Abstract
The discovery involves to transform heat energy coming out in several ways from bottom of oceans and seas into electric energy and then to obtain hydrogen and oxygen via utilizing this electric energy. In places far away from the land, water is hydrolyzed via produced electric energy and hydrogen and oxygen are obtained. By combining this hydrogen and carbon dioxide, methane gas is obtained. Two different productions can be done in this system. It is possible to produce electricity as open and closed system. While electric energy production is possible in five sections in open system, it is possible to produce electric energy in four different sections in open system.
