Abstract
Description
図1から図3は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るもので、図1はエレベーターの呼び登録装置の全体構成を模式的に示すブロック図、図2はエレベーターの呼び登録装置の音声認識開始コマンドの設定例を説明する図、図3はエレベーターの呼び登録装置の動作を示すフロー図である。
また、乗場2に設置される呼び登録装置本体3においては、呼び登録コマンドとして、呼びの方向を表す語彙(例えば、上方向を表す「ウエ」や下方向を表す「シタ」等)を含んでもよい。
まず、呼び登録装置本体3は、通常時において、開始コマンドの待ち受け状態である(ステップS1)。そして、音声入力部3aに利用者が発した音声が入力されると(ステップS2)、ステップS3において、音声認識部3bは、ステップS2で音声入力部3aに入力された音声が、開始コマンド変更部3eにより変更・選択されて現在有効となっている所定の開始コマンドと合致するか否かを確認する。入力された音声が開始コマンドと合致しなかった場合には、ステップS1へと戻る。
さらにまた、ここでは、開始コマンド変更部3eを、呼び登録装置本体3の音声認識部3bに設けるようにした。しかし、この開始コマンド変更部3eを設ける箇所は、音声認識部3bのみには限られず、例えば、エレベーター制御装置4内に設けるようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- エレベーターの利用者が発した音声の入力を受ける音声入力部を用いて音声認識により呼び登録を行うエレベーターの呼び登録装置において、
呼び登録の行先階又は方向を表す所定の呼び登録コマンドの音声データ、及び、呼び登録コマンドの音声認識を開始するために用いる、前記呼び登録コマンドとは異なりかつ前記呼び登録コマンドを含まない所定の開始コマンドの音声データを、予め記憶するとともに、前記音声入力部に入力された音声が前記記憶する呼び登録コマンドの音声データ及び開始コマンドの音声データのいずれかと合致するか否かを判定して前記音声認識を行う音声認識部と、
前記音声入力部に入力された音声が前記呼び登録コマンドの音声データと合致したと判定された場合に、当該合致した呼び登録コマンドが表す行先階又は方向への呼び登録要求を、エレベーター制御装置へと出力する呼び登録制御部と、
前記音声認識部が記憶する前記開始コマンドのうち有効となる前記開始コマンドを所定の条件によって変更する開始コマンド変更部と、を備え、
前記音声認識部は、前記音声入力部に入力された音声が前記開始コマンド変更部により有効とされた前記開始コマンドの音声データと合致したと判定した場合に、前記音声入力部に入力された音声が前記呼び登録コマンドの音声データと合致するか否かの前記音声認識を開始することを特徴とするエレベーターの呼び登録装置。 - 前記所定の条件は、現在時刻が予め定めた時間帯に属しているか否かという点を少なくとも含んで設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
- 前記開始コマンドは、日常会話において用いられる挨拶の言葉を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
