随着健康意识的提高,传统的纸烟正逐渐被电子烟替代。现有技术中的电子烟的开关和自动开关均涉及精细的机械结构,而电子烟由于使用时的按压频率高,这两种开关在实际使用过程中都不同程度地存在开关失灵的现象。此外,现有的开关在壳体上开设通孔,然后在该通孔中设置开关,因为电子烟的壳体本来就比较小,要在上面开设通孔会影响到壳体的强度,影响电子烟表面轮廓的流畅,影响美观,并且增加了工艺流程,而且不便于装配。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中需要在壳体上开设通孔来安装开关而使得工艺流程较为复杂且影响表面轮廓的流畅的缺陷,提供一种不用开设通孔就能安装触控模块的电子烟。

发光组件设置在第二壳体 12 上远离第一壳体 11 的一端。其包括控发光二极管以及灯帽。灯帽采用透光材料制成,其套设于发光二级管外。在使用者触摸该触摸部 121 的时候,控制器控制发光二极管发光,以达到模拟烟头燃烧的效果,使得该产品与香烟更加相似。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种 电子烟 ,包括:壳体( 10 )以及设置于所述壳体(10 )内的控制器,其特征在于,还包括用于产生触发信号并将所述触发信号发送给所述控制器的触控模块( 21 ),所述触控模块( 21 )设置在所述壳体( 10 )内,所述壳体( 10 )上与所述触控模块( 21 )位置相对应的壳体壁为触摸部( 121 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括柔性电路板( 20 ),所述触控模块( 21 )设置在所述柔性电路板( 20 )上,所述柔性电路板( 20 )上设置有所述触控模块( 21 )的一面贴合在所述壳体( 10 )的内壁面上,所述壳体( 10 )上与所述触控模块( 21 )相接触的壳体壁为所述触摸部( 121 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括硬质 PCB 板( 30 ),所述控制器设置在所述硬质 PCB 板( 30 )上,所述柔性电路板( 20 )两端分别固定在所述硬质 PCB 板( 30 )上。
  4. 根据权利要求1 至 3 任一项所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述触摸部( 121 )的外表面上设置有触摸标识区。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述触摸标识区设置有图案或文字标识结构。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 至 3 任一项所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述触摸部( 121 )的外表面上设置有向内凹陷的凹部或者向外凸起的凸部。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹部与手指的指形相适应。
  8. 根据权利要求 4 所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述壳体( 10 )内设置有用于固定所述硬质 PCB 板( 30 )的固定机构( 40 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述固定机构( 40 )为设置于所述壳体( 10 )内壁上的卡槽,所述卡槽沿所述壳体( 10 )的轴向设置,所述硬质 PCB 板( 30 )的边沿卡接在所述卡槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定机构( 40 )为固定座,所述固定座为断面呈凹字形的延伸体,所述固定座上部向内凹陷的凹槽为上大下小的燕尾结构,所述硬质 PCB 板( 30 )安装在所述凹槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述壳体包括可拆卸地连接的用于收纳雾化组件的第一壳体( 11 )和用于收纳电源的第二壳体( 12 ),所述控制器和所述触控模块( 21 )设置在所述第二壳体( 12 )内,所述第一壳体( 11 )上远离所述第二壳体( 12 )的一端设置有吸嘴。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体( 10 )包括可拆卸地连接的用于收纳雾化组件的第一壳体( 11 )和用于收纳电源的第二壳体( 12 ),所述控制器和所述触控模块( 21 )设置在所述第一壳体内( 11 ),所述第一壳体( 11 )上远离所述第二壳体( 12 )的一端设置有吸嘴。
  13. 根据权利要求11 或 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一壳体( 11 )和所述第二壳体( 12 )通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,第二壳体( 12 )上远离所述第一壳体( 11 )的一端设置有发光组件,所述发光组件与所述控制器连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体( 10 )采用硅胶、橡胶、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或碳酸丙烯酯中的一种或多种材料制成。
