Description

电子烟盒 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟盒。
背景技术
现有的电子烟盒的翻盖都采取两种方式翻开,第一,手动翻开,即不借助弹开机构而是完全用人手掰开盒盖,第二,使用扭簧自动翻开机构,即将扭簧安装在盒盖的转轴上,靠扭簧的扭力翻开翻盖。这两种翻开方式中,前者的缺点在于不能实现利用弹开机构自动进行盒盖打开与闭合的动作,使得操作不便,后者采用扭簧自动翻开的机构虽然可以提供翻开的动力,但是结构复杂,外观不简洁,需增加一个按键或者推钮,同时外露的扭簧可能会影响外观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述结构复杂,使用不方便的缺陷,提供一种通过设置开合机构实现半自动开盖与合盖的目的,使得结构简单,操作方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟盒,包括盒体、与所述盒体铰接的盒盖以及包括开合机构,所述开合机构包括弹片、以及设于所述盒盖上的弧形的凸部;所述弹片设于所述盒体内部,所述凸部抵持于所述弹片与所述盒体内壁之间且与所述弹片可滑动地接触;其中
相对所述盒体将所述盒盖转动一第一预设角度后,所述弹片推动所述凸部相对所述弹片滑动至完全打开所述盒盖;
相对所述盒体将所述盒盖转动一第二预设角度后,所述弹片推动所述凸部相对所述弹片滑动直至完全关闭所述盒盖。
所述开合机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧横向设于所述盒体内部且两端分别与所述盒体以及所述弹片固定连接。
所述弹片具有弯折部,所述弯折部上凸设有桥形的固定位,所述弹簧端部穿过所述固定位固定于所述弹片上。
所述弹片还具有与所述折弯部相连的连接部,所述弹簧与所述连接部垂直设置。

实施本发明的电子烟盒,具有以下有益效果:通过在电子烟盒内部设置开合机构,具体的是设置弹簧、弹片,以及与弹簧弹片配合使用的且与弹片滑动接触的凸部。通过打开或关闭盒盖预设角度后,弹片推动凸部运动直至完全打开或关闭,实现了半自动化开盖与合盖。这样的结构使得当仅仅需要打开或关闭盒盖一定角度,该盒盖就会自动打开或关闭,且该开合机构结构简单,不会对电子烟盒外观造成负面影响。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种电子烟盒,包括盒体1、与盒体1铰接的盒盖2以及包括开合机构,开合机构包括弹片31、以及设于盒盖2上的弧形的凸部33;弹片31设于盒体1内部,凸部33抵持于弹片31与盒体1内壁之间且与弹片31可滑动地接触;其中
相对盒体1将盒盖2转动一第一预设角度后,弹片31推动凸部33相对弹片31滑动至完全打开盒盖2;
相对盒体1将盒盖2转动一第二预设角度后,弹片31推动凸部33相对弹片31滑动直至完全关闭盒盖2。
开合机构还包括弹簧32,弹簧32横向设于盒体1内部且两端分别与盒体1以及弹片31固定连接。
具体的,弹片31推动凸部33相对弹片31滑动至完全打开盒盖2以及弹片31推动凸部33相对弹片31滑动直至完全关闭盒盖2的动作是通过弹簧32的弹力实现的。
可以理解的,是第一预设角度与第二预设角度的转动方向相反。
通过这样的结构使得仅打开或关闭盒盖2预设角度便可以使盒盖2相对盒体1自动打开或关闭,使用方便。
具体的,弹片31具有弯折部311,弯折部311上凸设有桥形固定位312,弹簧32端部穿过固定位312固定于弹片31上。即,首先通过冲压的方式在弹片31上冲出桥形的固定位312,该桥形结构可以为弧状的或者V字形结构,该固定位312仅两端与弹片31连带,侧面与弹片31脱离连接,之后弯折弹簧32端部并将其穿入到该固定位312中后再按压弹簧32穿过固定位312的部分,则实现弹簧32在弹片31上的固定。可以理解的是,弹簧32固定于弹片31上的形式并不限定于此,还可以通过焊接等方式来实现。
设置弯折部311在为凸部33提供导向的同时也可以通过该斜度更改弹片31对凸部33的施力方向,使其容易相对于铰接轴产生力臂方便盒盖2打开以及闭合。
弹片31还具有与折弯部311相连的连接部,弹簧32与连接部垂直设置。
弹片31通过螺钉固定于盒体1内部,具体的,在弹片31的连接部上设有通孔,在壳体内部设有与通孔对应的螺纹孔,通过将螺钉穿过通孔旋于螺纹孔中实现弹片31到盒体1内部的固定。
同样,弹片31固定于盒体1内部也可以通过插接以及其他方式来实现。
该电子烟盒还包括针轴4,盒盖2设有第一铰接部21,盒体1上设有可供第一铰接部21插入的第二铰接部11,第一铰接部21上设有第一通孔,第二铰接部11上同轴设有第二通孔,针轴4插置于第一通孔与第二通孔中。同时第一通孔、第二通孔与针轴4间隙配合以实现盒盖2相对于盒体1转动。
第二铰接部11上具有V型突起12,第一铰接部21上设有V型凹部22,V型突起12的角度小于V型凹部22的张开角度且置于V型凹部22之中。V型凹部22外侧设有圆倒角23,该圆倒角用于与V型突起配合使用,使盒盖2关闭时容易至完全打开,在盒盖打开时使盒盖2容易从完全打开的状态转动以关闭盒盖2。即通过设置V型凹部22、V型突起12以及圆倒角23以方便盒盖2对于盒体1转动。同时V型突起12外侧对盒盖2进行限位,确定了盒盖2对盒体1打开的极限位置。同样,可以理解的是,该突起以及该凹部的形状并不限定于V型,该突起可以为弧状突起,该凹部为可容纳该弧状突起的凹部,该圆倒角23与该弧状凹部形成波浪形形状。这样的结构也可以方便打开与关闭盒盖2。
具体的开盖与合盖过程:
当盒盖2于关闭状态时,在弹簧32的压力下,因凸部33与弹片31的作用力点低于针轴4(即弹片31对凸部的作用力相对针轴4产生合盖方向的力矩),弹片31压住凸部33,使凸部33抵持于弹片31以及盒盖2内壁之间。当需要打开盒盖2时,外力推动盒盖2打开一第一预设角度,此时凸部33与弹片31的作用力点高于针轴4(即弹片31对凸部的作用力相对针轴4产生开盖方向的力矩),弹簧32在弹片31上施加的弹力进一步推动凸部相对弹片滑动,之后不需要外力的作用便可以使盒盖打开。
当处于开盖状态时,此时盒盖2已经转至极限位置,弹片31在受到弹簧32的作用下紧抵凸部33,也防止了盒盖2向合盖方向旋转。
当需要合盖时,外力推动盒盖2关闭第二预设角度,此时凸部33与弹片31的作用力点低于针轴4时(即弹片31对凸部33的作用力相对针轴4产生合盖方向的力矩),弹簧32在弹片31上施加的弹力进一步推动凸部33相对弹片31滑动,此时便不需要外力的作用便可以使盒盖2关闭。
可以理解的是,手动使盒盖2打开或关闭的第一预设角度以及第二预设角度与凸部33的形状以及弹片31的弯折度有关,因此可以通过在制造时设置凸部33的具体形状以及弹片31的弯折度来设置所述第一预设角度以及第二预设角度。

    相对所述盒体(1)将所述盒盖(2)转动一第二预设角度后,所述弹片(31)推动所述凸部(33)相对所述弹片(31)滑动直至完全关闭所述盒盖(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述开合机构还包括弹簧(32),所述弹簧(32)横向设于所述盒体(1)内部且两端分别与所述盒体(1)以及所述弹片(31)固定连接。
