Abstract

Illuminating lamp comprises a top cover structure (1) and a lower structure base (5). At least one hole (2) is formed in the top cover structure (1) for installing at least one light receiver (3), and a solar cell (4) is attached above the lower structure base (5). The light receiver (3) is a lens or a light receiver sheet for transmitting light to the solar cell (4). The illuminating lamp also comprises a major controller (8), an inside motor (19) and an outside motor (20). A light meter (6) is provided on the top cover structure (1) to communicate with the controller (8) to control the inside motor (19) to move the lamp up-down with desired angle or control the outside motor (20) to move the lamp left-right by desired angle.

Background of related art or science
Refer to the advertorial announcement 122456 of Thai Patent Application no 1 101002558, it shows one type of lamp that is installed into floor, wall, or ceiling of the building. The lamp composes of left cover plate for installing with right cover plate. Around left receiving edge, there is hole through out the left receiving edge of which its one end attached with one end of left push spring that the left push spring's other end attached with the right receiving edge of the right cover plate. The inner space of the cover plate is attached with part of left inner support sheet to be placed upon by right inner support sheet and attached with part of illuminating set. There is also the right Cover plate for attaching by left cover plate of which its part of right receiving edge contains of hole through out the right receiving edge. One end of the hole inserted with right push spring that the spring's another end pushes against part of left receiving edge of the left cover plate. At inner space of cover plate, it is held with part of right inner plate for receiving the attached of left inner support base. The bulb is illuminating by connecting with outside conducting wire or it could equipped with solar cell attached on the separated base apart from lamp for receiving the light reflected on the solar cell and generating the electricity supplied to lamp through Connecting wire.
Characteristics and purpose of this invention
Illuminating lamp composes of top cover structure which contains of hole on the cover at least one hole for installing light reflecting sheet at least one sheet. The light reflecting sheet would reflect the light and pass through to solar cell attached above the lower structure base while top cover structure has installed with lower structure. At another part of top cover structure, there is light meter to transmit the data back to controller to control the working function of inner driving motor up- down by desired distance or control the outside driving motor function illuminating lamp moving left-right by desired distance.
The purpose of this invention is to have illuminating lamp of which its upper part could be installed with light receiver and reflector and pass through the light to solar cell attached inner part of the same lamp. The lamp could be adjusted up-down, or left-right by functioning motor control by the light meter which measures the light receiver at the highest level at the meter.

7. Illuminating lamp according to claim 1-6, whichever claim, major controller (8) and battery (18) are equipped inside of outside box (29) for equipped outside box (29) installed around the location illuminating lamp is installed.

13. Illuminating lamp according to claim 1-12, whichever claim, one part at the lower part of outside compensated spinning system 27 contains of holding base 30 made from tube or structure to support holding with the locatio that need to install the illuminating lamp.
