Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両用台車1を表した斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す台車1の平面図である。図3は、図1に示す台車1の側面図である。図4は、図1に示す連結機構16の受け座21,21及びその近傍を表した斜視図である。図1乃至3に示すように、鉄道車両用台車1は、二次サスペンションとなる空気バネ2を介して車体11を支持するための台車枠3として車幅方向(以下、横方向ともいう)に延びる横ばり4を備えているが、横ばり4の横方向両端部から車両長手方向(以下、前後方向ともいう)に延びる側ばりを備えていない。横ばり4の前方及び後方には、横方向に沿って前後一対の車軸5が配置されており、車軸5の横方向両側には車輪6が固定されている。車軸5の横方向両端部には、車輪6よりも横方向外側にて車軸5を回転自在に支持する軸受7が設けられ、その軸受7は軸箱8に収容されている。横ばり4には、電動機9が取り付けられており、その電動機9の出力軸には、車軸5に動力を伝達する減速ギヤが収容されたギヤボックス10が接続されている。なお、横ばり4には、車輪6の回転を制動するためのブレーキ装置(図示せず)も設けられている。
図9は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る台車101の図5相当の図面である。図9に示すように、本実施形態の予備支持部材129は、横ばり4の端部4aに平面視で重なる位置にて板バネ30の下方に配置された板状部材である。予備支持部材129は、板バネ30と隙間をあけた状態で板バネ30の下面に沿って湾曲している。予備支持部材129の前後方向長さは、横ばり4の端部4aの当接部材33の前後方向長さよりも短い。予備支持部材129は、板バネ30が損傷しておらず、横ばり4の端部4aが板バネ30の所定の弾性変形範囲内で正常に上下方向に変位しているときには、板バネ30から離隔して、横ばり4の端部4aを支持していない。
図10は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る台車201の側面図である。図11は、図10に示す台車201の要部拡大図である。図10及び11に示すように、軸箱8には、前後方向から見て略U形状の受枠212が下方に向けて垂設されている。前後の受枠212の間にはロッド211が架け渡されている。ロッド211は、ロッド本体部211aと、そのロッド本体部211aの前後方向の両端部211bとを有し、両端部211bの外周面にはネジが形成されている。受枠212の内部空間に挿通されたロッド211の端部211bには、受枠212の前後方向両側においてナットであるストッパ213,214が螺着されている。ストッパ213,214は、受枠212の内部空間を通過できない大きさであり、受枠212に対して前後方向に所定の隙間をあけて配置されている。このようにして、ロッド211、受枠212及びストッパ213,214が、予備支持機構210を構成している。
図12は、本発明の第4実施形態に係る台車301の側面図である。図12に示すように、横ばり4から一体的に前後一対のブラケット311が垂下されている。ブラケット311の下端部には、軸箱8側に向けて延びるロッド312の基端部が支軸313を介して上下揺動自在に接続されている。ロッド312には、その軸箱8側の先端部312bの外周面にネジが形成されている。軸箱8には前後方向から見て略U形状の受枠314が垂設されており、その受枠314の内部空間にはロッド312の先端部312bが挿通されている。ロッド312の先端部312bには、受枠314の前後方向両側においてナットであるストッパ315,316が螺着されている。ストッパ315,316は、受枠314の内部空間を通過できない大きさであり、受枠314に対して前後方向に所定の隙間をあけて配置されている。このようにして、ブラケット311、ロッド312、支軸313、受枠314及びストッパ315,316が、予備支持機構310を構成している。
図13は、本発明の第5実施形態に係る台車401の一部断面化した要部側面図である。図13に示すように、台車401の連結機構416は、軸箱8から一体的に前後方向に沿って延びた軸ばり417を備えている。軸ばり417の先端側には、内周面が円筒形状で横方向両側が開口する筒状部418が設けられている。筒状部418の内部空間には、ゴムブッシュ419を介して心棒420が挿通されている。さらに、軸ばり417は、筒状部418から軸箱8とは反対側に向けて突出したオーバーハング部440を一体的に有している。オーバーハング部440の下方には、前後方向から見て略U形状のストッパ441が横ばり4と一体的に設けられている。ストッパ441は、オーバーハング部440に対して所定の隙間をあけて配置されている。このようにして、オーバーハング部440及びストッパ441が、予備支持機構410を構成している。
図14は、本発明の第6実施形態に係る台車501の側面図である。図14に示すように、横ばり4の端部4aの下方で前後方向に延びるように前方の軸箱8と後方の軸箱8との間にストッパとしてのフープ513が架け渡されている。具体的には、軸箱8には下方に向けて左右一対のブラケット511が垂設されており、これらブラケット511の間にピン512がその軸線方向を車幅方向に向けた状態で架け渡されている。前後のピン512の間には、無端帯状体であるフープ513が少し弛んだ状態で架け渡されている。フープ513は、たとえば繊維強化樹脂等からなる。板バネ30が通常の弾性変形状態にあるときには、フープ513は少し弛んでいるために横ばり4からの荷重を実質的には負担しない。このようにして、ブラケット511、ピン512及びフープ513が、予備支持機構510を構成している。
図15は、本発明の第7実施形態に係る台車601の側面図である。図15に示すように、横ばり4の端部4aの下方で前後方向に延びるように前方の軸箱8と後方の軸箱8との間に第2予備支持部材としてのフープ613が架け渡されている。具体的には、軸箱8には下方に向けてブラケット611が垂設されており、このブラケット611には回転自在にプーリ612が設けられている。前後のプーリ612の間にはフープ613が少しだけ余長をもって架け渡されている。フープ613は、たとえば繊維強化樹脂等からなる。フープ613の前後方向中央部の直上には、横ばり4から一体的に垂下された被支持部614が配置されている。
図16は、本発明の第8実施形態に係る台車701の側面図である。図17は、図16に示す台車701の要部斜視図である。図16及び17に示すように、横ばり4の端部4aの下方で前後方向に延びるように前方の軸箱8と後方の軸箱8との間にストッパとしての棒材713が架け渡されている。具体的には、軸箱8には下方に向けて筒状の挿通枠711が垂設されており、その挿通枠711に前後に延びる角パイプ状の棒材713が挿通されている。そして、挿通枠711には、棒材713を上下から挟むように弾性材714,715(例えば、ゴム)が挿入されている。これにより、板バネ30が通常の弾性変形状態にあるときには、棒材713が挿通枠711に干渉しない範囲で軸箱8が車軸回りに回転しうる。このようにして、挿通枠711、弾性材714,715及び棒材713が、予備支持機構710を構成している。

Claims (7)
- 鉄道車両の車体を支持するための横ばりと、
前記横ばりを挟んで車両長手方向の前方及び後方において車幅方向に沿って配置された前後一対の車軸と、
前記車軸の車幅方向両側に設けられて、前記車軸を回転自在に支持する軸受と、
前記軸受を収容する軸箱と、
前記横ばりの車幅方向両端部を支持した状態で車両長手方向に延びて、その車両長手方向両端部が前記軸箱に支持された板バネと、
前記横ばりの横方向両端部のうち少なくとも一方の端部が前記板バネの所定の弾性変形範囲を超えて下方に変位したときに、前記横ばりの前記端部を支持する予備支持機構と、を備えている、鉄道車両用台車。 - 前記予備支持機構は、前記横ばりの車幅方向端部が前記板バネの前記弾性変形範囲内で上下方向に変位しているときには、前記横ばりの前記車幅方向端部に接触しない位置に設けられる、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用台車。
- 前記予備支持機構は、前記横ばりと一体的に設けられて、前記横ばりの車幅方向端部に平面視で重なる位置にて前記板バネの下方に配置された第1予備支持部材を有し、
前記板バネが前記弾性変形範囲を超えて傾斜したときに、前記横ばりの前記車幅方向端部が前記板バネの上面を支持し、前記第1予備支持部材が前記板バネの下面を支持する、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用台車。 - 前記横ばりに前記軸箱を連結する連結機構をさらに備え、
前記予備支持機構は、前記軸箱の車軸回りの回転角度を所定角度範囲内に規制するストッパを有し、
前記ストッパは、前記横ばりの前記車幅方向端部が前記板バネの前記弾性変形範囲を超えて下方に変位して前記軸箱が車軸回りに回転したときに、前記軸箱を回り止めして、前記連結機構を介して前記横ばりの前記車幅方向端部を支持する、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用台車。 - 前記予備支持機構は、車両長手方向前方の前記軸箱と車両長手方向後方の前記軸箱との間に架け渡されて、前記横ばりの前記端部の下方で車両長手方向に延びる第2予備支持部材を有し、
前記予備支持部材は、前記横ばりの前記端部が前記板バネの前記弾性変形範囲を超えて下方に変位したときに、前記横ばりの前記端部を下方から支持する、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用台車。 - 前記軸箱には、その上端部に前記板バネの前後方向両端部を支持するバネ座が設けられ、前記板バネの車両長手方向両端部は、前記バネ座に上方から載せられて前記バネ座の上面に接触しており、
前記板バネの前後方向両端部の下面と前記バネ座の上面との接触箇所には、遊びをもって上下方向に嵌合する嵌合部が設けられており、
前記軸箱には、前記嵌合部の嵌合状態が保たれる範囲で前記板バネの上面と隙間をあけて前記板バネの車両長手方向両端部の上方を覆うカバーが設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両用台車。 - 前記予備支持機構は、車両長手方向に延びる棒材を有し、
前記棒材には、周辺機器の取付部が設けられている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両用台車。
