Description
本实用新型涉及一种 电子吸烟装置 ,更具体地说,涉及一种利用缠绕加热方式对烟丝进行加热的 电子吸烟装置 。
目前电子烤烟领域,市场销售的产品主要有两种:一种是烟丝容器内设置加热丝,一种是用液态燃料燃烧加热铝制烟丝容器,此两种方式都需要占据较大空间,这将直接导致成品的体积增大或烟丝容器体积的减小;此两种方式都是从烟丝的底部加热,受热不均匀,影响烟叶的口感;且前者由于在烟丝容器中盛装烟丝的同时也设置加热丝,使得烟丝更换的时候使用不便,不便于清洁。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中 电子吸烟装置
加热不均匀,占用空间大,不易清洁的缺陷,提供一种加热均匀,占用空间小,易于清洁的 电子吸烟装置 。
本实用新型提供一种 电子吸烟装置
,包括烟体部分,所述烟体部分包括壳体、置于所述壳体内部的加热组件,所述加热组件包含用于放置烟丝的烟丝容器、缠绕于所述烟丝容器外部的加热层、置于所述加热层外部的隔热层。
所述加热层 为电热丝,所述烟丝容器为石英玻璃管;所述加热层接触于所述烟丝容器。
所述加热层为柔性电热膜或电热丝,所述烟丝容器为金属制管状容器,在所述烟丝容器与所述加热层之间还设有绝缘层。
所述加热组件与所述壳体之间形成有用于使外部空气与烟丝容器相连通的通道。
所述隔热层为珍珠棉、 玻璃纤维棉或陶瓷纤维棉 。
所述加热组件还包含缠绕于所述隔热层外部或置于所述隔热层内部的反射层。
所述烟丝容器端部还设有翻边。
所述壳体内还设置有安装于所述吸烟组件的两端的用于对所述吸烟组件起固定作用的硅胶件。
实施本实用新型的 电子吸烟装置
有益效果:通过在烟丝容器的外部缠绕设置加热层,能够均匀加热容纳于烟丝容器中的烟丝;同时是将加热层缠绕设置于烟丝容器的外部,占用体积小;再者由于在烟丝容器的外部而并非是在烟丝容器中设置加热层,使得清洁烟丝时更加方便。
下面将结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,附图中:

为了使本实用新型的目的更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图 1 至图 6 所示,本实用新型涉及一种 电子吸烟装置 ,包括电池部分 1 、烟体部分 2 、烟嘴 3
,置于壳体 4 内部的加热组件 8 。加热组件 8 包含用于放置烟丝的烟丝容器 5 、缠绕于烟丝容器 5 外部的加热层 6 、置于加热层 6 外部的隔热层 7
。
加热层 6 对烟丝的加热方式没有特别限定,可以理解的,加热方式可以为电加热也可以为红外加热方式。
当加热层 6 对烟丝的加热方式为电加热时,具体的,加热层 6 为电热膜或电热丝,烟丝容器 5
为金属制管状容器。
本实施例中,该金属制管状容器为铝制管状容器。
通过将电热膜缠绕于该烟丝容器 5 即铝制管状容器外部或通过将电热丝绕置于铝制管状容器的外部,实现加热层 6
与烟丝容器 5 的组装。
优选的,在加热的过程中,由于烟丝容器 5
为金属件,可能造成短路。为提高安全性,避免在加热的过程中产生短路,还设有绝缘层,该绝缘层置于加热层 6 与烟丝容器 5 之间。
当加热层 6 对烟丝的加热方式为红外加热时,具体的,加热层 6 为电热丝 ,通过将电热丝丝绕置于烟丝容器
5 的外部实现加热层 6 与烟丝容器 5 的组装。以此对应的,烟丝容器 5 为石英玻璃管。
此时加热层 6 即电热丝接触于烟丝容器 5 。
可以理解的是在红外加热方式时,电热丝的种类没有特别的限定,可为镍铬合金丝或铁铬合金丝。
具体的,在图 2 中,烟丝容器 5 可仅为以光滑的管状结构,可在烟丝容器 5
的两端设置翻边,使得安装加热层 6 、隔热层 7 等更加牢固,也可增强跌落可靠性。
该两种加热方式均为电路控制其加热的时间与温度,具体的,电热膜、电热丝、镍铬合金丝均设置有引线端,引线端与加热电路连接实现加热及控制。其中,引线端的安装位置无特别限定。
同时,在加热层 6 周边、引线端与加热电路之间设置一温控单元,用以检测加热层温度,但通过加热层 6
将烟丝加热至预设温度时,加热电路断开,停止对烟丝的加热;反之,当未达到预设温度,加热电路保持闭合状态,继续进行对烟丝的加热。
隔热层的材料没有特别限定,具体的,隔热层 可以为玻璃纤维棉,陶瓷纤维棉等隔热材料。
优选的,所述加热组件 8 还包括反射层,反射层置于隔热层 7 的内部或置于隔热层 7 的外部。
设置反射层可降低 热量向外的热辐射,使得热量充分利用,减少耗能。
壳体 4 与所述隔热层 7 之间形成有通道 9 。
具体的,通道 9 将烟丝容器 5 与外界连通,在抽烟时,为烟丝容器 5 中提供气体。加热层 6
工作时,除对烟丝容器 5 中烟丝进行加热,还有一部分热量可对通道 9
内的气体进行加热,使得在抽烟时,从通道中吸入的气体经过了预加热,故充分利用了热量,从而提高了加热效率。
还包括对吸烟组件 8 起固定作用的硅胶件 12 ,该硅胶件 12 置于壳体 4 内且安装于吸烟组件 8
的两端。通过将吸烟组件 8 卡置于硅胶件中实现对吸烟组件 8 的固定。
烟嘴 3 可拆卸地连接于烟体部分 2 的一端。
铜件 13 均呈中空结构。
烟嘴 3 由柔软材质构成,例如,可以列举出由橡胶、树脂、硅胶等构成。通过将烟嘴 3 卡于铜件 13
的中空部分内,实现烟嘴 3 与烟体部分 5 的结合。
可以理解的是,密封部件 10 是由柔软材质构成,例如,可以列举出由橡胶、树脂,硅胶等构成。
电池部分 1 的安装位置即与烟体部分 2 的安装方式没有特别的限定,可以包括下面两种情况。
即,电池部分 1 可拆卸地连接于烟体部分 2 的另一端,与,电池部分 1 固定安装于烟体部分 2
的一侧。
如图 4 所示,当电池部分 1 可拆卸地连接于烟体部分 2 的另一端时,还包括密封部件 10 ,密封部件
10 置于烟体部分 2 与电池部分 1 之间实现两者的密封。
如图 5 、图 6 所示,当电池部分 1 固定安装于烟体部分 2 的一侧时, 还包括隔离区 8 ,隔离区
8 设置于烟体部分 2 与电池部分 1 之间。
通过在隔离区内可设置隔热棉等材料对电池部分 1 与烟体部分 2 进行隔离。
烟体部分 2 端部还包括密封部件 10 ,烟体部分 2 的端部设置有通孔 17 。密封部件 10
插置于通孔 17 中实现烟体部分 2 的密封。
可以理解的是,密封部件 10 是由柔软材质构成,例如,可以列举出由橡胶、树脂,硅胶等构成。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护之内。

- 一种 电子吸烟装置 ,包括烟体部分( 2 ),其特征在于:所述烟体部分( 2 )包括壳体( 4 )、置于所述壳体( 4 )内部的加热组件( 8 ),所述加热组件( 8 )包含用于放置烟丝的烟丝容器( 5 )、缠绕于所述烟丝容器( 5 )外部的加热层( 6 )、置于所述加热层( 6 )外部的隔热层( 7 )。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子吸烟装置,其特征在于, 所述加热层(6)为电热丝,所述烟丝容器( 5)为石英玻璃管;所述加热层(6)接触于所述烟丝容器(5)。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 电子吸烟装置 ,其特征在于,所述加热层( 6 )为柔性电热膜或电热丝,所述烟丝容器( 5 )为金属制管状容器,在所述烟丝容器( 5 )与所述加热层( 6 )之间还设有绝缘层。
- 根据权利要求 2 或 3 所述的 电子吸烟装置 ,其特征在于,所述加热组件( 8 )与所述壳体( 4 )之间形成有用于使外部空气与烟丝容器( 5 )相连通的通道( 9 )。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述隔热层为珍珠棉、 玻璃纤维棉或陶瓷纤维棉 。
- 根据权利要求 5 所述的 电子吸烟装置 ,其特征在于,所述加热组件( 8 )还包含缠绕于所述隔热层( 7 )外部或置于所述隔热层( 7 )内部的反射层。
- 根据权利要求 1 至 6任意一项 所述的 电子吸烟装置 ,其特征在于,所述烟丝容器( 5 )端部还设有翻边。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的 电子吸烟装置 ,其特征在于,所述壳体( 4 )内还设置有安装于所述吸烟组件( 8 )的两端的用于对所述吸烟组件( 8 )起固定作用的硅胶件( 12 )。
