Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hinge lid type package.
- a box-type package or the like is known as a package (packaging) for containing an article such as a tobacco product.
- a hinge-lid type package having a lid called a lid that is connected to an outer box via a hinge so as to be opened and closed is known.
- This type of hinge lid type package usually has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, but when it receives an impact from the outside, there is a risk that an object to be contained such as a tobacco product housed inside may be damaged.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hinge lid type package in which an object to be accommodated therein is not easily damaged even when subjected to an impact from the outside.
- the hinge lid type package according to the present invention is a hinge lid type package including a package main body capable of accommodating an object to be accommodated, and a lid portion rotatably connected to the package main body via a hinge.
- the package body includes an outer box having an opening end formed at an upper portion thereof and an accommodation space for an object to be contained therein, and an inner frame fixed to the outer box so as to protrude upward from the opening end.
- at least a part of the front wall of the outer box is formed as a convex curved surface, and the front panel of the inner frame is formed in a flat shape, so that the front wall of the outer box and the inner frame are A hollow portion is formed between the front panels.
- the hinge lid type package (hereinafter also simply referred to as “package”) according to the present invention is formed by forming the former as a convex curved surface out of the front wall of the outer box and the front panel of the inner frame superimposed on the inside of the front wall.
- the latter is formed in a planar shape, so that a hollow portion is formed between the two. According to this, for example, even when an external impact (external force) is applied to the package, since the hollow portion is interposed between the front wall of the outer box and the front panel of the inner frame, the external impact Immediate transmission of (external force) to the object to be contained can be suppressed.
- the front wall of the outer box when the front wall of the outer box is pressed by the action of an external force, the convex curved front wall is deformed and the hollow portion is crushed.
- the front wall of the outer box which is initially a convex curved surface, is deformed so as to be in close contact with the front panel of the inner frame disposed inside the front wall. That is, when an external force is applied to the package, at least until the front wall of the outer box and the front panel of the inner frame are crushed and the front wall comes into close contact with the front panel, Since the external force does not reach the accommodation, it is difficult to apply the external force to the accommodation. As a result, even if the package receives an impact from the outside, the object to be contained is hardly damaged.
- the front wall of the outer box may be formed with an apex of the convex curved surface at a portion on the center side in the width direction and close to the upper edge.
- the portion that becomes the apex of the convex curved surface of the front wall of the outer box can be said to be the most swollen portion (in other words, the most protruding portion) of the front wall.
- the front wall of the lid portion is formed as a convex curved surface, and the convex curved surface is located at the center side in the width direction of the front wall of the lid portion and close to the tip edge portion thereof. Vertices may be formed. According to this, when the lid portion is closed, the vertex positions of the convex curved surfaces formed on the front walls on the outer box side and the lid portion side can be brought close to each other.
- the lid portion can be opened more easily by, for example, hooking the thumb that pressed the front wall of the outer box during the pressing operation to the tip edge of the lid as it is.
- the front edge of the front wall of the lid portion is provided with a finger hook portion that extends toward the inside of the lid portion and hooks a finger during an opening operation for opening the lid portion.
- the finger hook portion may be connected to the tip edge portion so as to be substantially vertical with respect to the front panel of the inner frame when the lid portion is closed. According to this configuration, since the thumb can be hooked on the finger hook portion when the lid opening operation is performed following the pressing operation, the lid portion can be more easily opened with one hand.
- the finger hook portion in a state covered with the front wall of the outer box is It may be configured to be exposed to the outside. According to this, since the finger hook part is exposed to the outside only when the apex portion of the convex curved surface on the front wall of the outer box is pressed during the opening operation, unintentional unintentional opening of the lid part is suppressed. can do.
- the lid portion further includes a folded portion connected to the finger hook portion so as to be folded inside the front wall of the lid portion, and when the lid portion is in a closed state,
- the folded portion may be configured to make surface contact with the front panel of the inner frame.
- the folded portion comes into surface contact with the front panel of the inner frame, so that the objects to be accommodated arranged inside the inner frame can be accommodated orderly in the accommodation space.
