[0046] 如图 2、 图 7所示, 当所述电子烟盒内装有所述电子烟 200时, 所述杠杆结构 20的 卡持部 201 抵设于所述底座 11 的上端, 进而对所述第一弹性件 12产生向下的作用力, 此 时, 所述第一弹性件 12处于被压縮状态。 如图 3、 图 8所示, 当需要吸烟时, 按压所述弹 出按钮 30, 所述弹出按钮 30驱动所述杠杆结构 20的动力部 202朝向所述烟槽 103方向位 移, 并在所述转轴 21 的作用下, 带动所述杠杆结构 20的卡持部 201分离于所述底座 11, 进而消除对所述第一弹性件 12的向下的作用力, 所述第一弹性件 12在没有向下作用力的情 况下, 利用其自身的弹性性能回弹, 直至所述底座 11抵接于所述烟槽 103 的底部, 此时, 所述电子烟 200被弹出, 直接用嘴即可叼取所述电子烟 200。
[0047] 请参考图 4、 图 9, 当需要将所述电子烟 200放回所述电子烟盒内时, 将所述电子烟 200插入所述烟槽 103内, 在所述电子烟 200的插入过程中, 所述电子烟 200与所述底座 11 相抵接并持续向所述底座 11施加向下的作用力, 进而使得所述第一弹性件 12被压縮, 所述 杠杆结构 20的卡持部 201 同时沿所述底座 11的外壁滑行, 直至所述底座 11下降至所述杠 杆结构 20的卡持部 201的下端, 所述杠杆结构 20在所述弹性复位结构的作用力下复位, 此 时所述杠杆结构 20的卡持部 201抵设于所述底座 11的上端, 进而完成所述电子烟 200的放 置。

Claims
1. 一种电子烟盒, 包括盒体, 所述盒体内设置有用以容置电子烟的烟槽, 其中, 所述盒体 上设置有用以弹出电子烟的弹出装置, 所述弹出装置包括设置于烟槽下端可沿电子烟进出方 向弹性抵设于电子烟与盒体之间的弹出结构, 以及通过一转轴固定于盒体内的杠杆结构; 所 述杠杆结构的一端构成用以在放置电子烟时卡持弹出结构的卡持部, 而其另一端构成在受外 力作用时朝向烟槽方向转动并带动卡持部取消对弹出结构的卡持以使电子烟弹出的动力部。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹出装置还包括一端抵接于杠杆结构的动力 部而另一端伸出盒体的弹出按钮。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹出按钮穿设于盒体的侧壁上, 且所述弹出 按钮的按压方向与杠杆结构的转动方向相同。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹出按钮与杠杆结构设置呈分体式结构, 所 述弹出按钮穿设于盒体的侧壁上, 且所述弹出按钮的按压方向垂直于杠杆结构的转动方向, 所述弹出按钮的朝向杠杆结构一端设置有与杠杆结构的动力部配合滑行以带动杠杆结构的动 力部朝向烟槽方向转动的滑行斜面。
5. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹出按钮为自杠杆结构的动力部朝向盒体外 部延伸形成。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹出结构包括设置于烟槽下方并与烟槽配合 固定电子烟的底座, 以及设置于底座底部以将底座弹性固定于烟槽与盒体之间的第一弹性 件。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一弹性件为压縮弹簧。
8. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体内设置有用以对弹出结构的运动方向进 行导向的导向结构。
9. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述卡持部为自杠杆结构的靠弹出结构一端朝向 弹出结构延伸形成的凸块, 所述凸块在放置电子烟时卡持于底座上端而在取出电子烟时分离 于底座。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 当所述杠杆结构与弹出结构为非卡持状态时, 所 述杠杆结构的卡持部位于底座的下端; 所述杠杆结构的卡持部及底座的相对侧对应设置呈配 合滑行的倾斜面。
11. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述杠杆结构设置有弹性固定所述杠杆结构并带 动杠杆结构复位的弹性复位结构。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹性复位结构为自所述杠杆结构的动力部
延伸形成的与烟槽外侧壁相抵接的弹性臂。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述弹性复位结构为与所述杠杆结构配合设置 的第二弹性件。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第二弹性件为套设于转轴上且一支脚与杠 杆结构弹性抵接而另一支脚弹性抵接于盒体内部的扭簧。
15. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述烟槽为内轮廓与电子烟外轮廓相适配以放置 单根电子烟的独立烟槽。
