一种外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房电器,具体地说涉及一种外排和内循环式薄 型抽油烟机。 背景技术
薄型抽油烟机因其结构紧凑、 占用空间小, 且价格相对便宜, 故 得到相当部分用户的喜爱。但现有一般的薄型抽油烟机是直接将油烟 排到大气中, 实际也存在油烟的二次污染; 还有另一种薄型抽油烟机 是将油烟经分离处理后排到厨房内循环, 但是其结构比较复杂, 成本 也过高; 而且目前的薄型抽油烟机使用性能也极其单一。 发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种外排和内循环式薄型抽油烟机, 以克服现有技术中抽油烟机性能单一、 结构复杂的缺陷。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 包括安装于抽油烟室中的抽风装置; 所述抽风装置包括壳体、 罩极电 机、 碳盒、 风道、 外排风口、 挡风板; 所述外排风口设置于壳体的侧 壁上, 所述壳体左右两边分别设有风道, 所述外排风口与左右两边的 风道贯通, 所述挡风板安装于所述外排风口上, 所述罩极电机分别设 置于所述壳体左右两边的风道上,罩极电机下端设有可过滤油烟异味 的碳盒, 油烟进风口设有所述碳盒上, 壳体中还设有出线凹槽, 分别 由相应的遮线板八、 遮线板 L及遮线板 T盖住。
上述技术方案中,所述壳体左右两边分别设有安装与所述罩极电 机相配的圆形孔。
上述技术方案中, 所述风道为平面涡卷式的形状, 在壳体前面还 设有内循环的排放道, 内循环的排放道与左右两边的风道相贯通。 上述技术方案中,所述风道与外排风口的方向、内循环的排放道、 罩极电机的排风流道设在同一水平面上。
上述技术方案中,所述安装于外排风口上的所述挡风板与壳体之 间为铰链式连接, 通过设置于挡风板另一端的长方形凸块来回转向。
上述技术方案中, 所述罩极电机下端设有适配于碳盒的凸起装 置, 通过凸起装置使碳盒上的通孔与之相配, 用于防止碳盒松动。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的技术方案具有以下优点: 薄型抽油烟 机内循环排放不用排气导管,被分离的油烟异味进入碳盒净化后排放 到厨房内循环为洁净气流; 外排时, 通过排气导管排到室外为无油污 染的洁净空气;而且本发明薄型抽油烟机使用极其简单的结构将外排 和内循环的功能结合起来, 使其具有内循环和外排的双重选择功能, 极大满足了不同家庭的生活使用, 极其方便, 再加上使用了两个罩极 电机, 其抽油烟效果更佳。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细 描述。 以下实施例用于说明本发明, 但不用来限制本发明的范围。 如图 1、 2所示, 一种外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 包括安装于 抽油烟室中的抽风装置 1 ; 所述抽风装置 1包括壳体 2、 罩极电机 3、 碳盒 4、 风道 5、 外排风口 6、 挡风板 7; 所述外排风口 6设置于壳体 2的侧壁上, 所述壳体 2左右两边分别设有风道 5 , 外排风口 6与左 右两边的风道 5贯通, 所述挡风板 7安装于所述外排风口 6上, 所述 罩极电机 3分别设置于所述壳体 2左右两边的风道 5上, 罩极电机 3 下端设有可过滤油烟异味的碳盒 4,油烟进风口 8设有所述碳盒 4上, 壳体 2中还设有出线凹槽 9 , 电源线铺设于凹槽中, 然后分别由相应 的遮线板 A 10、 遮线板 L 11及遮线板 T 12盖住, 以使抽油烟机更加 美观。
所述壳体 2左右两边分别设有安装与所述罩极电机 3相配的圆形 孔 13 , 左右两边所述的罩极电机其风叶的转向分别是逆时针和顺时 针, 所述风叶的转向要与排风流道相一致。
所述风道 5为平面涡卷式的形状,在壳体前面还设有内循环的排 放道 14 , 内循环的排放道与左右两边的风道相贯通, 当左右两边的 油烟从内循环的排放风道相遇时,油烟进一步的爬升从抽油烟室中排 到厨房内。
所述风道 5与外排风口 6的方向、 内循环的排放道 14、 罩极电 机 3的排风流道设在同一水平面上。
所述安装于外排风口 6上的所述挡风板 7与壳体 2之间为铰链式 连接, 通过设置于挡风板 7另一端的长方形凸块来回转向。
所述罩极电机 3下端设有适配于碳盒的凸起装置 15 , 通过凸起 装置使碳盒上的通孔 16与之相配, 用于防止碳盒 4松动。
如图 3所示, 是本发明在外排使用时的工作过程, 首先将左右两 边的挡风板 7打开, 抽油烟机接上电源后开始工作, 油烟异味从碳盒 中净化后进入罩极电机加压后经左右两边的风道 5迅速从外排风口 6 通过排气导管排到室外。 当然, 如果本发明在一些油烟味较重的特殊 家庭使用时, 也可直接将碳盒拆卸, 直接从外排风口 6通过排气导管 排到室外。
如图 4所示, 是本发明在室内循环使用时的工作过程, 首先将左 右两边的挡风板 7关闭, 抽油烟机接上电源后开始工作, 由于左右两 边的挡风板 7关闭, 四周也由抽油烟室的机壳封闭, 油烟异味从碳盒 中净化后进入罩极电机加压后分别从左右两边的风道 5 向壳体前面 内循环的排放道相会合,最后油烟爬升从抽油烟室上设置的风口排到 厨房内循环。
本发明的薄型抽油烟机内循环排放不用排气导管,被分离的油烟 异味进入碳盒净化后排放在厨房内循环为洁净气流; 外排时, 通过排 气导管排到室外为无油污染的洁净空气;而且本发明薄型抽油烟机使 用极其简单的结构将外排和内循环的功能结合起来,使其具有内循环 和外排的双重选择功能,极大满足了不同家庭的生活使用,极其方便, 再加上使用了两个罩极电机, 其抽油烟效果更佳。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领 域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下, 还可以 做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 包括安装于抽油烟室中的 抽风装置, 所述抽风装置包括壳体、 罩极电机、 碳盒、 风道、 外排风 口、 挡风板, 其特征在于: 所述外排风口设置于壳体的侧壁上, 所述 壳体左右两边分别设有风道, 所述外排风口与左右两边的风道贯通, 所述挡风板安装于所述外排风口上,所述罩极电机分别设置于所述壳 体左右两边的风道上, 罩极电机下端设有可过滤油烟异味的碳盒, 油 烟进风口设有所述碳盒上, 壳体中还设有出线凹槽, 分别由相应的遮 线板 A、 遮线板 L及遮线板 T盖住。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 其特征在 于: 所述壳体左右两边分别设有安装与所述罩极电机相配的圆形孔。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 其特征在 于: 所述风道为平面涡卷式的形状, 在壳体前面还设有内循环的排放 道, 内循环的排放道与左右两边的风道相贯通。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 其特征在 于: 所述风道与外排风口的方向、 内循环的排放道、 罩极电机的排风 流道设在同一水平面上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 其特征在 于: 所述安装于外排风口上的所述挡风板与壳体之间为铰链式连接, 通过设置于挡风板另一端的长方形凸块来回转向。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的外排和内循环薄型抽油烟机, 其特征在 于: 所述罩极电机下端设有适配于碳盒的凸起装置, 通过凸起装置使 碳盒上的通孔与之相配, 用于防止碳盒松动。
