Description

DESCRIPTION
CONCENTRATED CHEMICAL PREVENTING FREEZING UP TO -40 DEGREES IN HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS AND SOLAR ENERGY PANELS, REDUCING CORROSION, ALGAE GROWTH AND CALCIFICATION, AND
PROVIDING FUEL SAVINGS WITH LESS OPERATION THEREOF BY INCREASING THE HEAT CONDUCTION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a chemical protecting the heating, cooling and solar energy panels, systems with solid, liquid, gas fuels, heating and cooling systems running with electricity or alternative energies, and providing energy savings. Background of the invention
The heat transfer between the two or more objects at different temperatures occurs by convection or radiation (or a combination thereof). The heat transfer taking place in the solids and gases where the amount of space between the particles thereof is large occurs relatively slower than the heat transfer taking place in the solids.
Various heating and cooling systems are used in residential and commercial buildings. In selection of these systems, factors such as system's installation cost, operating cost and ease and frequency of maintenance are important. Since criteria such as operating cost and frequency of maintenance directly and constantly affect the system cost, said criteria are taken into account.
In the current state of the art, water circulating heating systems are widely used. The energy consumption of these systems is high due to the rapid cooling and slow heating of water.
Further, in the water circulating systems, the transfer elements constituting the system are damaged over time due to reasons such as calcification, corrosion, freezing of water, algae growth. The maintenance and repair services increase the costs as well as require the system to stop operating temporarily.
The present invention is developed in order to eliminate the disadvantages encountered in the prior art, to reduce the maintenance and repair costs of the system, and to provide energy savings by increasing the heat conduction of the water being used.
Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a chemical protecting the heating, cooling and solar energy panels, systems with solid, liquid, gas fuels, heating and cooling systems running with electricity or alternative energies, and providing energy savings. The chemical according to the present invention is added 40-60% by volume into the closed-loop water-based systems and increases the heat conduction of water; reduces energy consumption by rapid heating and increased heat conduction thereof. It protects the system by preventing the freezing of water, calcification, algae growth, and corrosion in the system.
The chemical according to the present invention comprises the following: 40-95% by volume of monoethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1-25% triethanolamine, 1-50% glycerin, 0.1-15% sodium tetraborate, 0.1-15% benzothiazole-2-thiol, 0.1-15% zinc chloride, and 0.1-5% solvent red (dexin).
The chemicals described above in detail are added into the reactor in the specified amounts without any specific order, stirred for a period of time, rested upon performing appropriate density and pH controls, and packaged after being filtered. The pH value of the chemical mixture according to the present invention is 8.5, wherein it comprises a red dye for enabling the control of a possible leakage. Different dyes having the appropriate pH values can be used instead of the solvent red (dexin) for coloring thereof.
It is used as a concentrated mixture for ease of transportation and storage.
