下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案 #文进一步的详细描述。 本发明实施例针对触摸屏的现状, 提供了一种指令处理方法和终端设 备。 其中, 其中, 终端设备接收触摸操作所产生的操作指令; 检测触摸屏 所显示的应用程序的锁操作状态, 所述锁操作状态包括锁定状态和解锁状 态; 如果所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态, 则根据所述操作指令处理; 如 果所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态, 则判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误 操作指令类型, 若是, 则忽略所述操作指令, 或显示所述操作指令的处理 提示信息, 根据接收到的所述处理提示信息对应的处理指令进行处理。 由 此实现了锁定用户操作的功能, 避免了误操作引起的不便。
图 1为本发明实施例提供的一种指令处理的方法流程图。如图 1所示, 本实施例包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 , 终端设备收触摸操作所产生的操作指令。
在终端设备的触摸屏上产生触摸操作时, 触摸屏检测部件将接收到的 触摸操作的触点信息, 并将所述触点信息发送给处理器, 处理器接收所述 触点信息, 并将所述触点信息转换为所述触摸操作产生的操作指令。
步骤 102 ,终端设备检测触摸屏所显示的应用程序的锁操作状态,所述 锁操作状态包括锁定状态和解锁状态。
优选地, 所述检测触摸屏的锁操作状态之前还包括, 接收用户通过光 感应设备, 或温度感应设备, 或红外感应设备, 或菜单, 或按鈕触发的锁 定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 将需要设置锁定状态的应用程序 设置锁定状态。
所述方法还包括: 接收温度感应设备发送的锁定所述触摸屏所显示的 应用程序的指令, 自动设置所述应用程序为锁定状态。
可选地, 用户可以选择只对终端设备中的某些应用程序进行锁操作状 态的设置, 不对其他应用程序进行所述设置。 例如, 用于可以对浏览器应 用程序进行锁操作状态的设置, 不对小说阅读器应用程序进行锁操作状态 的设置。
可选地, 在某些应用程序进行锁操作状态的设置后, 用户也可以进一 步地针对相应的应用程序, 通过相应的设置项, 来设置触摸屏处于锁定状 态时, 用户可对所述应用程序进行的操作。
需要说明的是, 所述锁定状态是指对产生在触摸屏上的某些操作指令 进行锁定的状态。 在锁定状态下, 对产生在触摸屏上的单击操作, 终端设 备不执行正常的单击操作, 包括页面切换, 或操作切换, 或打开操作等操 作, 而是忽略所述操作指令, 或高亮显示单击的位置, 或显示上述操作的 提示信息, 等待针对所述提示信息的下一步操作指令。 所述解锁状态是指 对产生在触摸屏上的所有操作指令, 终端设备都按正常的软件处理流程进 行处理。
具体地, 本发明实施例提供了两种触摸屏所显示的应用程序的锁操作 状态, 包括锁定状态和解锁状态。 触摸屏的锁定状态和解锁状态之间的切 换由感应设备、 快捷键、 菜单或浮动按鈕控制。 所述感应设备包括光感应 设备、 温度感应设备、 红外感应设备等。 其中, 使用光感应设备、 红外感 应设备、 快捷键、 菜单或按鈕切换锁定状态和解锁状态时, 是由用户人为 切换的; 终端设备利用温度感应设备自动进行锁定状态的设置, 用户也可 以认为利用温度感应设备控制锁定状态和解锁状态之间的切换。 终端设备 利用温度感应设备自动进行锁定状态的设置, 这提高了终端设备的易用性。 需要说明的是, 所述感应设备可以是一个独立的设备, 也可以以一个 模块的形式存在于终端设备的其他设备中。
优选地, 本发明实施例可以使用温度感应设备来自动控制触摸屏所显 示的应用程序的锁操作状态。 当使用终端设备一段时间后, 终端设备中的 温度感应设备的温度发生变化, 且温度超过某个阈值时, 温度感应设备可 以给处理器发送一个锁定触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 处理器对所述 指令进行处理, 实现锁定触摸屏所显示的应用程序。 可选地, 本发明实施 例还可以使用温度感应设备来人为控制触摸屏所显示的应用程序的锁操作 状态, 例如, 在终端设备的触摸屏下可以配置温度感应设备, 人手在触摸 屏上某个位置触摸时会提高温度感应设备的温度, 进而使温度感应设备发 送一个锁定触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 处理器对所述指令进行处理, 实现锁定触摸屏所显示的应用程序。
优选地, 本发明实施例可以使用光感应设备来控制触摸屏所显示的应 用程序的锁操作状态。 光电感应设备由两个组件, 即投光器及受光器组成, 利用投光器将光线通过透镜聚焦, 经传输而至受光器的透镜, 再至接收感 应器, 感应器将收到的光线讯号转变成电器信号, 此电器信号更可进一步 作各种不同的开关及控制动作 , 其基本原理即对投光器受光器间之光线做 遮蔽之动作所获得的信号加以运用以完成各种自动化控制。 终端设备可以 利用光感应设备产生的电器信号来控制触摸屏的锁操作状态。
可选地, 本发明实施例还可以使用菜单控制触摸屏所显示的应用程序 的锁操作状态。 在菜单中设置锁定触摸屏和解锁触摸屏两个命令, 通过两 个命令对应的底层程序代码可以控制触摸屏的锁操作状态。
可选地, 本发明实施例还可以使用按鈕控制触摸屏所显示的应用程序 的锁操作状态。 按鈕包括按下和弹起两个状态, 使用两个状态对应可以控 制触摸屏的锁定和解锁两个状态。
可选地, 本发明实施例还可以使用快捷键控制触摸屏所显示的应用程 序的锁操作状态。 按下快捷键, 通过快捷键对应的底层程序代码可以控制 触摸屏的锁操作状态。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例仅对控制触摸屏的锁操作状态的方法进 行举例说明, 以上说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围, 使用其他感应设 备控制触摸屏的锁操作状态也在本发明实施例的保护范围内。
所述锁操作状态为锁定状态时,执行步骤 104 ;所述锁操作状态为解锁 状态时, 执行步骤 103。
步骤 103 ,如果所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态,则终端设备根据所述 操作指令处理。
所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态时, 终端设备中的处理器直接按照正 常态下的操作指令进行处理。 所述正常态下的操作指令是指与通常软件操 作流程一致的操作指令。
步骤 104 ,如果所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态,则终端设备判断所述 操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型, 如果所述操作指令为误操作指令 类型, 则忽略所述误操作指令, 或显示所述操作指令的处理提示信息, 根 据接收到的所述处理提示信息对应的处理指令进行处理。
所述判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型之后还包括: 如 果所述操作指令不是误操作指令, 则根据所述操作指令处理。
所述误操作指令具体可以是单击操作指令, 还可以是其他容易弓 )发错 误操作的操作指令。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例以单击操作指令作为误 操作指令为例进行说明, 但这并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。
所述判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型具体为: 判断所 述操作指令的类型是否为单击操作指令。 所述判断所述操作指令的类型是 否为单击操作指令具体为: 先判断所述操作指令是否为单击类型的操作指 令, 需要说明的是, 单击类型的操作指令包括单击操作指令和长按操作指 令。 单击操作指令是操作时间不大于时间阈值的单击类型的操作指令, 长 按操作指令时操作时间大于时间阈值的单击类型的操作指令, 若是, 则检 测所述单击类型的操作指令中操作持续的时间长度, 如果所述时间长度不 超过时间阈值, 则判断所述操作指令为单击操作指令; 否则判断所述操作 指令为长按操作指令。
在本实施例中, 将单击操作指令作为误操作指令类型, 而长按操作指 令作为正常操作指令类型, 不认为是误操作指令类型, 这是因为, 长按操 作的操作持续时间较长, 用户在进行触控操作时, 一般不会产生长按操作 为误操作这样的情况。 通过以上方法的实施, 保障了终端设备不会将长按 操作作为误操作进行处理, 提高了终端设备识别误操作的准确性。
可选地, 所述方法还包括: 预先设定时间阈值。 时间阈值是终端设备 内已经设置的一个时间, 如 0. I s , 使用这个时间与单击类型的操作的时间 作比较, 如果操作的持续时间不大于时间阈值, 则判断所述操作为单击操 作, 即被终端设备检测为误操作; 如果操作的持续时间大于时间阈值, 则 判断所述操作为长按操作, 不认为是误操作。
所述单击类型的操作指令被检测为长按操作指令时, 根据所述操作指 令按照正常的操作流程进行处理; 所述操作被检测为单击操作时, 则忽略 所述操作指令, 或显示所述操作指令的处理提示信息, 根据接收到的所述 处理提示信息对应的处理指令进行处理。
具体地, 除单击操作指令之外, 所述操作指令还包括平动、 转动、 放 大、 缩小等非点击类操作指令, 以及长按操作指令、 双击操作指令、 三击 操作指令。 若除单击操作指令外的其他操作指令为非误操作指令, 则触摸 屏处于锁定状态时, 在接收到拖动、 转动、 双点拖动等非点击类操作指令 时, 终端设备可以执行平动、 旋转、 放大、 缩小等操作; 在接收到长按操 作指令时, 可以执行打开操作或者执行具体应用程序下的长按操作指令所 对应的操作; 在接收到双击操作指令时, 也可以执行打开操作或者执行具 体应用程序下的双击操作指令所对应的操作; 在接收到三击操作指令时, 可以执行具体应用程序下的三击操作指令所对应的操作。
可选地, 用户也可以进一步地针对相应的应用程序, 通过相应的设置 项, 来设置触摸屏处于锁定状态时, 用户可对所述应用程序进行的操作。 例如, 对于小说阅读器应用程序, 用户可以设置只能对该应用程序进行放 大、 缩小、 平动等操作, 对于单击、 双击等操作指令, 则不做响应或者只 是高亮显示所单击的位置, 或者显示提示信息, 提示用户可以进行哪些操 作。
如果所述操作指令为误操作指令, 则忽略所述误操作指令, 或显示所 述操作指令的处理提示信息。 所述操作指令的处理提示信息为提示用户对 该操作指令进行下一步处理的信息, 以单击操作指令为例, 所述处理提示 信息具体包括: 进行解锁处理的提示信息, 或进行页面切换的提示信息, 或进行操作切换的提示信息。
可选地, 触摸屏上显示单击操作的处理提示信息后, 用户可以根据处 理提示信息进行操作。 所述处理提示信息包括解锁处理的提示信息, 显示 解锁处理的提示信息时, 用户可以选择对触摸屏进行解锁。 触摸屏的锁定 状态和解锁状态之间的切换由感应设备、 快捷键、 菜单或浮动按鈕控制。 所述感应设备包括光感应设备、 温度感应设备、 红外感应设备等。
需要说明的是, 所述感应设备可以是一个独立的设备, 也可以以一个 模块的形式存在于终端设备的其他设备中。
可选地, 所述处理提示信息为页面切换提示信息时, 用户可以选择离 开当前页面, 进入一个新的页面。 例如, 打开一个新的链接页面, 进入联 系人详情页面。
可选地, 所述处理提示信息为操作切换提示信息时, 用户可以选择执 行一个新的操作。 例如, 删除操作、 添加操作等。
可选地, 所述处理提示信息还可以高亮显示, 也可以正常显示。
可选地, 所述处理提示信息除了包括进行解锁处理的提示信息, 或进 行页面切换的提示信息, 或进行操作切换的提示信息之外, 还可以包括其 他处理提示信息, 所有单击操作的处理提示信息都在本发明的保护范围内。
本实施例中, 终端设备接收触摸操作所产生的操作指令; 检测触摸屏 所显示的应用程序的锁操作状态; 如果所述锁操作状态为锁定状态, 则判 断所述操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型, 如果所述操作指令为误操 作指令类型, 则忽略所述操作指令, 或显示所述操作指令的处理提示信息, 处理器根据接收到的所述处理提示信息对应的处理指令进行处理; 如果所 述操作指令不是误操作指令类型, 则根据所述操作指令处理。 由此实现了 对触摸屏上展示的应用程序的误操作指令进行处理, 避免了误操作, 提高 了终端设备在运行应用程序时,终端设备的易用性。
图 1为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备示意图。 本实施例包括以下 部件:
触摸屏 201用于进行触摸操作, 和显示应用程序, 和显示操作指令的 处理提示信息。
触摸屏检测部件 202用于检测触摸屏 201上的触摸操作的触点信息。 处理器 203包括:接收单元 204 ,用于接收所述触摸屏检测部件发送的 所述触点信息, 并将所述触点信息转换为操作指令或处理指令; 检测单元 205 , 用于检测所述触摸屏所显示的所述应用程序的锁操作状态, 所述锁操 作状态包括锁定状态和解锁状态; 第一处理单元 206 , 用于当所述检测单元 检测到所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态时, 根据所述操作指令处理; 第二 处理单元 207 ,用于当所述检测单元检测到所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态 时, 判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型, 如果所述操作指令 为误操作指令类型, 则忽略所述操作指令, 或生成所述操作指令的处理提 示信息并传递给所述触摸屏, 根据所述接收单元接收到的所述处理提示信 息对应的处理指令进行处理。
优选地, 第二处理单元 207还可以用于: 如果所述操作指令不是误操 作指令, 则根据所述操作指令进行处理。
所述误操作指令类型为单击操作指令。 第二处理单元 207具体用于: 所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态时, 判断所述操作指令是否为单击类型的 操作指令, 若是, 则检测所述单击类型的操作指令中操作持续的时间长度, 如果所述时间长度不超过时间阈值, 则判断所述操作指令为单击操作指令; 否则判断所述操作指令为长按操作指令。
本发明实施例提供了两种触摸屏的锁操作状态, 包括锁定状态和解锁 状态。 触摸屏的锁定状态和解锁状态之间的切换由感应器、 快捷键、 菜单 或浮动按鈕控制。 所述感应器包括光感应器、 温度感应器、 红外感应器等。 需要说明的是, 所述感应器可以是一个独立的设备, 也可以以一个模块的 形式存在于终端设备的其他设备中。
可选的, 参照图 3, 当使用快捷键、 菜单、 浮动按鈕或感应器控制触摸 屏的锁操作状态时, 本发明实施例所提供的装置中的处理器还包括: 设置 单元 208 , 与所述检测单元连接, 用于根据按鈕、 或菜单、 或快捷键、 或所 述感应器触发的锁定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 将所述应用程 序设置锁定状态。 检测单元 205 具体用于: 根据所述设置单元设置的所述 应用程序的锁操作状态, 检测所述触摸屏所显示的所述应用程序的锁操作 状态。
可选的, 参照图 4 , 当使用感应器控制触摸屏的锁操作状态时, 本发明 实施例所提供的装置还包括: 感应器 209 , 用于触发锁定所述触摸屏所显示 的应用程序的指令。 所述感应器可以为光感应器、 温度感应器、 红外感应 器等。 感应器 209将接收到的触发所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令发 送给设置单元 208 , 设置单元 208与所述检测单元连接, 用于根据按鈕、 或 菜单、 或快捷键、 或所述感应器触发的锁定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序 的指令, 将所述应用程序设置锁定状态。
所述误操作指令具体可以是单击操作指令, 还可以是其他容易引发错 误操作的操作指令。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例以单击操作指令作为误 操作指令为例进行说明, 但这并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。
可选地, 触摸屏 201上显示单击操作的处理提示信息后, 用户可以根 据处理提示信息进行操作。 所述处理提示信息包括解锁处理的提示信息, 显示解锁处理的提示信息时, 用户可以选择对触摸屏 201进行解锁。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的接收单元 204、 检测单元 205、 第一 处理单元 206、 第二处理单元 207、 设置单元 208可以采用单独的硬件模块 来实现, 也可以是集成在一起的一个微处理器, 还可以是集成在主芯片中 的功能模块。
本实施例中, 终端设备接收触摸操作所产生的操作指令; 检测触摸屏 所显示的应用程序的锁操作状态, 所述锁操作状态包括锁定状态和解锁状 态; 如果所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态, 则根据所述操作指令处理; 如 果所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态, 则判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误 操作指令类型, 如果所述操作指令为误操作指令类型, 则触摸屏上显示所 述操作指令的处理提示信息, 处理器根据接收到的所述处理提示信息对应 的处理指令进行处理。 由此实现了对触摸屏上应用程序的误操作指令进行 处理, 避免了对应用程序的误操作,提高了终端设备的易用性。

权利要求
1、 一种指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收触摸操作所产生的操作指令;
检测触摸屏所显示的应用程序的锁操作状态, 所述锁操作状态包括锁 定状态和解锁状态;
如果所述锁操作状态为所述解锁状态, 则根据所述操作指令处理; 如果所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态, 则判断所述操作指令的类型是 否为误操作指令类型, 若是, 则忽略所述操作指令, 或显示所述操作指令 的处理提示信息, 根据接收到的所述处理提示信息对应的处理指令进行处 理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的指令处理方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述操 作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型之后还包括: 如果所述操作指令不是 误操作指令, 则根据所述操作指令处理。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述误操作 指令包括: 单击操作指令。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 判断所述操作指 令的类型是否为单击操作指令具体为: 先判断所述操作指令是否为单击类 型的操作指令, 若是, 则检测所述单击类型的操作指令中操作持续的时间 长度, 如果所述时间长度不超过时间阈值, 则判断所述操作指令为单击操 作指令; 否则判断所述操作指令为长按操作指令。
5、如权利要求 4所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于,所述方法还包括, 预先设定所述时间阈值。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述检测触摸屏的锁操作状态之前还包括: 接收用户通过红外感应设备、 或 光感应设备、 或温度感应设备、 或菜单、 或按鈕、 或快捷键触发的锁定所 述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 根据所述指令将所述应用程序设置为 锁定状态。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述检测触摸屏的锁操作状态之前还包括: 接收温度感应设备发送的锁定所 述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 根据所述指令自动设置所述应用程序 为锁定状态。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的指令处理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述操作指令的处理提示信息包括进行解锁处理的提示信息, 或进行页面切 换的提示信息, 或进行操作切换的提示信息。
9、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括:
触摸屏, 用于进行触摸操作, 和显示应用程序, 和显示操作指令的处 理提示信息;
触摸屏检测部件, 用于检测触摸屏上的触摸操作的触点信息; 处理器, 所述处理器包括:
接收单元, 用于接收所述触摸屏检测部件发送的所述触点信息, 并将 所述触点信息转换为操作指令或处理指令;
检测单元,用于检测所述触摸屏所显示的所述应用程序的锁操作状态, 所述锁操作状态包括锁定状态和解锁状态;
第一处理单元, 用于当所述检测单元检测到所述锁操作状态为所述解 锁状态时, 根据所述操作指令处理;
第二处理单元, 用于当所述检测单元检测到所述锁操作状态为所述锁 定状态时, 判断所述操作指令的类型是否为误操作指令类型, 如果所述操 作指令为误操作指令类型, 则忽略所述操作指令, 或生成所述操作指令的 处理提示信息并传递给所述触摸屏, 根据所述接收单元接收到的所述处理 提示信息对应的处理指令进行处理。

12、 如权利要求 11所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二处理单元 具体用于: 所述锁操作状态为所述锁定状态时, 判断所述操作指令是否为 单击类型的操作指令, 若是, 则检测所述单击类型的操作指令中操作持续 的时间长度, 如果所述时间长度不超过时间阈值, 则判断所述操作指令为 单击操作指令; 否则判断所述操作指令为长按操作指令。
13、 如权利要求 9至 12任意一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述 处理器还包括: 设置单元, 与所述检测单元连接, 用于根据锁定所述触摸 屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 将所述应用程序设置锁定状态, 所述锁定所 述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令包括由菜单、 或按鈕、 或快捷键触发的 锁定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令;
所述检测单元具体用于: 根据所述设置单元设置的所述应用程序的锁 操作状态, 检测所述触摸屏所显示的所述应用程序的锁操作状态。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备还包 括: 感应器, 所述感应器可以为光感应器, 或温度感应器, 或红外感应器; 所述感应器用于触发锁定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 以使得所 述设置单元根据锁定所述触摸屏所显示的应用程序的指令, 将所述应用程 序设置锁定状态。
