本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本分体式电动滑板包括滑动主板和滑动副板以及位于所述滑动主板和所述滑动副板之间的横梁,所述滑动主板的下部安装有前后排列的转向轮和驱动轮,所述驱动轮内装有驱动电机,所述转向轮通过第一转向支架和位于所述第一转向支架上的第一枢轴与所述滑动主板相连接,所述滑动副板的下部中间位置装配有辅助转向轮,所述辅助转向轮通过第二转向支架和位于所述第二转向支架上的第二枢轴与所述滑动副板相连接,所述第一转向支架与所述第二转向支架之间通过所述横梁固定连接,所述滑动副板能够以所述第一枢轴为转动中心相对所述滑动主板进行转动。
优选地,所述辅助转向轮为定向轮。
优选地,所述滑动副板能够以所述第一枢轴为转动中心通过横梁(8)相对所述滑动主板转动180°以上。这样所述滑动副板就可以从所述滑动主板的一侧转动到所述滑动主板的另一侧。使用者即使具有不同的左右脚习惯也可以方便使用。
优选地,所述滑动主板与所述滑动副板分别包括上下平行装配的弹性上板与固定下板,所述弹性上板的下部与所述固定下板的上部之间设有避 震装置;所述弹性上板与固定下板为长方板状,所述弹性上板与其对应的固定下板之间通过螺栓压接连接。
优选地,所述避震装置为弹簧或相对面为同性的磁性板。
优选地,所述滑动主板的固定下板的内部设有控制板,所述控制板上设有无线收发器;所述分体式电动滑板还包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够通过无线方式对所述控制板的所述无线收发器发送电子信号。
优选地,所述分体式电动滑板还包括多功能显示控制面板,所述多功能显示控制面板固定设置于所述横梁的正上方,所述多功能显示控制面板配置成能够接收所述控制板的所述无线收发器发来的电子信号并显示与所述电子信号相应的执行状态。
优选地,所述多功能显示控制面板为长方体,所述多功能显示控制面板的正前方的侧面上设有照明灯,所述多功能显示控制面板内部固定设有安全感应器,所述多功能显示控制面板的外表面设有充电插孔和USB接口。
优选地,所述横梁为中空管,其内部安装有电池组件;所述分体式电动滑板还包括有外置电池包,所述外置电池包通过电线和所述充电插孔与所述横梁内部的电池组件相并联。
优选地,所述驱动轮内设置有固定支架和固定于所述固定支架上的碟刹装置。
本发明的有益效果在于:本分体式电动滑板采用分体结构,所述滑动主板、滑动副板分别用来放置双脚,其下共有驱动轮,转向轮,辅助转向轮这样三点支撑,使用者站立在上面更加平稳;该滑板可以使用电池组件的电量驱动所述驱动轮旋转带动整个滑板前进,可以代步使用,青少年可 以作为运动玩具。同时该滑板可以通过所述滑动副板的前后移动来带动所述滑动主板下面的转向轮的左右转动来进行转向,这样人们仅仅使用双脚就可实现前进时的自由转向,且转向控制简单、转向角度大。该分体式电动滑板结构简单,重量较轻,体积小方便携带;在人流多的地方能够进行大角度转向。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
图1是本发明实施例提供的分体式电动滑板的轴测图;图2是本发明实施例提供的分体式电动滑板的三维视图,其中为了清楚,省去了部分结构;图3是本发明实施例提供的分体式电动滑板从底面观测的三维视图。如图1、图2和图3中实施例所示,该分体式电动滑板,它包括滑动主板1和滑动副板2以及位于该滑动主板1和滑动副板2之间的横梁8,该滑动主板1的下部安装有前后排列的转向轮3和驱动轮4,该驱动轮4内装有驱动电机,上述转向轮3通过第一转向支架5和位于该第一转向支架5上的第一枢轴51与上述滑动主板1相连接,上述滑动副板2的下部中间位置装配有辅助转向轮7,该辅助转向轮7为定向轮,该辅助转向轮7通过第二转向支架6和位于该第二转向支架6上的第二枢轴61与上述滑动副板2相连接, 上述第一转向支架5与第二转向支架6之间通过上述横梁8固定连接,上述滑动副板2能够以上述第一枢轴51为转动中心相对上述滑动主板1进行转动,且能够转动180°以上。上述滑动副板2前后移动时可以带动上述横梁8以及转向轮3左右转动共同实现本分体式电动滑板的转向。
需要说明的是,上述滑动副板2与辅助转向轮7之间通第二转向支架6和第二枢轴61连接,该第二枢轴61相对上述横梁8铰接,该滑动副板2与辅助转向轮7相对上述横梁8的铰接位置整体周向自由旋转,这样在转向时更加灵活。另外,上述滑动副板2能够以上述第一枢轴51为转动中心相对上述滑动主板1进行转动,且能够转动180°以上,这样上述滑动副板2就可以从上述滑动主板1的一侧转动到该滑动主板1的另一侧。即上述滑动主板1与所述滑动副板2的相对位置可以互换,使用者即使具有不同的左右脚习惯也可以方便使用。
另外,上述驱动轮4为单向驱动前进轮,不能后退,这样在山坡时可以随时停下来,不会溜坡,安全可靠,并且在使用者踩上本滑板时也起到了稳定可靠的作用。
本发明提供的分体式电动滑板是一种集合代步、娱乐多种功能的电动工具。其整体采用分体结构,上述滑动主板1、滑动副板2分别用来放置双脚,相对于该分体式电动滑板(以下简称滑板)整体而言,其下共有驱动轮4、转向轮3、辅助转向轮7三个点支撑,且上述三个轮均为定向轮,使用者站立在上面时更加平稳且转向更加自如。同时,这样相对现在人们使用的运动型滑板更加容易熟悉使用,该滑板可以使用驱动电机驱动所述驱动轮旋转带动整个滑板前进,从而实现代步功能,青少年或者儿童也可以 将其作为运动玩具。另外,该滑板的滑动副板2与第二转向支架6和第二枢轴61固定连接,这样使用时人们可以通过双脚的前后运动使得该滑动副板2带动滑动主板1下面的转向轮3转动来进行转向,这种转向方式中上述滑动主板1与滑动副板2的功能是同等重要的,人们仅仅使用双脚就可实现前进时的转向,相比现在的一些滑板车解放了双手,同时该转向方式控制简单,转向角度大,可以轻松的实现一些难度较高的急转。该分体式电动滑板结构简单,重量较轻,体积小方便携带,在人流多的地方也可以进行大角度转向,具体而言,能够进行360°转圈,转圈直径小于1米,一般情况下转圈直径为60-70cm。再者,分体结构在板面损坏时,只需要更换对应的板面即可,更加节约材料,更换也更加方便。
如图3所示,上述滑动主板1与滑动副板2分别包括上下平行装配的弹性上板11、21与固定下板12、22,该弹性上板11、21的下部与固定下板12、22的上部之间设有避震装置,该避震装置为弹簧或相对面为同性的磁性板;上述弹性上板11、21与固定下板12、22为长方板状,其四角均为倒圆角,该弹性上板11、21与其对应的固定下板12、22的之间通过螺栓压接连接,优选地,该弹性上板11、12对应固定下板12、22的中心线的两头设有螺栓(即俗称螺丝)压接对应孔。这样该滑板的使用者踩在上面时,上述弹性上板11、21下压使得上述弹簧或两磁性板之间的距离变小,这样弹性或磁性斥力变大,直到上下平衡。这样就以弹性原理或磁性原理构成一种避震层,这种避震方式结构简单便于装配,缓冲避震的上下元件之间不直接接触,避震效果更好,便于保护使用者的下肢关节,避免运动 时产生的冲击,同时让使用者有一种漂浮的感觉,体验到运动的乐趣,还可以延长上述滑动主板1与滑动副板2的使用寿命。
另外,上述滑动副板2能够以上述第二枢轴61为转动中心周转360°,使得使用者踩在上面更灵活自如,使用时间久了也不会不舒服,可以根据使用者自身的需要而随意将脚踩在上述滑动副板2上,且并不影响本滑板的运行,使得使用者使用本滑板更灵活、更自如、更舒适。
上述滑动主板1的固定下板12的内部设有控制板,该控制板上设有无线收发器;本分体式电动滑板还包括控制器,该控制器配置成能够通过无线方式对上述控制板的无线收发器发送电子信号。该控制器可以调节电流的输入量,从而达到对该滑板的制停以及对滑板前进速度的调节。另外,该控制器配置成能够通过无线方式对上述控制板的无线收发器发送电子信号,不使用电线控制手柄对上述控制板进行控制则更加的方便,且不易发生线路绞缠,方便用户使用。
需要说明的是,上述控制器也可以理解为遥控器,该控制器是外置的,使用者可以握在手里或揣在兜里,需要时可以手持该控制器对本分体式电动滑板进行控制,上述滑动主板1内的控制板上的无线收发器接收上述控制器发送过来的电子信号或指令,然后操控本滑板针对该电子信号或指令做出操作。同时,上述控制器上具有同步蜂鸣器,当上述滑动主板1内的控制板上的无线收发器接收到上述控制器发送过来的电子信号或指令时发出蜂鸣声,这样用耳朵听和身体感觉就知道本滑板处于什么状态了,这样更安全可靠。
如图1所示,本分体式电动滑板还包括多功能显示控制面板9,该多功能显示控制面板9固定设置于上述横梁8的正上方,该多功能显示控制面板9配置成能够接收上述控制板的无线收发器发来的电子信号并显示与该电子信号相应的执行状态。且该多功能显示控制面板9为长方体,该多功能显示控制面板9的正前方的侧面上设有照明灯91,该多功能显示控制面板9内部固定设有安全感应器92,该多功能显示控制面板9的外表面设有充电插孔93和USB接口94。
需要说明的是,该多功能显示控制面板9配置成能够接收并显示上述控制板的无线收发器发来的电子信号或指令,比如电子信号或指令要求加速、减速,同时伴有同步蜂鸣器,这样在行使或停止时不用一直看多功能显示控制面板9,用耳朵听和身体感觉就知道滑板处于什么状态了,则该多功能显示控制面板9上会显示与上述电子信号相应的执行状态,如正在行驶或停止状态;该多功能显示控制面板9的正前方的侧面上设有照明灯91,以方便使用者夜间或光线较暗的场所内使用本滑板;上述安全感应器92为距离感应器(可以是传感器,也可以是红外感应器),此距离感应器为急停装置可以感测本滑板目前是否有人在操作使用,在没有人站在本滑板上时会启动保护模式,比如自动停止,以保证使用者的使用安全,同时对本滑板本身也起到一种保护作用;该多功能显示控制面板9的外表面设有充电插孔93和USB接口94,可以通过该充电插孔93为本滑板的蓄电装置进行充电,也可以通过USB接口94为使用者的手机或其他电子产品充电;该多功能显示控制面板9上也可以设有喇叭,以方便使用者提醒路人安全避让。
上述横梁8为中空管,其内部安装有电池组件;本分体式电动滑板还包括有外置电池包,该外置电池包通过电线和上述充电插孔93与横梁8内部的电池组件相并联,且该多功能显示控制面板上还设有控制电池组件的电路通断的总开关。
需要说明的是,上述外置电池包使用者可以随身携带,当本分体式电动滑板需要在户外进行充电时可以为上述电池组件进行充电。另外,上述电池包还可以采用背包的样式,人们可以方便的将其背着使用,该电池包的使用大大提高了该分体式电动滑板的储蓄电量,使该滑板可以前进的更远,该电池包还起到一个对上述电池组件充电的作用。上述电池包的连接线与滑动主板之间采用插拔的连接方式,本分体式电动滑板不使用电池包时也可以独立使用,只是使用距离相对短些。
上述驱动轮4内设置有固定支架和固定于所述固定支架上的碟刹装置和碟刹片。当使用者需要停下本分体式电动滑板时,可通过使用者手中的上述控制器发出停止的电子信号或指令,上述滑动主板1内的控制板接收到该停止的电子信号或指令然后控制上述驱动轮4内的碟刹装置进行启动以使本滑板停止前进,即对本滑板制动。这样在该滑板前进的过程中人们只使用上述控制器就可以对该滑板进行停车控制。
需要说明的是,除了外置的上述控制器,以上所有电子元器件与上述电池组件之间具有金属导线相连接。
如图3所示,本分体式电动滑板的上述滑动副板2的底部还设有一个提手23,该提手23是在上述滑动副板2的弹性上板21上设置的一个中空拉环,另外上述滑动主板1和滑动副板2的上表面分别设有防尘防滑板, 且上述防尘防滑板上与提手23相应的位置的板面是可以活动的小翻板。当使用者使用本滑板时,将上述防尘防滑板盖好即可踩上本滑板;当使用者不使用本滑板需要拖拉本滑板时,将上述防尘防滑板的小翻板打开露出提手23,通过该提手23对本滑板进行拖拉。
需要说明的是,当使用者使用上述提手23拖拉本分体式电动滑板时,本滑板呈“一”字形,即上述滑动主板1和滑动副板2的板面在同一条直线上,这是因为上述滑动副板2能够以上述第一枢轴51为转动中心相对上述滑动主板1进行转动180°以上,且上述滑动副板2能够以上述第二枢轴61为转动中心周转360°,这样使用者在拖拉、携带本滑板时更方便、更轻松。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分体式电动滑板,它包括滑动主板(1)和滑动副板(2)以及位于所述滑动主板(1)和所述滑动副板(2)之间的横梁(8),所述滑动主板(1)的下部安装有前后排列的转向轮(3)和驱动轮(4),其中,所述驱动轮(4)内装有驱动电机,所述转向轮(3)通过第一转向支架(5)和位于所述第一转向支架(5)上的第一枢轴(51)与所述滑动主板(1)相连接,所述滑动副板(2)的下部中间位置装配有辅助转向轮(7),所述辅助转向轮(7)通过第二转向支架(6)和位于所述第二转向支架(6)上的第二枢轴(61)与所述滑动副板(2)相连接,所述第一转向支架(51)与所述第二转向支架(61)之间通过所述横梁(8)固定连接,所述滑动副板(2)能够以所述第一枢轴(51)为转动中心相对所述滑动主板(1)进行转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述辅助转向轮(7)为定向轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述滑动副板(2)能够以所述第一枢轴(51)为转动中心通过横梁(8)相对所述滑动主板(1)转动180°以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述滑动主板(1)与所述滑动副板(2)分别包括上下平行装配的弹性上板(11、21)与固定下板(12、22),所述弹性上板(11、21)的下部与所述固定下板(12、22)的上部之间设有避震装置;所述弹性上板(11、21)与固定下板(12、 22)为长方板状,所述弹性上板(11、21)与其对应的固定下板(12、22)之间通过螺栓压接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述避震装置为弹簧或相对面为同性的磁性板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述滑动主板(1)的固定下板(12)的内部设有控制板,所述控制板上设有无线收发器;所述分体式电动滑板还包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够通过无线方式对所述控制板的所述无线收发器发送电子信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述分体式电动滑板还包括多功能显示控制面板(9),所述多功能显示控制面板(9)固定设置于所述横梁(8)的正上方,所述多功能显示控制面板(9)配置成能够接收所述控制板的所述无线收发器发来的电子信号并显示与所述电子信号相应的执行状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述多功能显示控制面板(9)为长方体,所述多功能显示控制面板(9)的正前方的侧面上设有照明灯(91),所述多功能显示控制面板(9)内部固定设有安全感应器(92),所述多功能显示控制面板(9)的外表面设有充电插孔(93)和USB接口(94)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述横梁(8)为中空管,其内部安装有电池组件;所述分体式电动滑板还包括有外置电池包,所述外置电池包通过电线和所述充电插孔(93)与所述横梁内部的电池组件相并联。。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的分体式电动滑板,其中,所述驱动轮(4)内设置有固定支架和固定于所述固定支架上的碟刹装置。
