Description

基于网络的远程情趣玩具互动控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及远程情趣玩具的控制方法, 特别涉及一种基于网络的对远 程情趣玩具的互动进行控制的方法。 背景技术
远程遥控情趣玩具( teledildonics )是一种可以借助网络对传统情趣玩 具进行远程控制的玩具, 即, 玩家双方可以分居两地, 借助网络对对方的 情趣玩具进行远程控制来进行娱乐。 远程遥控情趣玩具需要通过接入网络 来实现通讯连接, 然后实现彼此的远程控制。 这种玩具可以有效解决分居 异地的夫妻双方无法进行性生活的需求。
这种遥控情趣玩具可以实现对情趣玩具的远程控制, 即一方可以远程 控制另一方的玩具, 来实现物理刺激, 比如震动。 但是, 大部分传统的遥 控情趣玩具仅能被动地接受简单的指令信号, 比如, 用户 A可以单向地发 出命令来控制用户 B的玩具,或者用户 B可以单向地发出命令来控制用户 A的玩具,但是用户 A或用户 B的玩具却不能针对对方发出的控制命令来 回馈任何信息。 这使得传统的远程遥控情趣玩具只能实现单向的控制, 交 互模式十分简单, 缺乏多样性、 娱乐性, 用户体验较差。
在现有领域中, 还开发出一些用于 4D电影的情趣坑具来改善用户的 游戏体验, 这种玩具尽管拥有一定的互动操作功能, 但其玩具本身的设计 只是为了用户观看 4D电影时作为同步影片情节使用的玩具。 也就是说, 这种玩具的设计仅限于配合人们在观看 4D电影的需要, 而不是人与人之 间的交互 (People Vs. People, P VP), 因此是单向的操控, 缺乏互动性。 此 外, 这类情趣玩具通常只针对男性用户, 缺乏对女性用户的考虑, 或者女 性用户体验较差。
另外的, 现有技术中有的玩具带有传感器以改善用户体验, 但其传感 器的功能也仅限于单向的把环境产生的刺激传递到玩具上。 即, 这里的信 息交流是单向的, 而无法形成男女双方的交流, 使用体验较为简单, 无法 满足用户需求。 同时, 现有技术中此类情趣玩具在使用上由于通常要借助 电脑, 因此缺乏便捷性和多样的交互模式。 而传统的电脑通常只能辅助于 情趣玩具提供联网的功能, 若想增加额外的用户体验, 则需要为玩具本身 增添额外的硬件、 软件资源, 因此价格高昂, 成本上升, 不利用在普通用 户中推广。
因此, 为了解决上述需求, 本发明提出一系列基于网络的可以提供多 种互动交互模式的远程情趣玩具及其控制方法, 可以以较低的成本提供更 好、 更多样的用户体验。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于网络的远程情趣玩具系统控制方法,所 述系统包括第一情趣玩具以及控制其操作的第一控制终端, 第二情趣玩具以 及控制其操作的第二控制终端, 所述第一情趣玩具和所述第二情趣玩具分别 通过第一控制终端和第二控制终端接入到网络并通过服务器端和 /或以点对 点连接的方式实现互动模式, 所述方法包括: 所述第一控制终端发出控制命 令, 以便通过网络控制所述第二情趣玩具的操作, 并接收来自所述第二情趣 玩具的第二控制终端的命令执行相应的功能; 所述第二控制终端发出控制命 令, 以便通过网络控制所述第一情趣玩具的操作, 并接收来自所述第一情趣 玩具的第一控制终端的命令执行相应的功能。

第一控制终端 110和第二控制终端 120不仅可以发出控制命令来通 过网络控制其他情趣玩具的操作,还可分别接收通过服务器端 150转发 的来自其他控制终端的远程命令从而执行一个或多个相关联的功能,实 现远程情趣玩具之间的多种互动模式。 例如, 远程命令可例如包括控制 对方的情趣玩具发出震动、 声音、 幹放液体和 /或气味、 收缩、 舒张、 加热、 制冷等等。 一些远程命令可用于从控制输出通知。 例如, 声音命 令可使得控制终端输出听觉提醒。 另外, 消息命令可用于在控制终端的 显示屏上呈现基于文本、 图像或视频等的多媒体消息。
根据本发明的另一实施例, 第一情趣玩具 130和第二情趣玩具 140 可以通过点对点网络( Point to Point网络)的方式进行通信以实现交互 模式。 在点对点网络方式下, 第一情趣玩具 130和第二情趣玩具 140只 需先经过服务器端或云端验证通过后彼此直接连接进行交互通信,第一 情趣玩具 130的第一控制终端 110可以发出控制命令通过点对点网络来 直接控制其他情趣玩具的操作,还可通过点对点网络直接接收来自其他 控制终端的远程命令从而执行一个或多个相关联的功能,实现远程情趣 玩具之间的多种互动模式。
根据本发明的另一实施例, 第一情趣玩具 130和第二情趣玩具 140 也可以不经过服务而直接进行点对点通信, 例如通过蓝牙、 近场通信 ( NFC )等方式。 在这种环境下, 第一情趣玩具 130 和第二情趣玩具 140可以通过蓝牙的近距离通信方式彼此直接连接进行交互通信, 第一 情趣玩具 130的第一控制终端 110可以发出控制命令通过该点对点网络 来直接控制其他情趣玩具的操作,还可通过该点对点网络直接接收来自 其他控制终端的远程命令从而执行一个或多个相关联的功能,实现远程 情趣玩具之间的多种互动模式。 玩具硬件系统
图 2示出了根据本发明的情趣玩具系统的硬件模块示意图。根据本 发明的玩具 200的硬件系统包括传感单元 210、 驱动单元 220、 控制器 230和接口 240。
传感单元 210包含至少一种传感器,包括但不限于压力传感器 211、 湿度传感器 212、 pH传感器 213、加速度传感器 214、 温度传感器 215、 声音传感器、 脑电波传感器、 图像传感器等。 图 2中由于篇幅所限仅仅 示出了五个传感器作为示例。本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 上述传感 器仅为示例性说明,可以根据情趣玩具所需要实现的功能配备各种传感 器。 传感器可以感受并采集到被测量的信息, 例如压力、 温度、 湿度、 pH值、 声音等信号, 并能将检测感受到的信息, 按一定规律变换成为 电信号或其他所需形式的信息输出, 以提供给控制器 230进行处理。
驱动单元 220包括一种或多种驱动装置,用于产生对情趣玩具的使 用者的物理刺激,根据男用或女用玩具不同的需要可以包括各自相应的 驱动装置。 驱动装置例如包括震动蛋(即偏心电机)、 履带盘、 可控制 幹放化学物质(诸如润滑剂)的储蓄器、 加热器、 制冷器、 气味幹放装 置、 可收缩的套箍、 可充放气的气嚢、 可控制幹放气味的气味嚢等。 例 如, 在男用情趣玩具中, 驱动单元例如可包括震动蛋、 履带盘、 可控制 幹放化学物质的储蓄器、 加热器、 制冷器、 气味幹放装置、 可收缩的套 箍、可充放气的气嚢、可控制幹放气味的气味嚢等;在女用情趣玩具中, 驱动单元例如可包括震动蛋、 履带盘、 可控制幹放化学物质的储蓄器、 加热器、 制冷器、 气味幹放装置、 可收缩的套箍、 可充放气的气嚢、 可 控制幹放气味的气味嚢等。
控制器 230将所收到的由传感器感测的信号通过接口 240传输给控 制终端 250 (例如智能手机)。 控制终端 250上安装有与情趣玩具相配 合的控制软件或应用程序(app ),这些控制软件或应用程序将接收到的 感测信号进行处理,转化为可以对位于远程的另一情趣玩具中的驱动单 元进行控制的信号,并发送至服务器端(例如图 1所示的服务器端 150 ), 通过服务器端转发或通过点对点网络直接发送至另一情趣玩具的控制 终端。 该另一情趣坑具的控制终端接收到该控制信号后, 通过其接口传 输给与其相连并控制的该另一情趣玩具,从而控制该另一情趣玩具中的 驱动单元中相应驱动装置进行动作。从而实现位于不同的远程情趣玩具 用户之间的互动操作。
接口 240 例如可以通过有线或无线方式将情趣玩具与其相应的控 制终端进行连接, 所述有线方式例如包括 USB接口、 苹果专用 30针接 口、 Thunderbolt接口、 Lightning Dock接口等等, 无线方式例如包括 蓝牙、 WiFi等。
可替换地,根据本发明的远程情趣玩具不仅可实现不同游戏玩家之 间的远程互动操作和控制, 还可以实现用户与环境 ( People Vs. Environment )之间的游戏, 也可称之为单人模式, 即情趣坑具的用户 的控制终端上的控制软件或应用程序在接收到情趣玩具上的传感器感 测到的信号后, 可以在本地处理或者发送至服务器端, 由服务器端进行 处理。这样可以直接反馈给用户各种用于驱动其情趣玩具的驱动单元的 控制信号,从而实现用户与本地环境或者服务器环境进行互动游戏的过 程。
更优选地,上述情趣玩具的用户与服务器端环境进行的互动操作可 不仅限于游戏, 还可以运用到医学检测和治疗中, 例如服务器端通过发 出特定的控制信号来控制情趣玩具的驱动单元进行特定的动作,从而起 到治疗女性的盆底肌肉松弛、 尿失禁等疾病的作用。
下文分别对传感单元所包含的各种传感器和驱动单元所包换的各 种驱动装置, 以及各自配合的互动模式进行详细说明。 传感单元
压力传感器: 压力传感器可以是压阻式应变计(Piezo-resistive strain gauge),电容式压力传感器、电磁式压力传感器 (electromagnetic), 压电式压力传感器 (piezoelectric)、光纤压力传感器、 电位计式压力传感 器 (potentiometric)、机械式的压力开关、 或通过监测密闭空间内的流体 特征来感测压力等等。在远程遥控情趣玩具系统中, 压力传感器的作用 例如包括监测阴道、 阴茎、 肛门以及其他身体器官绝对压力、监测压力 变化、 监测压力的存在、 通过压力变化监测相对运动等。
图 3示出了一种可以作为压力传感器的机械式压力开关。如图 3所 示,根据本发明的机械式压力开关 300仅用于感测人体器官是否产生的 达到某一阈值的压力。机械式压力开关 300包括用于支撑整个开关的底 座 301、 在底座上方与底座相对的顶部 306及其作为压力感测区的端部 307ο 在底座 301上依次设置有可以沿与底座 306的表面平行的方向作 为轴向进行旋转的螺杆 304、 连接在螺杆 304的一端可以随螺杆的旋转 而滑动的滑片 303、 连接至滑片 303另一侧并套在所述螺杆 304上的弹 簧 302。 在弹簧 302的另一端设置有一截面呈三角形的挡块 305, 挡块 305通过其斜面抵住机械式压力开关 300的顶部 306。
如图所示, 机械式压力开关 300的工作过程如下所示。 顶部 306— 端的上表面的区域 307处作为感测人体器官产生的压力的压力感测区, 当作用于感测区 307的沿图 3所示双箭头 Α方向的压力大于一定阈值 时, 感测区 307会推动挡块 305沿图示方向 B压缩弹簧 302。 当感测区 307接受到沿 A方向的压力足够大以至于使得顶部 306的一端接触到底 座 301的上表面时,顶部 306的一端设置的导电区域会与底座 301上表 面的导电区域接触发生联通, 从而触发开关电路(图中未示出), 产生 "有压力"的开信号; 当压力取消或低于阈值以至不足以触发开关电路 时, 在弹簧 302的作用力下顶部 306离开底座 301, 断开开关电路, 产 生 "无压力 /压力不足,,的关信号。 通过这种方式, 就可以将人体器官施 加的压力转化为电信号进行感测。 由于不同的使用者在使用情趣玩具时,处于自身的生理状况和使用 需求, 可能会对机械式压力开关的压力感测区施加不同的触发压力, 因 此, 根据本发明的触发开关电路的压力阈值的大小设置为是可以调节 的。 具体地, 可以通过旋转水平固定的螺杆 304来移动滑片 303, 从而 调整弹 302簧的预压, 来控制压力的阈值大小。
湿度 /液体传感器: 在远程遥控情趣玩具系统中, 湿度传感器的目 的主要是监测包括体液在内的和人体相关的含水化合物、 混合物, 包括 唾液、 呼吸中的水分、 肛门直肠分泌液、 男性前列腺分泌液、 精液、 女 性阴道分泌液、 尿液、 血液等的存在或体积 /质量。 湿度传感器的其他 目的也包括监测非人体产生的液体, 比如润滑剂、 清洗残留水分、 外用 液体药品等。 液体传感器的具体实现方式多种多样, 比如直接测量液体 本身,或者间接测量可与液体发生物理或者化学反应的其他物质的相对 变化。监测方式包括监测传感器接触液体后的电阻变化、监测传感器接 触液体后的电容变化、监测由于液体导致的光学性质变化、监测传感器 吸收或幹放液体后的体积变化等等。
pH传感器:在本发明系统中, pH传感器的主要目的是监测用户生 殖系统及其分泌物的 pH变化, 以监控用户的生理状态和健康程度, 在 情趣互动、健康管理方面以及医学检测方面都有重要意义。 具体的实现 方式包括 pH酸碱度计、 pH试纸等。
加速度传感器: 在本发明系统中, 加速度传感器的主要目的是直接 监测被监测对象的运动及其变化 (比如生殖器官相对于情趣玩具的运 动、 肢体手势的识别等), 或者通过间接的监测运动变化来监测其他重 要指标(比如通过监测生殖器的抽搐来判断盆底肌的收缩规律)。 加速 度传感器可以是单轴或是多轴的, 实现方法包括但不限于压电式、压阻 式应变、电容式加速度传感器等等。优选地,可采用微机电系统( MEMS ) 的加速度传感器。
温度传感器:在本发明系统中,通过温度传感器来监测用户的体温、 游戏时的环境温度、 情趣玩具的设备温度等, 在情趣互动、 健康管理、 使用安全方面可以起到参考指标的作用,特别在医学治疗方面时用于生 理状态的检测。
声音传感器: 在本发明系统中, 声音传感器可以用来捕捉用户、设 备、 环境的声音信息, 这些信息的用途包括控制设备、 监测用户状态、 提供用户语音交流等。
脑电波传感器 /脑机接口(Brain-Computer Interface): 脑机接口, 尤其是单向脑机接口 (即从人脑传达信息、 指令给电脑, 已商用的产品 比如 NeuroSky的 Neurowear系列产品), 可以通过监测、 分析用户的 脑电波,给予穿戴在身体上的装饰物一定的机械反馈。在本发明系统中, 通过脑机接口的方式, 可以给用户提供更多样、 更优良的体验, 比如通 过脑电波信号直接发出控制指令, 或者通过采集分析脑电波信号监测、 传递用户的生理心理状态。 脑机接口方式的有侵入式(invasive )、 间接 侵入式、 无创式等等, 本发明系统的优选方案是无创式, 实现方法可以 是脑电描记术 (Electroencephalography)。
图像传感器: 在本发明的系统中, 图像传感器可以用于采集用户的 图像, 例如脸部表情、 肢体动作等等, 从而使用户之间实现多媒体的交 互方式, 提高用户体验。 图像传感器例如采用摄像头。
除了配备在情趣玩具本身上的传感单元中的传感器,有一些控制终 端(如智能手机、 电脑)本身也配备了一些传感器, 如摄像头、 重力感 测仪、三维陀螺仪等等, 控制终端上安装的控制软件也可以利用这些传 感器实现用户之间的互动。 驱动单元
驱动单元由一种或多种驱动装置构成, 包括震动蛋(即偏心电机)、 履带盘、 可控制幹放化学物质的储蓄器、 加热器、 制冷器、 可收缩的套 箍、 可充放气的气嚢、 可控制幹放气味的气味嚢等。
震动器(震动蛋): 情趣玩具提供的震动感可以有效帮助用户增强 体验。实现方式可以通过提供偏心电机进行旋转,也可以采用电铃式(即 通过交替的磁场来控制物体的律动)。
履带盘 /转轮: 情趣玩具提供的摩擦感可以帮助用户增强体验。 模 拟摩擦感的方式包括转轮或者履带盘,通过轮子或履带对于皮肤的相对 运动, 会使人产生摩擦的感受。
储蓄器: 润滑液可以在用户使用情趣玩具的过程中帮助润滑, 也可 以使用户产生湿润的触觉体验。此外, 如果在润滑液中加入有刺激性的 化学物质, 比如薄荷醇、 辣椒素等, 还可以对用户产生相应的刺激。 储 蓄器的设计可以是一个或者多个密封腔体, 内部盛有化学物质。化学物 质可以是一种或多种不同的润滑剂、刺激剂、药剂、杀菌剂、反应物等, 可以根据具体的需要,控制腔体出口的打开和关闭, 来给予用户可控的 化学物质的幹放。储蓄器可以拥有额外的补给端口, 用来添加补给化学 物质。 储蓄器可以有加热或者降温的功能, 来调节化学物质的温度。
加热器、 制冷器(温度控制装置): 温度的高低和变化, 直接影响 用户体验。在一些情况下,保持人体温度 (约 37摄氏度)可以让用户得到 很好的模拟真人体验。 另一些时候, 通过冷热的变化、 交替, 可以对用 户产生更强烈的刺激, 增强用户体验。 加热和制冷可以通过电热效应 (electrocaloric effect) ^ 热电效应 (thermoelectric effect;)、 半导体电子制 冷、 压缩机制冷、 热泵等方式实现。 加热还可以通过电热片实现。 温度 控制设备可以与其他设备组合, 以提高整体效果, 比如与温度计结合形 成可控有反馈的温度控制,或者与储蓄器结合通过改变润滑液的温度来 达到对用户的刺激。
气味幹放装置(气味嚢): 可控的气味幹放可以增强用户体验。 产 生气味的香精可以储藏在专门的密封腔体或嚢体内,或者直接加入在储 蓄器里的润滑剂、刺激剂内。 气味的幹放可以通过简单的幹放香精或含 有香精的物质达到, 为了增强效果, 可以在幹放过程中进行加热、 气化 或雾化(比如通过气雾剂喷罐原理)。
可收缩的箍紧装置(套箍): 收缩以及其产生的压迫感, 是性活动 中重要的刺激体验。 收缩的装置可以是气嚢(通过膨胀挤产生内壁的收 缩、 挤压)或其他方式。 套箍可设计成不同的长短, 如长筒或者短环。
图 4(a)-(c)示意性地示出了几个套箍的实现方式。 图 4(a)是由螺杆 401和弹性片 402构成的一种形式的套箍。 弹性片 402弯曲成一端开口 的圆环形状, 开口的一端分别设有容纳孔 403用于容纳螺杆 401, 其中 一个容纳孔 403设置为与螺杆 401固定,而另一个容纳孔设置为可以相 对螺杆 401产生位移。 螺杆 401与图中未示出的电机联动。 通过控制电 机的正转或是反转, 则可以收紧或者放松弹性片 402, 从而可以作为具 有收紧或放松功能的套箍。
图 4(b)是由弹性片构成的另一种形式的套箍。弹性片的一端 405弯 曲成环形, 用于充当收紧或放松功能的套箍, 另一端 404为平直形状, 其可以与图中未示出的电机联动。通过控制电机的转动, 则可以收紧或 者放松弹性片, 从而可以作为具有收紧或放松功能的套箍。
图 4(c)是由若干个柱形块 406构成的另一种形式的套箍的部分结构 示意图。 图中仅以以此呈 90度夹角排列的四个柱形块为例进行说明。 可以理解的是, 可根据需要自行设定柱形块的数目及其之间的夹角。柱 形块 406可以各自沿图示的箭头在单轴方向上做往复运动,其运动通过 柱形块连接的电机进行驱动。 当电机驱动使柱形块的一端相互靠近时, 形成收紧功能的套箍作用; 而当电机驱动使柱形块的一端相互远离时, 形成放松功能的套箍作用。例如,可以将这些柱形块固定在一个圆环上, 使它们的运动轴都指向圆心, 并使它们的运动同步, 即同时向心运动进 行收紧, 或同时离心运动进行放松, 则可以对内置的物体(例如人体的 器官)产生收紧或者放松的效果。
可收缩膨胀的装置: 阴道或肛门内壁感受到的压力、 充实感, 是性 活动或者医疗活动(如盆底肌肉联系)中重要的组成部分。 充实感可以 通过可膨胀的驱动单元实现, 例如用可充放气的气嚢。
电刺激装置: 电刺激可以提供有效的生理刺激, 既可以作为提高性 生活体验的刺激方式, 也具有理疗的医学效果。 实现方式可以通过与皮 肤接触的电极, 进行可控的电压、 电流刺激。
上述的各个驱动装置可以单独使用或组合使用,例如气味幹放装置 可以与温度控制装置、 储蓄器等配合使用, 达到更优的用户体验效果。
除了配备在情趣玩具本身上的驱动单元中的各个驱动装置,控制终 端(如智能手机、 电脑)本身也配备了一些驱动装置, 如播放声音的扬 声器、用来显示反馈图像的屏幕等等, 控制终端上安装的控制软件也可 以同时利用这些驱动装置实现用户之间更好的互动。 互动模式
根据本发明的带有上述传感单元、 驱动单元以及控制器的情趣玩 具, 通过控制终端的软件控制和与服务器端的交互, 可以实现不同情趣 玩具的用户之间交互的游戏或操作方式(PvP ), 以及用户与本地控制 终端或者服务器端的环境之间的互动模式(PvE ), 来帮助用户提高性 生活体验的方式。
互动场景包括不同用户身处不同地理位置时的远程遥控互动操作、 单一用户与本地控制终端或者服务器端环境进行的互动操作(即单人模 式)、 不同用户在同一地理位置但利用该系统增强情趣的互动活动等。 以下列举本发明提出的各种互动模式。 相对运动的互动方式 相对运动的互动方式是指一方用户操作情趣玩具进行物理或模拟 的运动, 比如摩擦生殖器、 收缩生殖器等, 情趣玩具中的传感器(例如 压力传感器、 加速度传感器等)感测用户进行的运动, 在控制终端的软 件的控制下,将感测到的运动信号采集并转化为控制对方用户的情趣玩 具的驱动单元动作的信号,通过^ ^务器端或点对点网络传递至对方的情 趣玩具的控制终端,从而控制对方的情趣玩具中的相应驱动单元中的驱 动装置进行相互配合的动作,从而模拟真实的性活动,实现用户的体验。
一、 摩擦模拟互动
摩擦是性活动中重要的刺激方式。 根据本发明的远程情趣玩具系 统,通过感知一方用户的摩擦,可以把摩擦的感觉实现给另一方的用户, 实现方式如下。 A用户通过一种方式产生摩擦, 情趣玩具的传感单元通 过将感测到的摩擦转化为信号, 或者控制终端的软件通过接受到信号, 处理后通过服务器端和 /或点对点网络把摩擦的感觉传递给 B用户。具体 地, 如果是肢体、 器官对于玩具的摩擦, 则可以通过压力传感器、 加速 度传感器、 光学传感器或其他传感器获得信号; 如果感知 A用户的摩 擦是通过手滑过触摸屏幕或者是鼠标滑过显示器,则可以直接获得数字 信号; 控制终端的软件通过处理这些信号, 可以判断 A用户是否发生 摩擦,再将该摩擦的信号转化为控制 B用户的情趣玩具的相应驱动单元 (例如震动器、 履带盘及其他可滑动部件等) 的驱动信号, 使得 A用 户进行的摩擦或对于肢体的相对运动可以传递到 B用户,实现互动的摩 擦效果。
除了上述描述的通过驱动相应的驱动单元把实际产生的物理摩擦 的感觉传递给另一用户, 本发明还可以通过模拟摩擦来实现摩擦的效 果。 模拟摩擦是通过电信号、 震动信号或者其他物理信号, 实际上不产 生物理摩擦, 但使用户有被摩擦的错觉。 比如, 可以把若干个震蛋排成 一列, 接触用户身体, 然后依次从一边开始分别震动每一个震蛋, 形成 震动的 "接力赛"。 图 5示意性地示出了这种交替运动的震蛋结构。 如 图 5所示, 接力震蛋由示意性的六个以此排列的震蛋 501-506及其控制 单元 510构成, 震蛋 501-506沿与人体皮肤平行的方向排列并与皮肤接 触。控制单元 510发出这样的控制信号,即使得震蛋 501-506从震蛋 501 开始以此产生振动,如同接力赛一样,将振动从震蛋 501经过震蛋 502、 503、 504、 505最终传递到震蛋 506。 再以相反的顺序从震蛋 506经过 震蛋 505、 504、 503、 502最终传递到震蛋 501。 由于人体对于摩擦的 感知是来自皮肤的感觉神经受到有空间顺序的受力刺激, 所以这种 "震 蛋接力" 的方式可以在一定程度上让用户产生摩擦的错觉。 同理, 也可 以通过 "电刺激接力" 或 "挤压接力" 的方式, 用电信号或者挤压的空 间顺序的刺激来让用户产生摩擦的错觉。 和实际摩擦相比,模拟摩擦产 生的摩擦感会差一些,但是摩擦的过程可控性更高, 系统的物理结构设 计更简单。 同时由于不发生物理摩擦, 玩具的固定性和稳定性更高, 可 以有效的解放用户的双手。 二、 收缩 /扩张传感互动
根据本发明的远程情趣玩具系统可以通过设置的压力传感器来感 知用户盆底肌群的收缩(具体体征表现为缩阴、 缩肛)或扩张(具体体 征为阴茎的勃起), 控制终端接受信号后进行处理, 然后把表示收缩 /扩 张的信号转化为控制信号经服务器端和 /或点对点网络传递给另一用户, 使另一用户获得相应的刺激或者其他形式的刺激。
例如, 如果 A用户是女性, 可以通过插入阴道内的假阳具玩具内 置的传感器来获得压力信号, 例如阴道收缩的动作, 传感器可以是压力 传感器、 压力开关等。 当传感器感测到当该收缩动作的信号传递给 B 用户 (男性)时, 可转化为控制 B用户的情趣玩具的箍套的收缩, 或通 过收缩覆盖男性生殖器的玩具的腔体从而传递该信号; 如果 A用户是 男性, 获得压力信号的方式包括感知阴茎的膨胀勃起、 勃起状态的阴茎 的抽搐(直接由盆地肌收缩引起, 可以通过男性玩具内置的敏感压力传 感器获得信号), 或者感知肛门收缩 (通过插入肛门内的传感系统获得 信号), 将该信号传递给 B用户, 可以实现控制 B用户的情趣玩具的气 嚢膨胀或收缩的动作, 从而起到传递压缩或扩张动作的效果。 此外, 也 可以把感测到的一方的收缩或扩张信号转变为其他刺激方式, 比如震 动、 摩擦、 声光等。
在收缩男性玩具的腔体以实现对于男性用户生殖器的挤压功能时, 可以收缩整个腔体, 也可以仅仅收缩男性生殖根部。后者在性活动和医 学治疗方面的更具有实用性,尤其是对于拥有一定勃起功能障碍的男性 用户: 阴茎的勃起是基于更多血液流入阴茎, 因此保持勃起的状态、 增 强硬度则需要让血液尽量停留在阴茎内而不流出,收紧阴茎根部可以有 效的实现这一功能。如果对阴茎全方位的挤压, 则有几率加重勃起功能 障碍患者的症状, 也有几率降低正常用户的勃起状态, 严重损害用户体 验。 在上述用于医学治疗的场景下, 用户实现的优选方案是人机互动, 即人与环境的互动。服务器端或情趣玩具的控制终端的软件或应用程序 可以设计为针对用户的症状发出相应的治疗动作信号。 三、 肢体手势互动
控制玩具的方式, 可以基于用户的肢体动作、 手势动作。 在用户可 以通过情趣玩具上装配的加速度传感器,或者通过摄像头摄像再通过图 像识别, 都可以捕捉、 获得用户的肢体动作、 手势动作。 这些动作可以 作为控制信号, 使对方的玩具做出对应反馈动作。 比如, 用手画圆圏来 控制震蛋的震动, 用手打叉来控制玩具的收缩等等。 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 上面描述的摩擦互动、 收缩 /扩张 互动和肢体手势互动仅为相对运动的示例, 可以根据用户的需要, 并利 用传感器和驱动器的功能来设计并实现各种方式的相互运动交互。 体液反馈互动方式
体液, 包括男性的分泌液、前列腺液、精液和女性的分泌液、 白带, 可以反映性生活中男女双方的性兴奋程度,是性生活中重要的生理特征 部分和体验增强元素。 同时, 这些生理特征也是监测、 评估用户生理健 康状况的重要依据, 拥有重要医学价值。 根据本发明的情趣玩具系统, 在配备了检测液体的传感器后, 通过感知 A用户的体液状态 (例如体 液分泌量), 由控制终端或服务器端进行处理后转化成 B用户的情趣玩 具的驱动信号, 传递给 B用户以便给予 B用户特殊的反馈。
例如, 如果一方是男性用户, 则在情趣玩具内靠近阴茎头部的位置 处设置特殊的传感器, 如液体传感器、 光学传感器、 化学传感器等, 收 集体液分泌的信号; 如果是女性, 则在插入阴道内的假阳具玩具的表面 设置特殊的传感器, 如液体传感器、 光学传感器、 化学传感器等, 收集 体液分泌的信号; 此外, 也可以在插入肛门内的玩具的表面设置特殊的 传感器。 控制终端经处理后通过^^务器端和 /或点对点网络传递控制信号 给 B用户, B用户可以直接得到物理液体刺激, 比如控制设置在 B用 户的玩具内部的储蓄器幹放出一定的量特定的润滑剂或其他液体; B用 户也可以得到非液体刺激的其他刺激, 比如震动、 挤压、摩擦等物理刺 激, 或者在显示器上的声光、 图像等刺激。 在医用情况下, 用户的体液 特征可以直接被用户的玩具采集,然后在本地控制器或者服务器端进行 分析处理, 再将信息反馈给用户, 并可选择的控制该用户的玩具内部的 储蓄器幹放药剂、 理疗驱动单元给予理疗刺激等。 模拟口交互动方式
口交是一种性生活中具有强烈感情色彩和生理体验的方式。根据本 发明的情趣玩具系统, 在配备了检测压力、 声音或气体的传感器后, 由 控制终端或服务器端进行处理后转化成 B用户的情趣玩具的驱动信号, 传递给 B用户以便给予 B用户特殊的反馈。
例如, 用户 A对着情趣玩具的气体传感器部位吹气, 或者对着智 能控制终端(例如手机)的收音端口吹气, 传感器或控制终端可以通过 声音或气体识别判断出吹气的行为以及吹气的强弱; 此外, 用户 A也 可以直接操作控制终端, 例如在显示器上的模拟器官上, 用手控制触摸 屏或者用鼠标键盘控制电脑, 来模拟口交的接触空间。 系统传递口交信 号给 B用户, B用户可以得到物理体液刺激, 比如设置在 B用户的玩 具内部的储蓄器, 会幹放出一定的、 特定的润滑剂或其他液体; B用户 也可以同时或单独得到非液体刺激的其他刺激,比如震动、挤压、摩擦、 声光等刺激。 声音控制互动
通过声音的方式来控制玩具, 可以增添活动过程中的乐趣, 增强用 户体验。根据本发明的情趣玩具系统配备有识别声音的传感器, 通过感 知 A用户发出的声音信号, 系统接收信号, 处理后给与 B用户特殊的 控制和反馈。
例如, 用户 A 可以直接发出声音信号, 比如说话、 唱歌、 演奏乐 器等, 此时, 系统首先通过 A用户的情趣玩具上的声音传感器或控制 终端, 把用户 A 的声音录制在系统内, 然后再进一步处理。 或者, 用 户 A可以直接把音频文件或拥有音频部分的视频文件, 如歌曲、 录音、 视频录像等,通过情趣玩具的控制终端传送给 B用户, 系统直接获得可 以处理的音频输入。在接收到声音信号后, 系统可以分析输入音频的特 征, 如频率、 振幅、 音质、 节奏规律、 旋律规律等, 把这些特征转化为 传递给驱动系统的信号。 系统传递控制信号给用户 B,用户 B的玩具的 驱动系统获得对应的信号, 形成刺激。 比如, 声音频率的高低对应震蛋 的频率、 声音的大小对应震蛋的振幅、 特殊的声音对应玩具的收缩、 特 殊的节奏对应润滑液的幹放, 等等。 气味释放互动
气味可以给人造成强烈的冲击,在性活动中可以大幅度增强用户的 感官刺激, 增强用户体验。 幹放的气味可以模拟真实人体体液的味道, 或者可以是产生催情功能的某些特殊味道。根据本发明的情趣玩具系统 配备有识别气体的传感器和相应的幹放气味的驱动装置, 通过感知 A 用户发出的信号, 系统接收信号, 处理后给与 B用户特殊的气味反馈。
例如, 用户 A可以直接发出幹放气味的指令, 例如通过情趣玩具 的控制终端; 或者, 系统可以通过传感器采集用户 A 的体征信号, 如 分泌体液的多少、 心率的多少、 盆底肌收缩与否或收缩力度等等, 通过 这些参数的指标由系统自动发出控制用户 B 的驱动装置幹放气味的指 令。 用户 B的玩具中的香嚢幹放出气味, 可以是单一气味, 也可以是多 个香嚢幹放出的混合的气味。幹放气味本身也可以借助幹放润滑剂的驱 动功能来实现, 即通过幹放带有气味的润滑剂来达到幹放气味的作用。 或者, B用户也可以同时或单独得到非液体刺激的其他刺激,比如震动、 挤压、 摩擦、 声光等刺激。 温度交替互动
人体对温度的变化敏感,控制与生殖器接触的情趣玩具表面的温度 变化, 会增强用户的感官刺激, 增强用户体验。 根据本发明的情趣玩具 系统配备有识别温度的传感器和相应的控制及调节温度的加热器或制 冷器驱动装置, 通过感知 A用户的温度信号或 A用户发出的调节温度 变化的信号, 系统接收信号, 处理后给与 B用户特殊的温度控制调节。
例如, 用户 A可以直接发出温度变化的指令, 例如通过情趣玩具 的控制终端; 或者, 系统可以通过情趣玩具配备的传感器采集用户 A 的体征信号, 如用户 A 即时的体表温度、 分泌液体的多少、 心率的多 少、 盆底肌收缩与否等等, 之后系统可以根据这些信号转化成控制 B 用户的温度调节驱动装置进行温度变化的指令。在用户 B的玩具中具有 温控装置, 可以调节玩具的温度。 加温可以用电热原理, 加热适当的电 阻使温度升高; 降温可以用热电材料, 通过控制热电材料的电压、 电流 输入, 来控制材料的温度, 包括降温; 玩具可以配合温度计的反馈以确 保达到指定的温度。
另外, B用户获得的温度变化感受, 也可以不基于实际物理温度的 改变, 而通过感官模拟的方式实现。 人体生殖器表面的黏膜, 可以感受 物质感觉 (chemesthesis), 即辣椒会使人有热的错觉,薄荷使人有冷的错 觉。把含有辣椒素和薄荷素的润滑液按顺序、按计量通过储蓄器进行释 放, 或者把表面含有辣椒素和 /或薄荷素的材料按顺序依次与黏膜接触, 则会使生殖器有温度变化的错觉。 以电子游戏的方式进行互动
根据本发明的情趣玩具, 由于加入了控制终端的控制, 因此可以使 得进行互动的游戏双方不局限于情趣玩具本身的功能,而是可以联合控 制终端上安装的游戏来进行多种互动。 电子游戏模式, 可以有效的增加 使用本系统的用户体验。
用户可以通过控制终端(例如智能手机、 电脑、 平板电脑等)下载 电子游戏, 用户可以在这些游戏的用户界面中输入信息, 通过预先设定 的规则, 系统给予用户一个反馈信息。 通过使用电子游戏软件, 本系统 的互动模式可以更加多样化、趣味化。 游戏的输入信号可以是用户主动 输入的信号, 也可以是系统采集的用户的体征信号; 游戏的输出信号可 以是显示给用户的声光、图像信号,也可以是驱动系统执行的物理信号, 如震动、 摩擦、 幹放等。 游戏规则可以多种多样, 比如用户之间的相互 竟争对抗、 用户联合起来与系统竟争对抗等。
图 6(a)和 6(b)示出了一种示例性的游戏的用户界面。 图 6(a)示意性 地示出了情趣玩具配置以及用户之间交互界面。 如图 6(a)所示, 用户可 以在框 601内自行配置情趣玩具各个配件或部件的功能参数,例如调整 震蛋的振动幅度或振动频率, 调节卡环的松紧程度等等。 通过服务器和 /或点对点网络建立连接进行互动模式的用户双方, 还可以在框 602内借 助虚拟键盘的输入进行实时的对话互动。图 6(b)示意性地示出了一种游 戏时的界面。 如图 6(b)所示, 例如通过 "石头、 剪子、 布" 或者 "比大 小" 的游戏, 对于胜者一定的奖励, 输家一定的惩罚, 而奖励和惩罚的 方式则可以通过本系统及其玩具完成。 在游戏进行时, 还可以在框 603 内实时地显示对方玩家的生理状态, 如心率, 湿度等等, 通过实时的反 馈互动提高用户的体验。
情趣玩具的生产厂商可以自建服务器来实现上述电子游戏系统,也 可以通过第三方系统来运营、 开发并提供下载, 如苹果的在线商店、 安 卓的在线商店等。 脑电波互动模式
控制玩具的方式, 还可以基于用户的脑电波。 用户佩戴脑机接口
(Brain-computer Interface)设备, 或通过配备在情趣坑具上的脑电波传 感器, 通过脑电波作为控制信号, 使对方的玩具做出对应控制信号。 比 如, 通过脑电波来控制对方的震蛋是否震动。
另一方面, 通过接收用户的脑电波信号后, 对信号进行分析处理, 可以判断出用户的生理心理状态, 这些信息可以作为系统的重要参数, 来决定相对应的系统反馈。 比如, 通过分析脑电波, 判断用户的兴奋状 态,把这个信息反馈给对方,或者基于这个信息给予用户相对应的刺激, 如进一步加大震蛋震动幅度, 控制储蓄器幹放液体等等。 根据本发明的远程情趣玩具通过配备了各种传感器以及驱动装置, 并通过与智能的控制终端以及服务器端进行通信控制,不仅可实现不同 游戏玩家之间的远程互动操作和控制,还可以实现用户与环境之间的游 戏, 从而提供更好的情趣玩具用户体验。 更有利地, 根据本发明的情趣 玩具的用户与服务器端环境进行的互动操作可不仅限于游戏,还可以有 效地运用到医学检测和治疗中。
结合这里披露的本发明的说明和实践,本发明的其他未记载的实施 例对于本领域技术人员都是易于想到和理解的。说明和实施例仅被认为 是示例性的, 本发明的真正范围和主旨均由权利要求所限定。

所述第一控制终端发出控制命令, 以便通过网络控制所述第二情趣玩具 的操作, 并接收来自所述第二情趣玩具的第二控制终端的命令执行相应的功 能;
所述第二控制终端发出控制命令, 以便通过网络控制所述第一情趣玩具 的操作, 并接收来自所述第一情趣玩具的第一控制终端的命令执行相应的功 能。

13、 如权利要求 1所述的控制方法, 其中所述第一情趣玩具的用户通过 脑电波的方式将控制信号通过所述服务器端和 /或点对点网络传递给所述第 二情趣玩具的用户, 并控制所述第二情趣玩具的驱动单元的操作。
14、 一种基于网络的远程情趣玩具系统控制方法, 所述系统包括第一情 趣玩具以及控制其操作的第一控制终端, 和位于远程的服务器端, 所述第一 情趣玩具通过第一控制终端经由网络接入到所述服务器端, 所述方法包括: 所述第一控制终端发出控制命令并通过网络传送至所述服务器端, 并接 收所述服务器端发出的控制命令以执行相应的功能, 以便与所述服务器端的 环境进行交互模式操作。
15、 一种基于网络的远程情趣玩具系统, 所述系统包括第一情趣玩具以 及控制其操作的第一控制终端, 第二情趣玩具以及控制其操作的第二控制终 端, 所述第一情趣玩具和所述第二情趣玩具分别通过第一控制终端和第二控 制终端接入到网络并通过服务器端和 /或点对点网络实现互动模式, 其中
所述第一控制终端发出控制命令, 以便通过网络控制所述第二情趣玩具 的操作, 并接收来自所述第二情趣玩具的第二控制终端的命令执行相应的功 能;
所述第二控制终端发出控制命令, 以便通过网络控制所述第一情趣玩具 的操作, 并接收来自所述第一情趣玩具的第一控制终端的命令执行相应的功 能。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具或第二情趣玩 具包括传感单元、 驱动单元、 控制器和接口。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述第一或第二情趣玩具的控制 器将由所述传感单元感测到的信号通过所述接口传输给所述第一或第二 情趣玩具的情趣玩具的控制终端, 并通过所述服务器端和 /或点对点网络 发送至所述第二或第一情趣玩具的控制终端。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述传感单元选自压力传感器、 湿度传感器、 pH传感器、 加速度传感器、 温度传感器、 气体传感器、 声音传感器、 脑电波传感器、 图像传感器中的至少一种。
19、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述驱动单元选自震动蛋、 履带 盘、 轮盘、 可控制幹放化学物质的储蓄器、 加热器、 制冷器、 气味幹放 装置、 可收缩的套箍、 可充放气的气嚢、 可控制幹放气味的气味嚢中的 至少一种。
20、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述接口通过有线或无线方式连 接所述情趣玩具及其控制终端。
21、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具通过传感单元 感测用户对所述情趣玩具产生的相对运动, 并将所感测的信号通过所述服务 器端和 /或点对点网络传递给所述第二情趣玩具的用户,并控制所述第二情趣 玩具的驱动单元的操作。
22、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述相对运动选自摩擦、 收缩、 扩张、 挤压、 振动、 肢体手势中的至少一种。
23、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具通过传感单元 感测用户的体征状态,并将所感测的信号通过所述服务器端和 /或点对点网络 传递给所述第二情趣玩具的用户, 并控制所述第二情趣玩具的驱动单元的操 作。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的系统, 其中所述体征状态选自体温、 体液分 泌状态、 心率中的至少一种。
25、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具通过传感单元 感测用户发出的声音和 /或气味,并将所感测的信号通过所述服务器端和 /或点 对点网络传递给所述第二情趣玩具的用户, 并控制所述第二情趣玩具的驱动 单元的操作。
26、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具的用户通过电 子游戏的方式将控制信号通过所述服务器端和 /或点对点网络传递给所述第 二情趣玩具的用户, 并控制所述第二情趣玩具的驱动单元的操作。
27、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其中所述第一情趣玩具的用户通过脑 电波的方式将控制信号通过所述服务器端和 /或点对点网络传递给所述第二 情趣玩具的用户, 并控制所述第二情趣玩具的驱动单元的操作。
