Description

第1の実施の形態に係る紙葉類集積装置は、一枚ずつ搬送されてきた紙幣20を積層状態で収納する紙葉類収納庫21を備え、その上部には、紙幣20を受け取る側にローラ22が、その対向端である紙幣20を開放する側にはローラ23がそれぞれ設置されている。これらローラ22,23には、無端状の搬送ベルト24が掛け渡されていて、その搬送ベルト24の外周面には、搬送されてきた紙幣20の先端を保持する紙幣保持部材25が固定されている。紙幣保持部材25は、図3および図4に示した例では、搬送ベルト24の外周面において、搬送方向に所定の間隔を置いて部分的に互いに重なったような状態で複数個設けられている。しかし、紙幣保持部材25は、搬送方向に互いに重なることなく離間した状態で搬送ベルト24に固定されていてもよい。なお、紙幣保持部材25が重なっていない場合には、図3および図4は、搬送ベルト24が動作しているときの紙幣保持部材25の動きを表現しているものとして参照することができる。 FIG. 3 is a side view showing a schematic configuration of the paper sheet stacking apparatus according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of the paper sheet stacking apparatus according to the first embodiment.

紙葉類収納庫21は、搬送ベルト24および紙幣保持部材25によって保持されながら搬送されてきた紙幣20を開放する側に、開放された紙幣20を突き当てて揃えるガイド21aを有している。搬送ベルト24の搬送方向がローラ23によって変えられる領域に紙幣保持部材25の基部25aが到達して紙幣保持部材25の紙幣押圧部25bが搬送ベルト24から離れると、紙幣20は、開放される。この時点では、搬送ローラ26,27による搬送力は既に失われているので開放された紙幣20は、その位置で、集積されている最上位の収納紙幣の上に落下することになる。その後、紙幣20を保持して搬送してきた紙幣保持部材25よりも搬送方向下流側の紙幣保持部材25が搬送ベルト24に対して起立するようになり、紙幣保持部材25の紙幣押圧部25bの外面25kが収納紙幣の先端近傍を押し付けながらガイド21aの方向へ移動する。その紙幣押圧部25bの移動に連れて最上位の紙幣20が上から二番目の収納紙幣の上を摺動していき、紙幣20の前縁部がガイド21aに当接して停止するようになる。これにより、紙幣20は、その前縁部がガイド21aに当接した整列状態で紙葉類収納庫21に積層収納される。 FIG. 9 is a view for explaining the banknote alignment state by the banknote holding member on the side of opening the banknote.

- 搬送されてきた紙葉類を搬入して積層状態で収納する紙葉類集積装置において、
前記紙葉類を一枚ずつ受け取って収納する紙葉類収納庫と、
前記紙葉類収納庫の上部にて前記紙葉類を受け取る側に設置された第1ローラおよび前記紙葉類を開放する側に設置された第2ローラに掛け渡された無端状の搬送ベルトと、
一端が前記搬送ベルトの外周面に固定され、前記一端が固定された位置よりも搬送方向下流側にて他端が前記搬送ベルトの側に付勢される紙葉類保持部材と、
