Abstract
一种出液装置,尤其是用于常温液体与非常温液体的共同出液的出液装置,所述出液装置包括液体通道;其中,所述液体通道包括一条或多条内管(1)、报过在该内管外部并与内管形成间隔的外管(2),所述内管的每一条和所述外管具有一个共用出液管口(10),在该共用出液管口(10)处设有限制内管中的液体向外管流动的流动限制装置(3)。该出液装置通过其特有的限制装置有效地防止内管中的液体流动到外管中,从而使用户可以安全可靠地操作出液装置。
Description
一种出液装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种出液装置, 尤其是用于常温液体与非常温液体 的共同出液的出液装置; 出液装置可以是水龙头、 淋浴器或其他类 似的装置。 背景技术
在本领域中, 不同温度的液体共用一个出液管口的出液装置是 十分常见的。 这些出液装置通常存在的一个问题是: 非常温液体使 出液装置表面的温度变得异常, 即: 过热或过冷, 以至于使需要人 工操作的部位无法用手直接操作, 甚至可能造成用户灼伤、 冻伤等 不良后果。 这些出液装置例如有抽拉水龙头的头部、 可旋转水龙头 的头部等。
因此, 急需一种改善的出液装置以解决上述问题, 增加用户的 使用舒适性和便捷性。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的目的是提供一种改善的出液装置, 其在保 证不同温度的液体共用一个出液管口的同时, 能够避免非常温液体 对出液装置操作表面的温度造成不利影响, 从而便于用户对出液装 置进行操作和使用。
为了上述问题, 本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种出液装置, 其包括液体通道; 该液体通道包括一条或多条内管、 包裹在该内管 外部并与内管形成间隔的外管, 所述内管的每一条和所述外管具有 一个共用出液管口, 在该共用出液管口处设有限制内管中的液体向 外管流动的流动限制装置。
根据本发明的一个优选技术方案, 所述外管至少部分包裹内管, 特別优选内管至少在靠近流动限制装置的部分被外管包裹。
根据本发明的一个优选技术方案, 所述流动限制装置包括与内 管连通的内管连接口、 与外管连通的外管连接口、 与共用出液管口 连通的出液管口连接口, 在所述外管连接口处设有防止内管中的液 体通过该外管连接口流入外管的单向阀门。
根据本发明的一个优选技术方案, 所述单向阀门在外管中的液 体流出时处于打开状态, 而在外管中没有液体流出时处于闭合状态。 此外, 所述单向阔门在外管中的液体和内管中的液体同时流出时也 处于打开状态。 其中, 所述单向阀门通过液流压力控制该单向阀门 的关闭、 打开以及打开的范围。 而且, 所述单向阀门还通过自身的 弹性材料或附加设置的弹性件进一步控制该单向阀门打开的范围。
根据本发明的一个优选技术方案, 所述单向阀门还可以通过自 身的弹性材料或附加设置的弹性件使该单向阀门闭合。
通过以上的技术方案, 本发明的出液装置通过其特有的流动限 制装置有效地防止了内管中的液体到外管中的流动, 从而使用户可 以安全可靠地对出液装置进行操作。 附图说明

以下附图给出的详细说明仅出于示例性的目的而不作为限制。 图 1 是本发明的出液装置的整体结构示意图。 该出液装置包括 包括液体通道; 液体通道还包括内管 1和外管 2, 内管 1设置于外管 2内部并且与外管 2形成间隔。 通常, 在内管 1 中输送非常温液体, 并且用户不可以直接接触到内管 1 ; 在外管 2中输送常温液体, 外管 2的外壁形成出液装置的操作表面,用户可以直接接触到外管 2的外
壁并对谅出液装置进行操作。 在内管 1和外管 2的共用出液管口 10 上设置有流动限制装置 3 , 用于限制内管 1 中的液体向外管 2流动。 若内管 1 中液体流入到外管 2中, 则内管 1 中的非常温液体的温度 就会影响出液装置的操作表面的温度, 从而导致用户无法正常操作; 因此, 利用本发明中的流动限制装置 3有效地避免了这类现象的发 生。 为了实现该目的, 内管 1 至少部分地、 例如在靠近流动限制装 置 3的部分被外管 2包裹。
当然, 根据实际应用还有其他的可行实施例, 如: 内管 1 可以 是一条或多条, 相应地可以设置与内管 1 的数量相等的共用出液管 口 10以及流动限制装置 3, 以实现多个用户的同时安全操作。 另夕卜, 外管 2也可以是一条或多条, 并根据需要设置相应数量的内管 1、共 用出液管口 10以及流动限制装置 3。
此外, 内管 1 和外管 2也可以都输送常温液体, 其中, 内管 1 和外管 2 中的常温液体还可以是不同成分的常温液体。 这种方案可 以用于实验室中。
图 2示出了本发明的流动限制装置的截面图。 由图 2可知, 流 动限制装置 3与内管 1连通的内管连接口 5、与外管 2连通的外管连 接口 6、 与共用出液管口 10连通的出液管口连接口 4, 在外管连接 口 6处设有防止液体通过该外管连接口 6流入外管的单向阀门 7。
在外管 2中的液体流出时, 单向阀门 7处于打开状态。 在外管 2 中的液体和内管 1 中的液体同时流出时, 单向阀门 7仍处于打开状 态; 这时, 单向阀门 7通过液流压力控制该单向阀门打开的范围, 如, 使外管 2中的液流压力始终保持大于内管 1 中的液流压力, 这 样既使单向阀门 7保持打开, 又防止内管 1中的液体流入外管 2中。 在使外管 2 中的液流压力始终保持大于内管 1 中的液流压力的前提 下, 可以适当调节内管 1和 /或外管 2中的液流压力大小, 以控制非 常温液体和常温液体的排量。 在此基础上, 单向阀门 7还可以通过 自身的弹性材料或另外设置的弹性件来进一步控制该单向阀门打开 的范围。
在外管 2 中的没有液体流出、 而内管 1 中的液体流出时, 单向 阀门 7处于闭合状态, 也就是说, 防止内管 1 中的液体流入外管 2 中。 同理, 单向阀门 7 可以通过液流压力使该单向阀门闭合; 还可 以通过自身的弹性材料或另外设置的弹性件使谅单向阀门闭合。
图 3 是本发明的出液装置应用在冷热两用水龙头上的示意图。 其中。 内管 1是开水管, 外管 2是常温水管, 在开水管和常温水管 的共用出液管口 10处设置一个流动限制装置 3。 该流动限制装置 3 可以防止开水管中的热水向常温水管流动, 可以保证水龙头的表面 温度不受开水温度的影响, 从而避免出现用户被灼伤的情况。
上述实施例只是本发明的具体实例, 任何根据本发明构思所作 的改动均应理解为未脱离本发明的保护范围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种出液装置, 包括液体通道; 其特征在于, 所述液体通道 包括一奈或多条内管 ( 1) 、 包裹在该内管外部并与内管形成间隔的 外管 (2) , 所述内管的每一条和所述外管具有一个共用出液管口
( 10) , 在该共用出液管口 ( 10) 处设有限制内管中的液体向外管 流动的流动限制装置 (3) 。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的出液装置,其特征在于,所述外管(2) 至少部分包裹内管 ( 1 ) 。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述流动限 制装置 (3) 包括与内管 ( 1) 连通的内管连接口 (5) 、 与外管 (2) 连通的外管连接口 (6) 、 与共用出液管口 ( 10) 连通的出液管口连 接口 (4) , 在所述外管连接口 (6) 处设有防止所述内管 ( 1 ) 中的 液体通过该外管连接口流入所述外管 (2) 的单向阀门 (7) 。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述单向阀 门 (7) 在外管 (2) 中的液体流出时处于打开状态, 而在外管 (2) 中没有液体流出时处于闭合状态。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述单向阀 门 (7)在外管 (2) 中的液体和内管 U ) 中的液体同时流出时处于 打开状态。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述单 向阀门 (7)通过液流压力控制该单向阀门的关闭、 打开以及打开的 范围。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述单向阀 门 (7)通过自身的弹性材料或附加设置的弹性件来控制该单向阀门 打开的范围。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的出液装置, 其特征在于, 所述单向阀 门( 7 )通过自身的弹性材料或附加设置的弹性件使该单向阀门闭合。
