第三步, 将弯钩 2的旋转轴 21按入弧形槽 11, 同时扭簧 3的另一端 落入弧形槽 11内的抵顶槽 13中, 此时扭簧 3被固定于弧形槽 11内。 由 于扭簧 3自身的弹性, 在按压弯钩 2的过程中扭簧 3完成了自动预紧的 工序。 拆卸时, 用工具将扭簧 3的另一端拨离抵顶槽 13, 扭簧 3从弧形槽 11内脱落, 底板 1与弯钩 2分离, 完成拆卸过程。
其中, 所述底板 1的底部安装有悬挂胶板夹的挂臂 4。 挂臂 4方 便胶板夹的悬挂, 使用非常方便。
其中, 所述底板 1的底部开设有挂臂槽 5, 所述挂臂 4的上部设 有挂孔 41,挂臂 4的下部设有将挂臂 4限制于挂臂槽 5内的挡块 42, 所述挂臂 4活动安装于挂臂槽 5内。
其中,所述挂臂槽 5和挡块 42分别设有相互卡合的卡点 51和卡 槽 421 ; 使用挂臂 4时, 拉动挂臂 4使挡块 42的卡槽 421脱离卡点 51, 挂臂 4上部的挂孔 41伸出底板 1 ; 不使用挂臂 4时, 推动挂臂 4 使挡块 42的卡槽 421和挂臂槽 5的卡点 51卡合,挂臂 4固定于挂臂 槽 5内。
其中, 所述底板 1设有固定胶板夹的固定孔 6。
进一步地, 所述固定孔 6的个数为两个。一般胶板夹可以固定于 固定板上使用, 通过固定孔 6可以实现该应用, 从安装稳固和方便等 方面考虑, 设计两个固定孔 6最为实用。
实施例二:
如图 4和图 5所示, 本实施例相对于实施例一的区别之处在于: 其中, 所述底板 1的底部开设有安装扭簧 3的另一端的安装槽 14, 所述安装槽 14上端设有挡住扭簧 3防止其脱落安装槽 14的挡板 141 ; 安装时,掰动扭簧 3的另一端使其卡入挡板 141下方的安装槽 14内。
采用该方案的底板 1可以有效防止扭簧 3脱落,拆装都非常方便。 具体安装过程如下:
第一步, 安装扭簧 3 : 将扭簧 3套接于旋转轴 21, 并将扭簧 3的一 端铆接于旋转轴 21 ;
第二步, 将弯钩 2的固定部 23放于底板 1的正面, 将弯钩 2的旋转 轴 21放于底板 1的背面的弧形槽 11开口处,同时将扭簧 3的另一端置于 安装槽 14上;
第三步, 将弯钩 2的旋转轴 21按入弧形槽 11;
第四步: 掰动扭簧 3的另一端使其卡入挡板 141下方的安装槽 14内, 此时扭簧 3被固定于弧形槽 11内。
拆卸时, 用工具将扭簧 3的另一端拨离挡板 141下方, 并将其移出 安装槽 14, 此时, 扭簧 3从弧形槽 11内脱落, 底板 1与弯钩 2分离, 完 成拆卸过程。
实施例三:
如图 6和图 7所示,本实施例相对于实施例一和实施例二的区别 之处在于: 其中, 所述扭簧 3的另一端抵顶于弧形槽 11的侧壁。 所 述底板 1设有便于扭簧 3预紧的预紧槽 15。
具体安装过程如下:
第一步, 安装扭簧 3: 将扭簧 3套接于旋转轴 21, 并将扭簧 3的一 端铆接于旋转轴 21 ;
第二步, 将弯钩 2的固定部 23放于底板 1的正面, 将弯钩 2的旋转 轴 21放于底板 1的背面的弧形槽 11开口处,同时将扭簧 3的另一端置于 底板 1的预紧槽 15; 第三步, 用力将弯钩 2的旋转轴 21按入弧形槽 11, 同时扭簧 3的另 一端落入弧形槽 11并抵顶于弧形槽 11的侧壁, 由于底板 1采用塑胶材 料制成, 由于塑胶本身的韧性能够保证扭簧 3的另一端与侧壁卡紧。 由于扭簧 3自身的弹性, 在按压弯钩 2的过程中扭簧 3完成了自动预紧 的工序。
拆卸时, 用工具将扭簧 3的另一端拨离弧形槽 11, 扭簧 3从弧形槽 11内脱落, 底板 1与弯钩 2分离, 完成拆卸过程。
这种结构的底板 1结构简单, 制作方便, 但是存在扭簧 3脱离弧 形槽 11的风险, 所以这种结构的胶板夹一般直接固定于固定板上使 用, 可以有效防止扭簧 3脱落, 使用非常方便。 在该实施例中, 还可 以在弧形槽 11内设置抵顶块, 用于固定扭簧的另一端。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对本实用新 型保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本实用新型作了详细地说 明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本实用新型的技术方案 进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的实质和范 围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种胶板夹, 包括底板、 弯钩和扭簧, 所述弯钩包括位于前端 两侧的旋转轴、 中部两侧的连接部和位于后端的固定部, 连接部的两 端分别与相应的旋转轴的一端和固定轴的其中一端连接, 其特征在 于: 所述底板为塑胶板, 所述塑胶板的前端向上拱起形成弧形槽,所 述旋转轴的另一端插入弧形槽内, 且所述扭簧套接于旋转轴上, 所述 扭簧的一端与旋转轴铆接, 扭簧的另一端可拆卸抵顶于底板上, 弯钩 通过旋转轴与底板铰接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板的 弧形槽内设有抵顶槽, 所述扭簧的另一端抵顶于抵顶槽内。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述扭簧的 另一端抵顶于弧形槽的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底 板设有便于扭簧预紧的预紧槽。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板的 底部开设有安装扭簧的另一端的安装槽,所述安装槽上端设有挡住扭 簧防止其脱落安装槽的挡板; 安装时, 掰动扭簧的另一端使其卡入挡 板下方的安装槽内。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板的 底部安装有悬挂胶板夹的挂臂。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板的 底部开设有挂臂槽, 所述挂臂的上部设有挂孔, 挂臂的下部设有将挂 臂限制于挂臂槽内的挡块, 所述挂臂活动安装于挂臂槽内。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述挂臂槽 和挡块分别设有相互卡合的卡点和卡槽; 使用挂臂时, 拉动挂臂使挡 块的卡槽脱离卡点, 挂臂上部的挂孔伸出底板; 不使用挂臂时, 推动 挂臂使挡块的卡槽和挂臂槽的卡点卡合, 挂臂固定于挂臂槽内。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板设 有固定胶板夹的固定孔。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的一种胶板夹, 其特征在于: 所述固 定孔的个数为两个。
