Abstract

The present subject matter relates to an automated industrial pallet jack for use in various industries, hangars and, principally, in the case of stock reserves, in order to facilitate logistics, and with a view to solving problems by offering practical, innovative solutions in terms of organization, handling, distribution and stacking of parts/goods. The pallet jack is a multifunctional machine that may be used for a variety of purposes, depending on the user's requirements, and it may be operated even remotely by means of a control device. The pallet jack has a fork for lifting pallets to a variety of heights, a grab with firm engagement for handling and accommodating diverse goods, and a structure that allows fragile goods, also, to be handled and transported safely and securely, furthermore allowing 360° rotation. The pallet jack likewise has a post incorporated into its structure, thereby allowing the loading of reels of any type of material for storage or port truck loading, with the possibility of positioning goods of different geometries and different weights at the premises of the machine, according to the user's preference and need.

Description

"ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN MULTIFUNCTIONAL PALETTE"

The present object refers to an automated industrial pallet truck to be used in industries, warehouses and mainly in stocks to facilitate logistics, aiming to solve problems presenting practical and innovative solutions of organization, handling, distribution and stacking of parts / products. The pellet machine is a multifunctional machine that can be used for various purposes according to the user's need, which can be handled even remotely through control. The pallet truck has a height-varying pallet lift fork, a firmly-fitting fork for handling and accommodating various products, with a structure that allows fragile products to be safely handled and transported, while still allowing 360 ° rotation. The pellet also has a pin attached to its structure, which enables the loading of coils of any type of material for stock or loading of port trucks, with the possibility of placing geometrically different products and different weight in the machine dependencies, according to user preference and need.

The present object is intended to offer greater mobility to industry, improving logistics, transportation, storage and facilitating the stock of various products, which can be of great use to industries in general, especially in port regions. The three functions offered in a single product offer both economy and task and space optimization, security to the operator of the final product, since its control is done remotely through a control.

The industrial pallet truck is made up of a multifunctional machine with several components that can be adapted to offer optional functions. Among them, it is possible to highlight:

1) Pallet support fork, which allows its handling and transportation;

2) Grip for handling and transportation of various products with different geometric structures;

3) Pin for loading industrial coils, be it aluminum, wood, fabric or any other model;

4) Automated rails that allow the system to work accurately;

Currently some conventional models of industrial machines are used that assist in the transportation and logistics processes in product stocks. There are some manual models, other mechanical and even motorized pallet trucks, for loading the pallets that store the products.

Industrial coils are usually heavy, some weigh tons and are very difficult to handle without the help of a specific machine. For this purpose there are pins and machines that help in the handling and transportation of wood coils, fabrics, aluminum, among others.

But the major drawback is that most industries use all of these equipment that are currently offered individually. In other words, the industry ends up storing at least three models of large and heavy machines to perform the tasks and supply all the necessary equipment. needs.
