Abstract

The invention relates to the advertising industry and is directed towards developing new types of advertisements and producing new advertising effects, as well as towards controlling installations and spatially orienting satellites and maintaining a given distance therebetween. In the present method for advertising in space, involving the use of an advertising medium that is launched into space and a means for rendering same visible for mass viewing, the advertising medium is disposed on a rotating satellite platform, to which are attached rods with high definition video cameras and solar batteries attached to the ends thereof. The advertising medium or a model of the item (product) being advertised rotates in front of the lenses of the cameras, separated from the item being advertised by means of the rods, and the image from the cameras is transmitted to Earth, where it is broadcast in real time on high-quality monitors. For a high-quality effect, the space platform with the item being advertised (advertising structure) is oriented in such a way that the item is visible against the background of a celestial body. Continuous gravitational orientation is enabled by means of a long rod having an advertising structure and a rotary assembly attached to one end and a battery and a video recording and data transmission means attached to the other end.
