背景技术
现有的桑拿机只包括一套蒸汽系统, 该蒸汽系统主要包括蒸汽发生器、 接 电盒、 以及排汽盒等装置, 蒸汽发生器内设有发热装置, 发热装置将进入蒸汽 发生器内的水蒸发, 形成水蒸汽, 水蒸汽从排汽盒排出。 为了提高桑拿机的自 动化程度, 蒸汽发生器内设有水位控制装置、 防干烧装置和控制电路板, 水位 控制装置可根据水位情况自动控制蒸汽发生器的供水过程; 防干烧装置可在蒸 汽发生器内的水降至一定水位时, 自动切断发热装置的电源; 控制电路板可自 动控制完成水位控制和防干烧过程。
从以上结构及功能的描述可知, 现有桑拿机的功能单一, 只能提供水蒸汽 供人桑拿, 如果要进行淋浴, 就要利用其它专门的淋浴设备, 会给人们造成一 定的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型公开了一种多功能桑拿机, 该桑拿机集桑拿和淋浴为一体, 可 有效改善现有桑拿机所存在的上述缺陷。

作为上述方案的进一步改进, 该桑拿机还设有一可测量蒸室内部温度的无 线温度传感器。

作为上述方案的进一步改进, 所述蒸汽发生器顶部设有一在排汽箱无法正 常排汽时可自动卸除所述蒸汽发生器内部高压的压力安全阀。

作为上述方案的进一步改进, 作为所述蒸汽发生器结构主体的煮水箱和储 水箱均为方形箱体。
作为上述方案的进一步改进, 所述煮水箱和储水箱的底部通过一扁平管相 互连通, 该扁平管管腔内设有一挡水片。
相较于之前的桑拿机, 本实用新型在同一机体内设置了蒸汽、 淋浴两套系 统, 使其同时具有桑拿和淋浴两种功能; 此外, 本实用新型通过增设遥控器、
无线温度传感器, 可更方便用户使用产品; 通过设置香料储存盒, 可为用户使 用产品过程中得到更好的享受; 通过在蒸汽发生器上设置一自动卸压阀, 提高 了产品的使用安全。

遥控器 40上设有一无线温度传感器 50。
蒸汽发生器 101的排汽口 110处设有一在排汽箱 111无法正常排汽时可自动 卸除所述蒸汽发生器 101内部高压的压力安全阀 122。
排汽箱 111上设有可放置固体和 /或液体香料的储存盒 llla。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:
接电盒 102通电后, 用户可通过遥控器 40, 遥控控制电路板 30以选择所需 功能。
如选择桑拿功能, 第一电磁阀 205打开, 水通过第一进水管 107、 第一进水 电磁阀 205进入扁平管 103、煮水箱 101a、和储水箱 101b内, 随着水位的升高, 当煮水箱 101a内的水抬升第一发热棒电源开关浮球 114的顶部到达第一发热棒 电源开关挡片 117时, 第一发热棒电源开关浮球 114停止上行, 同时触发第三 感应开关 121接通电源, 第一发热棒 106通电开始工作, 对水进行加热, 水受
热形成水蒸汽, 水蒸汽依次从密封盖 104、 排汽口 110、 排汽盒 111排出外界。 在此过程中, 煮水箱、 储水水箱 101a、 101b内的水位继续上升, 水位抬升水位 控制浮球 113升高至高水位挡片 115处时, 停止上行, 同时触发第一感应开关 119, 第一感应开关 119向控制电路板 30发出指令, 第一进水电磁阀 205关闭, 停止注水; 随着水被持续蒸发, 水箱内的水位逐渐下降, 当水位到达低水位挡 片 116处时, 水位控制浮球 113触发第二感应开关 120, 第二感应开关 120向控 制电路板 30发出指令, 进水电磁阀 205打开, 又开始往水箱内加水; 如果水位 下降至第一发热棒电源开关挡片 117 以下时, 第一发热棒电源开关浮球 114脱 离与第一发热棒电源开关挡片 117的接触, 同时触发第三感应开关 121, 第三感 应开关 121向控制电路板 30发出指令, 第一发热棒 106停止工作。 第一发热棒 电源开关浮球 114下降至浮球止降挡片 118处时, 停止下行。
在上述过程中, 可通过无线温度感应器 50获知室内的温度, 并通过遥控器 40箱控制电路板 30发出停止 /开始蒸汽系统工作的指令。
当排汽箱 111及其管道堵塞而无法将蒸汽发生器 101内的蒸汽正常排出时, 压力安全阀 122可自动打开, 将蒸汽发生器 101 内的高气压释放出去, 以保证 使用安全。
在储存盒 111a内放入液态和 /固态的香料后, 香料可在排汽箱 111排出的高 温蒸汽作用下释放香气。
如果选择淋浴功能, 第一电磁阀 205关闭, 第一发热棒 106不工作, 水通 过第二电磁阀 206流向第二进水管 203—侧, 并通过第二进水管 203注入发热 通管 201 内, 发热通管 201 内的第二发热棒 202开始工作, 将水加热, 打开出 水管 204的阀门, 即可获得热水进行淋浴。

Claims
1、 一种多功能桑拿机, 包括蒸汽系统; 所述蒸汽系统包括一蒸汽发生器, 所述蒸汽发生器的顶部设有排汽口, 底部设有进水口和排污口, 所述排汽口处 接有一排汽箱, 所述进水口和排污口处分别设有进水管和排污管; 所述蒸汽发 生器内部设有发热装置、 水位控制装置以及防干烧装置; 所述发热装置、 水位 控制装置和防干烧装置均与一控制电路板电连接, 所述控制电路板与一接电盒 电连接; 其特征在于: 该桑拿机还包括一可供热水的淋浴系统; 所述淋浴系统 包括一即热装置, 所述即热装置为一即热通管; 所述即热通管设有发热体和进、 出水管, 其发热体与所述控制电路板电连接, 其进水管与所述蒸汽发生器的进 水管均连通同一供水管; 所述供水管通往所述即热通管和所述蒸汽发生器的管 路内分别设有一电磁阀, 所述电磁阀也与所述控制电路板电连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 该桑拿机设有 一可遥控所述控制电路板的遥控器。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 该桑拿机还设 有一可测量蒸室内部温度的无线温度传感器。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 所述无线温度 传感器设置于蒸室内部, 且可设置于所述遥控器上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 所述蒸汽发生 器的顶部设有一在排汽箱无法正常排汽时可自动卸除所述蒸汽发生器内部高压 的压力安全阀。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 所述排汽箱上 设有可放置固体和 /或液体香料的储存盒。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 作为所述蒸汽 发生器结构主体的煮水箱和储水箱均为方形箱体。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种多功能桑拿机, 其特征在于: 所述煮水箱和 储水箱的底部通过一扁平管相互连通, 该扁平管管腔内设有一挡水片。
