面的一侧边处, 所述静刀板固定安装于所述固定座上, 所述动刀板与所述静刀板配合设置, 所 述动刀板上设有第一连接端和第二连接端, 且所述第一连接端和第二连接端分 别活动安装于所述固定座上; 所述操作件带动所述第一连接端沿第一轨道移动 的同时, 所述第二连接端沿第二轨道移动, 所述第一轨道包括弧形段或者相对 于静刀板之刀刃倾斜的直线段, 所述第二轨道与所述第一轨道连动配合。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述第一轨道为曲线 轨道或者相对于静刀板倾斜的直线轨道。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 还包括第一连杆, 所 述第一连杆的一端与所述固定座转动连接, 另一端与所述第一连接端转动连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述固定座上开设有 与所述第一轨道相对应的滑动槽, 所述第一连接端上设有一滑动块, 且所述滑 动块滑动安装于所述滑动槽内。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述第二轨道为圓弧 形轨道。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 还包括第二连杆, 所 述第二连杆的一端与所述固定座转动连接, 另一端与所述第二连接端转动连接。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述固定座上设有滑 动块, 所述第二连接端上开设有供所述滑动块滑动的纵向滑槽。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述裁纸机构还包括 弹性元件和限位件, 所述弹性元件对所述操作件和动刀板提供复位的弹力, 所 述限位件限制所述第一连接端的移动行程。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述弹性元件为设于 所述操作件和固定座之间的复位弹簧, 且所述第一连接端与所述操作件卡扣配
合, 所述限位件为设于所述固定座上的限位块, 所述操作件上设有与所述限位 块相卡合的卡合面。
10、 如权利要求 9 所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 所述操作件为操作 按钮, 所述操作按钮包括滑动安装于所述固定座上的按钮本体、 形成于所述按 钮本体末端并抵触所述第一连接端的斜面, 以及设于所述按钮本体上的所述卡 合面, 释放所述操作按钮时所述限位块与所述卡合面相抵触。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 还包括盖体, 所述盖 体包覆所述固定座、 静刀板、 动刀板, 且所述盖体上与所述静刀板和动刀板对 应的位置上开设有进纸口、 与所述操作件对应的位置上开设有操作口。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的切割式裁纸刀, 其特征在于, 还包括电力驱动部, 所述电力驱动部一端与所述操作件相连, 另一端与所述动刀板相连, 动作所述 操作件, 所述操作件控制所述电力驱动部动作, 所述电力驱动部带动所述动刀 板之第一连接端动作并使所述动刀板完成一次裁纸动作。
