本实用新型涉及一种办公用品，特别涉及一种用来夹持资料的资料夹。
背景技术
目前，平面资料一般放置在资料夹内，并通过配置在资料夹封闭端内侧的压扣式或穿孔式夹持装置进行组装固定，上述两种夹持装置存在着构造复杂、制作成本高的缺陷，以致资料夹的制作成本较高。还有一类文件夹，在其内部没有设置夹持装置，只是在其中设置若干一端开口的透明袋状结构，存放文件时候，将文件插入该袋状结构中，这类文件夹，文件存放量小，且文件的存放和取用比较繁琐。
 发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种成本低廉、结构简单、文件存取方便的资料夹。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种资料夹，包括一可弯折的夹板，该夹板通过弯折形成夹面和夹底，所述夹底靠近夹板弯折处再次弯折形成一具备一开口的夹槽，至少一个可安装于前述夹槽内的夹子固设于夹槽的内部或者表面。
作为本实用新型优选的实施方式，所述夹槽和夹子的横截面均为具有一开口的三角形结构，所述夹子为一金属片一体化弯折成型，其包括水平的底片、向上弯折形成的侧片及继续向下向内弯折形成的弹性夹片三部分，所述夹子粘贴或者铆接设置于所述夹槽的内部，其弹性夹片位于夹槽倾斜面内，底片位于夹槽底面内。
所述夹面、夹底均为硬质板，两者相互独立，通过在它们的表面粘附一层胶布或者胶带将它们连成一体，连接处为所述夹板的弯折处。
作为本实用新型进一步优选的实施方式，所述夹子的弹性夹片的边缘轮廓为矩形，底片边缘轮廓为下列形状之一：矩形、斧头形、梯形或者圆弧形，且底片面积大于弹性夹片面积。
作为本实用新型更进一步优选的实施方式，所述夹子的底片、侧片和弹性夹片的一个或多个上分别设有小孔。
所述夹子的底片或者弹性夹片上设有防滑齿。
作为本实用新型再进一步优选的实施方式，所述夹面的中间设有镂空结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型中，夹持文件的结构只由一个或多个具备一开口的夹子构成，其构造简单合理，使得资料夹的制作成本低。在存取文件的时候只需要打开夹面，然后通过杠杆原理继续向下轻压夹面，就可以打开夹子，实现文件的夹取，操作过程省力、简单。

 具体实施方式
下面通过实施例及其附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1，一种资料夹，由一夹板弯折形成夹面1和夹底2，夹底2靠近夹板弯折处3部分再次弯折形成一具备一开口的夹槽4，夹子5具备与夹槽4相类似的形状，至少一个夹子5固设于该夹槽4的内部或者外表面。
如图1至4所示，所述夹槽4和夹子5均为具一开口的三角形结构，夹子5可以设置于夹槽4内部，夹子5由一金属片一体化弯折成型，其包括底片7、所述金属片向上弯折形成的侧片8以及其继续相下向内弯折形成的向底片倾斜的弹性夹片6，弹性夹片6与底片7一起起到夹持资料的作用。至少一个夹子5采用粘贴或者铆接的方式设置于该夹槽4的内部，弹性夹片6位于夹槽4的倾斜面，底片7位于夹槽4的底面。夹面1和夹底2可以沿着夹板弯折处3开合转动，需要存取文件时候，固定夹底2，打开夹面1，使其与夹槽4倾斜面接触后，继续下压夹面1，即可打开夹子5，进行文件的存取。
夹面1、夹底2均为硬质板，两者相互独立，通过在它们的表面粘附一层胶布或者胶带将它们连成一体，连接处为所述夹板的弯折处3，夹面1与夹底2可以沿着夹板的弯折处3开合。
如图5、图6所示，夹子5的弹性夹片6边缘轮廓为矩形，底片7的边缘轮廓也为矩形，底片7的边缘轮廓的矩形的长大于弹性夹片6边缘轮廓矩形的长，使得底片7的面积大于弹性夹片6的面积，较大面积使底片7与夹底2的粘贴更加牢固。在夹子5弹性夹片6、底片7或者侧面8上设置有一个以上的小孔9，使得夹子5在夹底2中的粘贴更加牢固，小孔9既可以开设在夹子5弹性夹片6、底片7或者侧面8的任意一个上，又可以同时开设在夹子5弹性夹片6、底片7或者侧面8中的两个或多个上。本实施例中，夹子5的底片7设置一个以上横截面为等腰直角三角形的防滑齿10，增大摩擦力，阻止夹子5在夹底2内的滑动，具体实施时，防滑齿10还可以设计为其他形状，只要能满足防滑要求即可，且防滑齿10还可以设置在弹性夹片6上。
如图1所示，在夹面1的中间设置一个镂空结构11，使用者透过镂空结构11可以看到资料的内容，使用更加方便，同时该镂空结构11还可以使资料夹更加美观。
本实用新型在使用时，可用作资料夹、文件夹、忆影集等等。本实用新型中，夹持文件的结构只由一个或多个具备一开口的夹子构成，其构造简单合理，使得资料夹的制作成本低。在存取文件的时候只需要打开夹面，然后通过杠杆原理继续向下轻压夹面，就可以打开夹子，实现文件的夹取，操作过程省力、简单。
以上是对本实用新型的较佳实施进行了具体说明，但本实用新型创造并不限于所述实施例，熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本实用新型精神的前提下还可做作出种种的等同变形或替换，这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

  1. 一种资料夹，包括一可弯折的夹板，该夹板通过弯折形成夹面和夹底，其特征在于：所述夹底靠近夹板弯折处再次弯折形成一具备一开口的夹槽，至少一个可安装于前述夹槽内的夹子固设于夹槽的内部或者表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹槽和夹子的横截面均为具有一开口的三角形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹子为一金属片一体化弯折成型，其包括水平的底片、向上弯折形成的侧片及继续向下向内弯折形成的弹性夹片三部分。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹子粘贴或者铆接设置于所述夹槽的内部，其弹性夹片位于夹槽倾斜面内，底片位于夹槽底面内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹面、夹底均为硬质板，两者相互独立，通过在它们的表面粘附一层胶布或者胶带将它们连成一体，连接处为所述夹板的弯折处。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹子的弹性夹片的边缘轮廓为矩形，底片边缘轮廓为下列形状之一：矩形、斧头形、梯形或者圆弧形，且底片面积大于弹性夹片面积。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹子的底片、侧片和弹性夹片的一个或多个上分别设有小孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹子的底片或者弹性夹片上设有防滑齿。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任何一项所述的资料夹，其特征在于：所述夹面的中间设有镂空结构。
