当第一次按压按钮 75使伞处于完全打开状态时, 如图 3所示, 此时第二外 管 23被释放, 滑套 76失去第二外管 23的压制力后在复位弹簧 79的作用下上 升至与按钮 75对应的位置, 但子弹头 71仍然被卡制件 77锁定在伞头 3内, 在 开伞弹簧 73的伸展力作用下, 所述第一外管 22向上弹升, 使得子弹头 71与第 一滑轮 27之间的距离变长, 所述第二拉线 81便将第二外管 23的底部向上拉升 至开伞的最高位, 此时, 第一拉线 72通过上巢 51滑轮 54和下巢 52滑轮 55将 该下巢 51向上拉至最高位, 使得伞骨总成 1完全张开, 同时拉簧 6被拉长。 当第二次按压按钮 75收伞时, 如图 4所示, 按钮 75通过滑套 76按动卡制 件 77上端, 使得该卡制件 77的下端抵抗复位弹簧 78的弹力而外移从而释放子 弹头 71 , 该子弹头 71便会向上弹升至中棒 2 内腔中, 此时, 下巢 51失去第一 拉线 72 的拉力, 伞骨总成 1便会在收伞骨弹簧 11 的作用下自动收折起来, 并 推动下巢 52下移。 同时, 第二外管 23也失去了第二拉线 81的拉力, 在拉簧 6 的拉力作用下, 第二外管 23就会向下折叠于第一外管 22 外面, 此时, 中棒 1 需压缩的长度只有内管 21 和第一外管 22 两折, 收伞所需的力量就大大减小, 使用起来更加方便。
当将中棒 2压缩折叠到位时, 如图 5所示, 弹簧 752推动卡扣 751 内移并 卡在第二外管 23的收伞卡口位处从而将第二外管 23锁定, 同时滑套 76被第二 外管 23向下压。 胶管 74则被第一外管 22顶部的第一顶塞 91 向下压由此将子 弹头 71压入伞头 3内并被卡制件 77锁定, 开伞弹簧 73被压缩, 积蓄能量为下 次开伞做准备。
当为四折伞时, 如图 6 所示, 本发明的自动开收伞是在三折伞的基础上增 加了: 第三外管 24、 第三拉线 82和第二滑轮 28。 所述第三外管 24套接在第二 外管 23外, 所述第二外管 23顶部固定设置有第二顶塞 92 , 该第二顶塞 92上也 开设有可供所述第一拉线 72 穿过的通孔, 所述第二滑轮 28安装在该第二顶塞 92上, 所述第三拉线 82—端固定于所述第一外管 22顶部的第一顶塞 91上, 另 一端绕经该第二滑轮 28后与所述第三外管 24 的底部连接。 同样, 该第三外管 24的底部外固定套接有第二外管套 26,第三拉线 82连接在该第二外管套 26上。
当按压按钮 75开伞时, 第二外管 23被释放, 但子弹头 71仍然被卡制件 77 锁定在伞头 3内, 在开伞弹簧 73的伸展力作用下, 所述第一外管 22向上弹升, 使得子弹头 71与第一滑轮 27之间的距离变长, 所述第二拉线 81便将第二外管 23的底部向上拉升至开伞的最高位, 这样, 第一顶塞 91与第二滑轮 28之间的 距离也相应变长, 所述第三外管 24 的底部便被第三拉线 82 向上拉升至开伞的 最高位。 此时, 第一拉线 72通过上巢 51滑轮 54和下巢 52滑轮 55将该下巢 51 向上拉至最高位, 使得伞骨总成 1完全张开, 同时拉簧 6被拉长。 收伞时, 与三折伞相同, 由于子弹头 71被释放, 下巢 52失去第一拉线 72 的拉力而下移, 伞骨总成 1 自动收折, 同时, 第二外管 23也失去了第二拉线 81 的拉力, 在拉簧 6 的拉力作用下, 第二外管 23就会向下折叠于第一外管 22外 面, 此时, 第一顶塞 91 与第二滑轮 28 之间的距离也相应变短, 在伞骨总成 1 自重及下巢 52 下移的推动力作用下, 该第三外管 24也会向下折叠于第二外管 23外。 可见, 该四折伞也只需压缩内管 21和第一外管 22两折管体即可。
本发明的自动开收伞还可应用于四折以上的多折伞, 只需在相应的外管上 增加拉线和滑轮, 必要时增加拉簧, 同样可以达到收伞时自动折叠部分管体的 目的。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种方便折叠的自动开收伞, 包括: 安装有收伞骨弹簧 (11) 的伞骨总 成 (1)、 中棒 (2)、 伞头 (3)、 固定在所述中棒 (2) 顶部的上巢 (51)、 滑动 套接于所述中棒(2)的下巢(52)以及自动开收装置; 所述自动开收装置包括: 子弹头 ( 71 )、 一端连接该子弹头 ( 71 )另一端绕经上巢 ( 51 )和下巢 ( 52 )上 设置的滑轮组后固定于上巢 (51) 的第一拉线 (72) 以及安装在中棒 (2) 内的 开伞弹簧 (73), 所述中棒 (2)包括从内至外依次滑动套接的内管 (21)、 第一 外管 2)和第二外管 (23); 其特征在于:
还包括设置在所述中棒 (2) 内的拉簧 (6)和第二拉线 (81); 所述开伞弹 簧 (73)设置在所述内管 (21)和第一外管 (22) 内, 所述拉簧 (6) 的两端分 别固定在所述第一外管 (22)和第二外管 (23) 的顶部, 所述第一外管 (22) 顶部固设有第一滑轮 (27), 所述第二拉线 (81)—端固定在所述子弹头 (71) 上, 另一端绕经该第一滑轮 (27)后与所述第二外管 (23) 的底部连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 还包括套 接在所述第二外管 (23)外的第三外管 (24) 以及第三拉线 (82), 所述第二外 管 (23)顶部固设有第二滑轮 (28), 该第三拉线 (82)—端固定在所述第一外 管 (22) 顶部, 另一端绕经该第二滑轮 (28)后与所述第三外管 (24) 的底部 连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述 第二外管 (23) 的底部外固定套接有第一外管套(25), 所述第二拉线 (81) 的 上端连接在该第一外管套 (25)上。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述第三 外管 (24) 的底部外固定套接有第二外管套(26), 所述第三拉线 (82) 的上端 连接在该第二外管套 (26)上。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述 第一外管 (22) 顶部固设有第一顶塞 (91), 该第一顶塞 (91)上开设有可供所 述第一拉线 (72)穿过的通孔, 所述第一滑轮 (27)安装在该第一顶塞 (91) 上。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述第二 外管 (23)顶部固设有第二顶塞(92), 该第二顶塞(92 )上开设有可供所述第 一拉线 (72)穿过的通孔, 所述第二滑轮 (28)安装在该第二顶塞 (92)上。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述 子弹头 (71 ) 内开设有两个孔 (711), 所述第一拉线 (72 )和第二拉线 (81 ) 的底端分别穿过该两个孔 (711 )后在该两个孔的底部打结固定。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述 子弹头 (71 ) 内腔中设置有一内塞(712), 该内塞(712 )上开有两个孔, 所述 第一拉线 (72)和第二拉线 (81 ) 的底端分别穿过该两个孔后打结固定。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方便折叠的自动开收伞, 其特征在于: 所述 子弹头(71 ) 内腔中设置有一个带有两个孔的内塞(712 ), 所述第一拉线 (72) 和第二拉线 (81 ) 的底端呈圈状并分别穿过该两个孔后套在一个圆轴(713)上 固定。
