Claims (5)
- 自走可能な下部走行体(2)と、該下部走行体(2)上に旋回可能に搭載され支持構造体をなす旋回フレーム(5)上にキャブ(8)が設けられた上部旋回体(3)と、該上部旋回体(3)の前,後方向の前側に俯仰動可能に設けられた作業装置(4)とからなり、
前記キャブ(8)は、
左前、右前、左中間、左後、右後に位置して上,下方向に延びる5本のピラー(14~18)が設けられると共に、該各ピラー(14~18)間が前面(13A)、左前側面(13B)、左後側面(13C)、右側面(13D)、後面(13E)および天面(13F)により覆われ内部が運転室(13G)となったキャブボックス(13)と、
該キャブボックス(13)の左前ピラー(14)と左中間ピラー(16)との間の乗降口(21)を開閉するために後端側が前記左中間ピラー(16)に前,後方向に回動可能に取付けられたドア(24)とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記左前ピラー(14)は、左側面部(14A)の前,後方向の途中部位を前記運転室(13G)側に屈曲させたピラー側段差面部(14B)と、該ピラー側段差面部(14B)の奥部から後側に延びて設けられ閉扉状態の前記ドア(24)と対面するピラー側対向面部(14C)と、該ピラー側対向面部(14C)の後端部から前記運転室(13G)側に延びた後面部(14D)とにより形成し、
前記左前ピラー(14)の後面部(14D)には、前記ピラー側対向面部(14C)よりもドア(24)側に突出した突出部(23A1)を有する取付板(23A)と該取付板(23A)から後向きに突出した係合リング(23B)とからなる係合部材(23)を設け、
前記ドア(24)は、該ドア(24)の外側面を形成する外面板(24A)と、該外面板(24A)と対面してドア(24)の内側面を形成する内面板(24B)と、該内面板(24B)の前側に位置して前記外面板(24A)の内側に配置され前記ドア(24)が閉じたとき前記ピラー側対向面部(14C)と対面するドア側対向面板(24C)と、前記内面板(24B)と前記ドア側対向面板(24C)との間の段差を形成するドア側段差面板(24D)と、前記係合部材(23)に対応する位置で前記ドア側段差面板(24D)に設けられた取付開口(24E)とを有し、
前記ドア(24)の前記取付開口(24E)には、前記係合部材(23)の係合リング(23B)に対向し、前記ドア(24)を閉じたときに前記係合リング(23B)に係合して該ドア(24)を閉位置に保持するドア保持部材(28)を設け、
前記ドア(24)の前記ドア側対向面板(24C)には、前記ドア保持部材(28)よりも前側に位置して前記外面板(24A)に向けて凹陥する退避凹部(29)を設け、
前記ドア(24)を閉位置としたとき、前記退避凹部(29)によって前記係合部材(23)の取付板(23A)の突出部(23A1)との干渉を避ける構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記左前ピラー(14)のピラー側対向面部(14C)と前記ドア(24)のドア側対向面板(24C)とのいずれか一方側には、前記キャブボックス(13)とドア(24)との間をシールするシール部材(27)を設け、
前記退避凹部(29)は、前記ドア保持部材(28)とシール部材(27)との間に配置する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記退避凹部(29)の深さ寸法(L3)は、前記係合部材(23)の取付板(23A)に設けた前記突出部(23A1)の突出寸法(L1)と前記ドア(24)を閉じて前記シール部材(27)が変形したときの幅寸法(L2)との差よりも大きな値に設定してなる請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記ドア保持部材(28)は、前記ドア(24)の取付開口(24E)に取付けられたケース(28A)と、該ケース(28A)に回動可能に設けられ前記ドア(24)を閉じたときに前記係合部材(23)の係合リング(23B)に係合する係合爪(28C)とを有する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記ドア(24)の外面板(24A)には、外部から前記係合爪(28C)を操作するための外側ドアノブ(25)を設け、
前記ドア(24)の内面板(24B)には、前記運転室(13G)から前記係合爪(28C)を操作するための内側ドアノブ(26)を設ける構成としてなる請求項4に記載の建設機械。
