Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟的结构包括外套管、电池组件,控制单元,以及雾化器件,通过电池组件为雾化器件供电、所述控制单元控制所述雾化器件,以产生烟雾供使用者吸食,模拟吸烟。
现有技术中,
目前电子烟用于安装控制单元的安装座上一般开设有开圆孔,导线从圆孔穿出,或安装座远离轴心处开设有侧面口,导线从侧面口穿入;上述前者,导线不容易穿过安装座,后者由于导线与外套管内壁接触、会产生摩擦,容易造成导线外皮破损,有短路的风险。

一种电子烟,包括外套管1,容置于外套管1内的雾化器件2,还包括控制雾化器件2工作的控制单元3,以及安装座4;控制单元3安装于安装座4上、且共同置于外套管1内部;控制单元3具有导线31,安装座4轴向贯穿有穿孔41,导线31穿设于穿孔41中;穿孔41边缘向安装座4的周缘延伸出与穿孔41连通的狭缝42;狭缝42轴向穿通于安装座4,狭缝42的最小宽度小于导线31的外径。
可以理解的是,狭缝42的宽度可以是不变的,狭缝42的宽度也可以是沿远离穿孔41的方向逐渐减小或增大,狭缝42的宽度还可以是沿远离穿孔41的方向先减小后增大或者是先增大后减小的。
穿孔41的截面为腰形、圆形、椭圆形、多边形的任意一种。本发明中采用腰形孔。穿孔41的截面面积为10平方毫米~25平方毫米。由于需要穿过的导线31的根数为3个,则选择穿孔41的截面的面积为21平方毫米。
具体的,穿孔41设置于安装座4的远离轴心的一侧。
通过将穿孔41设置于安装座4的远离轴心的一侧,同时设置与安装座4边缘连通的狭缝42,则在使导线31穿过穿孔41时,则可以从狭缝42处将导线31塞入到穿孔41之中,而不用采用直接从穿孔41中穿过的方式,则安装方便。且由于狭缝42的最小宽度小于导线31的外径,则可以导线31置于穿孔41中时不容易与外套管1内壁接触,则不会产生与外套管1内壁的摩擦,以至于使导线31外侧面磨损而造成短路的情况。
可以理解的是安装座4为软质材料组成,具体的安装座4可以为硅胶件 、 橡胶件 、 聚氯乙烯件 、
热塑性聚氨酯件 或者三甲基苯甲酰基件等。
本发明的控制单元3的形状为圆柱形,安装座4也为回转体,因需要在安装座4上设置穿孔41,并穿设有导线31,则控制单元3的轴心与所述安装座4的轴心为偏心设置。
如图1、图4、图5所示所示,外套管1一端设有吸嘴盖6,控制单元3以及安装座4置于外套管1内的远离吸嘴盖6的一端。安装座4包括第一侧面45,以及用于容纳控制单元3的容纳腔43;容纳腔43的开口朝向第一侧面45设置;容纳腔43的开口边缘处设有用于防止控制单元3脱离的限位件。优选的,限位件为由容纳腔43开口边缘径向向内延伸出的凸缘44。该限位件也可以为其他形式,例如是径向插置于安装座4内部的杆状限位件等。
如图3、图4所示,容纳腔43也偏离所述安装座4的中心设置,所述穿孔41设置在安装座4远离容纳腔43的一侧。
安装座4还包括与第一侧面45相对设置的第二侧面46,第二侧面46设有朝向第一侧面45、第二侧面46中任一面以及安装座4周向开放的缺口49,缺口49与狭缝42以及穿孔41相互连通。缺口49置于穿孔41的单侧。也可以在穿孔41的两侧同时设有缺口49,由于将导线31从穿孔41中穿过是需要使狭缝42以及穿孔41侧面弯曲,再将导线31置入到穿孔41中。如果狭缝42以及穿孔41一侧面的部分的材质很厚,则不便于使狭缝42以及穿孔41侧面弯曲,故缺口49的存在使得操作更方便。
本发明中缺口49与轴向垂直的截面的形状为扇形,但也可以为其它形状。
安装座4是过盈配合地套置于外套管1内侧面的,则安装座4的外径应该微大于外套管1的内径。本发明为了便于安装安装座4,使得第一侧面45的外径大于外套管1的内径,第二侧面46的外径小于外套管1的内径。安装时,可以通过首先将第二侧面46所在的部分插入到外套管1内部而方便将安装座4安装到外套管1内部。
因为安装座4为软质材料制成,在安装导线31的过程中,才能使狭缝42两侧面变形,然后将导线31穿入;同样才能使容纳腔43开口处的限位件变形,然后将控制单元3安装于容纳腔43内部。优选,控制单元3也是通过过盈配合的方式置于容纳腔43内部的。

可以理解的是,控制单元3的靠近第一通孔48的部分置有气流传感器,气流传感器用于感应电子烟内部气流的变化,吸烟时则因气流变化而使控制单元3控制雾化器件开始工作。凹槽47的存在是用于使气流通过,以便使控制单元3中的气流传感器感应吸入空气的压强。
如图1所示,本发明的电子烟还设有电池8,电子烟的与吸嘴盖6相对的一端设有灯帽7,控制单元3置于灯帽7以及电池8之间。则电池8与外套管1内壁之间还设有与凹槽47相通的气流通道。本发明中的安装座4也适用于外接电源的电子烟。本发明与控制单元3相连的三根导线31分别为与电池8正极连接的正极引线,与电池8负极连接的负极引线,与雾化器件2内的发热元件连接的电子线。根据不同类型的电子烟,导线31的连接方式还可以为其他类型。
综上所述,通过将穿孔41设置于安装座4的远离轴心的一侧,同时设置与安装座4边缘连通的狭缝42,使得安装更方便。且由于导线31不直接与外套管1内壁接触,则不会产生与外套管1内壁的摩擦,不会使导线31外侧磨损而造成短路的情况。

- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装 座(4)还包括与所述第一侧面(45)相对设置的第二侧面(46),所述第二侧面(46)设有朝向所述第一侧面(45)、所述第二侧面(46)中的任一面以及所述安装座(4)周向开放的缺口(49),所述缺口(49)与所述狭缝(42)以及所述穿孔(41)相互连通。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座(4)上设有第一通孔(48),所述第一通孔(48)由所述第二侧面(46)轴向贯穿至所述容纳腔(43),所述第一通孔(48)与所述容纳腔(43)相对的一端向所述第二侧面(46)的周缘延伸出至少一个凹槽(47),所述凹槽(47)与所述第一通孔(48)相互连通。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽(47)的个数为三个,所述凹槽(47)两两所呈的夹角为120°。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一侧面(45)的外径大于所述外套管(1)的内径,所述第二侧面(46)的外径小于所述外套管(1)的内径,所述安装座(4)过盈配合地套置于所述外套管(1)内侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装 座(4)为硅胶件 、橡胶件 、 聚氯乙烯件 、 热塑性聚氨酯件 或者 三甲基苯甲酰基件。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述穿孔(41)的截面为腰形、圆形、椭圆形、多边形的任意一种。
- 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述穿孔(41)的截面面积为10平方毫米~25平方毫米。
