Description
本发明创造涉及家电领域,特指一种智能家电控制系统。
随着人们生活水平的提高。家电已进入千家万户,现有的家电都是根据家电自身设有的控制面板来设定控制参数,但随着电子技术的飞速发展,靠自身设有的控制面板进行操控,已经远适应不了市场消费需要,同时,传统的家电控制系统只能近距离操作,给用户带来诸多不便及安全隐患,以及家电自身联网的不便,无法直接上网匹配或更新数据。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造的主要目的在于设计一种具有时尚、便捷特性,以及可联网更新数据的智能家电控制系统及其方法。
为达成上述目的,本发明创造应用的技术是:一种智能家电控制系统,包括控制端及其接受该控制端控制的智能家电,其中:该智能家电包括机体及其设置于该机体的控制面板和条形码,该控制端设置有识别器和发送器,以及通过网络下载的与所述控制面板相符合的应用软件并在该控制端生成的控制界面。
在本上述施例中,所述控制面板包括显示屏、接收器和电源开关。
在本上述施例中,所述接收器和电源开关均分别位于所述显示屏的下方。
在本上述施例中,所述接收器是与所述发送器配套的无线接收器,所述条形码包括安装在所述机体上的家电条形码。
在本上述施例中,所述识别器是能读取条形码的摄像头、扫描器、红外探测器或对码器。
在本上述施例中,所述控制端与所述智能家电分别设有连接装置。
在本上述施例中,所述连接装置为线连接的端口,该端口包括连接控制面板的USB端口及设于该控制端的输出/输入端口。
在本上述施例中,所述连接装置是该控制端与智能家电分别设有的SD卡连接器,所述智能家电的SD卡连接器与所述智能家电存储器连通;所述控制端SD卡连接器与控制端存储器连通。

为达成上述目的,本发明创造的技术是:一种在本上述施例中的方法,包括:
步骤一:藉由该控制端的识别器扫描该智能家电设有的条形码并获取条码信息;
步骤二:根据步骤一获得的条码信息,利用该控制端到互联网数据库下载相匹配的应用软件安装;
步骤三:选择相应的可控制该智能家电的控制界面并设定参数;
步骤四:由该控制端发送器向该智能家电发出操控指令。
本发明创造与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:时尚、便捷、安全性好,且可更新操控数据。

请参见图1所示,为本发明创造之智能家电控制系统的框架图。该智能家电控制系统,包括控制端10和至少一个智能家电20,所述控制端10是指手机和/或个人电脑,所述智能家电20可以是压力煲、洗衣机、电冰箱、微波炉、电热水器、电视机等。通过所述控制端10控制所述智能家电20可充分利用现有资源,同时,对于需控制多个不同类型的智能家电20的用户来讲,操作比较方便、简单。以下通过优选手机控制端10与任意一品牌智能家电20为例,并说明如下:
请结合参见图2所示,为本发明创造之智能家电控制系统的第一实施例示意图。该智能家电控制系统,包括控制端10及其接受该控制端10控制的智能家电20,其中:
请再结合图4所示,该智能家电20包括机体21及其设置于该机体21的控制面板22和条形码23,用户可通过网络下载该控制面板22的应用软件安装在该控制端10并生成与该控制面板22相符的控制界面12,然后可藉由所述控制端10的控制界面12控制该智能家电20进行参数设定。在本发明创造实施例中,通过该智能家电控制系统可让用户根据自身需求在互联网服务器40选择各种家电的控制界面12,藉此形成多类型家电的通用控制装置。所述控制面板22包括显示屏221、无线数据接收器222和电源开关223,所述无线数据接收器222和电源开关223均近离所述显示屏221安装,但此处不作为限制本发明创造的条件,也就是说可根据自身需求选择所述显示屏221、无线数据接收器222和电源开关223这三者之间的安装位置;该无线数据接收器222通过无线传输与所述控制端10连接,以达到智能家电接受指令的目的;该条形码23分有家电条形码231,还有印刷在食品包装30上的食品条形码31,所述家电条形码231设于智能家电20的机体21上,其条形码集成的内容包括品牌、品名、机型和重量,还包括产地、商家、电源、功率及出厂日期等参数;所述食品条码31,设于食品包装30上,其条码集成的内容包括重量、包装、规格、颜色、气味、形状等,其中:生冷食品还包括制热、产地和生产日期等参数;
该控制端10还设置有识别器11和发送器(未图示);所述识别器11包括摄像头、扫描器、红外探测器、对码器等等;该识别器用于探测、读取所述条形码23、31的信息,并将该条形码23、31的信息通过所述控制端10上传至互联网服务器40,藉此匹配该控制端10下载符合所述控制面板22相适应的应用软件并安装在该控制端10便形成控制端10的控制界面12,以压力煲为例,该压力煲的控制界面12的参数可包括火力、时间、模式(间歇或持续)、压力;以洗衣机为例,该洗衣机的控制界面12的参数可包括浸泡时间、正转时间、反转时间、洗涤模式(轻柔、深度等);在本发明创造实施例中,所述发送器(未图识)设置在该控制端10内部,是向无线数据接收器222发射信号的配套机构;
请参见图3所示,为本发明创造之智能家电控制系统的第二实施例示意图。该智能家电控制系统,包括控制端10及其接受该控制端10控制的智能家电20,其中:所述控制端10与智能家电20是分别设有的有线连接装置(未图示),并通过有线连接实现对该智能家电20进行操作的控制功能,其中:所述智能家电20包括设有连接控制面板USB端口,所述控制端10设有与该智能家电的USB接口相连接的输出/输入端口。
在本发明创造实施例中,所述控制端10与智能家电20分别还设有数据存储器(未图示),所述智能家电20的存储器与该控制面板22连通;所述控制端10的存储器与该控制界面12连通;
在本发明创造实施例中,所述控制端10与智能家电20分别还设有数SD卡连接器(未图示),所述智能家电的SD卡连接器与所述智能家电20的存储器连通;所述控制端的SD卡连接器与控制端10的存储器连通;
在本发明创造实施例中,所述存储器可分别储存通过网络下载的食品菜单,该食品菜单包括品名、重量和加工用的火力及其时间,其加工过程可通过所述控制面板22或控制界面12设定;
在本发明创造实施例中,网络下载应用程序和/或应用菜单,可藉由无线传输、有线连接执行,也可以在连网的电脑中通过SD卡转存到存储器,并藉由所述控制界面12设定执行应用操作;
在本发明创造实施例中,所述控制端10还设置有声控系统(未图示),用户可用声音执行菜单或菜单编号的控制,藉此可指令该智能家电20执行应用程序操作。
鉴于上述发明创造,该智能家电控制系统的应用方法是:首先,藉由该控制端10设有的识别器11扫描该智能家电20设有的条形码23并获取条码信息;第二,根据获取该智能家电20的条码信息,利用该控制端10到互联网数据库中下载匹配应用软件安装;第三,选择相应的可控制该智能家电20的控制界面12设定参数;最后,由该控制端10的发送器向该智能家电20发出操控指令。
在本发明创造实施例中,该应用方法可利用线连接至所述控制端10的储存器,储存器存放的相应菜单并通过控制界面12操控应用菜单。
在本发明创造实施例中,该应用方法还可利用所述控制端10的声控系统,通过识别用户声音,采取声音控制菜单或菜单编号,执行该智能家电的20操控命令。
综上,仅为本发明创造之一较佳实施例,凡依本发明创造之精神所作的简易修饰及等效变化的设计,应涵盖于以下之申请专利的权利范围之内。

- 一种智能家电控制系统,包括控制端及其接受该控制端控制的智能家电,其特征在于:该智能家电包括机体及其设置于该机体的控制面板和条形码,该控制端设置有识别器和发送器,以及通过网络下载的与所述控制面板相符合的应用软件并在该控制端安装生成单独操作的控制界面。
- 如权利要求1所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述控制面板包括显示屏、接收器和电源开关。
- 如权利要求2所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述接收器和电源开关均近离所述显示屏安装。
- 如权利要求1或3任一项所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述接收器是与所述发送器配套的进行无线数据传输的无线接收器和无线发送器。
- 如权利要求1所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述条形码包括安装在所述机体上的家电条形码。
- 如权利要求1所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述识别器是能读取家电条形码和食品条形码的摄像头、扫描器、红外探测器或对码器。
- 如权利要求1所示的智能家电控制系统,其特征在于:所述控制端与所述智能家电分别设有连接装置。
