본 발명은 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 상세하게, 제 1전극; 제 1전극상 위치하며 광흡수체가 함입된 복합층; 상기 복합층 상부에 위치하며 광흡수체로 이루어진 광흡수 구조체; 상기 광흡수 구조체 상부에 위치하는 홀 전도층; 및 상기 홀 전도층 상부에 위치하는 제2전극;을 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
