SHELF FOR BOTTLES
Technical Field
Patent is classified as durable good, furniture, and shelf. It is also classified as a product of wood processing - joint for wooden elements. According to the International patent classification (IPC) patent belongs to the class A478 73/00 ,raks for bottles, i.e. shelves for bottles. Patent could be classified in class B27F 1/Q0,products similar to wooden elements, like joints in swallowtail shape, caps, feathers, cutters, cuts.
Technical Problem
Technical problem solution given by this patent enables bottles shelf construction of wooden elements, different by shapes and sizes, partly assembled, easily, simply and precisely jointed in unlimited horizontal, vertical diagonal and width sizes. Transport and storage are economic owing to the semy assembled elements taking minimum transport and storage space that minimize the storage and transport costs.
Background Art
Similar solutions for botties shelves are not known so far. This statement is based on the review of patent and non patent documentation.
Disclosure of the Invention
Technical problem of shelf construction is successfully resolved owing to this patent.
The construction of shelf for bottles according the basic variant is made of big number of wooden elements with aproximaly octangular cross section shape, connected with elements with aproximaly rectangular cross section shape so that the figure similar to the honey comb is formed and the space between the elements is used for bottles storage.
According to the varinat I, II the concept of the construction is similar but the schedule and constructive connections between elements is a little bit different.
In basic variant, walling system is applied. But in variant I, II " comb "system is applied.

Detailed Description
According to the drawing attached, (Figures 1-7) in basic variant construction, the shelf for the bottles is constructed so that the big number of elements 10 are interconnected through the element 11 in horizontal row. Big number of horizontal lines are connected in the same way in vertical connection, forming honey comb shelf structure. Between elements 10, 11 the holes 14 are formed for bottles storage. Elements 10, 11 are interconnected with caps 12 inserted in holes 13 made in elements 10, 11.
Element 10 worked out from one piece of approximate octagonal shape cross. section, with the convex shaped sides 101 and concave shaped sides 102. Alongside the element 10 on sides 101 the holes 13 are made. Element 11 made with approximate rectangular cross section, with slightly concave sides 111 and concave sides 112. On sides 112 the holes 13 are made. In holes 13 made on elements 10, 11 the caps 12 are inserted to connect all in one piece.
According to the variant i (figures 8-15), the she!f for bottles is made so that element 20 and two elements 22 are interconnected with elements 23 (figure 12), and elements 21 and 22 interconnected with elements 23, forming line (as shown on figure 12).Three lines interconnected and "interlaced " (as shown in figure 11) formed shelf (figure 8). Among these elements the holes 24 are formed for bottles storage. Element 20 made as prism roughly square basis, with concave lateral sides 201. Element 21 made as prism with partly rounded layer 211, and concave fiat side 212. Element 23 is made as prism with lateral concave sides 231 and sides 232 with cuts.
According to the variant II (figure 16-18), shelf for bottles is made of three elements 30 and two elements 32 in the middle and of two end elements 31, that are interconnected in line (as presented in figure 17). Three lines interconnected and interlaced (as in model I) formed shelf (figure 16). Between these elements the holes 33 are made for bottles storage. Element 30 is made as prism with roughly octagonal basis, and flat sides.Element 31 is made as prism with partly rounded layer 310, and flat opposite side. Element 32 is made as prism with flat lateral sides 321 and concave lateral sides 324. Industrial Applicability
Main function of the described shelf for bottles is storage of wine bottles. All shelf models can be situated on the floor, stand, table, bar, or any other convenient place or even shelf could be hanged on the wall. The advantage of the proposed technical solution for the shelf is an easy installation and usage, simple construction of elements made of ecologic material. It is essential to point out that the described shelf construction gives the following advantages in comparison with the existing models:
Simple and fast installation and dismantling, no tools, screws, adhesives
The possibility of modelling in horizontal, vertical and diagonal direction, for one side or double side bottle storage,
Wide application in households, hospitality, wine shops and wineries,
Small storage and transport space when dismantled,
Ecologic clean material characterized by: coloring, strength, elasticity, long life and construction properties,
Wine bottles are held in natural surroundings,
Wine exposure to daily or artificial light is minimized ,
Optima! air circulation, no sudden temperature changes,
Elastic construction reduces potential vibrations,
Bottle in horizontal position enables cork humidity.
