金属零件清洗液及制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗液 及制备方法 ,特别是一种 金属零件清洗液及制备方法。
背景技术
金属零件特别是高精零件在组装前都需要清洗,目前清洗这些零件大多利用三氯乙烷,三氯乙烷的大量使用会大量的消耗臭氧层物质,严重危害人类生存环境。
臭氧层离地面约20到30公里处,它在地球上空形成一把"保护伞",它将太阳光中99%的紫外线过滤掉,这对于地球上生命的生存十分重要。
过量的紫外线会使人和动物免疫力下降,最明显的表现是皮肤癌的发病率增高,甚至于使动物和人眼睛失明。
植物的和微生物会因为承受不了紫外线的强烈照射而死亡。在海洋中直接受到侵害的是浮游生物,海洋中的浮游生物可以大量吸收温室气体。如此,会形成恶性循环。浮游生物的死亡又会产生连锁反应,使海洋中的其它生物相继死亡,并最终将影响的人类的活动。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种环保、对大气臭氧层无破坏作用的金属零件清洗液及制备方法, 克服现有技术的不足。

本发明的金属零件清洗液包括如下组分:磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠、氢氧化钾、非离子表面活性剂、去离子水,所述的各组分的质量配比为:磷酸三钠 ∶焦磷酸钠 ∶氢氧化钾∶非离子表面活性剂∶去离子水=0.5∶0.5∶0.1∶20∶50。
本发明的金属零件清洗液的制备方法如下:按上述质量配比先将磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠、去离子水混合并加温至90ºC,使磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠全部溶解,然后再加入其它成分并搅拌均匀。

本发明的金属零件清洗液对大气臭氧层无破坏作用、绿色环保,制备方法简单,清洗效果好。

  1. 一种金属零件清洗液,其特征在于:包括如下组分:磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠、氢氧化钾、非离子表面活性剂、去离子水,所述的各组分的质量配比为:磷酸三钠∶焦磷酸钠 ∶氢氧化钾∶非离子表面活性剂∶去离子水=0.5∶0.5∶0.1∶20∶50。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的金属零件清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:先将磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠、去离子水混合并加温至90ºC,使磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠全部溶解,然后再加入其它成分并搅拌均匀。
