Abstract

A beverage processing device and method that improves the smoothness, taste and quality of beverages without the use of additives. With said device and method, users can easily process beverages to their own taste. In addition, for processed alcoholic beverages, the levels of undesirable chemicals that cause side effects can be reduced. Said device employs low frequency ultrasonic energy to promote or catalyze reactions that make these improvements to beverages possible in a very short time.
