Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る外断熱外装パネル1について、図1乃至図3を参照して説明する。図1は、コンクリートや木でできた建物外壁Wの外壁面Waに取り付けた状態の外断熱外装パネル1の斜視図である。図2は、建物外壁Wの外壁面Waに取り付けた状態の外断熱外装パネル1の断面図である。図3は、外断熱外装パネル1を建物外壁Waに取り付ける方法を説明するための説明図である。なお、図1の上下方向が鉛直方向であり、図2及び図3は水平面で切った断面である。
本発明の第2実施形態に係る外断熱外装パネル1Aについて、図4を参照して説明する。第1実施形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。図4は、第2実施形態に係る、建物外壁Wの外壁面Waに取り付けた状態の外断熱外装パネル1Aの断面図である。外断熱外装パネル1Aは、断熱材10を備えている点のみ第1実施形態の外断熱外装パネル1と異なり、これ以外は同じである。
本発明の第3実施形態に係る外断熱外装パネル1Bについて、図5を参照して説明する。第1実施形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。図5は、第3実施形態に係る、建物外壁Wの外壁面Waに取り付けた状態の外断熱外装パネル1Bの断面図である。外断熱外装パネル1Bは、断熱材11を備えている点のみ第1実施形態の外断熱外装パネル1と異なり、これ以外は同じである。
本発明の第4実施形態に係る外断熱外装パネル1Cについて、図6を参照して説明する。第1実施形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。図6は、第4実施形態に係る、建物外壁Wの外壁面Waに取り付けた状態の外断熱外装パネル1Cの断面図である。外断熱外装パネル1Cは、断熱材12を備えている点のみ第1実施形態の外断熱外装パネル1と異なり、これ以外は同じである。
Claims (12)
- 建物の外壁の外壁面に設置されて前記外壁面との間に空気断熱層を形成する板材と、
前記板材を前記外壁面に対して点接触で支持する支持部と、
を備えた外断熱外装パネル。 - 前記支持部は、前記板材と前記外壁面との間に配置されて前記板材と前記外壁との間の熱伝達を抑える断熱部材を含む
請求項1に記載の外断熱外装パネル。 - 前記支持部は、前記外壁に一端が固定されるねじ又は釘を含む
請求項1または2に記載の外断熱外装パネル。 - 前記支持部は、
前記板材と前記外壁面との間に挟まれて前記板材と前記外壁との間の熱伝達を抑える樹脂製のリング状の断熱部材と、
前記断熱部材の開口部に挿通された状態で前記外壁に一端が固定されるねじ又は釘と、を含む
