Abstract

The invention relates to a lamp holder for a motor vehicle lighting and/or signaling module or device. The holder includes a wall 104 of a housing 102 that has an opening 108, and a metal sheet 106 that also has an opening 108 and is attached to said wall 102 by means of overmolding 116. The overmolding makes it possible to ensure strict tolerances on the functional assembly dimension and, consequently, ensure locking torque within a low-value range. The sheet 106 can be placed directly against the inner surface of the wall 104, such that the means for attaching the base of the lamp to the metal sheet presses the sheet 106 against the wall 104. The invention also relates to a signaling or lighting module or device provided with said holder and to a corresponding method for creating the holder.

L'invention a trait à un support de lampe pour module ou dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation pour véhicule. Plus particulièrement, l'invention a trait à un support de lampe avec culot, telle qu'une lampe avec des ergots de verrouillage, par exemple une lampe H8 ou une lampe H1 1 . L'invention a trait également à un module et à un boîtier de dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation équipé dudit support. L'invention a trait également à un procédé d'assemblage d'un tel support de lampe. Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un dispositif d'éclairage connu. La figure 1 illustre une vue en plan du boîtier. La figure 2 est une vue en coupe du boîtier selon un plan longitudinal de la figure 1 , la coupe étant illustrée par les flèches de la figure 1 . En effet, un nombre plus réduit d'orifices ainsi qu'éventuellement un agencement différent de ces derniers peut être envisagé. La figure 6 illustre un troisième exemple de réalisation de l'invention. Contrairement aux exemples précédents, la paroi 10004 supportant la pièce métallique n'est plus celle d'un boîtier mais celle d'un module d'éclairage 10002, destiné à être placé dans un dispositif d'éclairage, tel qu'un projecteur. Ces éléments supports 10005 sont en saillie de la paroi 10004 de sorte que la pièce métallique 10006 est à distance de la dite paroi 10004. La pièce métallique 10006 servant de support de la lampe 10020 est non plane. Elle comprend une partie centrale de forme généralement cylindrique ainsi qu'une partie généralement plane avec deux « oreilles » venant en appui sur les éléments de support 10005.
